I was so pleased with my wedding decor

Suzette was an absolute pleasure to work with. She stayed on top of things from the beginning to end. Planning this wedding was not easy for me, I was constantly being pulled in so many directions and I felt like giving up so many times, but throughout this entire process Suzette was one of the few things that remained consistent and that gave me such a peace of mind. She absolutely showed out the day of the wedding. Myself, my husband and my guests were blown away by our wedding decor. I still can’t how beautiful everything turned out. I can’t recommend her enough.

Great Service

Suzzette was great from the start to finish. She ensured that everything for the wedding was of the highest standard and quality. My bouquet was beautiful not to mention the decor for the ceremony and the reception area. I got value for my money.

Suzette was easy to work with and gave very speedy responses to all of my requests. The production of my wedding was beautiful and I appreciate all the effort that was put in to place to make it a memorable one!

my wedding was Saturday July 22nd 2017 and Suzette and Kevin was extremely professional and courteous to my every need and calls. They gave me a payment plan and major discounts to provide decor services for my wedding. I've never seen anything like how they transformed the venue. it was beautiful beyond my expectations. Suzette even called to ensure that I was ok and ready and enquired if I needed anything. I'm happy I chose Imagepro for my wedding. if use them over and over again. for professionalism affordability creativity caringness chose Image pro.

From the very first moment that I met Suzette, I felt at ease. She is very knowledgeable, talented, professional and creative. She takes pride in her work and she has a genuine love and passion for what she does. Suzette has been there every step of the way. She's extremely understanding and I am so happy and grateful that I chose ImagePro Weddings and Decor. I absolutely have no regrets. My wedding reception decor was absolutely amazing!!! I wasn't worried at all because I had so much faith and confidence in Suzette. Again a big thank you to Suzette and her team at ImagePro for exceeding our expectations. I have used this vendor on several occasions and found them to be more than satisfactory.
Overall quality of service was great; they were very accommodating made the experience stress free and really listened to our specific needs.

The feedback we got from our customers regarding the décor was very positive and made the overall experience of the event very enjoyable.
I have every intention of using ImagePro again and would highly recommend them for any function or event.

Suzzette was the best. Very accommodating and patient. Despite many hiccups she was able to exhaust all resources and come to a solution. Having a destination can be beautiful yet nerve wrecking. Our day turned out nothing short of amazing. Thanks to Suzette & her team.

Suzette was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating of my requests. She is excellent compared to most vendors in Jamaica when it comes to maintaining contact, that is, responding to your emails and phone calls. She handles every detail with professionalism.

My experience with ImagePro was a first class experience! Suzette helped me in so many ways beyond her job description. She went out of her way to support me in finding other vendors ect. and gave me brilliant advice on how to do things. She supported me emotionally when the stresses of planning a wedding became tough, she was punctual and efficient; and her style and materials are brilliant. Suzette and Kevin made my wedding day look absoultley beautiful and I am extremely happy that I chose their services.

We had a great experience with Suzette, Kevin, and Jody-Marie. Suzette was frequently available via email and phone to discuss our ideas despite us being based in the US and her in Jamaica. Her creativity shined at our wedding in the decor, floral, and overall execution. We wish we had spent more time reviewing the timeline of the wedding day and ensuring all vendors were confirmed and on time, however almost everything went as planned. Where things did not go as planned, everyone on the team worked tirelessly to ensure the day continued as well as possible. My husband and I did not have extensive requirements for our wedding and Suzette helped us form ideas to ensure our wedding day was reflective of our love and personalities.

Image Pro provided décor for my wine tasting event. I ordered floral arrangements and bistro tables with covers & ties. Suzette and her team were very professional. They provided timely execution and the floral arrangements were very unique. I would recommend them to anyone for décor and event rental services.

Of all the persons who have decorated our office, I won't be biased but we got our money's worth. The services provided was awesomely good. It captured our attention and we all could say it was a job well done. Only problem was that our Christmas tree couldn't be set up as we had no plugs in the corners of our front desk. This is a company that I'll not hesitate to recommend to my friends. Not only did we use them for our Christmas party but we also used them for other services. The price was reasonable and there wasn't any complain of the service the offered to us.
