  The venue was magical

  When we first visited the venue, I was in love at first sight. I immediately said this would be our venue for the wedding. And on the day of the wedding, it was really great. The venue transformed and became magical. The food was also delicious. Really so happy that we booked with them.

  Amazing and wonderful people

  We are in the beginning stages of touring venues. Amalia and Armen were so amazing and really lovely. They simplified everything and made it so easy. They are definitely top candidates for our wedding reception.

  Going on 3 years great experience with Imperial

  We recently had our wedding celebration here and can't say enough great things about this venue! Let me start by saying we have worked with this venue going on 3 years now ! we were one of the many couples that COVID threw a wrench in our original plans. We booked the venue in 2019 and were supposed to have our wedding in 2020 but unfortunately were not able to due to all the COVID restrictions at the time. It was a huge bummer but we really appreciated how great Imperial was throughout that entire process. We knew of other COVID wedding couples and heard some venues weren't even answering the phones during COVID and leaving couples in the dark or screwing them out of their deposit. So not the case with Imperial. Armen was so responsive and answered our million questions during that unprecedented time and assured us they would work with us so we would have the huge wedding of our dreams once it was possible to do so. Flash forward to 2022 and our 230+ person wedding finally happened with the help of Amelia and Arthur! We received so many compliments on the venue. Armen, Amelia, Arthur have been the sweetest and best to work with. 2 of my closest friends also had their wedding here in the past 5 years and recommended Imperial to us which is why we went with this venue out of the many in SoCal and would recommend others do the same !

  were location, easy access to freeways. The hall is so big and the inside is breath taking. Price is so affordable that even if you are in a low budget its manageable. I cant wait to have my wedding here next may. I am so excited. Go ahead and take a tour you will love it

  We held our reception at this banquet hall and it was beautiful. The place has really good food and gave us wonderful service. I highly recommend them.

  We had a beautiful wedding this summer at Imperial Palace in Pasadena. It was the first place we had looked at, but we wanted to keep looking. After going around to about 5-6 other halls we came right back here and booked it. Armen was very professional and great to deal with. He wasnt too pushy and always picked up my calls. If there was anything we needed, it was no problem. Highly recommend!!

  We had our wedding @ Imperial Palace on April 14, we had an amazing experience. The hall is beautiful, the food is delicious, the costumer service was great. We were always asked if there was anything that would make things easier and more memorable just to let them know. Arman is the MAN we enjoyed his service. The light show is the frosting on the cake.

  Overall, I was really happy with Imperial Palace. The location is beautiful, clean, and modern (all things I was looking for). On the day of the wedding, the staff worked hard to make everything happen. There was so much food, and it was fresh and delicious (or so my guests say because I didn't actually get to eat).

  Our wedding doesn't take place until early next year, but I've been so impressed with the level of service I've received thus far- I wanted to write a review now. I will write a follow up after our special day. Upon researching venues for our reception, I stumbled upon Imperial Palace on Yelp. Not only were the pictures breathtaking and the reviews great- there were many boasts about the exceptional value of the hall. When I tell you pictures don't do this place justice- that's an understatement. The first time I toured the place....I did so without an appointment. Although the staff was setting up for someone else's event- they were gracious enough to allow me to look around. My fiance and I set an appointment and finally sat down with Armen- the manager. We picked a Sunday for our event and basically, the overall price covers everything minus your flowers, music and photographer. We're talking the cake (no cutting fee), bartender, security, linens, uplighting and a cornucopia of food served family style. Although I will say catching up with Armen can be a little tricky at times (he really needs an assistant)- when you sit with him one on one- the professionalism and knowledge outweigh something so minor. Great value and service here!

  Imperial Palace is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! Andy the owner has put so much work into the decor & it shows. It is a very GRAND ballroom that is amazing once it is set up for a wedding!!!! Vaulted ceilings, beautiful intricate details on walls, moldings, light system! Only complaint I heard from some guests is that the bartender was a bit unprofessional and told some of the guests that they had had enough to drink already. I thought that was pretty funny as my cousins probably DID have too much to drink! Andy & Albert are great & the food is delicious!!!!

  We LOVED our venue. It looked magical!!! The responsiveness could be improved as on many ocassions during the planning phase I felt rushed when I phoned in and wasn't sure if the venue manager would remember the info he gave. All in all once he was one on one with with us it was easier to get our questions answered and ideas squared away. They were very flexible with us as I went on two ocassions with our linen vendor to take a look at the place to assist us in deciding on the linens. The day of everything was done as discussed during the planning meeting. The venue staff were very attentive with us and shifted things around when needed. The food was good but I did notice there was a delay in serving the champagne for the toast. Not sure what happened there. To sum it all up we loved how everything turned out and were very happy with how the event ran. As noted in another review there was a woman going around taking pictures of the guest and selling the photographs. She was not with our photographer. I noticed people didn't mind it much but it would of been nice to have gotten a heads up from the venue about this. That way we could decide whether we wanted this or not.

  The service inside the hall was great! We received great attention to detail. However, they contract their valet parking to an outside company. Valet was not at the same level as the hall. They mistreated cars. I had several guest call and complain that they discovered damage to their cars. Several cars were scratch and 2 were dented. Unfortunately, because they didn’t inspect their car before they left the valets insurance was not able/refusing to cover the damages. One guest had her car parked outside on the street by the valet and had it broken into. They did cover her damaged though because she saw it before she left.   Nice interior and that’s about it. Pricing may be competitive but people here are not professional. If you’re in a budget and don’t care about customer service... then this is the place for you

  Disappointed

  The venue is nice but the customer service is poor. Purely business is what I got from the people I encountered here. The girl I spoke with lacked communication skills and she just didn’t seem to care. She showed up 15 minutes after our appointment and she didn’t look presentable. The boss who gave us the proposal was so sure we were going to book with them as the pricing was good. I may have thought about it as it was the cheapest but I’d like to work with people whose hearts are in it.
