I cannot say enough good things about working with Impress by Marlene for my wedding this past weekend. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful and from the moment I connected with Marlene that stress went away. All my questions were answered promptly and service was provided as expected and then some! The staff on the day of our event was friendly, professional, and very flexible. The weather was not in our favor for the day of our event but the Impress by Marlene team showed up and was willing to help and accommodate to the weather needs. All the décor was beautiful and better then I could have expected when planning a wedding from afar. We loved every second working with Impress by Marlene. I do not have one bad thing to say regarding Impress by Marlene. I would HIGHLY recommend Impress by Marlene when having any event!! -

Desde el primer momento en que hablé con Marlene, sentí una conexión en la comunicación que no tuve con otras personas que entrevistamos. Fue una de las pocas con quien hubo química desde el principio, y eso fue clave para nosotros.
Ella fue siempre puntual, disponible y muy diligente en todo el proceso. No solo coordinó la boda a la perfección, sino que también se encargó de la decoración — algo que no es fácil de encontrar en una sola persona. Estábamos buscando justamente eso: alguien que pudiera manejar ambas cosas, y Marlene lo hizo con excelencia. Además, también ofrece renta de equipo, lo cual fue una gran ventaja y nos simplificó mucho la planificación.
Escuchó nuestras ideas, se adaptó a lo que queríamos y ejecutó todo con muchísimo cuidado y atención al detalle. La recomendaría sin pensarlo dos veces. -

Absolutely amazing!!
Marlene is the sweetest and absolutely amazing! We hired her for decor, floral and month of coordination. She was incredibly helpful, attentive and extremely professional. She listened to what we wanted and she made our day go incredibly smooth. We didn't have to worry about a thing other than enjoying the moment. Her decorations were just beautiful. From the table settings, to the floral arrangements and the ceremony decor, they were exactly what we wanted. I cannot recommend her enough, she made our day wonderful and we couldn't have done it without her! -

Si estás buscando que tu boda sea un literal sueño, no dudes en contratar a Impress by Marlene. Para nosotros que nos casamos en Puerto Rico, pero lamentablemente no vivimos allí era imprescindible contratar a una coordinadora que tuviera experiencia y conocimiento en procesos matrimoniales en Puerto Rico, creatividad, organización, responsabilidad, proactividad y sobre todo amabilidad. Marlene cumplió con todos nuestros requisitos e hizo que el proceso de planificar una boda desde los Estados Unidos se hiciera fácil. Ella transmite pura paz y siempre tenía tiempo para contestar mis dudas, darme su opinión acerca mis inventos y me complació con todos los embelecos que yo quería. Además, el hecho de que Marlene no solo coordina, sino también decora y cuenta con su propia compañía de alquileres, ayuda muchísimo en el proceso de planificación. Quisiera haber podido documentar el momento en que vimos el salón decorado y listo para la actividad, pero estábamos simplemente muy felices de oficialmente estar casados que se nos pasó. Cabe recalcar que Marlene y su equipo capturaron y crearon lo que yo siempre soñé para mi gran día, todo estaba PERFECTO. Mi ramo, ni se diga, me consiguió las flores que yo quería y el evento corrió a tiempo y sin contratiempos (que yo sepa – así de excelente es ella y su equipo!). Nuestros invitados no paran de comentar lo hermoso que estaba todo. Me siento triste pues sé que escribir este “review” significa que ya todo pasó, pero siento un gran cariño hacia Marlene y le deseo muchísimo éxito para el futuro. Obed y yo estamos sumamente agradecidos por todo lo que hiciste por nosotros para uno de los días más importante de nuestras vidas. GRACIAS GRACIAS GRACIAS!!! -

Wow! Where to begin! Marlene was amazing to work with as we planned the wedding, and even more amazing the day before and day of! She did our decor and was our month-of coordinator. She listened to our wants and needs, was attentive, and truly made everything look and feel so amazing on our big day. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was flexible (even so much so that I saw her and Lucy finding concrete to weigh down the arch for the ceremony because it was windy on the wedding day!). Everything turned out amazing. We were truly blown away by how beautiful everything was! Her professionalism and style were the cherry on top of our big day. We couldn't have done it without Marlene! -

Marlene was great for our wedding! Between pushing the date because of the pandemic to changing our design ideas entirely, she kept up and really helped us make our vision come to life. Not only did she do our decor, she did the month-of coordination (which was essential as we live in California) so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thanks a lot, Marlene! -

If you're in Puerto Rico and getting married or planning a destination wedding there, BOOK IMPRESS BY MARLENE! I promise you won't regret it! We absolutely loved working with Marlene! She was VERY nice, responsive, professional, and easy to work with! Our wedding day literally went perfect and we didn't have any mishaps with Marlene as our coordinator. She's also the one stop shop that I was looking for, and served as the day of coordinator, decorator, and florist. She made a lot of things easy and remembered things that I completely forgot about! She also has a wide range of decor, and will order whatever she doesn't have, so your wedding won't look like another couple's wedding, and will be unique for your special day. Not to mention she also has a rental company so she can always provide different colors and themes for things like chairs, charger plates, candle holders, glasses, flatware, and etc. Lastly, I'm Type A, and for those of you who know what that means, then trust me, book Marlene for your wedding! -

Hoy cumplimos un mes de casados. Un año planificando, un año de una aventura con Marlene para que nos complaciera y asi fue. Nos complació en todo. Su planificación fue perfecta y la decoración ( flores, invitaciones, mesas, pista de baile, cubiertos ect..) exactamente como lo imaginamos. Eres excelente, profesional y con una paciencia espectacular. Estamos muy felices de que hayas sido tú nuestra guía durante esta aventura.

Marlene se encargó de la decoración, planificación e invitaciones para mi boda. Marlene fue super flexible en ajustarse a nuestro horario y mantener una comunicación abierta ya que vivimos fuera de Puerto Rico. Logró complacernos y buscar alternativas de acuerdo a nuestro estilo y presupuesto. Todo quedó hermoso!!!! Marlene was great to work with! I initially hired her for decor and last minute asked if she was available for day of coordination. This was the best decision I made! Having her and her assistant coordinate the day made everything so much smoother and took a lot of stress off of us. I loved my decor, it was simple and elegant! It exceeded my expectations. And pricing was great! She is so easy to work with. I would hire her for all of my upcoming events if she lived in California. -

I love my wedding from the begging through the end. Marlene since the beginning was very responsible, professional always gave you her honest opinion. She always tried to make the client happy and always honored their wishes. Our wedding theme was vintage/rustic and she delivered. The exquisite taste with flowers, colors, creativity it’s amazing. She can make something simple looks expensive and tastesful. She’s a triple threat she can make invitations, menus, candy bar, bouquets, boutonnières, decor and also is a wedding coordinator.
