5/5 star parish. ICSJ and Fr. Larry Lisowski were our favorite part of our wedding day. This is a very special parish. They were easy to work with and flexible. I have seen young adults come into ICSJ and reconnect with their faith. Fr. Larry gives a fun, vibrant twist to Mass that is refreshing. Not to mention the music is fabulous, and St. Joe's is beautiful inside. -

Such a beautiful church full of wonderful people! The marriage process was made so easy from planning to the ceremony- we felt supported and excited throughout the process. Father Larry is so down to earth, communicative, and positive. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the ceremony was and how it was so personalized to celebrate our marriage. We cannot recommend ICSJ parish enough! -

I cannot recommend enough getting married at St. Joseph’s. We were so thrilled with the experience here. Father Larry is an incredible priest who takes the time to personalize the ceremony. Our guests could not stop talking about how great he was! This church feels like home and we have become parishioners since going through the marriage process here 😊 -

Fr. Larry and the entire ICSJ team were excellent! The pre-wedding process was smooth and simple. Fr. Larry was a calming presence throughout the process and delivered an excellent ceremony. My wife and I got married at ICSJ and had such a great experience. The wedding ministry team was super helpful from the start and made the whole process really easy. They were always quick to answer our questions and guided us through everything so we felt prepared and relaxed on the big day.
The ceremony itself was beautiful and really personal from Father Larry Lisowski. A lot of our guests told us afterwards how much they loved the church and how meaningful the Mass felt.
If you’re looking for a parish to get married at, we definitely recommend ICSJ. It was the perfect place for us and we’re so grateful for the experience! -

Dream Wedding
We couldn’t recommend ICSJ more to get married. The entire staff is extremely helpful with getting you ready for your big day AND Father Larry is incredible. He got to know both of us the year before we married and made our wedding day personal. Many of our guests commented how funny and personal our mass was. We also added additional musicians from the church and it made our mass that much more special. Such a talented group. I had high expectations and ICSJ exceeded them! Highly recommend. -

A Perfect Wedding Day at St. Joseph Church
We had our wedding at St. Joseph Church, and it was an incredible experience. The church’s stunning architecture and serene atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The staff were wonderfully supportive and made the entire process seamless. Our ceremony was beautifully conducted, and many guests commented on how lovely the venue was and how wonderful Father Larry is. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting to start our new life together. Highly recommend! -

Best Wedding Experience
We had a beautiful wedding at St Joseph’s. Kevin, the wedding coordinator, was so helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Truly the most professional. Father Larry’s service was fantastic, every guest we spoke to after raved about the sermon and overall entire service. Could not recommend this church more, it was the best possible experience! -

Great parish and beautiful church!
My husband and I got married at St. Joseph's Church and could not recommend it enough! Fr. Larry made everyone feel welcome and we received so many compliments from our guests on the service. I am so glad that we chose to have our wedding at St. Joseph's. It is clear that the Church cares about its parishioners or churchgoers and wants them to feel like they are a part of a welcoming community. But as a couple getting married, they really went above and beyond. The wedding coordinator, Jutta, is one of a kind. She made the entire process SO EASY. She kept us on track with all of the moving parts that go into a Catholic wedding and did it in a way that was kind & positive. I would highly recommend St. Joseph's. -

We looked at many churches for our wedding day, and St. Joseph exceeded expectations. First off, the wedding coordinator, Jutta, is very kind and extremely responsive. She will keep you organized and make sure you have everything planned for the big day. Our music coordinator, Joan, was also fantastic and helpful when planning our music program. And, WOW, we loved Father Larry. He made our ceremony feel so personal - many of our guests commented on how much they loved our ceremony. Another benefit of the church is that they do not have a preset list of vendors or other restrictions, which was not the case at other churches. We highly recommend this beautiful, historic church for your wedding day! -

If you are planning a downtown Chicago wedding, ICSJ is a fabulous choice. The church is stunning, the staff is easy to work with, and Father Larry is so wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and make the planning process so easy. Jutta, the coordinator, was very on top of everything that needed to be done and regularly reached out to us to make sure things were on track. My husband and I are not members of ICSJ parish, but they were very willing to accommodate pastors from our own churches into the ceremony had we asked for that. We would 100% recommend them! -

Amazing parish!
We had such a beautiful ceremony at Immaculate Conception St. Joseph Parish. Father Larry made everyone feel very welcome in church. Father Larry and Jutta, the events coordinator, were easy to work with and extremely helpful throughout this process. Not to mention, this parish is STUNNING. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get married in Chicago! -

The Most Beautiful and Fun Ceremony
My husband and I had our marriage blessed with a small ceremony at St. Joseph Church. Not only was the ceremony incredibly beautiful, Father Larry made the ceremony fun for both us and our guests. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the whole experience. We are so lucky to have had our ceremony at St. Joseph Church. We 100% recommend it to brides and grooms looking for a strikingly beautiful church with a fun pastor. The ICSJ Parish Wedding team takes care of everything! You get to enjoy every moment! -

Proactive and accomodating church team
We hosted our wedding at ICSJ and cannot thank their team enough for the guidance, support, encouragement, and advice provided throughout engagement and marriage. In addition to all the great people we met at ICSJ, the church is beautiful.
ICSJ has a dedicated support team to weddings and they are absolutely phenomenal. Allie and the wedding team proactively reached out at regular intervals and provided us checklists and deadlines. Their team is almost like a full wedding planner and coordinator for everything related to your ceremony. Allie and her team have so much experience, they are able to guide and encourage you on all the minor details that may be important to you on your big day. We worke Fr. Frank, who presided over our wedding, and he included a very memorable and personal homily that we’ll cherish the rest of our lives.
Planning through the Covid changing circumstances was difficult and we are so blessed that we worked with ICSJ. They found creative ways to help our guests remain safe (by distancing one every other pew) and keep the ceremony as routine as possible.
ICSJ was extremely accommodating, Allie was very accessible throughout the entire process, and we are so grateful for ICSJ support. If you would like to partner with a group that eases the planning process for you and encourages you along the way, I 100% recommend this church and team! -

I have been a member of Immaculate Conception St. Joseph Parish for four years now. After getting engaged, I knew I wanted my wedding to be at St. Joseph with Fr. Larry performing the ceremony because I have really enjoyed attending Masses and other events at the Parish. The entire process and wedding day was wonderful. Allie, the wedding coordinator, did a fantastic job of organizing everything for us and keeping us well informed of each step we needed to take to prepare for our wedding. When we had a change of plans due to the Covid situation, Fr. Larry and the parish graciously offered to still perform a full ceremony for us on our original wedding day. We are so glad we went this route because the wedding was even more wonderful than we could have imagined. Allie provided plenty of information ahead of time so we felt prepared, and Fr. Larry guided us through the entire ceremony. He engaged our family who attended and made it such a memorable day for us. In addition, Kate, the music director, played the piano and sang beautifully, making the ceremony even more special. She was also very helpful and organized in choosing our music for our wedding day. There were several volunteers who assisted us the day of our wedding. They guided us through the day and answered all of our questions, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Finally, St. Joseph church is incredibly beautiful, and we know we will have beautiful photos of our day. I highly recommend having your wedding at St. Joseph! -

Getting married at the St. Joseph Catholic Church was the easiest decision in the wedding planning process. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, Allie (church coordinator) was beyond helpful and Father Larry put us at ease at each gathering. The Church speaks for itself, absolutely stunning. Wish we could do it all over again! -
