Wedding Flowers

We ordered flowers from Import Flowers for our wedding and put everything together ourselves. They were super helpful with what to order and had just added online ordering which made it super easy! Picking up the flowers was also super easy and all the flowers were beautiful, and such a great value if you want to go the do-it-yourself route! Highly recommend!

We experienced fabulous and friendly service and assistance with Import Flowers. I placed an order over the phone and then gathered more when I arrived. The price and availability was amazing. I highly recommend this when doing your own flowers for a wedding.

Highly recommend. Value for money cant be beat!

Amazing place to source wedding and event flowers. The value for the price cant be beat, and the staff is so knowledgable and friendly. They left out a few flowers from my order originally, but when I called they were very helpful and offered to overnight me new flowers and waive shipping charges. Made all my wedding flower dreams come true!

Import flowers was the perfect match for our wedding needs. We had the most beautiful DIY bouquets of roses and hydrangeas that set the perfect tone for our May wedding. Buying in bulk prices saved us hundreds of dollars and allowed us to create exactly what we had imagined for the tables and bridesmaids bouquets. Would do it all over again!

Import Flowers is amazing. We used them to order greenery (silver dollar eucalyptus) and hydrangeas for our wedding for additional decor. Their customer service, product list, and pricing was perfect. I recommend anyone to check them out! We went by their store before we ordered to check out their supply and their flowers are gorgeous. Do yourself a favor and stop in. They recommended several local florists for our arrangements and were a great resource. Import Flowers was so easy to work with!

We bought the flowers for our wedding at Import Flowers. I saved so much money doing the bouquets and center pieces myself. The flowers were beautiful and the team there is so easy to work with! We got so many compliments on the arrangements!

They have the most gorgeous floors at Import Flowers. I was really intimated when I went in the first time. They have so many flowers that it was overwhelming. But once I narrowed it down, it was so easy to order. When we went to pick them up, there was one bunch of flowers that didn't look so good. They immediately swapped them out with another flower. If you are looking to do your own flowers, definitely get them from Import Flowers.

My wedding flowers were so beautiful and couldn't have been happier with how they turned out. We didn't do the traditional wedding flowers since our wedding was far from traditional. Colorful, fresh and reasonably priced. And the staff was incredible! Can't give enough thanks for bringing it all together.

Abigail Curtis at Import Flowers is so incredibly talented - she is such a gem for wedding flowers in Nashville. She did florals for our wedding on November 19, 2016. Planning from out of state, I never met with Abby in person to plan florals. From her work on Instagram, I was confident she had just the style I was hoping for. On wedding day, I was so thrilled with the result. She nailed the wild, whimsical overflowing bridal bouquet and table arrangements I was hoping for - full of greens and beautiful blooms. Just working together with sample photos from Pinterest and trusting her artistic liberty, she did an absolutely beautiful job. Highly recommend Abby for all your floral needs!

Ruth, at Import Flowers, helped me with the flowers for my son's rather large destination wedding rehearsal dinner in Nashville. I made my own wooden boxes with the bride and grooms initials on them. I went to Import Flowers, boxes in hand, with an idea of what I wanted but not very knowledgeable about flowers or costs. Not to worry- Ruth was so great helping me pick out the flowers and staying within my cost range. When I returned several days later to pick up the flower arrangements in the boxes... I cried. I was so overwhelmed with how beautiful they looked I seriously did tear up. I wish I was computer savy enough to post pictures of how amazing they were. Take my word for it- spectacular! If you are purchasing flowers for any event -you're already at the right place! Import Flowers in Nashville was the BEST choice I made for my wedding (besides my now husband)!
I would highly recommend them for any DIY bride who wants some variety and is working on a budget. The staff was super helpful to answer mine and my mother's 1000's of questions and the flowers came in so fresh and beautiful!! We were so pleased and continue to get compliments on the flowers we used!

Beautiful, Plentiful, Quality flowers for all occasions. I had my wedding flowers done through another vendor, Lavendar Blue Floral Design, who used these guys and the product was fantastic!

The flowers were beautiful and they have a large variety. We were only disappointed with the Queen Anne's Lace. They were wilted when they arrived on site. But, everything else was just beautiful and the staff was very nice.

They were incredibly helpful in picking out flowers, the heartiness of the flowers, and in telling me more information about these flowers. They didn't have dahlias like I had wanted, but I showed a picture and they helped put together a similar bouquet. Also, incredible prices.

Due to the fact that my wedding was Mother's Day weekend, I had so much trouble finding a florist to help with my wedding. Someone suggested to me Import Flowers, and they were a blessing. Ruth was wonderful. I told her exactly what I wanted, and she blew me away with the finished product! Picked my flowers up the day before, and even got to enjoy them for a week and a half after the wedding!

I cannot say enough positive things about Import Flowers! The staff there are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their flowers are absolutely gorgeous! Ashley made my wedding flower dreams a reality. She helped with the design for all of my bouquets, corsages, and table arrangements. We received so many compliments on our wedding day flowers. My husband and I ordered all our flowers for our DIY wedding arrangements from Import Flowers. We also had Ashley create some of the more difficult pieces for us. Everything was absolutely stunning! Based on just a few photos, Ashley created my bouquet, corsages for the moms, and a gorgeous garland that we used for both our ceremony arch and sweetheart table (a very last minute addition.) Everything was beautiful and elegant and far beyond our expectations! Ashley was also incredibly helpful throughout the process, advising us on how to get what we wanted within our budget, she also took care to ensure were put aside and allowed to open up before our big day! These guys are great - we cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Import Flowers is a jackpot! I assist with wedding styling and love that taking a bride to Import gives them the opportunity to see so many different blooms, greens, branches, and vines. For me, the hardest part is limiting our selection. In that regard, Ashley is wonderfully helpful. Her knowledge of the flowers, their availability, and how they are best utilized helps mold my brides' ideas into an even better reality.

If you think you want to do the flowers yourself, but realize you're just too busy, Import Flowers is a great compromise. It is casual, like a warehouse, but the employees are very helpful. I ordered the flowers for the reception and arranged them myself and I hired Ashley to do the bridal party bouquets. She did an awesome job! Everything was affordable and turned out great!

The flowers here are always fantastic! They are very helpful and will guide anyone who doesn't have a green thumb in the right direction. The woman I worked with helped me to decide which flowers were best and how to get the best value for my money. I usually go just to pick up a fresh bouquet just for the heck of it now. If you know somebody who can do flowers in Nashville, hire them for cheap or free and buy your flowers at wholesale price here! What a cute little store! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I saved money just because I knew a florist; she loved this place and was able to create such a lovely bouquet and gorgeous centerpieces. I think most florists are SO OVERPRICED so buying wholesale from Import Flowers was the way to go!

We had friends do our flowers but we ordered them from Import flowers. They were beautiful! I knew nothing about flowers and since I wasn't having a florist do them, I was very overwelmed. If you are a DIY bride, like me, this is the best place to go. Even if you aren't a DIY, they are still a great place to go. Import has been in business for a long time and it shows. They are very knowledgeable about, flowers in general and especially in the flowers that they deal with regularly. If you don't see a certain type of flower that you have fallen in love with, 9 times out of ten they can find it for you. They warn you ahead of time that colors vary with each batch of flower, especially if you are wanting a specialty color. Like navy blue roses. And when you pick up your order, and find that you don't want the,ex. blue roses, they will just remove them and put them back in there inventory. I had a wonderful experience with them and will continue to use them in the future.

Import flowers is really a hidden gem. I did not want to hire a florist so opted to have a friend do my flowers. I called Import and they were extremely helpful and informative. Not only that but they educated me on the flowers and stayed on the phone with me for extended periods of time looking at different colors and flowers. They were so affordable...I was able to get more flowers than I originally planned on getting. I have started doing florals for events now...and I still use them to purchase flowers for my clients.

The first time I went to Import Flowers, they wrote my order down on paper with my last name, and nothing more. As the date of pick up grew nearer, I got worried about whether or not my order would be accounted for, and if my flowers would be there given it was only on a small slip of paper. However, when I say Import Flowers delivered on what I wanted, I mean they DELIVERED. When I arrived for pick-up, they had my correct order with all my flowers, and allowed me to pick a few more on the spot. I wanted flowers that kept with a desert/southwestern/tropical motif for the most part, and they made it happen. South African King proteas, succulents, philodendron leaves, giant palm fronds, desert berries and blooms. I went into Import Flowers not really knowing what flowers I wanted for my wedding. Their selection was huge and I was able to walk around and get an idea of what I liked. Abby was willing to arrange whatever I picked out and she outdid anything I could have imagined. The flowers were gorgeous and the arrangements were beautiful. This florist was fantastic! If you are looking to buy flower in bulk in Nashville, these are the guys to by from. They'll order what you need, and they're reliable. You can also browse their warehouse when you arrive to pick up your ordered flowers. Whatever you see is yours - and some of it at discounted prices. Definitely recommend them!

I chose to purchase my flowers from Import Flowers and make the bouquets at my house because my bridesmaid was a florist. Even though I had my bridesmaid's guidance, both Amber and Ashley knew so much about flowers I was able to learn a lot from them as well. I basically came in with a bunch of pictures and pointed at different flowers and asked them what it was and if they could get it and they were so well informed and easy to work with! They were also flexible and when some of the flowers came in a different color than I had imagined, I was able to go through their coolers and picked out a flower I liked even better! Also some of the flowers were not up to their par so they gave me a few extra bunches for free!

I have no knowledge of flowers, and Import helped me make my wedding wonderful. I worked with the designer there and she helped me put together a wonderful portfolio of flowers. I did a vintage themed wedding and the flowers fit perfectly.

The owner is so nice and helpful, and the prices are SO reasonable. I got all my flowers for under $200.00 (tables and bouquets)

The day of my wedding I received a phone call from my mother in law that all the arrangements we put together the night before at my venue were frozen. I called Import, explained the situation and they replaced the flowers with what they had in stock. My sister picked them up and we put together bouquets three hours before the ceremony! Import even gave me 15% off (I think they felt bad.. :)

If you are planning on doing the arranging yourself, order from Import. If not, they can recommend designers.

August wedding

I ended up ordering/putting together all of the florals for my wedding and Import made it so easy! Their warehouse is very welcoming and they allow you to tour all of the coolers so you can see the flowers that are in stock. I ended up ordering Israeli and Italian ruscus, white peonies, and o'hara white garden roses. The only issue I had was with the peonies; they had brown spots on them and were falling apart to the point of not even being able to use them. A little upsetting when I ordered 15 peonies for approx $90 and was only able to salvage 3 flowers. But other than that everything else held up beautifully, even in the 95°F temperature outside!

We were planning on doing our own flowers for our wedding, and ordering them through Costco... the day before we were supposed to place our order, my fiance convinced me to check out this local place first - I am so glad that I did! We walked in and spoke to Ruth, who not only showed us what their flowers are like and how they care for them, but also spoke to us about her doing the bouquets and boutonnieres for us as well. The cost was amazing, because even with her doing our bouquets and boutonnieres, it was only a little bit more expensive then doing them ourselves... but also saved us so much time the week of the wedding, which I was VERY happy about the week of! She went above and beyond, she did all this work with only 2 weeks notice and even added some extra roses to our bouquets to help them smell good. They were beautiful and we received so many compliments!

We really loved our flowers from Import Flowers! My suggestion is getting them the day before and refridgerating them! We couldn't get ours until the wedding day and they started dying within hours of the ceremony, which was sad. But they were very helpful and great prices!

Import Flowers provided all flowers for our wedding. They offer great prices, selection, and have staff there to arrange bouquets, corsages, boutonniere's, etc. for a separate fee which is perfect for any DIY bride! We provided our centerpiece vase sizes and flower preferences and received recommendations for how many flowers we needed to fill those. We ended up with wayyy too many flowers, so just as an fyi, be cautious of how many flowers they state you actually need.

One of their employees, Ashley, can arrange whatever you like and is very knowledgeable about flower types and their best usage. I recommend visiting the shop prior to finalizing your payment as there were some flowers we had to switch out due to slightly bad condition, color not as expected, and others were not available so we received substitutions for some. Just a suggestion to ensure you get what you envisioned.

I will say I was somewhat disappointed in the arrangement of the flowers. I chose the flowers I wanted to use and provided pictures of how I wanted them designed. My bridal bouquet was perfect in size, design, and flowers used, however the bridesmaids bouquets were too small. They needed more flowers and the stalk part you hold was too small for my preference. The corsages for the mothers flowers had wrong type of roses used (which were also too small). Again, just my preference of what I wanted.

Overall a great place for you flower needs for any event. Would recommend!

I wanted flowers but they weren't super important to me so I didn't want to spend much, I went in knowing basically what I wanted and was able to get the staff to quickly answer a few questions, but they focus more on just having cheap flowers than on customer service which was just fine with me because I didn't want them trying to sell me all sorts of things I didn't need, they were able to recommend certain types of roses and filler flowers, I went in and was able to ask for the price list for the week of my wedding from the year before to see what they'd likely have available and those prices, I ordered about six weeks in advance and they actually got them delivered the month before my wedding (I didn't get a receipt or any other confirmation so I couldn't do a final check on the date when ordering) but they didn't charge me or give me any trouble when I said it was supposed to be a month later, some of their staff arrange on the side but Ruth quoted me for an amount that was the same price as what I was paying for flowers so I decided to arrange them myself, it was the cheap but pretty good flowers that I needed, I picked up two days before my wedding so I could arrange them but I probably should have picked them up one day before.

Huge flower selection! They had every type of flower we needed and in every color we needed. It was my first time there and I wasn’t sure what exactly to do. After looking around a bit an employee explained what to do. The employees were very knowledgeable about the flowers and even gave suggestions about DIY bouquets and how to take care of the flowers until we were ready to make the bouquets. They also helped us look for the roses we wanted and in the color we wanted.

Import Flowers provided all of our flowers for the wedding. They were excellent! It was extremely busy when we came in, but they still made us feel welcome and were available to us as much as possible. Their prices were even better than we could get at Costco, and the variety was excellent. With only two weeks notice, they still managed to have everything ready and waiting for us with excellent care instructions. I would recommend them to everybody!

Import Flowers is a wholesaler. If you want to do your own flowers and already know what you want then this is an economical option. I do not have this kind of creative expertise and the people in the shop weren't very helpful, except to give us a list of what would be in season during the wedding. However, we ended up using them to finish out some extra items, such as flowers and greenery for the cake.

I had been emailing with Lou 2 months prior to our wedding. It was a very small wedding & not a lot of flowers needed. But I did ask for 3 specific flowers - freesia, ranunculus, and English roses.
I emailed him the week before the wedding to remind him of my order. And then called the Monday of our wedding & spoke to him.
When we arrived to pick up my order there was nothing. I had to show the emails & then put together flowers that weren't even close to what I wanted. Thank goodness my wedding planner knew of another flower wholesale that had everything we wanted.
