The entire Indian Destination Wedding team (Ateet, Jess and Dzenita) were very helpful in all aspects of our wedding planning. When we first spoke to Ateet to even understand what we were getting ourselves into as far as planning a destination wedding, he was very insightful in helping us understand the end to end planning and coordination. He gave us assurance of the process, the benefits of doing a destination wedding, as well as the supporting us throughout our entire planning journey. He has always been prompt in his response and did not hesitate no matter what we threw his way. From getting our e-vites together, our detailed wedding website, private shuttles for our guests, coordinating travel and even some very thoughtful surprises along the way - everything with Indian Destination Wedding was effortless.
We would recommend Indian Destination Wedding to anyone looking for a smooth wedding planning process and we def recommend doing a South Asian destination wedding :)

We cannot recommend Ateet, Dzenita, and the Indian Destination Weddings team enough! From the very beginning, they were instrumental in helping my husband and I find the perfect venue for our wedding, eventually landing on the beautiful Generations / El Dorado Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
Planning a multi-event Indian wedding is no small feat, but the IDW team negotiated a fantastic package and room block contract that fit our needs perfectly. They made the logistics seamless for our guests, handling everything from stay bookings to airport transfers. They were also very responsive and helpful with our guests' questions.
What truly set them apart was their integrity. After our room block was locked in and guests had already paid, Ateet noticed the resort launched a 'kids stay free' promotion. Without us even asking, he advocated for our guests and successfully secured reimbursements for everyone who had already paid for children under 18.

We had the most amazing experience working with Indian Destination Wedding. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with and truly kind, friendly, and professional. They answered every single question we had, and all of our guests’ questions as well, with so much patience and care, which made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free.
Their responses were always quick and timely, and they were consistently willing to help with any travel related questions that we had. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding an seamless and amazing experience, not just for us, but for all of our guests as well.
One of the most special surprises was the beautiful photo banner they created with our names, displayed for our guests upon check-in, it genuinely made us feel like celebrities and was such a thoughtful touch.

IDW understood our needs/wants from the start. It became very easy for us to pick a resort that worked best for us based off the presentation given by them. We also received support throughout the whole process from understanding the room block contract and getting better rates for the rooms. We contacted IDW numerous times throughout the year and a half of planning and got responses pretty quick. The tracker of the room block of who has booked and how many nights and arrival/departure time was very handy and was used by us many times to stay organized but also to truly understand our guest count. The guest-check was personalized due to IDW sending over banners to the resort with our pictures. We took those home and will forever cherish that moment! We can't thank Ateet and his team enough for everything they've done for us and they definitely went above and beyond! -

Ateet and IDW were so tremendously helpful in getting us set up for the wedding of our dreams. From the start, it was clear that he genuinely cared about making this a memorable experience for us by chatting with us, getting a few ideas of what we wanted and where and how we would be best accommodated for our needs. We ultimately settled on Punta Cana, and he connected us with all the requisite planners at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana resort to get the ball rolling. With Ateet and the planners doing all the heavy lifting, we felt completely at ease the whole time and were astounded at how talented and hard working everyone was to ensure our celebration was that of a lifetime. We worked with them for our Cancun wedding in March 2025. We started working with them in early 2024 right from the beginning: figuring out feasible destination locations, looking into resort options, and determining availability. Ateet walked us through a thorough presentation of all of our options with photos, venue breakdowns, available weekends, and pricing. We were able to narrow down our favorites and talk through his honest opinions on the various options - something we valued highly as he has been to the resorts and worked with the companies in the past. As someone in the wedding industry myself, I understand first hand how its important to go beyond the marketing materials and nice photos to understand the pros and cons of venues. We wanted our guest experience to be the focus of our events and he made sure we selected a resort and time of year that reflected that. We went with the AVA Cancun, a brand new resort. We were unsure exactly how it would go but Ateet was able to visit the resort and work with the management team to get us more information and more opportunities to visit. We also loved how detail oriented all the planning and tracking documents were as soon as we finalized a place and guests could start booking. They were very attentive to guest's emails and requests directly - our families never had to get involved. We had a wedding planning team that was also able to work with Ateet and team efficiently. After our main events, Ateet also helped us acquire transport for the wedding party to continue on our post-wedding vacation. We highly recommend Indian Destination Wedding for your destination wedding needs!

Ateet and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with to plan our Sikh wedding in Puerto Vallarta. From putting together the initial presentation of potential location options, to communicating with the resort on our behalf regarding accommodations for our guests, and fielding questions from us and our guests, IDW was incredibly communicative and supportive. Ateet is very knowledgeable and took the time to make recommendations based on our planned wedding size, ceremony type, and budget. The IDW team was very prompt in their responses and helped with making the process of guests booking hotel rooms and transportation to and from the airport seamless. Also, a special thanks to Jess and Dzenita for sending out reminders to guests for booking deadlines, answering their questions about accommodations, helping coordinate last minute changes, and overall being so organized and communicative!

Great Experience, So Glad I Worked with Indian Destination Wedding
We had our wedding in April 2024, and initially met with Ateet around December 2022. During our first phone call we felt very heard and understood on what we were looking for, and they were able to help us narrow down a venue based on our budget and requirements! We were concerned about the budget after getting some high quotes but Ateet had no problems staying within our budget. We also had a hybrid wedding (rather than a traditional Indian wedding) so it was a bit confusing trying to sort through which South Asian wedding packages would be worth it to us, etc. And it was great to get help on that.
Throughout the process it definitely felt like Indian Destination Wedding had our best interest in mind which was very comforting! I would've been so much more stressed coordinating directly with the resort for booking and event planning. When we ran into issues or had questions he was also willing to hop on a call or answer emails quickly, and we really appreciated his help in solving a few problems we ran into!
He also helped us book our honeymoon and arranged transportation for after the wedding :)
I would highly recommend Indian Destination Wedding, can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for us! -

IDW was incredibly helpful! We got into contact with IDW a little less than a year before we wanted to get married and thought we might not be able to find what we were looking for with a short notice. We were overwhelmed in the beginning of trying to find a resort, trying to do it ourselves with no luck. IDW was able to find us a resort within our budget, that was rated well, checked off all our boxes and was experienced in Indian weddings. We got married at Dreams Macao September 2023 in Dominican Republic.
They helped us with booking, organizing our family and friends which was one less thing for us to worry about! They answered emails quickly and efficiently, even calling when we needed more clarification. The website they make for your guests to book Is simple to use and easy to follow!
They helped with booking the shuttles for all our family and friends. The whole process went very smoothly and it was so nice having their help and expertise. Roshan and I used Indian Destination Weddings as our travel concierge service for our May 2023 wedding at Hard Rock Riviera Maya. As someone who hadn't attended a destination wedding and had no idea where to start with planning, Ateet and his team were extremely comforting and knowledgable right off the bat during our initial consultation. From listening to our "must haves," finding our venue and locking it down, to dealing with all the back and forth with room changes and the resort, Ateet and his team took care of everything. They were extremely great with communicating every detail to us and did an amazing job at burning out all the fires that came our way. Our wedding weekend was stress free because Indian Destination Wedding handled all aspects of travel (transportation to and from the airport/resort) and rooming block in an organized manner. Couldn’t have trusted our wedding with anyone else
We worked with Ateet and the IDW team for over a year when planning for our destination wedding in Jamaica, and we had an amazing experience! From the beginning, Ateet was very personable, knowledgeable and well connected to many resorts in various destinations. He helped us select our destination and find a venue that had everything that we wanted for our family and friends. He even connected us to our wedding planner, who was amazing! IDW took care of the transportation and room booking logistics and also created a website for our guests to easily find all of the information. A fairytale south Indian wedding
We used Indian destination wedding for our fairytale South Indian destination wedding in Cancun. Ateet and his staff did an excellent job at making our dream wedding come true. Planning a destination wedding is challenging at times but we felt that this team made it so seamless for us. Ateet met with us initially to get a feel for what we were expecting from our wedding; After which, he put together a presentation for us that provided all of our options for resorts venues. Once we chose our venue, the team got to work right away in hooking us up with the wedding coordinators at the resort and creating the wedding website which allowed our guests to book their resort rooms in a very simple process. The Team was prompt on their responses and provided troubleshooting when needed. My husband and I would highly recommend using Indian destination wedding to plan your wedding!! -

We started our wedding journey a bit early, and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We knew we wanted to do a destination wedding to keep things intimate, but what a wild ride to get to our wedding, and there is no way we could have done it without Ateet and his Indian Destination Wedding team. Ateet is absolutely an expert and thinks through recommendations that were best suited for us. We had some challenges with our priest, and he was able to send over some connections to help us along. He was such a great partner to have as we were selecting our location and as our time got closer, the team kept things very organized. With Ateet’s partnership, we were able to find the right destination for us and the perfect resort for our family. We were married in the beautiful Dominican Republic, and Ateet’s team even helped us coordinate our honeymoon! We would not have been able to plan a destination wedding, let alone an Indian Destination Wedding without the help of Indian Destination Weddings and I would highly recommend working with them for any Indian Destination Wedding planning needs. We chose to have a fusion wedding with two ceremonies for a White Wedding and an Indian Wedding, while a lot, the team supported us with ensuring our experience was what we wanted. We cannot thank Ateet and his team at Indian Destination Wedding enough for EVERYTHING they did to make sure every logistical detail for our Cancun wedding was taken care of. From the moment we started working with them, they made sure all of our questions were answered and made the process of planning from afar as easy as possible. They were always thorough, timely and very professional (even when some of our guests were…difficult). As with planning almost any wedding, we encountered challenges along the way, but IDW did everything they could to resolve problems as quickly and painlessly as possible. We highly recommend working with Indian Destination Wedding (IDW) ! At first, we weren't sure that we even wanted to do a destination wedding and met with a few travel agencies to understand the process more. We automatically vibed with Ateet as he is very personable, trustable and he easily understood what we were looking for.
IDW is a fantastic agency that really provides exceptional options of wedding locations and really lays out all details, wedding packages, etc. We got married at the Hyatt Ziva in Montego Bay, Jamaica and Ateet's network and knowledge really helped us with all guest questions, bookings, literally everything and anything - especially in Covid times. IDW even helped us by recommending and setting up time for us to meet with wedding planners. The team was very responsive to our inquiries and the many questions we would have.
Getting married away from home has a lot of moving parts and Ateet and his team really helped us keep the process organized, smooth and overall easy. Truly a pleasure to work with Indian Destination Wedding!
When we first started researching for destination weddings in Mexico, we came across Ateet with Indian Destination Wedding (IDW) and we instantly felt a connection with him and his company. Immediately he made it personal and he truly took the time to understand what we envisioned for our dream destination wedding. Naturally we were confused and we needed guidance and he helped by connecting us with Dream Shaadi. From there, Ateet connected us with one of the best resorts in Cancún-The Grand at Moon Palace. We locked in this resort and Ateet handled all of the guest room bookings and accommodations.
He was very knowledgeable and was able to guide us and our guests in the right direction with the room bookings, flight accommodations, and airport transfers as well. Ateet was always accessible via e-mail, phone, and text which made the overall experience come along very smoothly. As any wedding planning would be, there are hurdles to overcome, but with having Ateet by our side, we were able to overcome them. Indian Destination Wedding in Cancun, Mexico
Ateet was great with explaining the details about doing a destination wedding from the very beginning. He helped us find the best destination & the best resort that was in my budget, but also fit all my needs as well as hooking me up with the best wedding staff. Ateet's extremely fast with his responsiveness, I could call him or email him and he'd return my calls within just a few min- to hours.
Which of course helps to ease so much stress during the entire process.
His team was so helpful with making the process of booking flights and resort rooms easier than if we had to do it ourselves. I'm sure with any Destination wedding there will be hurdles and he helped us overcome them!
I'm so grateful for all the help we received! Definitely recommend his services! -

We truly enjoyed working with Ateet for our wedding in Riviera Maya in November 2019! All our guests ravedabout how it was one of the best weddings they’d been to, and Ateet did everything he could to make the booking process for our guests as smooth as possible. My husband and I also appreciated all of Ateet’s help in the actual wedding planning process as he facilitated us through a few issues we had with our wedding coordinator for the resort. Without him, we probably wouldn’t have had such a successful and memorable wedding – thanks Ateet! We definitely recommend him and IDW to any prospective couples looking into a destination wedding. -

Must use destination wedding travel service!
Thank you Ateet and team for going above and beyond for us and our wedding guests!! My now wife and I chose IDW as our travel specialists for our wedding in Cancun which took place in August 2022. From the first phone call we had with Ateet to working with him and the team throughout our wedding planning process, we are extremely happy with our decision to trust them with our wedding travel. They are very knowledgeable and experienced with all the resorts in the areas we were looking and got competitive quotes for us and our guests fast. During the travel booking process, the communication was amazing as Ateet and the team were very responsive and any questions we or our guests had were answered thoughtfully and promptly. We also used IDW to organize our airport shuttles and when an issue arose while in-destination, Ateet and the team worked quickly to resolve our concerns which we appreciated. The team has a high attention to detail and are very organized with all the wedding and travel logistics. Overall we highly recommend them to anyone who is considering to use their services for a destination wedding!!! -

Best weekend ever
hardly ever go and write reviews for anything out there but I had to write this one since Indian Destination Wedding (Ateet) not only made our destination wedding dream come true but made it the most memorable and hassle-free experience. We were not too sure and were just considering the idea of a destination wedding with our wedding coordinator (Dream Shaadi) till Ateet came into the picture and the next thing we knew that we were shortlisting the resorts around Riviera Maya, Cancun (MX). The analysis provided from Ateet was detailed and spot on. It didn’t take us long to finalize Hard Rock Riviera Maya and the rest was history. Right from the contract clauses, event spaces, room accommodations to travel arrangements, everything was flawless. The communication and proactiveness I feel are the key things when you are planning to do a wedding away from your home (US) and Indian Destination Wedding superseded our expectations. Not to mention his personal relationships with these resorts really took us a long way to see that smile on our guest faces.
I could not thank Indian Destination Wedding enough but could only recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional and astounding services but at the same time need that personal touch which Ateet brings to the whole experience -

Ateet and his team are absolutely amazing. We didn't realize how much support we would need from his team until we started getting into the final stages of our planning 1-2 months before the wedding. Ateet was super supportive and understood all of our stress and did everything in his power to ensure we had everything we needed for our wedding to be truly magical. Without his help we would have been lost. He has a lot of great contacts and a big network and was really amazing to work with. Our wedding was absolutely everything we ever dreamed of and more, it was perfection! I would definitely recommend Ateet and his team (Alyssa and a few others) to anyone planning or looking to plan a destination wedding. They are super responsive and always accommodated almost every request we had with quick replies which was super helpful Alyssa who was handling our guest bookings was also a great help and was easy to work with especially with all the 1000 questions our wonderful Indian Family had lol. Do a destination wedding and hire IDW, you wont regret it!! -
