  You won't be disappointed

  Ashley is so sweet and professional! She's an INCREDIBLE baker and you can't go wrong with any of her desserts! They're honestly all amazing. My cake turned out EXACTLY how I wanted it to look on my wedding day and everyone kept commenting on how delicious it was! I can't recommend In The Mix Bakery enough!

  Amazing cupcakes and amazing service!

  In the mix catered for our wedding, and it was some of the best cupcakes/cake i have ever had. Ashley also provided great communication and service. She always responded quickly whenever j had questions. The set up and presentation of our desert table was amazing. This was all done for a great price! I would highly recommend them!

  Wonderful service and DELICIOUS cake!

  Ashley was so accommodating and let us try cupcakes for our wedding. She let us borrow a cake stand, made signs to label the cupcakes and did a wonderful job on our cake. I could not recommend her more!

  In The Mix Bakery amazing!

  So proud of Ashley. Her business is killing it and what a success. All her baked goods are top quality. The presentation, taste and textures, moistness exceed expectations. She and her team have favorite all time flavors of cupcakes and then she has surprises to tempt you with each visit. Love the cupcakes and original cheesecakes but… the Pepperoni Rolls. Oh my ! If you ain’t feeling sweet but instead savory, you can’t beat the pepperoni rolls. Done just right. Chunks of meat and cheese with the perfect dough.
  
  Ashley catered our daughter’s wedding—the wedding cake, cookies and desserts. Turned out awesome. Not just in taste but in display. Outstanding. We love In The Mix products and Ashley’s devotion to making the best goodies and customer service.

  Small Town Gem

  Ashley was wonderful to work with. Discovered her talent and yummy treats at the Today's Bridal Show in Akron, Ohio. Through the mess of planning a wedding during Covid and also being pregnant, Ashley was incredibly accommodating and patient. She understood my vision and helped create that. I will continue to support her and her business as long as I am in the area. She recently made cakes and cookies for my daughters first birthday that were equally divine.
