Excellent service. Limo arrived early, driver was courteous and price was right! This company was recomended by our Photographer and was easy to deal with. I will refer my family and friends.

I'd like to thank Imperial One for their patience with my changing itinerary. It was my dream to have a large Wedding and I did just that. Our Wedding was at The Vinoy in St. Petersburg and we used Imperial to transport our guests to and from a few local hotels to the Vinoy. We rented two limos a huge Escalade and a Lincoln Limo. The Escalade had a granite floor! My Bridesmaids and I had a great time in the limo and our Chauffer did his best to calm my Pre-Wedding nerves. I wasn't in either limo at the end of the night because we had a room at the Vinoy, but my guests said everything was wonderful. I highly recommend Imperial for Wedding transportation!

Great Value! Highly recommended, they were timely and got us where we had to be on time and then took us for a beautiful drive up and down the island. Lots of Fun! Friendly and I forgot to mention we left some very valuable items behind in the Limo and the next day the called us to let us know they had the items and told us when we could come and get them. Total unexpected. Thank you Imperial One. I highly recommend this transportation service.

I'll be getting married next year in march and i though i'd do kinda like a pre run of things by getting all my girls together for a bachelorette party. I've been shopping for a couple of weeks and I finally found one that's affordable as I plan on getting a limo for my actual wedding date. After becoming really discouraged at the prices of limos i finally booked with Imperial One...and...let...me...tell..you....

This company is the best! They have a big variety of limos (no party bus =( though) but after the limo arrived we had plenty of room for all of us. This place is out of clearwater beach area and i'm down in Sarasota. Imperial one is an all inclusive deal, so they don't charge me for them to drive down to pick us up almost an hour away (time starts when we get in!!) as most companies said they would, drinks and ice are included, and the driver really went above and beyond to make our night.

They are super flexible with customers needs as well, I really appreciated the driver...i think his name was Tony, our fun wasn't over but technically our time was. I asked him if I could buy more time and he said he'd gladly accommodate us.

You guys passed the test. I'll be giving you a call soon to book my wedding...if Tony is still there can we have him as our driver?

My daughter just got married this weekend and it was very hectic. The driver pulled up early and I told him them we needed another 30 mins or so , he said that instead of sitting in the sun in front of the house that he'd like to find some shade to keep the car as cool as possible. He swung back around and I said we'd need some more time. He gave me his number and said to call when ready and he'd be no more than 1-2 minutes from the house. I called him and he picked us up, we forgot about music but the driver offered his cable for our phones Thank you! The Navigator was very comfortable and the AC was great. My hubby's 50th birthday is coming up so I think i'll talk to my daughter about a suprise bc Imperial One is AWESOME!!

Geez I tell ya, I just got married and I already have to say my wife was right. We were discussing transport for the wedding and I told my wife that since I have a big enough car that my buddy could shuttle people around, but Mandy said that this is her wedding day and she wanted a limo. I looked around and was astonished how expensive limos charge, UNTIL I found Imperial One Limo. They were easily the most affordable around, $225 with wedding decorations included?! The driver showed up early and made us feel at ease on this once in a lifetime experience. I was really happy the the cars AC could handle the heat of the day. If you're thinking of doing a limo for your wedding Imperial One has my vote.

OMG weddings can get so expensive from the flowers, to the dinners, to the cake...so I was looking for a way to save where ever I could. I am very blessed bc I found a limo company for the wedding that was not only very affordable, but they gave exceptional service. Imperial One limo throws in all the bells and whistles (at no charge!) like champagne, the red carpet and other decorations. The driver showed up early and was a huge help in getting everyone/everything into the car. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a limo, not just for weddings!

We used Imperial One Limousine for our wedding transportation. We were really ridding in style. The gentlemen rode in a white hummer limo, while the ladies rode in a white Escalade. Each had red carpet treatment of course. Drivers were dressed professionally and ontime. All were very pleasant. Limo was very clean; they even provided us with a bottle of champagne!!

Imperial One Limos made my wedding a dream come true!! The service was absolutely outstanding!! Wasn't able to splurge on much but I really wanted a limo and thanks to Imperial One I was able to have one for only $225! They even had a red carpet and champagne and after the ceremony the driver put a just married sign on the back for us. The driver was wonderful, very nice and got us everywhere we needed to go on time while I got to calm my nerves with champagne in the back. Such a great experience! Thank you Imperial One!!

I can't express how amazing this company was for my wedding. Our driver went above and beyond to take amazing care of my guests, he was punctual, flexible with last minute changes and was always making sure we were All doing okay. I would highly recommend this company not only for their professionalism but their prices are great.

I used imperial one limo for my wedding in October. The limo was on-time, clean, and beautiful. The limo driver was friendly and professional. I was very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

I reserved you guys on my wedding (3/15/11) and the service was exceptional!(I had the Expedition) My driver, Joe, was very professional and courteous. He came early to pick my wedding party up! They also don’t charge for multiple stops which we had many. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure that my day was nothing but the very best! I will use Imperial One from now on for anything that I need! I have a 10 star rating for this business! Sorry so late on the review but time files. Would for sure use them again for any event in the future.

First, the unique thing is you are getting a BMW stretched limo. Second, the price is outrageously cheap. Third, the service and professionalism was wonderful. If you are on a budget and you are looking for class, go no further. This company provides you with it all.

My wife and I decided to get married and have a really small ceremony and then have a bigger party. Obviously we were working on a budget as we were fresh out of highschool and decided to get married right away. So we thought we'd just get our immediate family together and go down to the court house. After the ceremony the limo pulled right up to the courthouse and as we walked out newly weds we saw the white Chrysler 300 with just married on the side and the bright red carpet. There was champagne provided, but the driver said since we weren't of age that our parents could take it back later (whatever, it's not like i've never had a drink before!), but I didn't want him to get in trouble.

We chose imperial one b/c they have such great deals on their limos $225 for a wedding deal is the best I've seen around here. The red carpet and champagne were nice touches. We drove around town and picked up some friends and went to Red Lobster for dinner then it was home for us.

Imperial one helped make our wedding day more special and we thank you for that!

I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal for their wedding.

I was very satisfied with Imperial One and their business. It was quick and easy to reserve a limo right over the phone and they were there on time the day of. The only thing I was upset with is that they do not split the hours you use them for. So if you want a limo for after the wedding as well as before, then you must rent it the whole time or for their 3 hour minimum before and again after.

The best prices for a limo in St. Petersburg! They are straight forward with prices and have no hidden extra costs or anything. I booked 2 limos for my wedding and a night out. Would def use them again. Thought the limo drivers could have been more professional and listen to me as the customer but that was it.

I chose Imperial One as the limo company for my wedding because they seemed to have the best prices and good reviews. I also liked that they had the white and black Range Rover, because it was different. The day of my wedding we had the limo arrive at our hotel to first take the men to the church, then return for the ladies. Apparently the limo was not functioning correctly. It took the boys to the church with no A/C on a hot summer day and was going well under the speed limit on the highway. The limo never came back for the ladies, and when my father got the company on the phone they said they wouldn't be able to have another limousine for us until 3:30. Being that my wedding began at 3:00, my girls and I were out of luck. Thankfully my hotel had a van that was big enough to accommodate us. An Escalade limo did arrive at the church around 4:30 to take us to the reception site and the company did refund us 2/3 of our payment. Looking back I might have paid a little more for a limo company with a bit more professionalism.

Avoid this company. They failed to show up as scheduled requiring the bride to ride to ceremony in friends car. They sure billed us and never called to say they were sorry until charge was removed by us.

Unprofessional at its Best!

This limo service company is entirely unprofessional and out of line in so many ways. First, let me say the drivers were extremely professional and kind. This review has nothing to do with the actual driver. However, the limo service company, Imperial One Limousine, is a whole other story. One every customer has the right to give their honest review of their service experience to allow others not to make the same mistake as they have done. This is why there are platforms that allow you to input and share your experiences with others who may need specific services. In this particular case, it is the service of a limousine for a special occasion.
My aunt rented out two limousines, from this company, Imperial One Limousine, for her sunset beach wedding this weekend, to experience a world-class chauffeured transportation service, as stated on their website. World-class is the last thing we experience.

We had the limo booked for 7 hours which took us to 1130. The limo driver had to pick up and drop off about 3 or 4 times in the beginning, and he literally got to sit there and do nothing for about 4 or more hours until some people were ready to go. I was told that he could go back and forth as many times as necessary, and then I found out that he refused to take my aunt and uncle back until there were more people because they wanted to leave early. Instead of just taking the two of them he made them stand and wait 30 minutes until someone else was leaving too. This is ridiculous for the amount of money we spent and the small amount of work he actually had to do. Also at the end of the night there was one group left at the venue that needed picked up which included my husband and I and our wedding party and because it was literally on the minute after he was supposed to be done he wasn't going to pick us up. SERIOUSLY! He made maybe 8 trips the whole night in 7 hours time and he couldn't be bothered to take the bridal party and bride and groom back! WE ended up paying him an additional 50 or more dollars, on top of the tip he already received and the money I paid to book the limo just so he would come back and get us. Also we were told there was supposed to be champagne and special decorations in the limo since it was for a wedding and there wasn't anything special at all.

Horrible, horrible, horrible...rented the limo for the groom's party to get to a wedding. Limo was in rough shape and worst of all no a/c on a hot florida day. Whole groom's party showed up drenched in sweat. Nobody at the limo company even cared that they Damn near ruined a wedding. Ironically they store all thier limos at an auto repair shop yet there all broken. Owner even went as far as to call me and other people in the party in the middle of the night harassing and making threats for leaving a bad review on a different site. Beware, beware stay away from this company if you plan to have a good time.

The worst. We got 2 limos for our wedding day. One for the guys and one for the girls. Girls driver couldn't find the hotel and was calling me and stressing me out on my wedding day. Showed up late. The limo smelled like cats and it was SO hot in there I could not even take it.

On the way to the reception driver for lost again. Can't even believe it. Missed taking pictures outside with my husband bc we were running so far behind.

I booked a reservation for my daughter's sweet 16. Five minutes before pick up time I was left a voicemail by the limo driver and he explained he would be 25 to 30 minutes late. I called the limo driver and he explained that a wedding had gone over their time which caused the issue. I then called the office and spoke to a man who did his best to accommodate the unfortunate error. Rather than being picked up by the limo as planned we had to find our own transportation to our reservation. This limo requires 3 hour booking time, which was not an issue. However, due to the error I was told I would receive a two hour credit and only be charged for one hour.

Almost a week later, after not receiving the refund I called the office to inquire. I was told it could take up to a week. Not a problem. Over a week goes by and I'm still not issued the refund so I called the office again to inquire about when I could expect the credit on my account. This is the second time I spoke to a man named Mark. He explained to me that it was a slow time of year for them and they needed to wait for funds to be in the account for them to issue the refund. I was confused by this since I had already paid the full amount and was trying to ask Mark to explain it further when he told me he was becoming irritated with me repeatedly asking questions. He told me not to call again and hung up on me. I tried to call back two more times only for him to pick up the phone and hang up again. I decided to send the company and email on their Facebook page. Afterwords I called back and asked kindly if there was somebody else in the office I could speak with. Mark started to yell at me again and told me to not call again or he would block my number and hung up again!
