Chef D set up a wonderful cake testing and all the choices were delicious. We went with a chocolate, carrot cake and caridimom. All were fabulous and my cake looked beautiful!! Thanks chef D!

Chef D... was very thoughtful in hearing my vision and was able to provide some pics of what I envisioned. Together we came up with a cake that resembled what I anticipated. I did not however like the meet up place for us to exchange money and cake for I was hoping to meet him and thank him personally. Overall the cake met my expectations and my niece was happy. I would continue to use this service but would meet up at the business location and talk to Chef D further to make any exchanges.

Damon was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call I made to the bakery! The cake design was amazing and flavor was even better! He took the time to work with me in our situation and I can't wait or order another cake from Imagicakes!

My daughter was so excited when she saw her cake. Her response was MY CAKE IS POPPING !!! Her friends loved it and so did i it was moist and delicious.

Chef D and his staff are incredible. Time & time again, they create masterpieces for our family & friends that are visually stunning, taste incredibly moist, and always delivered on time. They are the "wow" centerpiece of the past 4 parties we have thrown. It's been a pleasure to work w/ Chef D, particularly on the recent cake I bought for my husband's 40th. He created a football helmet for my husband's favorite team. He and I worked together to capture visually what I was seeking. And he very very reasonable in terms of costs. Overall, he gets 10 stars -- not just 5 -- for making each & every cake a major focal point of our party's success.

My organization used Imagicakes for a public event we were holding. Damon worked with me to come up with a design for the cake that was very special, and all our guests loved it! Not to mention that the cake itself was absolutely delicious. I would absolutely recommend Damon and his company, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very disappointed with Chef Damon and his team. One of the layers on my cake was the wrong size and this made it difficult to cut into the cake since it was so close in size to the layer above it. After my wedding, I called to discuss this issue and was told I would receive a refund for the portion of the cake that was not delivered.... Well, my wedding was 4 months ago and I received HALF of the refund last week. Unfortunately, this was the only disappointing vendor that I contracted for my wedding and I'll be happy when I can finalize business with Imagicakes.

My cake was for a baby shower, I spend near $500.00 it tasted good but it didn't look how I wanted it or how I showed them I wanted it. The cupcakes looked rushed & my favor was burned at the bottom. I bought a cake from Walmart for $30.00 and it looked and tasted ten times better. I will no longer do business with Imagicakes, which is such a shame because they was really nice people.

We have never received any notice of dissatisfaction from this client and we were never given an opportunity to address this with client. We would have welcomed the opportunity. We offer over 30 flavors and this client did not opt for a tasting prior to order.
