  Ateet - the mastermind! We are SO happy we went with you!
  
  During our first phone introduction with Indian Destination Wedding, we appreciated that we spoke with YOU, the founder of the company. It was important to Anuj and me to have access to and be comfortable with the person managing the travel logistics for our wedding week, and we knew we would be in good hands from the first meeting with you.
  
  Throughout the over a year process, we appreciate how you provided us straight-forward answers (no beating around the bush), so we knew what was realistic vs. idealistic. When it came time to negotiate a contract, you came up with great points to include that we could never have thought of, and that lead to a more enjoyable experience for our guests. Your employee, Alyssa, remained polite, attentive, and kind in answering the guests’ many questions, including some of our last minute room changes. Multiple guests personally texted us saying they loved communicating with her. It takes a special person to remain patient when stress is inevitably rising as the wedding week approached, but Alyssa and your team at large helped us remain calm!
  
  Nikita especially loved how you made a detailed “Know Before You Go” email 1 week prior to guest departure. It not only detailed what to expect at the airport and travel, but also a list of things to do at the resort and in Punta Cana itself. Our guests appreciated the information, and we appreciated how organized it was. It helped alleviate a lot of questions that we were already being asked the final week.
  
  Anuj particularly enjoyed how you answered our questions in a very timely manner, to the extent that you even answered an email from us while you were on vacation (which we never expected!). It was so refreshing to work with a vendor where we knew where we stood - we were never in a position where we did not know what the next steps were.
  
  It was very important to us to make sure our guests had safe and reliable transportation, and you provided that for us. During the week of the wedding, we had some difficulties with the transport pick-up from the Punta Cana airport. We appreciate how your team trouble-shooted the problem literally within minutes, and managed the travel from a few countries away. We knew we could count on you from the beginning, and that showed even until our flight back home.
  
  Overall, we are SO incredibly happy we went with Indian Destination Wedding for our travel concierge. Your team was responsive, knowledgeable, personable, and gave us the team feel with the personal touch that we were looking for. You personally have exceeded our expectations!   Extremely helpful and responsive

  Indian Destination Weddings did a phenomenal job throughout our entire wedding process - from helping us to finalize a resort to handling travel logistics the weekend of the wedding. The team was incredibly responsive and regularly got on the phone to walk through some tough decisions/provide advice. They have a strong breadth of relationships in the destinations (we did a Cancun wedding). More, during the wedding, they were incredibly responsive to all of our guest's travel changes and questions - their response time was within minutes. Could not recommend this team and company more -

  Experienced team that will go the extra mile

  When we first approached Ateet with the daunting task of planning an Indian destination wedding in less than 6 months(!), we had no idea what to expect or if it was even possible. Ateet was confident we could make it work, and he walked us through the entire process: narrowing down resort options; advising us on the room block and venue selections; recommending external vendors; and promptly answering our many, many questions along the way. His strong relationships with the resorts/vendors were a huge advantage - he fought for us whenever we ran into any issues or roadblocks to make sure we got what we needed. Ateet and team (special thanks to Jess and Dzenita!) also made sure our guests' experience was seamless when it came to booking rooms and providing airport transfers. Planning a wedding is always stressful but the IDW team's experience and dedication helped minimize our anxiety during that special time. We're so grateful to them for helping us pull off an amazing wedding in Punta Cana!

  IDW Review

  We loved working with IDW. Ateet and his team were super helpful throughout the last year and half. Whenever we needed anything (special accommodations, transport, vendor help, etc etc) IDW was only a email or phone call away. The entire team was professional and very reliable. They made sure everything was taken care of and questions were answered which eased our wedding planning process. We are so glad we used IDW and had IDW on our side. We 1000% recommend IDW!!

  Destination Wedding

  Ateet was one of the first few people we spoke to when we started discussing having a dream destination wedding. Within moments we knew he would be the right choice for us as a travel coordinator. He is very knowledgeable, honest, informative and personable! Throughout the entire process he was always available to answer any questions we had, he recommended many of the vendors we used and was always willing to help in any aspect. He is more than just a travel coordinator! We would not have been able to have our dream wedding in Cancun, Mexico without his constant guidance, even up until the very end! He's got a very professional and helpful team as well.

  The dream team!!

  If you are looking to plan a destination wedding, hands down Ateet and the Indian Destination Wedding (IDW) team are the folks you want by your side!! When my husband and I first started looking into this process we felt super overwhelmed up until our first phone call with Ateet. Ateet truly was the reason we decided to proceed with having a destination wedding after our initial lackluster interactions with a few different companies.
  
  Ateet took the time to provide us with all the information we needed to make our decision and more, didn't rush us, and made us and our wedding feel special. Ateet was very mindful of our requirements and vision and recommended the best suited options for us [resort, wedding planning, and transfer services]. He went over and above to provide us with key information such as child stay costs as we had large number of kiddos attending our events. We never felt pressured or that we were being given options which didn't align with our needs. He truly listened to our needs and delivered with full force!
  
  Furthermore, Ateet and the team (especially Alyssa) were extremely responsive and helpful not only to us but to our guests as well. Anytime we had a question Ateet was more than happy to jump on a last minute call and our emails were responded to within minutes, this was greatly appreciated! Our guests were provided with ALL the information they could possibly need to book their travel and any questions/changes were managed swiftly!

  IDW was so Helpful!!

  IDW was incredibly helpful! We got into contact with IDW a little less than a year before we wanted to get married and thought we might not be able to find what we were looking for with a short notice. We were overwhelmed in the beginning of trying to find a resort, trying to do it ourselves with no luck. IDW was able to find us a resort within our budget, that was rated well, checked off all our boxes and was experienced in Indian weddings. We got married at Dreams Macao September 2023 in Dominican Republic.
  
  They helped us with booking, organizing our family and friends which was one less thing for us to worry about! They answered emails quickly and efficiently, even calling when we needed more clarification. The website they make for your guests to book Is simple to use and easy to follow!

  The best destination wedding planner

  We felt a little late to our destination wedding planning, but with the help of Ateet and his team we had the wedding of our dreams at Planet Hollywood in Cancun of August 2023. He took his time to listen to our wants and needs for our Sikh ceremony requests to find the perfect location with respect to our guest count, cost, and experience.

  Excellent Travel Concierge Service

  Roshan and I used Indian Destination Weddings as our travel concierge service for our May 2023 wedding at Hard Rock Riviera Maya. As someone who hadn't attended a destination wedding and had no idea where to start with planning, Ateet and his team were extremely comforting and knowledgable right off the bat during our initial consultation. From listening to our "must haves," finding our venue and locking it down, to dealing with all the back and forth with room changes and the resort, Ateet and his team took care of everything. They were extremely great with communicating every detail to us and did an amazing job at burning out all the fires that came our way.   Amazing Partners That Took the Stress Out of a Destination Wedding!

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Ateet and Alyssa for our wedding in Riviera Maya, they were AWESOME. From the very beginning of the planning process to the final moments, they exceeded our expectations - demonstrating support, responsiveness, and a true dedication to ensuring an unforgettable experience for us and our guests.
  
  From securing hotel rates to negotiation on things like cutoff dates and deposit structure to ongoing communications with our guests around all things logistics, they were there for us in every way we needed.
  
  Mexico can be a tricky place to plan a wedding - there are cultural differences, potential for travel chaos, and lot of other factors, but IDW was our partner through all of this. We had a pretty complicated booking process across 150+ guests, each had their own unique room needs, timelines, etc and the IDW team was able to navigate it all.
  
  Most importantly, they swiftly handled any issues guests had while in transit, giving our guests peace of mind in a new and foreign country.

  Great Experience!

  I highly recommend Ateet and the Indian Destination Wedding team! Ateet was great with helping us pick a resort and a planner for our wedding when we initially didn't know where to start. The team then did a great job with making sure our guests' travel plans were sorted out, and were responsive whenever minor issues came up. Overall it was great working with them!

  A fairytale south Indian wedding

  We used Indian destination wedding for our fairytale South Indian destination wedding in Cancun. Ateet and his staff did an excellent job at making our dream wedding come true. Planning a destination wedding is challenging at times but we felt that this team made it so seamless for us.   Ateet was with us from beginning to end on our journey for a wedding. He was super informative, helped us make an educated decision based on our needs. In hindsight, his input and consultive based approached helped us pick the right venue for us. He was always there to jump on a phone call or via email. So I give an A+ for communication and professionalism. Out of the other companies out there he was able to give us the hands on help we needed. I would certainly pick him and wouldn’t look back.

  - handling all communications with the resort
  - coordinating all flights/transportation for all of our 180 guests

  Thank you sooo much Ateet!!!! I am so glad we went with Indian Destination Weddings over some of our other options! Your personable professionalism was uncanny. I knew you were the right choice after our conversations because it was clear you know the destination wedding business and were always attentive to our questions with CLEAR answers!
  
  Most of all, I truly don't believe the other options would have been able to help us through the various issues we had with our resort the same way you did. You fought for us and held people accountable, and we could not have asked for a better advocate during our stressful experience. We felt somewhat helpless in those scenarios, and you were a calming presence to help us address the top execs at the hotel in order to light that fire and get them to respond accordingly.
  
  For anyone who is considering a destination wedding - you can stop your search with Ateet and IDW.   Indian Destination Dream

  We started our wedding journey a bit early, and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We knew we wanted to do a destination wedding to keep things intimate, but what a wild ride to get to our wedding, and there is no way we could have done it without Ateet and his Indian Destination Wedding team. Ateet is absolutely an expert and thinks through recommendations that were best suited for us. We had some challenges with our priest, and he was able to send over some connections to help us along. He was such a great partner to have as we were selecting our location and as our time got closer, the team kept things very organized. With Ateet’s partnership, we were able to find the right destination for us and the perfect resort for our family. We were married in the beautiful Dominican Republic, and Ateet’s team even helped us coordinate our honeymoon! We would not have been able to plan a destination wedding, let alone an Indian Destination Wedding without the help of Indian Destination Weddings and I would highly recommend working with them for any Indian Destination Wedding planning needs. We chose to have a fusion wedding with two ceremonies for a White Wedding and an Indian Wedding, while a lot, the team supported us with ensuring our experience was what we wanted. Our wedding was the most amazing experience, and every day I wish I could go back! I know our experience wouldn’t have been possible without the expertise of the team.

  We used Ateet and his team to help plan our Indian wedding in Cancun and they did an amazing job!!
