Me and my fiancé’ at the time was looking for a personable and God-fearing minister to be our officiant for our San Francisco City Hall on 9/10/25. We are so glad I found him! He was amazing! He is very responsive, caring, and a great man of God. Me and my now husband wanted an intimate wedding with a minister who loves officiating marriages. We found that with Minister William Ward. Minister Ward made personal officiating to our love story. We got the wedding we want because of him. Thanks Minister Ward. -

William was a wonderful officiant for our wedding!
He offered pre-ceremony counseling sessions that were both helpful and meaningful, and he was always incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. William is the perfect blend of professionalism, personable, and genuinely caring. He asked questions about our life and included the information he learned in his word. He was very engaging and a bit of a comic.
One especially thoughtful touch was the wedding gift he gave us, a special bottle of wine with a custom label with our photo. He even called us on our first anniversary to send his best wishes. A heartfelt gesture that meant a lot to us.
The only thing that could have made his service even better would have been if his wife had been able to attend the ceremony with him (She had a prior engagement). We couldn't have asked for a better officiant.
We would 100% recommend William to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, affordable, and memorable wedding officiant.

Mr. William Ward was a Delight to work .Our Wedding Day was on November 5,th 2023 at Lagrande Estates in Oakley A beautiful Venue. Any Questions or concerns my Now husband and I had he answered graciously and professionally,
My Husband was so delighted with his service and kindness He asked Mr. Ward to dine with our family and friends on our spectacular Wedding day .
Also Mr. Ward provided a beautiful gift ,a marriage certificate to hang in our home along side with a
Personalized keepsake bottle of Chardonnay.

William provided and later customized a script of the official part of the wedding for us. Practiced our names pronunciation, educated witnesses to not mess up the a marriage license. He has been sending a reminders about all of the important things he needed to know and was available all the time via text and calls. And after wedding when his part was well over, he also found time to sign a souvenir marriage certificate. And not even mentioning the unique present he gave us on a Wed day!
I you are looking, look no more.

William was absolutely AMAZING!!! He officiated our wedding on August 6th and I’m soooo happy we found him! He was very organized and on top of everything prior to the wedding and he delivered and performed gracefully during our ceremony. I couldn’t have asked for a better officiant. As people can imagine when planning your own wedding, many things didn’t run as smoothly as planned on the actual day but William was very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. Fantastic from the beginning till the end. Mr. Ward is being extremely personalized during this whole process and he delivered on the day as we have known him for years!
