  Quality Service at the best price! Keith was the driver for my daughter's wedding, he confirmed with us the day of the wedding, customized the service and gave us his contact number in case of changes. He was prompt and very professional !

  GREAT transportation service. They were totally on time, and most certainly safe drivers. It was a luxurious ride from our wedding to the hotel. And in the morning, they were on time again, taking us to the airport in more than enough time. 5 stars!

  We booked a 16-20 person Escalade Limo to transport some of our wedding guests from our venue to the after party we hosted at our hotel. We booked the limo a little late (within a few weeks of our wedding) since we did not originally plan to host an after party. I submitted a quote form and received a call back within 24 hours and spoke with Rachel. I was impressed with Rachel's knowledge and excellent customer service. Our driver sent me a text the day of the wedding so that I would have his contact information (much appreciated) and was ready and waiting for us at the end of the wedding. The driver was friendly and punctual. I highly recommend In The Scene Limousine!

  We used them for limo transportation after our wedding and we had a great experience. The driver was nice, patient and flexible. There was plenty of space inside and had a great time.

  In The Scene Limousine was wonderful.The car is simply stunning, in immaculate condition, and yes, even has AC. After our ceremony, we came out to the car and were greeted with a red carpet and bottle of champagne. I seriously cannot say enough good things about In The Scene Limousine. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

  Perfectly fine service. No frills, no extras. They were polite and prompt, and able to pick us up early when requested. Vehicle was fine, they upgraded us to the SUV... which we didn't actually love (kinda wanted the whole in the limo feel), but was fine. For the price, super-fine. :-)

(Was a cool feature and gave us a choice of transportation vendors and prices) We had recently booked a sedan for a night out with another company - and it was perfect. Certainly smaller than the limo, but black with the tinted windows and had that special limo-like-experience feel. I had that same image and expectation in mind when we booked with In the Scene. Please don't get me wrong, the SUV was lovely and clean and prompt. But it didn't have the same feel as the sedan or limo. I understand the SUV is an upgrade and most folks would probably be thrilled - it just wasn't what was expected.

  Thank you for your review - nice comments - I guess my only question is you ordered this reservation off a 3rd party website (like a Expedia.com) and booked a Towncar (sedan) so I guess I'm confused where you indicate you had hoped for a "limo experience" when a sedan/Towncar was ordered. Thanks!

  The limo broke down during the bachelor party (the front axle snapped) and in response In the Scene Limousines offered basically nothing in compensation and quoted the service agreement stating that they were not liable for any mechanical failures. I complained but they showed no particular interest in satisfying the customer.
  
  While the limo was good quality and the driver was professional & nice, their approach to customer satisfaction leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. I recommend you avoid In the Scene Limousines.

  The transportation portion (party bus) was outstanding. Definitely a great time. However, the DRIVER ruined the entire night. He was not professional at all, drove unsafe, complained the whole night, got mad that we wanted to extend an hour, and then tried to ask for a TIP after all that. BOOOOO this place!!!!
