Lauren and her team were absolutely phenomenal for our wedding coordination. Communication with Lauren was so easy and quick from the time I inquired to book with her. She is patient, kind, responsive, and was genuinely excited for us on our big day. She helped guide us before the wedding and helped our wedding day flow so flawlessly. She was the calm in the storm of a whirlwind of a day and was there to make sure us and our guests were taken care of from start to finish. We had the most perfect, magical day that was literally the best day of our lives. It wouldn’t have been possible without Lauren and her team. Our experience with Lauren and the InAnInstant team was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we first met to our big day, we knew we were in capable hands.
In the final weeks, when every detail demands your attention at the same time – Lauren and her team were our saving grace. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and demeanor instantly put our minds at ease. They went through every aspect of our wedding plans, offering invaluable suggestions and solutions we hadn't even considered. From coordinating with vendors to creating detailed timelines, they left no stone unturned, ensuring that every aspect of our special day was flawlessly executed.
Lauren listened attentively to our ideas and preferences and turned them into reality. Whether it was ensuring that my precious pup was able to be with us on our wedding day, wrangling our wedding parties, or coordinating with the florist to achieve the perfect backdrop and tablescapes, her team took care of it all with grace and precision.

Lauren Fici of In An Instant LLC is incredible! She is has so many gifts, talents, and qualities that make her the best wedding coordinator that we could ask for. Lauren and her staff made our day go so smoothly. We even had our dessert caterer drop the ball right before the wedding began but Lauren somehow got the exact desserts we wanted in time for the reception. She is timely, efficient, and thinks of every single detail to make your special day run as smoothly as possible! I can't recommend her enough. -

In An Instant provided flawless service! Lauren and her team managed my daughter’s wedding soup to nuts. I can think of absolutely nothing that wasn’t handled with accuracy, thoroughness, professionalism, and joyfulness! Lauren knows what she’s doing, anticipates every conceivable hitch, knows the best vendors and communicates thoroughly and always timely. The wedding was everything we imagined and then some. Best Coordinator Ever!!!
We used In an Instant for my daughter’s wedding a couple of weeks ago. I could not have been happier with how it went! Lauren was the best! She guided us through the details and planning and when the day arrived, took care of the timeline and communicated with the vendors and venue. Lauren and her staff made it possible for us to enjoy the wedding and not worry about the details. So thankful for her and all her hard work! Lauren was a dream to work with and had a lot of advise and experiences to share and offer. As a bride, it's most likely your first time 'planning a wedding' but Lauren did an excellent job walking me through what decisions were needed and has a lot of experience to share what works and what doesn't work. She's quick to respond to messages and flexible when changes were needed. Loved working with her! -

Amazing experience with Lauren
Oh my word. Where do we start? Lauren Fici is the best coordinator in the land. I knew I had the right person the first time I talked to her, and she spent an hour with me on the phone before I even hired her! She is the most responsive, professional I have ever worked with. She texts, she calls she’s connected, she’s always available. Working with Lauren is like working with a friend who is so smart and has a million great ideas. I felt like Lauren helped us save money and steered us clear of some poor decisions that we might have unwittingly made. Bottom line, Lauren helped us throw the biggest and best party that we will ever throw for our only daughter, Emma. We were so proud of the results, and we felt so cared for all throughout the whole planning process. And on the night of the event, Lauren is so wonderful. She took care of us in a really personal way, and our event came off without a hitch! I trust that we will be friends for a long, long time after planning this event together. -

We selected Lauren as our month of coordinator for our wedding at The Foxglove. Lauren was so helpful throughout the process and always responded quickly. She also helped with recommendations for other vendors (photographer, hair and makeup, cake) before the month of coordination started. When Lauren stepped in the last two months, she picked up communication with all of our vendors and it made our lives so much easier in the last 2 months. Lauren was also very knowledgeable of all of the little details that make a wedding day seamless. She is very thorough in her work and her detailed timeline made this type A bride so so happy! I firmly believe our wedding was so seamless because of Lauren’s coordination and expertise. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and loved working with Lauren and her team! -

Lauren and her team are A-#1 in my book. Lauren's responsiveness was unmatched and she is incredibly organized and made me feel very calm and ready for our big day! I used In An Instant Events for "month of" planning and I'm so relieved that I did...the team was amazing! I work in the events industry myself, but knew I needed assistance with coordinating all the fine details as my wedding date got closer. Lauren helped me think of things I never even knew I needed to think about. She helped keep me organized and was always on top of everything.
