Debra was amazing! She was fun and easy to work with. We picked 3 different flavors for our cake because we just couldn’t choose one! They were all very yummy! Our guests loved the cake and could not get enough of it! It was also beautifully made! -

Debra at Incredible Edibles truly is incredible! Her cakes are delicious and it was so hard to pick one of the many options at our tasting. When we saw that there had been a fire at the bakery, we were devastated for Debra. We didn’t even have time to be concerned/wonder if we would have to find a new baker for our wedding a couple months later because just days later, she had provided the cake for a wedding that weekend. Our cake was beautiful and delicious and still is! We saved the top tier and rather than wait until our one-year anniversary to eat it, we decided to cut it in to 12 slices and enjoy a slice each month. We look forward to our monthly slice and I will be so sad when we have that final one to celebrate our first anniversary! Incredible Edibles truly is incredible and I can’t recommend them enough! -

What an amazing group of people!
Debra and her team were incredible to work with and truly went above and beyond for our wedding. They faced immense tragedy with the destruction of their primary baking space shortly before our event, yet still fulfilled our order without hesitation. Their professionalism and commitment meant so much to us, and we were incredibly grateful that they made it happen despite such difficult circumstances.
Not only that, but everything was absolutely delicious. Debra helped us curate a mini dessert bar that perfectly captured a range of flavors for our large wedding, and guests loved having so many different options. We received so many compliments on how great everything tasted.

Incredible Cake and Service
We absolutely loved working with Debra and the rest of the Incredible Edibles team at our wedding earlier this month! Despite the incredibly difficult time the bakery has been going through these last couple of weeks with the fire that occurred in their space, their customer service and professionalism never wavered and they delivered us such an amazing and delicious cake! We chose an unconventional flavor with the Hummingbird, however, we got rave reviews from the guests and everyone loved it! We used Incredible Edibles to provide our 3-tier cake, cupcakes, and other assorted mini desserts for our wedding to create a little Venetian hour spread. The assortment they offer provides something for everyone, and everything was delicious. Don’t sleep on the hummingbird with pineapple cream - it was a crowd pleaser! Doing our tasting with Debra was also a lovely experience - she let us take our time trying all the different flavors and patiently addressed our many questions. As the bride and groom, we wanted to capture the fleeting, unforgettable moments of our big day as we’ve been told it goes by in the blink of an eye! We were fortunate enough to receive a recommendation from our wedding venue, Norfolk Botanical Gardens, for an incredibly talented bakery team, Incredible Edibles Bakery, who exceeded our every expectation! We mostly interacted with Debra from Incredible Edibles Bakery, and what struck us most about Debra was her ability to capture, transform and bring to life the ideas we had for the vision of our wedding cake without missing a beat. Her attention to detail and artistic eye brought out the smallest, most tender moments that may have otherwise been overlooked, which led to receiving so many compliments on our wedding cake!
Debra and her team are not only masters in creation, but they are also true professionals. They arrived on time, maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, and made every small detail look perfect. Debra’s level of communication is impeccable as she was always willing to answer an email or call whenever we had a question, so we knew we were in good hands the day of the wedding. They were also true champions to set up and maintain our cake throughout our outdoor wedding, on July 12th, in Virginia!
During our tasting, the Incredible Edibles Bakery team provided many different ideas and suggestions to make sure we could bring our vision to life in the best and most efficient way possible while staying within budget. They asked an abundance of great questions throughout the process to get a feel for what were our absolute “must haves” and even suggested some things we hadn’t thought of. In addition to our wedding cake, we also used a gelato cart from Incredible Edibles Bakery and it was the biggest hit of the night with our guests! The flavors were to die for and the service was outstanding.
Working with Debra and her team has been an absolute pleasure from first contact until the end of the wedding day. Their exceptional talent, professionalism, and dedication to their craft makes them a stand out choice in the world of wedding sweets! My husband and I loved collaborating with Debra and Incredible Edibles Bakery on our wedding cake… or should I say, “cakes”? After a fun tasting at the bakery with a couple of friends, we landed on our top two: a butter chiffon cake with fresh berries and cream and an almond pound cake with key lime curd and cream. It was great not having to choose between them… at Incredible Edibles, every layer can be different and the topper can even be split into two flavors. However, for the topper, we opted for an allergen-free, vegan chocolate cake, to accommodate our guests with dietary restrictions. I know a lot of people freeze the topper to eat on their first anniversary, but friends told me it never tastes as good. And why not get a fresh small cake every anniversary? That’s what we plan to do each year to celebrate another year together. The tough part will be deciding on a flavor. Our guests absolutely loved the cake – so much so that we only had two slices of each layer left over. Thank goodness for those slices, though, which we enjoyed just the two of us in the week between our wedding and honeymoon. As an out of town bride, Debra and her team were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. The cake tasting was the first part of our wedding planning process that made it feel "real" and Incredible Edibles went above and beyond during our appointment. We had our hearts set on a flavor combination (almond cake with blackberry tart and white chocolate swirls) that wasn't part of the company's pre-made tasting flavors, but they made sure to accommodate those flavors during our tasting so we didn't leave with any doubt. Not to mention, all the other flavors were super delicious as well! -

Absolutely Delicious Wedding Cake
We were SO thrilled with our wedding cake from Incredible Edibles Bakery! The initial tasting to pick flavors was a blast and it was tough to make final decisions because everything is delicious. You can get different flavors in separate tiers of the cake, which is very cool. We ended up picking lemon and raspberry chiffon for a light flavor at our summer wedding. We went for a vintage cake aesthetic and Debra made a jaw dropping cake. It was beautiful and easily the best tasting cake we’ve ever had.Incredible Edibles Bakery's reply:

Incredible Edibles is incredible. From the amazing and personal cake tasting, to the final product, I really enjoyed my experience. My husband and I chose to do a mini cake for cutting purposes, and chose 3 other flavors for sheet cake cutting for the rest of the guests. There is an array of flavors to chose from, and it was super hard to narrow it down because of how amazing they were. The bakers did an exceptional job with the design of the cake, and it fit my vision PERFECTLY. After trying numerous, and I mean numerous, cake vendors we ran across Incredible Edibles. They did not disappoint. Once we tried the chocolate cake with the chocolate mousse, my partner and I looked at each other and knew that this was where we needed to get our cake from. Incredible Edibles was very accommodating when it came to design and size. They were extremely reasonable for the quality they provide. We had opted for a 2 tiered cutting cake and got a large sheet cake to cover 85 guests. We had chosen the chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and the white chocolate with raspberry preserves as our two flavors. The cake was light, airy, moist, and flavorful. -

I got diagnosed with celiac shortly after getting engaged and was bummed since gluten free desserts usually suck. At our tasting my dad tried both gluten free and regular flavors and we ended up going with a totally gluten free cake because he couldn’t taste the different-it was so good and moist!!! The baker at Incredible Edibles Bakery did a fantastic job with our wedding cake. We were very pleased to have the cake tasting because that really helped us pick our cake flavors. We decided to choose a different flavor for each of the 4 tiers to our cake, & we were even able to blend 2 of the flavors for our personal top tier. They created the cake exactly how we pictured & the best part was that the cake was so moist & delicious, we received many compliments from our guests. We had the best experience working with Debra and Diane at Incredible Edibles! They are so professional, from the tasting (which blew our minds) to the day-of and everything in-between, they were so gracious and easy to work with. The ladies of Incredible Edibles were fantastic to work with! Our cake was beautiful and delicious, and our guests are still raving out the flavors. We opted for a three-tier barrel cake with some edible gold foiling that had tiers of orange creamsicle and butter chiffon with raspberry and white chocolate mousse. My husband Philip and I received so many compliments on our cupcakes for our wedding at Lesner Inn. We had a taste testing with the owner Debra and she was very kind and helpful. We decided to choose butter chiffon with buttercream frosting. We also chose to do a small cake so we could cut it for pictures and save it. We were able to rent their cupcake stand for free for being a preferred vendor with Lesner Inn which helped us a lot in not having to buy/rent one ourselves. The cake/cupcakes with the toppers we had were already set up before any guests arrived and looked so beautiful. Wow, what can we say, these cakes are phenomenal! Our wedding cakes were delicious and a huge hit. Incredible Edibles and Debbie at the VB location were great to work with. They were so flexible with our flavors and decor desires. We ended up booking the gelato cart as well with our own flavors! This was a tasty and unique option for us and the guests loved it. We truly can’t speak highly enough about Incredible Edibles Bakery & Debra Miller. From the very beginning when we first met Debra to have our cake tasting, we knew we made the right decision in choosing Incredible Edibles to design and create our wedding cake. Debra is incredibly kind, talented, patient and helpful, and she made the entire process so easy and fun for us! I don’t think any review will be able to do enough justice to just how beautiful AND delicious our cake was (it was almost to stunning to eat!). Not only are Debra’s designs absolutely breathtaking, but I can tell you that her cakes are hands down the most delicious ones we have ever had. When we first had our tasting, it was hard to choose which flavors we wanted to go with because they were all just so delicious- thankfully Debra was able to help us narrow it down and choose the perfect combination for our wedding cake, and it couldn’t have turned out any better (our wedding guests are still talking about how delicious it was!)! The presentation was equally as perfect (we absolutely love the cake stand that Debra helped us choose as well), and we are so thankful that we’ll have photos of our beautiful wedding cake forever – it was seriously a work of art, and Debra’s talent and knowledge is unmatched! Working with Debra was a phenomenal experience from start to finish, and we are so grateful to Debra and the Incredible Edibles team for all of their hard work- they truly exceeded our expectations. Leading up to our wedding we kept receiving warnings that, "wedding cake always tastes terrible." Incredible Edibles however did a fantastic job! The cake was so good that we only got the little piece we put on our plate after the cake cutting because the rest of it was so quickly devoured. We chose to also do cupcakes for those who might want a different flavor and those went quickly as well. Even after a large, fantastic dinner, our guests were going back for seconds on the dessert. The strawberry cupcake was a favorite and of course the butter chiffon cake with white chocolate and raspberry filling. Incredible Edibles is the only option in my book:) they are true professionals and make the most gorgeous and delicious cakes in our area and beyond. We downsized from a 250 wedding to 20 for Covid but they did my sisters massive cake five years ago and I trusted them just the same whether a big or small cake! The tasting was a highlight for me and my husband - and my mom! We had a blast choosing from all twelve flavors and even though they can customize your cake and flavors to a tee, we went with strawberry wedding cake with fresh strawberries and strawberry mousse. Wedding cake dreams!
We were so beyond pleased with our entire experience with Incredible Edibles! My mom, dad, husband and I all consider the cake tasting to be by far our favorite wedding experience! So many delicious flavors to choose from. A fan favorites are the almond pound and strawberry. Over the course of wedding planning, I made several changes to the cake - adding layers, subtracting layers, changing flavors, etc. They were beyond accommodating and understanding! I just walked right into the shop and they were so friendly and helpful each time. We were blown away by how gorgeous the wedding cake turned out on the actual day! They also helped pull off a surprise groom’s cake which was delicious and my has and loved! We loved our wedding cake from Incredible Edibles! Scheduling a tasting was super easy and all the flavors were so good it was difficult to choose! We ended up choosing Butter Chiffon with Raspberry and White Chocolate Mousse, and Strawberry with Fresh Strawberries. Leading up to the wedding my husband repeatedly talked about how good the cake samples were and how he couldn’t wait to have it again at the wedding!

We did our taste testing at their Virginia Beach location (local to us), but had their Richmond location deliver as it was closer to our venue. I first tasted Incredible Edible's cake and gelato at a wedding show in Hampton. Even though I only tasted one flavor of each, it was so delicious that we went to their location in VA Beach for a full tasting (by far my favorite part of the wedding-planning process!). We got our wedding cake from them and also rented a gelato cart. Each tier of the cake was a different flavor (three total) and each one was delicious. Their fillings are rich and flavorful, and the texture of the cake is very pleasant. It was also very easy to work with them on decorations. We ordered some gold butterfly decorations from Etsy and sent them to the store. They incorporated them perfectly, based on our description of what we wanted — honestly, it was gorgeous, they brought the cake to life just as we'd imagined! But let me tell you, the gelato was the absolute favorite of the night. They brought plenty of each flavor, so that every guest could have as much of every flavor as they could possibly want. It was absolutely delightful for our outdoor summer reception. And the server was great too -- very pleasant with the guests and happy to dish out as much gelato as anyone asked for. We could not be more please with Incredible Edibles Bakery! Not only do they offer a wide variety of cake flavors, you can also have gelato catered through them from North End Gelato too. We did both with different flavors and it was a huge hit. They were even able to accommodate my husband's dairy allergies which was a huge plus. Debra was such a pleasure to work with and a great host for the complimentary cake/gelato tastings she coordinated with us too. Our wedding cake was a masterpiece. From the first meeting at Incredible Edible in Virginia Beach to the final product, it was everything we hoped for. It was elegant and beautifully crafted. Our actual cake was made at the Incredible Edibles in Richmond, VA, as this is where our wedding venue was. Our guest raved about the cake, and many said it was the best wedding cake they ever had! It was 3 layers, the bottom was strawberry with real strawberry pieces, the middle was chocolate and the top was a white chiffon with a raspberry layer. We also opted to do an extra sheet cake instead of an extra layer. Unfortunately, the only piece of the cake we had was when we cut it and fed it to each other. For some reason, our venue did not put pieces of the 3 layers on our sweetheart table and we were having so much fun that we didn’t notice until we left that we didn’t get cake. Everyone said it tasted spectacular and we believe them because there was no cake leftover. Maybe one day we will be able to taste and have the experience of an Incredible Edibles cake. What a great experience! The tasting was yummy and a lot of fun - and their showroom has a lot of great ideas. Owner Debra even came in on her day off to meet with me since I was an out of town bride and she also let me drop off the specific ribbon I wanted around each cake layer. And the finished product was amazing. Gorgeous decorations and the birch bark cake stand went with our other décor. Delicious buttercream icing and the strawberry cake is the absolute best.
