Wonderful Wedding Day

Thank you to the team at Indian Pond for such a wonderful wedding reception! The inside and outside of this venue are both absolutely gorgeous and we had the best evening celebrating with our friends and family. They were so flexible with where we could take photo, allowing us to use the wine room for a special photo op. Diane was absolutely exceptional, taking such good care of us and making us feel so special. She works so hard to make sure the evening goes smoothly. It is clear how much she genuinely cares. We can’t thank her enough!!! The bartenders and servers were flexible and professional all night. The planning team at Indian Pond was also fantastic, helping me with all of the details and answering all of my questions for a year!! Thank you to Cheryl and Laura!

Stunning Venue - Would Recommend!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Indian Pond on 9/16/2023 and I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience was. The venue itself is spectacular and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Laura and Cheryl were huge helps in the wedding planning process and were extremely accommodating, while Diane was a rockstar the day of and catered to our every need. We got so many compliments about how great the venue and staff were and can’t recommend Indian Pond enough - you will not be disappointed!

Picture Perfect Wedding!

Indian Pond is an absolutely stunning venue. Our reception was in the Ballroom. The views are picturesque. The coordinators were phenomenal. They were always a step ahead in knowing what we needed. Food, drinks, venue - all was perfect. Would definitely recommend to other couples!

HIGHLY recommend!

We couldn’t have picked a better venue to have our September wedding. From booking over a year out to planning our big day to the actual event itself, IPCC was able to answer all of our questions and ensure everything was easy for us as a couple. We were lucky to work with Cheryl when booking and planning. She would answer all of our emails promptly and helped us make our big day happen. The day of, our coordinator was Diane who went above and beyond to keep our day on track and take care of us as a couple. The venue itself is so beautiful, we chose the Blackstone Room and couldn’t be happier with how everything came out. Thank you so much for making our wedding the most memorable day ever!

I had the absolute best experience with Indian Pond!

Indian Pond is the most amazing venue there is! I had my wedding there on August 12th and I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Both of my sisters were also married at Indian Pond in 2015 and 2018 so for us it really feels like we are part of the Indian Pond Family. Planning with Megan and Laura was such a breeze. They made everything so easy and made sure all my requests and needs were met. The day of my wedding went so smooth thanks to all the staff, especially Vicki who was our captain and kept everything on time and Pam who took care of me and my husband all night. Anything we needed they were both right there to help, even sewing one of my bridesmaids dresses when her strap broke and helping me to pin up my dress more so it wasn’t dragging on the dance floor. I couldn’t leave a review for Indian Pond without also talking about how amazing Diane is!! Diane has helped me and both of my sisters with our weddings. She was with us every step of the way answering any questions I had and really going above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Indian Pond for your wedding venue. People are still telling me how delicious the food was, especially the dumplings. It makes me so sad that I have no more sisters to get married there. My family has made so many memories at Indian Pond. We are so thankful for everyone who helped make our day so special! The Donovan’s love Indian Pond!

Amazing wedding experience at Indian Pond!

We got married at IPCC in August of 2022. We booked the venue in June 2021. Everything about our experience was great. Cheryl was an awesome wedding coordinator and was very prompt, responsive, and thorough. Pam was our day-of coordinator who also was an expert at organizing a wedding! They both made me feel well taken care of, and if there were any issues, I did not know about them. The venue was beautiful and they did an amazing job of bringing my vision to life. The food was great, bartenders were quick, and our guests had a fabulous time. Thank you Indian Pond for making our wedding day one we will never forget!

Indian Pond - Amazing!

Indian Pond was amazing! The ballroom is gorgeous and the outside was perfect for pictures! We had our rehearsal dinner in the Blackstone Room, which we loved! The staff at Indian Pond was amazing. Laura, Cheryl & Megan were so responsive to all of the 500 emails my husband and I sent them leading up to our wedding. Also, our day of coordinator, Diane, was fantastic! She had everything so organized and helped out tremendously. The day could have not gone more perfect. We got so many compliments on our beautiful venue and how great everything was. Thanks Indian Pond for making our wedding one of the best and most memorable days of our lives!

Wonderful venue and experience!

Indian Pond is such a beautiful venue! The whole team was so easy to work with. Through out all of our communications they were always personable and responsive. Diane was amazing she really took care of us throughout the day! The wait staff and bartenders were great too! We had our wedding during the off season in the Grand Foyer/Blackstones room and we had a nice spring day with the trees just starting to bloom. We were one of two weddings that day BUT they did not at all make me feel like I was just another bride that day and everything was so well taken care of. Our guests commented that the dinner was delicious we chose sirloin steak and chicken supreme. They also mentioned the natural lighting from the floor to ceiling windows which is exactly what I fell in love with about this venue. We just had the best day! I loved getting married here so much!

Highly Recommend IPCC!

We had the perfect wedding day at Indian Pond Country Club! Megan and the rest of the team were fantastic! The team is organized, responsive, and extremely helpful. Megan gave us great vendor recommendations and her logistical advice was invaluable. Megan, Pam, and the entire staff were amazing to work with on the day of our wedding and made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything. We're incredibly thankful to the entire team at IPCC! Best. Day. Ever! Best. Venue. Ever!

There are not enough words in the world to express how thankful we are for the experience we had at Indian Pond. Our November 27th wedding was far more than anything we could have dreamed of! From our very first meeting/tour with Megan we were sold. Every single part of the venue is stunning. We booked the Grand Ballroom for our big day, and it was more perfect than we ever could have imagined. Every person we worked with went above and beyond for us from the first meeting to the day after our wedding. We were a Covid couple who had to postpone our date from 2020 to 2021. After being together for 10 years, we were so disappointed, but the support we received from Megan when it came to rebooking our day made everything okay. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was re-booked exactly how we wanted. She answered every single email, phone call and question we ever had as quickly and efficiently as possible. She was ALWAYS available for us and we will forever be thankful. Not only did she help us reschedule, but she also checked in periodically over the entirety of the year to make sure everything was still going as planned. She is truly amazing. Laura was also so great at helping us with our final details meeting!
As far as the wedding day goes, Diane, Vicky and everyone else who worked to make our day possible were incredible. There was not a single hiccup, everyone was happy and we had the best day of our lives. Diane was an incredible day-of coordinator. She helped us get the room set exactly how we wanted and made sure everything was taken care of not only during the wedding, but the day after. We came to pick everything up and it was packed neatly and organized for us.
There will never be a way that we can express our gratitude for the amazing women that make that place run. When we say everything was perfect, we don't use the term lightly. Venue, staff, food, drinks and everything in between were PERFECT. We are so happy that we got to celebrate our biggest day at Indian Pond and we cannot wait to book other functions there in the future!!

Best venue EVER

I’m not sure where to start… I would have my wedding again and again 1000x over at Indian Pond. We decided to get married THIS JULY. In 3 short months, they helped us pull the best night of our lives off. From my first showing interest in the venue, to the multiple tours, to rehearsal and actual wedding day, the staff was AMAZING. Their responsiveness and professionalism was out of this world, and they helped every step of the way. My wedding day was the best night of my life and that has to do with the staff members who worked - Pam was our day of coordinator, and she along the other staff members were so attentive, delightful, and cheerful the entire day. Every single one of the guests commented on how amazing the venue and especially the staff was throughout the whole night. I could go on and on…. But everyone needs to look into Indian Pond for their functions!!!

Amazing Fall Country Club Wedding!!

My husband and I were married on 10.15.21 at Indian Pond Country Club and we couldn’t have had a more perfect day!! We were a COVID wedding that was re-scheduled, but the sales team consisting of Laura, Bonnie, Megan and Cheryl were always so responsive and supportive with no matter how big or little a detail was that we had a question about or wanted to alter to fit our needs. The day of coordinator Diane kept the day running extremely smoothly and on time and did not miss a beat!! Wedding attendant Pam C was there for our every need and ensured that we were eating and staying hydrated throughout the day! The food and venue itself on the day could not have been more amazing or beautiful - everyone keeps talking about the lamb lollipops that we had!! The ballroom was just as beautiful in the day light as it was at night and we cannot thank the team at Indian Pond for making our wedding dreams come true!! We cannot wait to see more of our wedding pictures that captured the beautiful golf course at the bridge and the group wedding photo on the stairs! We would highly recommend this venue to any couple!

One of the best decisions we made with wedding planning

My husband and I could not recommend Indian Pond Country Club more! Throughout the process they are wonderful - extremely informative and responsive when inquiring as well as through the planning process once you sign your contract. They day of the wedding couldn't have gone smoother - they are pros at this - well coordinated and organized. Everyone loved the food and the venue. They were also flexible with working with us with the bridal suite and photos as the day of the wedding happened to turn out freezing!

Highly recommend!

My husband and I were married at Indian Pond Country club in October of 2019. ...First of all if you have never been there, the venue is beautiful! Simply stunning interior! And the landscaping is beautiful as well! The event staff helped make planning very easy. Megan and Stacey were the best! They answered all of our phone calls and emails promptly. I'm a nurse and have a crazy work and sleep schedule, and they were able to accommodate my schedule to meet, even after their normal working hours. On the day of the wedding the staff were extremely attentive. Diane was the best! Everything was wonderful. From the set-up to the food. Not a complaint to be had--I wouldn't change a thing!!

Indian Pond is perfect for a large wedding on the South Shore

Gorgeous venue, excellent service!

We got married at Indian Pond in August. We had our ceremony on the lawn and our reception was in the Grand Ballroom. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough. It was the perfect choice for us. The venue is gorgeous and well maintained. The food and service were excellent. The portions were plentiful. Most importantly, the staff at Indian Pond are phenomenal. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Megan to plan our wedding. Planning a wedding can be daunting and stressful. Megan made the entire process easy for us from start to finish. She is professional and was always quick to respond to questions. The pricing was reasonable, and all the quotes were accurate. There weren’t any unexpected expenses. Megan provided guidance without ever coming across as pushy or salesy. My husband is allergic to alcohol, but we wanted to have signature cocktails at our wedding. Megan worked with the bar manager to come up with an awesome signature mocktail in addition to our cocktail. Everyone loved it. Megan and her team worked with our vendors before the big day to ensure that everything would run smoothly the day of the wedding. Diane was our banquet manager for the day of. She was excellent – I knew that we were in great hands when I met her at our rehearsal. She kept everything on track the day of. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather for our big day. Our pictures are stunning. Our friends and family are still talking about how great the food was. They took excellent care of our guests and belongings. A couple of friends told me that they’ve already referred other people to Indian Pond for their weddings!

Simply elegant and amazing!

Indian Pond was the first and only venue we went to see because it was first on our list and we knew it was the one! The grounds are so beautiful and I felt comfortable right away with Bonnie, I found them to be very organized and easy to work with. When Bonnie wasn't there to answer some of my emails I ended up working more hand in hand with Megan and I couldn't have been happier. She made planning a breeze and never made me feel like I was pestering her (although I probably was). Payments were spaced out appropriately I felt. The one thing I'd change throughout the planning process would probably be the food tasting. It's a group thing and I understand it's probably best for the venue but I wish we could've tried a few things instead of some things they did serve that night. We ended up picking the NY Strip & baked stuffed haddock for our plated entrees and they were both delicious and very large plates (especially for a fancy country club) I definitely don't think anyone left hungry. Our ceremony was in the ballroom and the room just had such a warm beautiful feel to it (since it was already getting dark at 4:30pm). Everything went on without a hitch. My "day of people" were Vicky and Pam they were both great, pleasant, and helpful. I will forever be grateful for Pam getting one of my ring bearers down the aisle when he was being difficult. I'm not sure what she said to him but I'm happy she did! Everyone helped me pull off the best surprise for my (now) husband, I had Rene Rancourt make an appearance and they had no problem hiding him and fitting him into my schedule prior. It was a great surprise and I'm so happy it worked out. It's sad that the person you work with all year to make your wedding perfect isn't apart of the day of activities but I was so happy that Megan was working the day of my wedding and came to the bridal suite where I was able to take a picture with her and put a face to the name who's helped me so much. Pam too even was putting a napkin on my dress while I was eating she was on top of it and always making sure we were good, I very much enjoyed her. I'd recommend Indian Pond to anyone who's looking into having an elegant wedding. Their off season prices are significantly lower than their peak season but either way the venue is on the higher end of wedding venues but to us it was worth every penny. Dream Wedding Venue

Just over 2 weeks ago, Indian Pond Country Club and their incredible team (Bonnie, Megan, Diane, Pam & more) hosted our wedding of ~165 people in the Grand Ballroom which was undeniably the most perfect and wonderful day of both our lives. From start to finish, the process was flawless. The ladies answered dozens of "silly" questions of mine over the last year and a half, which led to a seemingly flawless wedding day. Speaking of wedding days, it is uncharacteristically unlike me to NOT “manage” things myself, and I truly did not worry or think about a single thing except how amazingly incredible our day was, and how happy our guests were all evening. We are still on cloud 9. I quiet literally can’t stop smiling. Thank you to Indian Pond for creating a beautifully flawless space, perfectly orchestrated day, and dream wedding for us. We are forever and ever and ever and ever thankful. Our guests were soooo impressed with your teams, the bartenders, the servers, the food, the “flow” - absolutely everything. If you are considering having your wedding here, DO IT. You will not be disappointed.

From the moment we walked into Indian Pond Country Club, we knew right away that we wanted to book it! It's absolutely gorgeous and the staff is exceptional!!! Diane, Laura, Megan, Bonnie, Alison, and all the wait staff went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect! All of our guests, included myself and my husband, complimented the food and the beauty of this venue. The staff members are professional, organized, and extremely helpful. From the moment we toured, Bonnie and Megan went above and beyond to answer any questions that we had...and believe me, I had a lot of questions! Our wedding rehearsal and reception were simply perfect. If anything went wrong, we did not know. Diane and Vicky took care of every detail imaginable. I could not have asked for a more perfect day, or more professional, accommodating staff. We got married in the Ballroom Foyer which is such a beautiful space with large chandeliers. Our reception was held in the Blackstones Room which has rich wooden accents and a picturesque fireplace. (Very vintage chic). There is a lovely terrace off the back of the room, which was nice if you want to grab a bit of fresh air. The bridal suite is large and offers a view of the golf course, and private restrooms. The entire venue is decorated in beautiful neutral colors (cream and gold) that will match most color schemes. The food is delicious and is served in generous portions...your guests will NOT go hungry. If you are looking for the perfect South Shore wedding venue, make sure to check out Indian Pond. You will not be disappointed!

I first went to Indian Pond almost a decade ago when one of my girlfriends was looking for a venue for her wedding. I fell in love with the venue then, so when I got engaged a couple years ago it was one of the first places on my list. When my now husband and I went on a tour with Bonnie (who is amazing), we both knew it was "the one", and we are SO glad we decided to hold our wedding there! We held our ceremony in the foyer which has beautiful chandeliers and a gorgeous view of the golf course through the massive wall of windows. Our reception was in the Blackstones Room, which has a ton of character and is really so beautiful it only needs minimal decoration. Over the almost two years of planning, the entire team was so helpful every step of the way. They were always super flexible and accommodating any time I had a question or wanted to make a change, and really helped to calm this anxious bride. The venue holds a group tasting that is set up like a wedding, and it really helped to visualize how our night would go. Plus, the food was AMAZING. If anything it made our choice harder because we didn't try a single thing we didn't like. The day of our wedding, we were blessed to have Pam as our coordinator. She really kept our day flowing along, and if anything did go wrong, we never knew. The venue looked fantastic, and our guests raved about both the place and the food. We had a perfect evening, and we are so genuinely grateful to everyone at Indian Pond for making it happen!

Where do I even begin...everything from start to finish was absolutely top notch!
When we set up our first meeting with Megan to visit Indian Pond - I knew as soon as we walked into the Ballroom that was where we were going to get married and have our reception! Stunning!!
We worked with Megan to do all the planning and organizing. We had A LOT of questions, and wanted to make some changes to the way they do some particular things - and let me say, that anything we asked and any changes we inquired about making, Megan listened, and made it happen! She was very quick in responding to any emails and getting the answers to us.
The day of the wedding Diane was our coordinator. Again - top notch! She was very attentive not only myself and my husband, making sure we ate, had drinks, and were able to enjoy ourselves - but also to my father who is in a wheelchair. As it is a little more difficult for him to get around, she made sure to come over to him often, making sure he had everything he needed and/or wanted. Thank you so much for that!!
As for the food - absolutely delicious! Our guests raved about the food! Everything from the appetizers at cocktail hour, the clam chowder, to the filet you could just cut with a butter knife! All excellent!
Overall - Megan, Diane and the staff at Indian Pond were all so well organized and we thought they did an amazing job!! I couldn't have been happier to have picked Indian Pond for our wedding day and would HIGHLY recommend to any future bride & groom.

Indian Pond was an absolutely fabulous venue for a wedding. We had ours on 9/23/17 and it was absolutely perfect. The staff there are friendly and accommodating. Megan Mulkern helped us every step of the way. They brought our vision to life and the space is absolutely gorgeous as well. Our family and friends can't stop raving up how much fun they had and how delicious the food was. I wish we could relive this day all over again.

Indian pond country club was the most wonderful venue! Me and my husband had the best day EVER there for our wedding! We communicated with Megan for planning and she was always so responsive and helpful and on our wedding day Diane and the rest of the staff were wonderful! So accommodating to us the whole time and if anything went wrong we had no idea because they made it seem flawless and go so smoothly! I highly recommend this venue! FYI we celebrated in the black stones room and absolutely loved how it turned out!!!

Indian pond is an absolutely stunning venue! The staff is very helpful and as the bride, truly made me feel like a princess on my wedding day! The food was delicious. People always say "if I could go back and change one thing it would be this or that" well, If I could go back and change one thing, I wouldn't! Everything was perfect thanks to Diane and the staff at Indian pond country club I can't even count how many of my guests I had come up at the end of my wedding and say that was the best wedding they'd ever been to! Highly recommend Indian pond for anything! My wedding reception was in the ballroom but I had my bridal shower here in the blackstones room which was also just as gorgeous ! Everything at IPCC was perfect for our big day. From the moment that I did my initial tour, to bringing my husband to check it out before we signed the contract, all of the emailed questions and last minute changes, the rehearsal dinner, and the wedding itself, I felt confident that Indian Pond was the best place for us. Everyone I dealt with was amazing, I can only imagine how stressful it can be to have brides changing plans and waffling on decisions and being nervous and stressful, but they never showed anything beyond kindness and flexibility. Diane and Pam were wonder women on the day of and I never worried about a thing besides having fun with my husband.

Have your wedding here! Beautiful venue, wonderful group of coordinators and great communication. The coordinators were very helpful, attentive to emails and always willing to approve my requests. I got married in the Blackstones room and it was gorgeous. I had planned to come early to 'supervise' the set up. When I first walked in to the ceremony space and saw that it looked exactly like my diagram, I knew Diane was on top of everything. Diane was great during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. My belongings were safe. The food was delicious. I am VERY picky about food and it was all delicious. My mother who never says a nice word told my sister "everything tasted so good!" I was taken care of the entire day, I felt like a queen. My guests said it was the most classy and sophisticated wedding they had ever been to. They were in awe of the set up. Our daughter & son-in-law got married here in July. We booked the venue a year in advance. From the tour until walking out the door after the reception, everything was flawless. We loved the tasting because it helped us decide between a few options. If anything did go wrong at any point, we didn't know it. The staff is amazing. They're so professional. The evening moved along so smoothly. The property is beautiful & the pictures came out amazing. You will be completely satisfied!!

We were extremely happy with our 6/26 wedding in the ballroom at Indian Pond. Everything was gorgeous, it was set up perfectly for our outdoor ceremony and indoor cocktail hour and dinner, and all the vendors were well coordinated and orchestrated to do their piece well and on time. The bar, appetizers, and meals all were just as expected and on time, the meal was delicious, and the schedule was kept to perfectly.

We worked with Laura on the sales team throughout the planning process, and she was fabulous. She was conscientious, detail oriented, responsive, and really on top of our long list of dietary restrictions. Diane was our day of coordinator and was supportive, helpful, and organized. All of the servers were helpful and one step ahead.

Luckily, we got a perfect summer day for our wedding, but one other thing I loved about Indian Pond is their really solid backup plan if it rains. There is a beautiful area near the fireplace where you can have your ceremony if it rains. It really helped us to relax knowing we would have a beautiful wedding day whatever the weather. We are so happy we chose Indian Pond and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, classy venue!

My husband and I knew once we walked through Indian Pond that we loved it. The landscape is beautiful and the place has such character that we didn't have to add any decorations. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful when we had some tough situations come up. The food was delicious and the whole wedding stayed on schedule. My day-of coordinator was amazing and got down on the floor at one point to safety pin my dress when the bustle broke! Our waitress was great and definitely took care of us all night. I was truly impressed. All of my guests loved it there. I would definitely recommend it - the price for the quality and value was incredibly reasonable, too!!

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this place as soon as we saw it. We actually decided to cancel our church ceremony and have it right on the Indian Pond property. When we visited, it was set up for a ceremony outside and it was so beautiful we just had to get married there. They also have a great backup plan in case the weather isn't good. Luckily, it was a perfect summer day and just how we imagined. Our main contact person was Abby, but she left a month before our wedding day. I wasn't nervous at all because everyone who works there can answer your questions and make sure your day is perfect! On our big day, Diane was our coordinator. She was great! The bus company we hired never showed up to pick up our guests so my bridesmaids and Diane were on the phone to the company and trying to figure out how to get everyone there. I was thankful they kept that from me until the problem was solved. The hotel and some friends, shuttled people over and the rest of the day was perfect! My guests are still complimenting me on how beautiful it was there and how amazing the food was! I would highly recommend this place!

Indian Pond was an amazing place for our wedding ceremony and reception! Ceremony was in the Grand Foyer, and cocktail hour/reception was in the Blackstones Room. Because we had such an off-season wedding, we had the run of the place and were able to take pictures in the Ballroom. The off-season prices are incredibly reasonable for such a great venue, and the ceremony space is absolutely fantastic.

In the planning stages, the sales staff was incredibly helpful, especially Abby. She responded to emails super quickly and answered all of our questions.

The food was very tasty - got so many compliments on the fact that the chicken was moist for all those who had it, and the veggie option was also a hit. The scallops wrapped in bacon were so fresh (in March!) and the other cocktail hour appetizers were super tasty.

Diane ("banquet captain," or coordinator, really) was very efficient, getting all the details down the day before and making everything run so so smoothly. We never felt like we had to keep track of the schedule because Diane, and our personal waitress Vicky, were so on-point the whole night.

While we could have gone to other places for less money, the value is still 5/5 because they know how to do weddings and it was well worth a bit more. They were so quick to say "yes" on accommodating certain things - for example, we didn't want to have to buy floral arrangements or anything else for the ceremony, and asked them if we could use two smaller trees they had for everyday decoration. We asked once, they immediately said of course (as long as they were still, you know, around that day); they took care of it, and it looked great! When I wanted a first look in front of the Ballroom fireplace, but didn't want any guests to see me, they took me through the kitchens and storage areas to get me there unseen.

Overall, I would highly recommend Indian Pond for any bride, small or large budget.

we had our wedding at indian pond country club in august 2014 and the experience that we had with them was just amazing! abby was extremely helpful, professional and truly cares about her clients! the attention to detail that she and the rest of the indian pond staff showed was impeccable. the entire staff was extremely focused on making sure our wedding day went perfectly. there was never a moment when there wasn't someone from their staff near me, helping me or answering any questions that I had. I felt very well taken care of and all of our guests had a fabulous time!

our outdoor ceremony was absolutely beautiful! cocktail hour was held in the foyer and our reception was in the grand ballroom. from the beautiful bridal suite, vaulted ceilings, wall of windows, itialian chandeliers, the floor to ceiling fireplace, to the crown molding; indian pond has it all! it was exactly what we were looking for and the decor and colors of the venue went perfectly with our "vintage chic" theme.

it has been almost 4 months since our wedding and we still have people contacting us and raving about how much they loved the food, how beautiful the whole wedding was, how they loved all of the details and decor and what a great time they had.

all in all, our wedding day from start to finish ran almost flawlessly! I say almost because there were just a few minor details (which is expected) that should have went differently, but absolutely nothing major and certainly nothing that delayed or stopped the day from happening!

I would definitely recommend indian pond to anyone who is looking to have their dream wedding at an "all in one" venue where both the ceremony and reception can take place and isn't overly priced like most.

The Grand Ballroom at the Indian Pond Country Club was a breathtaking venue in which to hold our ceremony and reception. The staff was incredibly helpful leading up to the event, the ceremony in front of the fireplace was very nice (if a bit warm for the wedding party!), and the ballroom itself was just absolutely gorgeous. The food was delicious, and the pianist for the cocktail hour received many comments from our guests. Overall it was a great experience for us and we would certainly recommend it to others!

We had our wedding at IPCC a few weeks ago and could not have been happier with our selection! Throughout the planning process Alison was always there to answer our questions and give us any suggestions and opinions she could. During the actual event, the day was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Diane kept our rowdy wedding party in line and Pam made sure my husband and I were happy, eating, and drinking all night. Our guests raved about how beautiful the patio, ceremony greens, and ballroom all were! In addition, the food was delicious and guests are still telling us how good everything was (clam chowder, caprese salad, filet). IPCC is a great location, convenient especially if you stay in Plymouth - we had a lot of out of town guests and they loved the entire weekend. We had our wedding reception in June 2013 at Indian Pond's Blackstone Room (it has an elegant feel, but still a bit rustic because of the wooden finishes). During our venue research we visited dozens of places, but it's only when we walked into that room that we were able to envision what an amazing celebration we could have there!

From its floor to ceiling windows, to wooden panels, to an amazing old style bar area, to the access to a terrace with beautiful views of the golf course, we knew immediately that we wanted to have our wedding reception there. In addition, the food (filet mignon and baked stuffed shrimp as entree) was absolutely great! We got tons of great feedback from our guests about the food!

Once we got the process started, we were absolutely amazed by our wedding coordinator, Ashley. I could write an additional, separate review solely for Ashley. She was SO AMAZING. During the whole wedding planning process (9 months!), she was my go to resource, even for stuff completely unrelated to the venue. She's so knowledgeable, insightful, trustworthy. A true professional. Also, when we dropped off all of our items (menus, favors, bathroom extras, cigars, wish tree, wish tags, etc.), I trusted that Ashley would communicate exactly how I wanted to have these items displayed to her team. In the end, it all looked even better than I had imagined! From the staff, to the coordinator, to the food, to the inside and outside, we were absolutely thrilled with the Indian Pond Country Club. We could not have been happier with our venue pick.

I have worked in hospitality for many years in the Boston market and have seen some great and not so great events and I can tell you their staff are the best at what they do. Everything what they do. We had planed to have our wedding ceremony outdoors, but moved it indoors due to heavy rain and high winds. It was so beautiful and I think if we had to do it over again we would have it indoors! My husband and I chose this vendor after seeing 3 sites and then laying our eyes on this place. We laughed a bit when we first saw how elegant and beautiful this place was, lots of space, and a large dancefloor with a large "nook" in one side of the room to puta photobooth in. We also loved the fact that off-season pricing was still in effect in April and May (saving us thousands of dollars).

Service was great. From the friendly and professional coordinators who were open to ideas, to the detail oriented waitstaff. The actual day of the wedding went off without a hitch. Cocktail hour was able to be open to guests starting at 4:30pm (30 min earlier than actual start time) without charging us a fee. We had open bar and that went well. The food was good...but we don't remember much of how it tasted since we were so busy that night. But, I heard no complaints about the food at all. Food during cocktail hour was very good (the overall guest favorites were mini hamburgers, greek salad on edible spoon, springrolls, and braised beef pot pies.

The food tasting prior to our wedding does not necessarily allow you to try all the selections, or even narrow it down to your seletions. It is basically an event thrown for the soon-to-be wedding couples and the room is set up to look like how an actual wedding would look like. They bring in vendors from the area to advertise services (hair/makeup, cakes, DJs, spa, florists, limo, etc). It is a very fun event and the two of you are free, but extra guests are about $20/person. They have the buffet set up with specific dishes, the cheese station up, and the chocolate fountain. Unfortunately, I wished they allowed us to choose two or three entrees that we were interested in and let us taste those. We only tasted beef, the stuffed haddock, and autumn chicken...maybe some others were available. As with the entrees, only some appetizers were available as well.

Our wedding at IndianPond Country Club was perfect. The staff catered to all of our needs from start to finish. The food was delicious. Our guest raved about it.
Also the venue was perfect for photos. We took some breath taking shots on the golf course and the bridge.

Indian Pond knows what they are doing and they do it so well! Many guests told me what a hidden gem it is. Every person we worked with from Indian Pond was so responsive and professional. The food was delicious - short rob pot pie passed appetizer a must! The filet and risotto were wonderful!

IPCC was an amazing pick for our Wedding reception! From the planning, food, decor, room, and staff we could not have found a better place. Our guests keep raving about how fun and beautiful the night was.

Indian Pond was an absolute pleasure to work with, I would recommend them again and again!!! Through out the planning I worked with Ashley - and she was phenomenal, any time I had a question whether big or small she always responded the same day and was extremely friendly! I never once was made to feel like my endless questions were a burden. Thank you!!!!! On our wedding we worked with Diane, everything went seamlessly. Everything was exactly as planned without a single glitch!
And the food - wow! This was not normal wedding food, it was actually good!! We had our guests and ourselves served the baked stuff shrimp and tenderloin tips. The tips were able to be cut with a butter knife they were so tender!!!

Colleen and her staff were absolutely amazing! Everything from the planning to organization to execution of the event went very smoothly( Perfectly is more like it)!! I had to do a large portion of my planning from a distance and Indian Pond was terrific with email and quick responses to my every question. I was treated like a princess from start to finish and every detail even ones I had not anticipated were thought of ( I am detail oriented so very hard to do)!! They exceeded my expectations in every way!!

The day before my wedding my husband and brother-in-law dropped off a large amount of last minute details I wanted to include with some very general directions. The staff at Indian Pond knew exactly where my things would look the best and the venue was beyond anything I could have ever envisioned!! My wedding was in July and all my guests are still raving about the food, atmosphere and the staff!! They also worked seamlessly with my DJ, florist and wedding cake delivery. Thank You so very much for an absolutely exquisite event !!!

We had our reception at Indian Pond this August and could not have been more happy with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. Diane was extremely friendly and more than helpful making sure everything was on schedule and we had everything that we needed. Pam was also extremely friendly and helpful, she made sure our food stayed warm in the kitchen until we were ready to eat and continually checked in on us to make sure we had had everything we needed. We had an extremely positive and memorable experience from the first person we met when we went to look at Indian Pond to the staff on site at our wedding. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

Linda Chavez, Laura Derby, and Colleen Webber make this place what it is...AMAZING! I knew when I set foot in that ballroom it was the place for our wedding. We absolutely loved Indian Pond! Throughout the whole planning process, they were very responsive and easily put our worries at ease. They have weddings down to a science and were great about giving us a schedule of when speeches, cake cutting etc. would be and everything ran extremely smoothly on the day of our wedding as a result of their experience. We also really liked having a bridal suite to use. It was nice to take a break in between taking pictures and the start of the reception to unwind and eat some food. There was always someone to ask if we wanted a drink or some more appetizers. All our guests commented on how good the food was and how pretty of a venue it was. Our wedding was better than we ever thought it could be and we have Indian Pond to thank for that!

IPCC went above and beyond at our wedding! They were friendly to us and all of our guests and had the most AMAZING food! All of our guests raved about the food. The staff was so helpful, they even helped with my dress out on the golf course when we took pictures outside by the bridge. They made everything run smoothly, we loved our venue!

I am so glad we had our wedding at Indian Pond. From the first meeting until we left after the wedding day, everything was amazing. When you visit, you can see how beautiful the site is - a perfect place for a wedding. What you don't see is how unbelievably helpful the staff is!!! Colleen, Vicky, and Sandy are all WONDERFUL!!!!! Thank you to the entire Indian Pond staff. We had such a wonderful wedding day. Our ceremony and reception were in the Blackstones Room (the weather did not cooperate...our ceremony was supposed to be outside on the terrace). The indoor ceremony back-up plan worked out so well. I was worried that things would be a jumbled mess with the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one room, but the staff did a tremendous job making each part of the day feel unique and special. The food was delicious and everyone was such a pleasure to deal with.

Indian Pond was simply stunning. We worked with Ashley from day one and could not get over how absolutely wonderful she was. Incredibly kind, quick in response time and overall a great person to work with!

The grounds were always immaculate. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our detailed list was combed through and each request was nailed. The food was just wonderful. Everyone raved about how large the portions were and how great everything tasted (something that I think is rare in the wedding-caterer world). Overall, a fantastic experience. Indian Pond is well worth the money!

I am the mother of the bride and I want to highly recommend Indian Pond Country Club!
We can not express enough how overwhelmed we were at how our daughter’s wedding turned out! First of all….Ashley G….was amazing as she walked me through it all for a year and a half of the planning stages! I was blessed to have spent all this “cyberspace” time with her! Always on time with her emails..Immense integrity!

Diane who coordinated the wedding on that evening...was like Iron Man, Hulk, Superman, and Wonder Woman all wrapped into one bundle! She was incredible and was able to effectively troubleshoot MY ERROR with the seating board/plan with such proficiency! I don’t know HOW she pulled it off…but she did!! And I thank you Diane for pulling me out of the fire on that one!!

Pam was most gracious and accommodating as she took care of our every need throughout the reception. The bride will always remember how Pam prepared a plate from the Chocolate fountain for her and her groom!

I don’t remember the names of all the other staff…..but they were all amazing as well! Please extend our appreciation and thanks to them!

IPCC provided us with our daughter’s Princess wedding from beginning to end……People are still talking about it!

It was a wedding of elegance and style and the room was absolutely gorgeous! The food was outstanding and the service unmeasured! One extemely amazing experience!

Thank you all for the most amazing experience and evening!

I can't recommend Indian Pond enough. They answered every question and concern I had and were extremely helpful through the entire planning process. Everyone there is extremely caring and attentive. The day-of staff was great. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the entire day, and everything was exactly as I had pictured.
The food was fantastic and the site itself was beautiful (not to mention immaculate). It was very reasonably priced for the services provided.
If you want a space that has great clean lines, full-service (catering, linens, ceremony, etc on site), then I think that this could be a great place for you (I know it was for us!)

Wow! What an unbelievable venue. Two months after our wedding - our guests, family and friends are still commenting on how beautiful everything was. Colleen Webber was our favorite function manager and Pam (wedding-party server) was top notch to our entire wedding party and even great with our four flowergirls!! Even on a rainy day (because it DID rain on our wedding day) our pictures at Indian Pond still came out perfect.

Indian Pond is a hidden gem for wedding venues in Massachusetts. At first we were focused on Boston hotels and venues, then Newport sites for our winter wedding. In the end, we settled on IPCC, and could not have been more pleased. Colleen Corcoran and her team gave my parents and me her undivided attention during the planning, and saw to it that each and every request we had (no matter how small) was followed up on. The food was amazing, the site looked gorgeous the night of the wedding, and the service could not have been better. Our guests were very impressed! I think IPCC can cater to big, small, winter, summer - any type of wedding. Highly recommended!

Indian Pond was beautiful and amazing. I fell in love with the foyer and grand ballroom at first sight. The person that assisted me with planning my wedding was responsive, helpful and provided ample options. I don't even know where to begin. When I think back to my wedding day I can't help but smile. It was the absolute best day of my life. Indian Pond was the first decision that my fiancé and I made. It was a must. After having looked at several different venues online we started with a visit to IP. That was all it took. I KNEW that this was the place I wanted to have my reception. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, and the staff was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They made us feel right at home the second we walked into the venue.

Colleen was the "perfect little helper" in guiding me through all of the small (but we all know...important) decisions that needed to be made. She was so kind and trustworthy. I knew that she had my weddings best interest in mind when helping me make the planning decisions.

The day of the wedding went exactly as planned. Beautiful, fun, a best-in-class wedding that I knew my guests would enjoy.

You can't go wrong when you book with Indian Pond!

I am so glad that we chose Indian Pond Country Club as the venue for our wedding reception. The place itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. They literally take care of everything for you! Colleen was our event planner and she was unbelievable, as was every staff member that we encountered. Our wedding was the best time of our life. The food was amazing, the venue was amazing, everything surpassed our expectations. All of our wedding guests couldn't believe how beautiful Indian Ponds was. Everyone was commenting on how great the food is and how beautiful the ballroom, grounds, etc were. People actually called us the next day to tell us what a beautiful wedding it was and many said that they felt like they were in Boston at a fancy hotel. During the reception, the entire staff was at our beckon call and thinking of things to help us out without us even asking. I barely had time to eat my dinner because I was having so much fun and one of the waitresses noticed and brought out a new hot meal for me. My husband said he had the best time he has ever had. I will be recommending Indian Ponds to everyone. If you live on the South Shore, there is no need to look any further than Indian Ponds. I looked everywhere and it is the best of the best.

My husband and I could not be happier with the services we received from IPCC. When we found Indian Pond online I said immediately we need to go check this place out. We set up a date and time and went to see it in person. We absolutely fell in love with everything about it!!! We both knew right then that this was our place! It was simply amazing!!!!! Just beautiful....it was exactly how I imagined our wedding day to be. Our wedding was perfect, everyone we worked with was so professional and accomodating we really did not have to worry about anything on our day. We got married right on the golf course and had our reception in the grand ball room. Lucky for us, it was a beautiful day which allowed for us to get married outside. We have now been married just over 2 months, and people are still talking about how much fun they had, how excellent the food was and how gorgeous the place was! I can't say enough about how wonderful IPCC is. I looked at ten other venues and none of them even came close. From the friendly, attentive staff to the beautiful grounds and amazing food, IPCC made our wedding so special. We had our ceremony and reception there. Originally, we were planning to have our ceremony outside, but mother nature did not cooperate. The staff moved us indoors in the gorgeous backup spot in front of the fireplace within minutes. It looked as though we had planned to have it there all along. The attention to detail throughout was impressive. I would highly recommend it as a location to anyone.

Indian Pond Country club was amazing! We could be any happier with our decision to get married and hold our reception at the Blackstone room @ IPCC. Our guests were shocked at the quality of the venue, ie; food, golf course grounds, outside balcony, floor to ceiling windows, service/staff, etc.
Colleen the events manager was patient, kind, and took care of every detail of the reception planning and ceremony coordination. She even helped pick out table linens and refered us to a wonderful vendor. The food was any thing short of great! Every guest even proclaimed that it was the best "wedding" food they have ever eaten. The two Pam's (Pam and Pam) as we refer to them were the ceremony/reception staff that attended to our every need. They deserve as many gold starts as possible. They were our right hand and took care of everything during the reception. Truly an outstanding job!!! They even stayed an hour after closing to make sure every guest left safely. I would love to share our pictures with Indian Pond to place online just to show everyone what is possible by having Indian Pond host your wedding. My husband and I highly recommend Indian Pond for your upcoming wedding. It will be an event you, and your guests alike will NEVER FORGET!!

Had a great experience with Indian Pond. Everyone there was friendly and easy to work with. You could contact anyone by phone or email and they would always give you prompt responses. They were extremely flexible in letting us bring in various desserts from outside places. We were able to drop off stuff for the wedding a few days before which made our wedding day go that much more smoothly without worrying about dropping off our guest book, card box etc.

Day of the wedding was incredible. All the staff was so helpful and supportive. Diane makes sure that everything runs on time and can easily and quickly orchestrate that. The staff was great in making sure the bride and groom got to eat their wedding food! We were asked if we wanted any drinks, food or dessert and they were promptly brought to our table while we went around talking to guests. My meal was at the table but I was on the dance floor so the staff brought it back to the kitchen to keep it warm and brought it back out to me when I was ready to eat. Everyone really made the day go smoothly and I did not have any stress or worries. I would recommend Indian Pond to anyone, prices were very reasonable and their service is superb.

Indian Pond Country Club is MADE for wedding. The place is flawlessly gorgeous and all in whites and beiges which match any color scheme. The ballroom is so beautiful that you can save money on decorations. I hardly had any and the room was beautiful! I worked mostly with Colleen through the planning process and she was great. Very responsive and accommodating. Diane was there for the day of the wedding and the rehearsal and she was fabulous as well. They are very organized and make planning a breeze! The food was delicious as well. It was actually WAY better than what we had sampled at the tasting. My only complaint would be that you have to pay the same price for all the entres (the higher of course). This wouldnt be so bad if they were all similar in price but we ended up having 9 people pick the vegetarian dish in which we had to pay the steak price. BUT! Overall, what we got for what we paid was unbelievable! I highly recommend this place for a wedding. It was a dream come true :-)

I am so happy that I chose this venue as my reception venue. Both Pams were instrumental in making sure that the day ran smoothly without any kinks. We received many compliments as to how organized the event was. When I walked into the grand ballroom to see the entire set-up, I almost cried because everything was exactly how I envisioned it to be and more. They were attentive to our needs and made sure that we had a perfect wedding day. I couldn't have asked for more.
