Absolutely incredible, all-around. Highly recommend.

I truly cannot speak highly enough of Nathan. Not only are his photographs stunning, he's extremely professional, personable, and is clearly passionate about what he does. He's shot my wedding, my brother's wedding, family photos, and a few of my friends' weddings. The experience with each has been wonderful. I love that he's not about posing; he directs you but makes sure it feels natural and comfortable, capturing you in the moment for an authentic, pure photo. (With that said, he's great with the standard wedding group photos, especially when it comes to wrangling everyone because we all know that's like herding cats). He's creative too, which is reflected in his work. And his turnaround is very reasonable. Again, can't speak highly enough and would recommend him time and time again.

Fantastic wedding photos

Nathan did an amazing job! He took the photos for our engagement and wedding day! Both looked fantastic! Nathan and his assistant Elena traveled to Denver for our wedding! They started early in the day with getting ready photos and stayed late in the night to make sure they did not miss a moment. They captured all of the moments in our day perfectly! I could not recommend them more!

Choosing Nate as our photographer was the best decision I made! He was so friendly and upfront from our first initial meeting. We were truly amazed by our engagement photos done by him and he was so great working with our 4 year old who didn’t want to cooperate, he was still able to capture great shots of her! Now, the wedding day was EVEN BETTER! With our large wedding party and guest list, he didn’t miss a beat! His kindness is truly rare and he made it all so fun and enjoyable! You can tell he really does enjoy doing what he does. My guests are still talking about how great he was! Thank you SO much Nate for capturing our day!!!

Incredible job. We had Mike do our wedding and we couldn't be any happier. We've been to weddings where the photographers were in the aisles during the ceremony and generally just everywhere you looked, but with Mike he was practically invisible (and that's exactly what we wanted!). He got all the shots we needed, was excellent at wrangling family and the wedding party for those shots, and made sure we got some great couple shots in without taking us away from our wedding for hours and hours.

All the other things were excellent as well. They have a great website which made billing and information gathering very easy and effective, they showed up early and made sure everything was set up and ready to rock, and most importantly they took some great pictures! We'd highly recommend them to anyone.

When i think about what to write for my review of Nathan and his team at Imagen, I am without words. They were absolutely amazing! Nathan has an exceptional eye. He can transform a simple wall into the backdrop of a spectacular photo. He knows how to utilize light in a manner that is hard to describe in words (just look at his photos). The photos and videos were unbelievable. If you are looking for someone to capture the unique moments of your special day, Imagen is the team for you.

Imagen was by far one of our favorite wedding vendors. Our engagement and wedding photos are beautiful and our wedding video brings tears to my eyes every time I watch it. When searching for photographers it was important to my husband and I that we find someone we felt comfortable with. From our very first meeting with Imagen we knew found what we were looking for. Mike was our lead photographer and he truly made it feel like we were just hanging out with a friend the entire day which reflected in the genuineness of our photos! My husband and I plan to continue to use Imagen to capture the important moments in our lives for years to come! Mike and the entire team at Imagen are all incredibly talented and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly outstanding experience!

I can't say enough good things about Imagen!! Jen was our lead photographer, and was professional, energetic, and positive throughout the whole day. Even during stressful moments (like dealing with an overbooked priest who was not in the best mood), she was totally calm and a complete professional. She is also incredibly talented - even my makeup artist commented on how lucky I was to have Jen as my photographer in terms of the care she took to ensure lighting was just right to get the perfect shot. Everyone felt completely at ease with her - I would highly recommend working with her. Our pre-meeting was great; she was flexible about meeting at a time/location that was good for us and her focus was on making sure our photos turned out how we envisioned. Jen was also very responsive to emails and helpful in answering questions before the wedding day. Imagen is the perfect combination of capturing timesless, elegant photos along with the in the moment shots. They are also incredibly easy to work with. We created a "custom package" to fit our budget and chose to have 2 photographers (which I would highly recommend). Shortly after the wedding, they happily sent us a few photos for us to choose from for thank you cards, which was very kind. We received a flash drive in the mail a few weeks after the wedding with over 1,000 absolutely beautiful photos. I also love that we have the rights to re-print and share with others! Additionally, since we didn't have as much time at the church after our ceremony to get family shots, I asked Nate if he wouldn't mind sending some of the "other" photos not chosen in the initial batch along for us to get some more guest pictures. He kindly did this for us. Photography was very important to us and my husband and I are so thrilled we went with Imagen - we couldn't be happier with our photos or the level of service provided. I would highly recommend them!!

EXCELLENT! We knew that we wanted the best photographer and videographer in Cleveland and that’s why we chose Imagen Photography & Videography. Their work speaks for itself and Mike and his team did a phenomenal job capturing our wedding. They were not only a joy to work with, but they were extremely professional, flexible and creative as well. Mike did a great job understanding the look we were going for and for making that possible. The pictures are one of the most important parts of a wedding and I couldn’t be happier that we chose Imagen as our photographer and videographer!

We hired Jennifer from Imagen and I would have to say that we were totally pleased... She is very professional and a blast to work with. Lots of energy and ideas. We are above and beyond pleased and impressed with Jennifer as our primary photographer as well as the service of Imagen Photography!!! Words cannot express their dedication to new innovative photography styles complimenting there professional yet fun personalities within Imagen. From starting with the beginning of day with myself, the bride, and bridesmaids and with another photographer with the groom and grooms men, to the wedding ceremony, FABULOUS picture ideas complimenting our picture preferences, to taking silly local photos and able to make it to our favorite Cleveland locations for a little relaxation time before they continued to amaze us at the reception!!! I truly felt as I didn't have to worry about any of their services, having confidence and receiving those outcomes of perfect success!!! I cannot recommend Jennifer and Imagen photography enough!!! Imagen not only did a beautiful job with our photography, but with our videography as well. They captured moments that were absolutly stunning! They caught moments that I didn't even know happened. They really do a wonderful job. They are very experienced. At times, you didn't even know they were there. Overall, there service is outstanding! We are very happy with our pictures and video.

Imagen provided the videography for my daughter's wedding. Though, to this point, we haven't seen our final result, I have every confidence that the final product will be beautiful. Their staff is quite professional and easy to work with.

I've never met more professional, creative, caring, and dedicated photographers than those at Imagen Photography. For our wedding day, we had Nathan & Mike who were a joy to work with at every step of the process. They are great at getting both the candid moments shared between loved ones, the photo journalism styled shots, and the classic posed wedding photography. My favorite photographs are the ones where my hubby and I are walking through the park, talking and laughing. We didn't even realize our pictures were being taken. Pictures were a top three concern for us, and Imagen provided the both the beautiful work we desired, and the reasonable prices we needed to stay within our budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great photographer and memories to last a life time. There is no one better.

Imagen Photography is hands down the Best of the best. Nate and Marrissa have done all of my friends weddings and I can't wait for them to do mine. Being a photographer myself with a degree in Photo illustration I know what good quality images are and these guys go well beyond knowledge in lighting, composition, poses etc. Very talented!!!! We used Imagen for our videography services and we have been very pleased so far. I chose Imagen because I loved the style of their work. The two videographers that they sent were a blast to work with! Everyone thought they were hilarious, and they really enjoyed having them around!

I was referred to them by 2 other friends that have used them for their weddings. We absolutely loved our wedding video as much as our friends said we would! The guys were so fun to be around. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without them there. They fit right in my our family and friends. You can truly see that they love what they do. They were fun, creative and a huge help. Our wedding was a rainy day and they were so helpful with holding umbrellas and just treating us like great friends would! I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Nathan and Marisa did an exceptionally wonderful job of photographing our engagement photos, and ultimately, our wedding. They even traveled with us about an hour and a half from home to shoot our engagement photos, and spent the whole day with us. Nate, Marisa and crew were outstanding! From the start they were extremely flexible with putting together a plan that fit our needs, and budget! Let's face it, photography/videograpy is expensive! After viewing the proofs, we are so glad that we made the choice to go with Imagen! We don't have a finished product in hand, but based on what we have seen, we are extremely pleased! A++++! To add to what we feel is terrific quality, service, creativity and professionalis, they were awesome to have around at our wedding! They were fun, and excited to be there - they fit right in! Nathan and Marisa are not only fantastic photographers, but fabulous people! We got to know them pretty well throughout the planning process, and it made the wedding day so much more comfortable. Nathan is great! He was a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding he struck a perfect balance between being assertive, organized, calming, humorous, light-hearted, inspirational, professional, and personal. We were so happy with how our photographs turned out! We have received so many compliments on our photographs and people keep asking us who our photographer was so they could recommend them to others or book them for themselves. Without hesitation... book Nathan now! He books up quickly!

I found Imagen Photography and Videograpy via the internet. To me, finding the right photographer was so important as the pictures he or she would take would be our memories for the rest of our lives. I first talked with Marissa and thought she was amazing. Turned out that she was busy for our wedding so we got to work with Nathan. Awesome experience. We just got marrried Sept 5 at La Malfa in Mentor. Even though the wedding was in Ohio, I am living in California and had to do all wedding planning from across the country. Nathan made it so easy. We first met Nathan in March for our engagement shoot and we had a blast with him. He is so easy to get along with and you feel so comfortable around him. Once we saw the pictures we were in love with his work. We couldn't wait for the wedding photos. And Nathan impressed us even more. Our wedding was a traditional Indian wedding and Nathan and his associate knew exactly on what and how to capture every moment. He spend the whole day with us; which made for a very LONG day. If you are getting married, going with Imagen Photography is the wisest and best decision you will make!

Flexible, So Caring, and Photos turned out AMAZING!

Nate is truly a wonderful photographer to have by your side on wedding day! He was flexible with us about timing, rolled with us throughout the chaos of the day, gracefully handled all our wedding traditions, and was very quick to get photos back to us! We couldn't have asked for a better photographer and are so happy with how our photos turned out. A must have for any wedding (but especially if you want a person who is knowledgeable about Indian wedding traditions).

Our destination wedding in Oct 2009 was beautifully captured by Nathan. He is very creative, reliable and professional.

I would greatly recommend him for a Local as well as Destination weddings!!! You will not be disappointed!

Nathan and team did such an amazing job on our photos! My family and friends have not stopped telling us that they are the best wedding photos they've ever seen. The day of our wedding it was nearly 90* and probably 80% humidity, but despite the insane heat (at our outdoor reception) the team gave 110% and kept the grouchy bridal party in line and got all the group photos done quickly. I could not have asked for a better photo and video team for my wedding and I would recommend Imagen in a heartbeat. My only letdown has been communication, responses usually only come after multiple emails or a phone call.

If you are looking for standard boring pictures, this is likely not the vendor for you; Imagen will find creative ways to use the background, various angles, and lighting to make the most of your wedding photos. I had to pull a wedding off in 90 days... when searching for a photographer I sent 5 emails and the first two that responded I interviewed... Nathan was the first to respond. He worked me me and my fiancee' as we didn't want the "traditional" all day photographer. He did a great job and we were very happy with the results.... I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I guess I am the only one that did not have the perfect experience. When first looking and booked they were WONDERFUL! Price wasn\'t bad, they were willing to work with our budget, our engagement photos were amazing, overall great! Wedding day was wonderful, Marisa was very reassuring and easy to work with. She put up a slide show at the wedding where the pictures were amazing. My issues started after the wedding. The pictures took longer than we were quoted to be put online which is fine, because the time frame was still faster than other girls I read about. Then the disc took another month after they were uploaded online. Again, not a huge deal. There were issues with the disc (not anyones fault) and I called, and emailed, and called, and finally got ahold of someone to get a new one sent. Now that we have the disc there are a few photos I asked for that were taken not on there and I can\'t get ahold of anyone to see if I can get copies. Overall, before and during the wedding everything was great. Now that the wedding is over, I am getting no response to calls or emails. That is frustrating to me and my family.

Very difficult to get them to return phone calls which became VERY frustrating. Photos were amazing tho.

Coming up on our first anniversary and still we have yet to receive the video. We were not thrilled about the quality of the photographs, so I don't have high hopes for the video. Still, we would've liked to have been able to watch it on our anniversary. Save yourself the same disappointment--do not hire Imagen.

These guys don't have enough experience to understand the importance of getting proper coverage of family members and loved ones. Yes, they have great artistic style but they lack understanding of what is important in shooting a wedding. They actually have no real footage of my mother - in - law. That is just one example. Absolutely embarrassing for me and my family.

In addition, our footage was very private to us. We did not want any footage on the web and to our disbelief, they put a lot of private footage of us on the web. Complete lack of respect. This was done after the we expressed our discontent of the lack of footage.

If I could, I would sue them. We were very unhappy with their work and unprofessional ethics. They gave us nothing but excuses and did not take responsibility for anything.

I never write review or post anything let alone something so negative, but they really crossed the line with us and are continuing to cause us grief.

The wedding date I am listing is false because I don't want to be identified.

Videographer Thief

Nate filmed the wedding then never provided a video. Scammed us out of $3,000 and refuses to contact us. He is a great guy but is a thief.

We have waited to write this review until now, as this is the time of year that most brides will be attending bridal shows and booking their photographers for summer weddings.
Let me start by saying that photography was the single most important thing to us on our wedding day. We had people in from all over the world, elderly family members, and a location with gardens that are unparalleled to many venues in the area. We also are big supporters of local businesses and wanted to hire all of our vendors from our hometown in Hudson. When the photographer we had wanted was unavailable, he noted Imagen as a possibility - and that is how we stumbled upon them.
The first meeting with them was fine - we saw many of their "best shots" and felt confident in their styling. As we have a professional photographer in the family - we shared these shots with him and got a "thumbs up" that it was safe to proceed with Imagen as our chosen vendor.
Fast forward to 3 days before the wedding...I had to call 9 times to get anyone to answer the phone and it was pulling teeth to get them to come to review the venue and see some of the preferred shots that we were hoping for. Our photographer was Mike and he came out to meet us on location and walked through while never taking a single note. We should have known that was trouble, at the time, but we were trusting his professionalism.
On our wedding day, we had 2 shooters and a videographer. They traveled in a group the whole time, never separating to get different angles on the day and certainly not capturing a SINGLE shot we asked for. We do not have ONE shot of our now deceased grandmother. She is mentioned during the speech by the father of the bride and the videographer doesn't even take the time to pan over and get a nice shot of her. My wedding party had to consistently "craft" ideas for areas to take shots throughout the day because the photographers were not creatively talented enough to see a good opportunity for a memory.

Imagen Photography company does not respond to the customers when the videos take MUCH longer than their contracted times. My daughter's wedding was 9 months ago, her last direct contact was in NOVEMBER and they said to expect something in January. It's April 6th and nothing. She and her husband moved to Guam 2 weeks after their wedding in 2012, so at first we thought it could be the fact they weren't in the area and communication time difference could be the issue. This is not the case. Our family has elderly great grandparents that may not make it to share in watching this video by the time it's finished, if ever... and it's a total shame that the contract says 6 months and it's been 9 and they can't RESPOND to my daughter's requests or even make updates to their status knowing it's so far over their contract. Don't even try leaving a message on their FB wall...not only was mine not answered and deleted but other brides and families as well. If you're interested in someone with appreciation for YOUR time, look elsewhere.

We got married in 2012 and we still have not received our video. We were understanding in the beginning but our patience has worn very thin. We always have to contact them although we have requested they keep us informed on the status. It has been 16 months since the estimated delivery time. If you want your video before you have grandchildren choose a different vendor.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. 14 months and still waiting for our wedding video.

Photography was not terrible, but if you look at their book they only know the same 3-4 poses to place couples and the group. We had to direct everything that we wanted. Photographers offered nothing about locations, group shots, family pictures or other ideas you may expect a professional photographer to suggest. My wife's father asked for a picture with his two daughters and the photographer quickly snapped one and walked away stating "I got it". Her father wanted this to be a portrait in his home, but was left with a cheap snap shot because someone blinked. Although they stated they would stay until the end of the night they left shortly after they ate dinner so we missed a couple group shots they told us we would get at the reception. It was extremely difficult to get anyone to respond to an email or phone call.

We have now waited 14 months and still have not received the video we paid for. In the one response we we able to get in a 6 month period the individual stated we should be happy because they recently raised the prices. He then strung us along for another 2 months. This outfit may have done some good work in the past but they are not worth the money.
