Gorgeous dress at reasonable price
When first entering this store I thought there was no way such gorgeous wedding dresses would fit my budget. However, the amazing Ericka was able to stick within my limits and find the dress of my dreams! The only suggestion I would make to future brides and bridesmaids is consider sizing up as I and all but one of my bridesmaids had to let out their dresses or difficulty fitting it the day of. Would definitely recommend for gorgeous dresses with great quality fabric at a reasonable price!

Bought the first dress I tried on!
I was recommended Impression Bridal by a coworker who also bought her dress there, and since then have recommended this store to two other brides who also found their dream wedding dresses! Lexi was our stylist and she did an amazing job selecting dresses within my budget that perfectly fit the description of what I was looking for. For each dress, Lexi was very intentional in identifying what I liked and didn't like about the dress, and selected more dresses based on how I felt. She helped me find my perfect dress below my budget of ($1200). I also did my alterations with their in-house seamstress, Anna, and she did an excellent job. Although I felt that the alterations were a bit pricey ($500 to get a lot of inches taken off the bottom and the chest area, two bustles, and strap length adjustment), the dress really fit me like a glove by the end of it and I felt that it was worth it. They have a HUGE selection of dresses and I have no doubt that many more brides will find their dress here!

I had never tried on any bridal gowns and was a little overwhelmed when I first came into my visit. I am not a typical bride and do not enjoy the wedding planning process and wasn't excited to try on any dresses at first. I initially made an appointment and was asked to explain my personality so I could have been paired with someone that complimented me. I am so glad I was paired with Cristina. Cristina took the time to get to know me and my vision for my wedding day. I had 4 other family members with me and she was so patient with hearing me and my family's questions and concerns. Cristina gave me the reassurance I needed and was confident that I was going to find my dress. Turns out, I did find my dress and had the best experience at Impressions because of Cristina and her enthusiasm to help me. I highly recommend making an appointment at Impressions and if you can, try to have Cristina help you find your dream dress :)

This place is absolutely amazing. My stylist Zahari is the best!!! She was so patient and understanding and knowledgeable about all the gowns. She completely got me!! I tried 3 other boutiques but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. It's like every dress was missing that one thing. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted, but Zhari proved me so wrong lol. There are so many beautiful dresses here and she was determined to check off all my boxes. I found MY DRESS and had MY MOMENT!!!

Gorgeous dress and wonderful alterations
I found the perfect dress here. It was a bit small but that was my motivation to get back into shape. Marta did my alterations and add the special touch I wanted with the corset in the back. She did an amazing job and when I picked up my dress yesterday, it fit like a glove on me and looked exactly as I envisioned myself. It was beautiful! Thank you for doing such an amazing job, Marta! I worked with Christina to find my wedding dress here. I had already been to another store and wasn't feeling hopeful as all wedding dresses looked the same to me. However, Christina took the time to get to know me, my family and friends that were with me, and what decisions had been made about the wedding at that point. The first dress I tried on at Impression ended up being my wedding dress. It was the only dress where I pictured myself walking down the aisle to my husband. You really do get that "feeling" and it's surreal!!
When it came time to get my bridesmaids dresses, of course I wanted to go back to Impression Bridal. They had a wide selection of beautiful gowns and my bridesmaids all found one without any problem.
Alterations with Anna, for both my wedding dress and the bridesmaids dresses, went without a hitch. Anna definitely knew what she was doing and had everyone looking stunning when the big day finally arrived.
I'd recommend this place to anyone!

More Than Perfect...
I visited the Baybrook store location. Immediately upon my arrival I was met with smiles from ear to ear. They were very friendly and I felt super comfortable with all the ladies in the store. My stylist met with me regarding the details that I envisioned for my dress. She chose a total of four dresses for me to try on - in which the fourth dress resulted in the perfect gown for me. My bridal party expressed that I was a fan of Beyoncé and the Impression Bridal team began to play all Beyoncé songs - that really set my experience over the top!!! It really made me feel like that care about their brides and will go above and beyond to make their day very special. After selecting my dress, they thanked us for coming in and told us that they had a really great time servicing us & we made their day (the Beyoncé girls in all pink). It has been a complete pleasure working with them and I look for ward to an even better experience when I go in for my fittings :) Thank you Bridal Impressions Baybrook!!!!

My fairytale dress
I had my dress custom made by Impression Bride at Baybrook Mall in Friendswood TX., and I must say it was the most beautiful wedding dress I could have created! The staff was very friendly and professional, including Marta the seamstress who was my dream come true, and she altered my dress to perfection! I felt just like Cinderella!

No Better Shop
Impression Bridal just happened to be the first bridal store I visited and I found THE DRESS! I could not have been assigned a more perfect stylist, Alyse. She made the entire process easy and not once did I feel rushed. She really listened to what I was looking for in order to find what I had envisioned for my big day. I did not want to take the dress off! They really have something for everyone here. I started the appointment feeling overwhelmed because my wedding was only a few months away but everyone was very accommodating and put me at ease. I cannot wait to rock my Yumi Katsura!

If you are are a bride and looking for your dress and your bridesmaids dresses I highly recommend Impression Bridal in Kennesaw! My stylist Vicki was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions when I needed her to. The entire staff was nothing but wonderful. They all helped show me what looked best on me and didn’t just try to make a sale. I truly felt like they cared about me and my wedding day. I had been to another bridal shop and the people were so unfriendly. I had been so frustrated but then I decided to stop by and check them it. I am beyond glad I did because I got the most beautiful dress and veil! Impression Bridal was the absolute perfect place to find my wedding gown. I ended up going to their outlet because we had a small budget, and there was an incredible selection. The staff was wonderful and attentive, and allowed me to bring a group of my friends to be with me for the appointment. I found a stunning dress for a seriously outrageously low price. I also ended up taking the dress to the Impression Bridal near the Galleria for alterations, and they were incredible there too! They changed the top of my dress because it was too big, and it came out PERFECTLY. They were all so kind and attentive. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I had the best experience at Impression Bridal! I stumbled into the store one day without an appointment looking for bridesmaid dresses. Cristina helped find exactly what I want, which was a dress I definitely would not have picked off the rack on my own. She then told me that she wanted to help me find my dress! I made an appointment to come back a month later and she took her time with me (over 3.5 hours!) to make sure I found the perfect dress. The dress I ended up choosing was the last dress I tried on that Cristina had also picked out! The entire team at Impression knew my name & my mom’s name as I came in multiple times for fittings over the next few months with Anna (their amazing seamstress!). My mother even found her dress at Impression with the help of Taunie, the manager of the store. I would recommend them 1000 times over!

I have nothing but good things to say about Impression Bridal. I was a little nervous about walking in without an appointment, but I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. Tauni went above and beyond to help me find the perfect wedding dress and I can't thank her enough. She treated me like her own daughter and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Every little detail of buying the dress was taken care of with ease, including setting up the alterations appointment months down the road and knowing exactly what to expect for the cost of alterations. From the moment I walked in I was treated like how a bride is meant to feel. They also accommodated my party of 7 comfortably. Jen is my stylist and she knows her stuff. She pulled several dresses for me to try on (even allowed my mother and sister to put one of their own picks into the mix) She would ask me questions about what I liked and didn't like about each one I tried on (probably 6-7) She listened to me and made me feel comfortable in my own body (I am not a skinny bride, size 16) She also didn't put me in dresses over my budget. I ended up getting a custom dress and detachable train that Jen is designing!

I had spent the almost 3hrs at David's Bridal searching for a dress! The ones that actually fit me were 1000's of dollars! So i put them up and went across the street to Impressions. As I walked in I was greeted kindly. We were on a very tight schedule so we needed a dress that was pretty much my size. So they guided us to the section of already altered dresses. Within 2 mins I pulled a dress from the rack and said this is it! I tried the dress on and it was a perfect fit! Incredible! Needless to say I looked like a princess in that dress and felt like a queen! The dress was marked half off and i saved a lot of money! I recommend coming here first before anywhere else!

Before I walked into Impression, I had a bad weekend before of trying on dresses. The place I went to was extremely busy, there was no space for me to walk around, and the employee assisting me could only talk to me a moment about the dress because she was helping others. So my hopes weren't too high before entering Impression. But instantly I knew this place was different. I was greeted and was allowed to choose some dresses from the racks. As I tried them on, I liked them, but didn't love one in particular. Then, another employee described a dress to me that they had, which was what I was looking for. She brought it out of the back, I tried it on, and that was it! They not only did an excellent job of helping me find my dress, but also did well with the alterations. I'm short and petite, so lots of changes needed to be made. The woman altering my dress was very picky (which I like) about making the exact changes she needed to in making my dress perfect. And it was!

The original dressed I purchased came in and I know longer liked it. impression bridal worked with me on getting another dress 2 weeks before the big day! Great selection of dresses and accessories for the bride to be. Went to Impression Bridal after looking for a veil and tiara with no luck at so many other bridal stores. Thank you to the manager Hilda and sales associate Cristina for helping me find the perfect veil. After walking in the first time I let Hilda know what I was looking for and to my surprise they had the perfect veil. I didn't end up purchasing that day because I thought I wanted to see more options at a different store, but nothing else compared to the veil I found at Impression Bridal. Once back I decided on the veil and got help in purchasing the tiara which went perfect with my veil and dress. The choices for dresses here are seemingly endless. There were so many beautiful options for a bride to choose from. Prior to looking through dresses, Jess (my stylist) talked with me about what I liked, didn't like, style, price range, etc. Jess was so helpful and fun throughout the entire process. The dress and beaded jacket I decided on were perfect. I worked with their seamstress for the needed alterations. She did a wonderful job and even helped fix my veil.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their perfect dress.

I loved the entire experience with Impression Bridal. The dress selection is incredible, the lighting in the building set that elegant type mood and the staff is awesome!! My daughter found this beautiful, unique, vintage style lace dress for only $900. We looked at many bridal shops in the Houston area, Impression Bridal was my favorite of all places. They were super flexible even though I was a long distance bride and had a very quick time frame for planning the wedding. I was able to get my wedding dress off the sale rack for 60% off and it was be decommissioned, so I got a deep discount for a $2000+ dress. Ask for any clearances or sales that they currently have they have no problems helping you with those too.

Had a beautiful selection of dresses at great prices! Dress came in quickly, about the time they said it would when I ordered. Seamstress did a great job with alterations. The only confusion I had was when the dress came in for the Dress Presentation appointment, they did not have the seamstress available so I set up a follow up appointment for that. But the presentation appointment was fun, brought along girlfriends and champagne!

There are not enough nice things to say about this place. After my less than pleasurable experience with the competitors across the street, I was beyond thrilled to find Impression Bridal. What a difference crossing the street made. This store is beautiful, their dresses are amazing, and their staff was too good to be true. I had my fairy tale experience and I finally feel like a real bride. Planning a wedding is a lot of work! It's awesome when you find a place that is both enthusiastic and helpful. Impression Bridal was just that for me. This is my second wedding (never thought I would do it again) and thankfully my experience couldn't have been better. Teri was my stylist and she was so down to earth. She listened to all my wants and needs, and even helped me to stay under budget!!!! Super important when you don't want to break the bank. Can't wait to show off my gorgeous gown next week to my family, friends, and most importantly to my sweetheart. Love, love, love this store ... go there if you too want a fabulous experience.

Being a young bride on a tight budget, I did not believe I would be able to afford the dress of my dreams. Impression bridal made that dream come true! Their store was clean, well-organized, and their staff were amazing. I bought my dress, veil, a replacement veil when I changed my mind and exchanged my first one, and had my alterations done there, including adding bra cups into the dress all for under $1,500. My dress wasn't even the cheapest one there. Believe me, I called around to stores with the vintage lines of dresses that I liked, and most of the other places that carried them started their prices around the $3,000-$5,000 range. Half of my bridesmaids also bought their dresses there and received discounts! Everything looked fantastic!

I'm giving the Impression Bridal store near the Houston Galleria a glowing review, but that is in large part due to Tauni Fenton, one of the higher-ups who happened to be in the store the day my mom and I first came in and who worked with us throughout the whole planning process. My dress was a mermaid style gown, absolutely beautiful, and best of all it was priced very reasonably - $1100, not including alterations. Seriously, this dress was amazing, and so much better than some of the $2000+ dresses I saw at other stores. Anyway, I think we were very lucky to have been in when Tauni was there because her service was OUTSTANDING. To be honest, at least one of the other staff members we worked with (the manager) was not the most competent fellow (he didn't really solve problems very well, and he seemed to care more about my mom's fashionable handbag than our alterations), but Tauni has no patience for incompetence and her service is probably some of the best we have ever received. She made sure she was at every alteration, made sure the seamstress made our dresses as perfect as they could be, and even gave us both a complimentary premium press.
With regards to the alterations, admittedly the seamstress, Lynn, did a terrific job (especially on my mom's dress, which needed a total upheaval), but she can be very tricky to work with. I kept insisting that the bust of my gown be taken in because it made me look like I had an artificially large chest, and she kept protesting, pretty much implying that no bride wants to look flat-chested on her wedding day. Her behavior was pretty ridiculous and I called her out on it, but the best part was Tauni, who was always our advocate and always made sure we were happy and comfortable. And in the end, the bust was taken in as I wanted.
So - my dress was beautiful, the alterations were extremely clean and professionally done (although the seamstress has no customer service skills), and Tauni's service was top-notch!

Impression was the second dress store I went to after David's Bridal...which I would NEVER recommend going to. As soon as I walked into Impression, I was in awe. The dresses were B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L. I was just blown away with the designs and customer service! After getting Debbie, the bridal associate, I was even more convinced this place was the one. I was gonna find my dress here. Which, I did. I got a high-low dress which wasn't even one I picked out to try on. Debbie brought it to me after I had found the dress...so I thought. It was a "fun" one to try on and amazingly enough, was the one we all cried over. It was amazing. Ordered it that day! We also got our bridesmaid dresses from there which were STUNNING! Ordered them in coral with a silvery/grey sash. They fit the girls perfect! Got the groomsmen tuxes through them even though I don't think they will be offering that anymore....and for good reason. They company they used, Jim's Tuxedos, made mistakes over and over. Luckily for me, it was just in the color of the vest and tie and within a day, they had it fixed. They are amazing. I love the customer service level and Debbie....was an angel. :))

I came to Impression Bridal after a terrible experience with Davids Bridal(the customer service there is horrible and incomparable to Impression)
I did not have an appointment, but the girl at the front desk was still very helpful, allowed me to look around and took a few moments to find me a stylist. She introduced me to Noelle and I immediatly knew i was in good hands. Noelle was very attentive and knowledgable (which made me feel super comfortable with her.) She listened, did not seem at all pushy and was more worried about finding me a dress that I truly loved and not just trying to make a sale. I was not planning on actually purchasing a dress the day that I went in but because of the great customer service and experience she provided me with, i couldnt say no...I also knew that i wouldnt be able to go anywhere else, find an amazing dress like the one that i found and walk away feeling this great about the experience i had while there. I would recommend Impression to ANY bride! They truly care about the bride and her vision and make it a point to make you feel that way!

I have to rate this a perfect score because i cant complain about anything. I look at other bridal stores and coming here was a good decision. The dresses they have for the price they ask was more then good enough for me to get what i wanted, 2 dresses! I got to change during the wedding after my ceremony, and both of the dresses was a hit. Got raves for it and the surpise change took in well. The fitting went great and custom order a lil snug to go along with the dress. Got last min shoes and jewlery all at a great price. Everything was ready when said and handling my bridesmaid was great because they could not all make it at once. It was as lil stress as can be for handling something so important to a bride, what she wears!

When I came in with my appointment, everything was perfect from the get-go. I was looking for something simple for a beach wedding [still in the process of picking a venue]. My mother, bridesmaids and myself picked out three dresses to try on. My stylist, Jessica, picked one choice that I wouldn't usually pick. I tried on my three with no success. When I put hers on, my face lit up and I knew that was the dress! I was measured and ordered my dress. Jessica was exceptionally helpful, as were all the girls. The next day my fiance and family decided that we might have our wedding in San Antonio, so I called to put my dress on hold [barefoot vs. heels] and they were extremely accommodating. I came in three days later without an appointment to pick a pair of heels. The lady helped me with no problems, I was re-measured, and my dress was ordered. I had a bad experience with David's Bridal right before I came to Impressions. I was not in a very good mood and I expected this to be just as bad. However, Impressions went above and beyond. They were busy when I came in but they still took the time to greet me and see me that day. The person who did my appointment, Melissa, was absolutely amazing! She made me feel good and would work with me even though I was unsure exactly what I wanted in a dress. She gave me her honest opinion and helped me find what was me. I honestly did not think I would find my dress so quickly. She found one that was perfect for my body type and had the qualities I wanted in a dress. My family and I ended up in tears, we were so happy. I did not think I would have that reaction but I did. I ended up buying the dress. I have not recieved it, so once I go through that process I will have to give a review on that, but overall I was amazed and super happy with their service. I feel like I cannot thank them enough. They made me feel special and they worked with me. They were kind and made me feel important. I would definetely recommend them to anyone!

Loved the ladies & Vic at this salon. I picked my dress with ease and began the very smooth process with their staff. My dress is beautiful and I know on my wedding day me and the bridal party will look amazing in our dresses. Kylie was very helpful through it all and the manager Allyson is one of the reasons I decided to purchase the dress because I trusted her opinion!!! I'd definitely recommend this affordable and kind bridal shop.

If you want a quality dress I would highly recommend Impression Bridal. I had bought a dress from David's bridal but when I took it home and tried it on, I didn't have the "wow" factor that I expected. So I did some research online and found this store. I called and asked them to put a few dresses aside for me to try on and the first dress I tried on was it. I knew this was the dress I wanted to get married in. The staff was very pleasant and personable. I had 3 staff members helping me with suggestions, ideas and helping me weed out things that I did not like. This was an amazing experience and I wish and hope every bride is as lucky as I was with finding their dress :)

Everyone that I worked with or spoke to at this location was polite, courteous and friendly. They kept me updated on my dress order and made calls to check in with me to see if I needed additional services and when to come in for fittings. They also saved me money by mentioning a sale they were having - so I waited two weeks to purchase my gown at a lower price.

I bought my wedding dress & bridesmaid dresses from Impression Bridal which is directly in front of Baybrook Mall in Clear Lake! Justine was absolutely amazing! All the girls there are so helpful & sweet! I highly recommend dealing with them for all your bridal needs!

My dress was perfect! It was beautiful and I had many, many compliments on it. I loved that this shop wasn't your below average "chain store" and that they had wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend getting your wedding dress here.

The staff at Impressions Bridal was great, even the seamstress was great. They were honest about the look and took the time to look for many dresses in the style we were looking for. The bridesmaids dresses were totally awesome and looked amazing on them. Thank you.

I first went to Davids Bridal and they were extremely rude to me, if you arent all dressed up and dont look like you have lots of money in your pocket they brush you off... And by doing so they lost a five thousand dollar sell and Impression Bridals gained it! These ladies are awesome! In fact if I ever need another gown again I will go back to texas just so I can deal with these ladies! They made me feel beautiful and helped me find what I was looking for and so much more. Thank you girls!!

I had a great experience buying my dress. The ladies are so nice and helpful. I purchased my dress from the Baybrook mall location and found the perfect dress for me and it was very affordable. I like the personal experience that you receive from them vs buying the dress at one of the big bridal stores.

I went to Impressions because of the designers they carry but I was concerned that a Buckhead salon was not for me. I was so terribly wrong. I worked with Allie, who was wonderful and helpful, and Stephney, who performed incredibly intricate alterations. I can't imagine having a better experience than I had at Impressions.

Impressions provided me with the perfect wedding dress and veil. All I had to do was describe the event, and they knew exactly what to show me. The showroom isn't large, but the selection is impeccable. Joan, the owner, actually worked directly with me and walked me through the entire process. I ended up choosing a dress from an Italian designer that is only carried in 6 salons in the US. I would have never found my dress if Joan hadn't helped me think outside the box a bit. The service was great - we found the bridesmaid's dresses there as well and received a discount for combining the orders. Everything was prompt, and they were able to accommodate some last-minute revisions. Overall, nothing to complain about. A true class act!

I purchased my wedding gown at Impression Bridal and the staff was wonderful. I was a little hesitant at first, because I had my heart set on a certain dress which they had in stock. It turned out that this particular dress was not the one I absolutely loved. The Staff really assisted me in seeing that, they brought out the whole nine yards knowing that the dress which I purchased was The Dress.
The manager was wonderful and helpful. They have a wide selection of dresses which are well priced. I would recommend going the Impression Bridal if you are in search of friendly staff and the perfect dress.

I purchased my gown and bridesmaid gowns at Impression Bridal/Bridal Image in Mississauga!! AMAZING SERVICE.... the sales associate picked my gown as soon as she spoke with my wants and needs...she first picked it and I said no..she then sneaked it into my selections and when I tried it on I had no idea and I fell in love..she asked how I felt I told her I loved it and she told me it was her original choice and I turned it down..They can read and understand people and are always there for you.. My girls dresses were phenomenal..she had such patience!! BEST PLACE EVER
