My husband and I got married in October 2025 in Rome, GA. We hired Lauren as a month-of coordinator and she knocked it out of the park! Leading up to the wedding, she took so much of the stress off of us, checking all the boxes and communicating with vendors, triple checking that things were set. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren and her team at In an Instant. From start to finish, they did a terrific job helping us plan my daughter’s baby shower. Every detail was thought through and Lauren was a joy to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, and she offered lots of helpful suggestions and creative solutions along the way. For example, when it appeared an Etsy template we wanted to use couldn’t be edited in a certain way, Lauren reached out to ask if the shop could customize the template for us, and they did. All I can say is WOW! Lauren was incredible to work with. I felt SO prepared leading up to our wedding day thanks to her. Not to mention, most of our vendors knew her and raved about her. On the day of our wedding, Jennalyne and two assistants helped make sure the day went seamlessly. I know that everyone says their wedding day is the best day of their lives, but my husband I and truly felt that way, and I attribute that to the In an Instant team making sure the day went off without a hitch. I also DIY’d a lot of our decor and centerpieces and Jennalyne and the team executed it perfectly. I was so amazed walking into the reception space after the room flip. In An Instant Events is the reason our wedding day was flawless. Our coordinator went above and beyond in every way. From the very beginning, I felt completely confident that she had everything under control and I trusted her with my whole heart. When our rehearsal dinner venue cancelled on us just three days before the wedding, she already had backup options lined up. 2025 Glover Park Brewery Wedding
My husband and I hired Lauren as our day-of/month-of coordinator for our wedding at Glover Park Brewery and were SO happy we did. Lauren was super responsive from the get-go and helped us stay organized on all the things we didn't even know we should be thinking of. She was always super friendly and easy to talk to for any questions, recommendations, ideas, etc. She also has great relationships with several of the other vendors we used, and was proactive in managing our to-do list and event logistics.
It was super helpful knowing that Lauren has worked at our venue numerous times and was able to give us insight on what to expect and offer her point of view on some options we hadn't considered (floor plans, set up, etc.).
On the day of the wedding, Lauren and her assistant facilitated our events flawlessly and with a great attitude. We received several compliments from family members on how thoughtful and "on it" Lauren was. From making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, to grabbing drinks for our estate table, to helping load cars at the end of the night, Lauren and her team knocked it out of the park.
In An Instant made our wedding day flow so seamlessly and I would absolutely use Lauren & In An Instant again!

Hire her!!! Lauren is an absolute lifesaver, if you’re feeling even a little bit overwhelmed planning just know she is worth every penny and more! For our first meeting she brought packets of questionnaires. She had questions I had never thought of and it really helped me to hone in on exactly what I wanted my day to be. She was excellent in the weeks leading up to the wedding, contacting vendors for me, answering questions, and keeping me in the loop on any changes. She had an extremely detailed timeline ready for me and had follow up questions to make sure everything I wanted was included. She ran rehearsal flawlessly and the day of she did so many things to make sure the day went perfectly and it did! She is extremely organized, kind but firm, and knows how to make your wedding day completely wonderful and something I will look back on with great joy for the rest of my life. Seriously, hire her.

Lauren was absolutely amazing! We hired Lauren as our “Month of planner” however she went above and beyond my expectation. She was patient, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire planning process. Any time I reached out, with questions or concerns, she was quick to respond and jump in with an answer or solution. Our videographer back out on us 2 months before the wedding. I, of course, panicked and texted Lauren. She immediately sent us multiple contacts to help us find someone new in such a short period of time!
Lauren took over all vendor communication the month of, coordinating with them and creating very detailed timelines for everyone. All of our vendors were thrilled when they found out Lauren was our coordinator. She came highly recommended by anyone in the industry I spoke to.

Lauren is everything. She was my "month of" planner, and my only regret is that I wished she was by my side for all of wedding planning. We went over every minute and every detail of the day before it happened. She asked me questions and considered the smallest things I would have never remembered or taken care of if it weren't for her. She handled the rest of communication with vendors for me and created a detailed timeline of the day. Day of, she was cleaning stains off my dress, making sure everything was set up perfectly, guiding guests to sign my guest book, guiding guests from cocktail hour to dinner, ensuring the sendoff was perfect, etc etc. and everything else and more!!!! The BEST Wedding Planner
Lauren is absolutely amazing!! We were so lucky to work with her and have her a part of our big day. She is truly so knowledgeable and kind. I could reach out to her with any questions throughout the planning process and she was always so quick to answer. She gave great advice and helped ease my stress during wedding planning. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and a big part of that is because of her and her team. They handled everything that day from beginning to end and my husband and I were able to truly enjoy our special day. She was always right there to get us anything we needed and kept us on schedule. It truly could not have been more perfect. Cannot recommended Lauren and her team enough. The absolute BEST!

We were so glad to get to work with Lauren for our wedding! She was so thorough in her planning guidelines and assistance, and comes with tons of fantastic vendor relationships. Leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly responsive to all of our needs and wants, and throughout the day she took care of so much, so we did not have to worry about any details! Lauren was a dream to work with and had a lot of advise and experiences to share and offer. As a bride, it's most likely your first time 'planning a wedding' but Lauren did an excellent job walking me through what decisions were needed and has a lot of experience to share what works and what doesn't work. Best Planner Ever!!
Lauren is absolutely the best wedding planner. She is so attentive, organized, innovative and responsive. My daughter was engaged 14 months prior to the wedding date and she was the perfect intermediary between my daughter and myself. My daughter and I have different planning styles, and knowing that, I figured it would be best to find someone to help avoid any hurt feelings. As soon we interviewed Lauren, we knew she would be the perfect person to help us out. Lauren surpassed any expectations we had - she was always on top of all planning stages, attended appointments with us, and offered lots of suggestions when we needed ideas. Then, one month out from the wedding, the company where the groomsmen’s suits were rented, closed abruptly (no clothes, no refunds). Lauren helped us find a great Plan B which probably was better than our original plan. She ran around finding the new clothing and it all came together with time to spare.
Just when I thought I couldn’t be impressed any further - the day of the wedding was amazing! I didn’t have to lift a finger, except to enjoy our very special day. My husband agrees, this was the best arrangement we made to make the whole process from engagement to wedding day so much more enjoyable. Thank you very much, Lauren!!

Amazing experience with Lauren
Oh my word. Where do we start? Lauren Fici is the best coordinator in the land. I knew I had the right person the first time I talked to her, and she spent an hour with me on the phone before I even hired her! She is the most responsive, professional I have ever worked with. She texts, she calls she’s connected, she’s always available. Working with Lauren is like working with a friend who is so smart and has a million great ideas. I felt like Lauren helped us save money and steered us clear of some poor decisions that we might have unwittingly made. Bottom line, Lauren helped us throw the biggest and best party that we will ever throw for our only daughter, Emma. We were so proud of the results, and we felt so cared for all throughout the whole planning process. And on the night of the event, Lauren is so wonderful. She took care of us in a really personal way, and our event came off without a hitch! I trust that we will be friends for a long, long time after planning this event together.

Dream Wedding Coordinator!
We selected Lauren as our month of coordinator for our wedding at The Foxglove. Lauren was so helpful throughout the process and always responded quickly. She also helped with recommendations for other vendors (photographer, hair and makeup, cake) before the month of coordination started. When Lauren stepped in the last two months, she picked up communication with all of our vendors and it made our lives so much easier in the last 2 months. Lauren was also very knowledgeable of all of the little details that make a wedding day seamless. She is very thorough in her work and her detailed timeline made this type A bride so so happy! I firmly believe our wedding was so seamless because of Lauren’s coordination and expertise. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and loved working with Lauren and her team!

Amazing coordinator, 11/10 recommend
We hired Lauren as a month-of coordinator, and it was the best decision; we will never run out of good things to say about Lauren. She is so responsive, organized, kind, capable, and knowledgeable. She always emails/texts back almost immediately, which is super impressive.
During the planning process, she did a great job of making sure we had things prepared that we didn't think of preparing on our own. She also made our lives easier by taking over all the vendor communications the month before the wedding. She was so patient with any questions/changes we had for her.
And then on the wedding day, it really felt like she was able to be everywhere all at once!! She was able to simultaneously get drinks for the wedding party, grab food for me and my groom, shepherd people into the right places, and direct our vendors all at the same time. Truly spectacular; I don't know how she does it.
She was worth everything we paid and more; we are so thankful to have worked with her!

The world's best wedding coordinator
I cannot honestly not say enough good things about Lauren and her team. Lauren took the stress out of the planning process and she and her team made our big day flow so smoothly that it felt like a dream. Lauren was on the ball as soon as we hired her - finding us any needed vendors, answering our questions, and making sure no small detail fell through the cracks. She was always super quick to respond to emails and texts and always one step ahead on everything. From offering and setting up her own inventory to help us stay on budget to keeping in contact with ALL of our vendors for us to make sure they always had the latest information and knew exactly what needed to happen, without ever having to be asked (and more importantly, without us ever having to think about it). Lauren had the what/when/where/how and any other question we could come up with answered and her relationships with other vendors made everything a breeze. I loved that Lauren never tried to push us into or talk us out of anything, she would offer her advice (*expertise) when needed but was ALWAYS incredibly supportive and excited about anything we wanted or decided. She understood our vision and helped us create our dream wedding. Lauren is the sweetest person and her wedding day team handled everything flawlessly. I would recommend Lauren to anyone and everyone. Our friends and family raved about how perfectly everything went on our big day and how every small detail seemed to be handled with care, and that was all thanks to Lauren and her team. In An Instant - Amazing!
Lauren and her team were incredible to work with!! Throughout the wedding planning process, Lauren was very responsive, consistent, flexible, and reliable. Lauren was extremely patient with all of our last-minute changes and helped us in making the right decision when we didn't know what to do. Once I passed vendors off to Lauren, I honestly didn't worry about a THING. I knew they were in good hands and I could enjoy my wedding with no worries about the little details. Lauren's team on the day of our wedding was incredible too! Perfect Planner & Perfect Wedding
From my heart, I will forever be thankful that we found Lauren and In An Instant. Our daughter’s wedding dreams became reality this past weekend and it could not have happened without Lauren and her team. My daughter and son-in-law live out of state and have extremely busy lives as resident physicians so a planner was an absolute necessity. They interviewed several people who were overpriced and very controlling and not at all a good fit. Then Lauren came into the picture. They could tell immediately that she was very organized, knowledgeable, a great listener, and very reasonably priced. Over this past year, she was there every step of the way, from caterers’ tastings, to recommendations for many of our vendors, to making sure we didn’t overlook the small details that made their wedding special, all the while keeping us on budget. She even helped plan the rehearsal dinner. Lauren became a friend and has a wonderful way of making you feel that your wedding is the most important thing to her. I can’t tell you how many emails I sent those last few weeks and she always responded immediately and never made me feel like the pest I probably was! Best of all, she provided a detailed timeline for the weekend (a girl after my own heart), so all we had to do was show up and have fun. Lauren and her team handled everything perfectly. I most highly recommend In An Instant, 10 out of 10 stars, and Lauren is gold! ❤️

WOW!! Lauren was hands down the best money we spent for our wedding... she was the glue that kept our day flowing perfectly. Everyone always told us "prepare for something to go wrong the day of your wedding" but when we looked back we couldn't name a single thing that went off the rails and we have Lauren to thank for the seamlessness. She is organized, responsive, knows allllll the wedding vendors in town, and just has the best personality. Truly a gem of a human and a delight to work with. My daughter got married last week and we used In an Instant event planner Lauren Fici. She is the 8th wonder of the world! A true treasure. Our first meeting was virtual, due to Covid. Even then, I could feel a connection.
As our special was day was approaching, Lauren came out of the gate at full speed. She reached out to all our vendors and covered every detail with them. She made a timeline so meticulous and accurate that our day was precise, it was remarkable! Lauren worked so well with all the vendors that I thought they had known each other for years. She is gifted, creative, pleasant, friendly, professional and competent beyond my expectations! Magical sums her up!
After working with her, we did not want to say goodbye….we have gained a life long friend. Lauren is that kind of a special person.

Your first step in wedding planning - She is Amazing!
Lauren is a must for any event planning, and especially a wedding. She genuinely cares about her clients, gives great and practical advice, and encourages them throughout the whole process. Planning a wedding is usually stressful, and especially during a pandemic, but she made it fun! We were able to enjoy the planning process, stick to our budget, and thoroughly enjoy the wedding weekend. I cannot recommend her enough! On top of her stellar planning skills, she's simply fun to be around! You cannot go wrong with hiring Lauren. In fact...I recommend hiring her as your first wedding planning step. You won't regret it.

Simply the best!
Lauren is simply amazing! My husband and I changed the date of our wedding and then ended up changing it to a micro wedding 3 months out! Lauren was there to guide us and support us every step of the way! With our date change and then with our complete restructure of our wedding, Lauren coordinated the communication with all of our vendors. She was SO quick to respond to any and all of my questions. The day of the wedding, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our special day without any stress! She is a lifesaver. We were so fortunate to find her! I 100% will recommend her to anyone planning an event in the future!

Lauren is of the highest caliber of wedding planner. She is superb with quick communication. I don't know how she manages to think of things that the couple forgets but she is so nsync. She celebrates each couple she works with and makes them feel extremely special. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, not one hiccup. She really knows the business. She was born to be a wedding planner. You will want to be her best friend when the wedding is over. Hire her!

My wedding day was stress free because of Lauren!
Lauren is amazing! I am so glad I found Lauren for month of coordination. She is incredibly organized and detail oriented. At our first meeting she asked me so many questions I hadn't even considered and was able to help me make my wedding day exactly what I wanted. My wedding day ran so smoothly. My husband and I were able to just enjoy each other and our guests because Lauren was taking care of everything. 10/10 would recommend her services.

The first and best decision that I made was to book In An Instant, LLC after getting engaged! Lauren actually helped plan and assist in my sisters wedding back in 2018! Gregg and I got engaged at the end of June 2020 and got married February 27, 2021! We all know that planning a wedding in that short amount of time and during these times during COVID wasn’t easy! Throughout the entire process of planning down to the smallest details Lauren was always a phone call or a text away with the fastest response! Right Every decision and the closer we got to the date was the easiest process and not stressful at all because of her and her team! Our actual special day was FLAWLESS! Hire Lauren!
This review is long overdue but so well deserved. Lauren is the greatest coordinator. I hired her for the month of my wedding and she took SO much stress and work off my plate so that I could truly enjoy the day. I knew with her taking care of everything the day of the wedding it would be done! She is extremely organized and on top of everything. She also has amazing recommendations if you need additional guidance.
We also recently hired Lauren for my brothers wedding where she worked so hard!
She is so appreciated by our family for all of her work at our weddings! We would hire her again for any event !!

I honestly never knew how much I needed Lauren for our wedding planning, and them BAM! It became abundantly clear that Lauren was everything I needed and then some! Super Detail Oriented and Responsive
Lauren has a passion for helping people realize the wedding of their dreams. My daughter’s wedding had to be moved to our backyard because of Covid, and Lauren just turned on a dime and handled every last detail amazingly. When it was moved to our backyard and with far fewer guests, I wondered if I needed her, but on the day of, I was more thankful for her assistance than I ever thought I could be. Lauren and the photographer were the two most important investments for our family and I highly recommend In An Instant, with Lauren at the helm.

Lauren Fici was hands down the best coordinator a girl could ask for. Up to the last second of the wedding was planned. She's available all day and night! She is willing to answer your questions whenever you have them. And the most important thing was wanting to make everything perfect and better for you when needed. This girl faught for my issues with the venue and I just couldn't thank her enough for it all. Im really not just saying all of this just to say it. Literally the best coordinator you could ever have. And her staff was so on it,I felt like the most important day of my life was in her hands! Lauren, the Master Coordinator
We hired Lauren for our Decatur wedding after our initial wedding planner fell through. Lauren completely turned around the planning process for us and got us back on track. She is extremely talented, thoughtful, kind, responsive, budget oriented and organized. She really knows how to help you communicate with vendors and was a major force in helping us execute our dream wedding! We rented our linens through her instead of though the caterer, who upcharges, and she also had other recommendations that helped us save time, money and stress leading up to the day of. She became a true friend in the planning process and we are so grateful. Because of her detailed day of time line and her and her two assistants coordinating our wedding day, we were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about anything! Lauren is amazing! She exceeded my expectations. I met her while I was working with another planner for the destination part of my wedding. If only I met her sooner I always said. She planned the in town reception for when we got back to the States. Since I could directly compare her to my other planner it was like night and day. Lauren was able to work around our ten day trip to Costa Rica and my diverted attention since I was ready to get to paradise when we met. It was the little stuff that made a big difference. For example before we left she reminded me what payments would be due while I was abroad. She also planned a meeting for when we got back. She kept me organized without overwhelming me which showed me that she cared about our trip. She even got me a wedding gift which was so kind and unexpected!!! I recommend her 100%!

In An Instant, LLC helped me plan my February 2018 wedding--I truly couldn't have done it without Lauren. During the early days of planning, Lauren had vendor suggestions who turned out to be absolute rock stars. As the wedding got closer, she advised on our timeline and assisted with day of needs.
I wasn't able to use her full range of services as she was one of my bridesmaids, where she did assist, she totally knocked it out of the park. I can't recommend In An Instant enough to Atlanta brides. Wedding planning can be super stressful, but with Lauren on your team, you won't have anything to worry about!

We used In An Instant to plan a rehearsal dinner for our daughter's wedding. Lauren is the best! She is very organized, super friendly and understands all the little details! We will definitely use her in the future for any event we need to plan!

Broken bouquets
i ordered all my bouquets and boutonnieres from Lauren. She said she was going to partner up with a lady named Barbara to make them. Every single last boutonniere broke before our entrance, some didn’t event last through the pictures.
