  Such a fun and unique wedding invitation. Customer Service was great, providing upgraded boxes for mailing & even sending me a sample box so I could do a test run. Thank you!

  AMAZING!!! We used these for our save the dates and plan to follow up with an additional slide for our thank you cards!! We still get comments/ praise for them, and we sent them months ago!! They have a pretty specific pricing ladder, and a requirement of at least 26 sets to get custom printing on the viewer, so I was a little bummed when we ended up needing 10 or so more months after our initial order, because they were going to be twice as much per set than our first order - I called them up & they were amazing! They took our order for 12 more WITH custom printing on the viewer and only charged us the rate we got for our initial order!! $10-$15 off of what each set would have cost at an order as small as 10-12, and they had the viewer printed!

  Image 3D makes Viewmasters and custom reels. We used them for our invitations and our thank yous and they are a huge hit!
  First of all, when I called for more info they sent me a few samples so we could really see the quality of the product and the clarity of the images.
  We used their software to create the reels and we really liked them. We heard so many great comments from our guests about them! Their software was easy to use, although we wished it was more flexible regarding font size and other options.
  This was one of the most unique aspects of our wedding and I love it!

  I used this company for our wedding invites. It is a totally neat idea and we fell in love with the idea as soon as we saw it. I think we may have expected to much though.
  
  Completing the wheel online, how you want, is fairly simple. They even have an online sample to show how it will look when you get your 3D viewer. And have a warning that states "Double check that this is EXACTLY how you want your reel printed. Your reel will be made just as you see it here. Click OK to continue" Unfortunately, that part does not hold true. Even though there are lines that prohibit where you can put wording, the words can still be chopped off in final production. Which is EXACTLY what happened in our case.
  
  I was very disappointed because I followed every rule to ensure they would come out perfectly. When I contacted them to let them know, they simply explained how 3D worked and proceeded to giving me some ridiculous example like I was a child. It made me even more upset with them and the viewers.
  
  The picture quality came out ok but I wasn't really impressed. The two slides where the text was at the corner of the slide, become increasing disappointing.
  
  I will not be ordering from them again. Especially since I paid hundreds of dollars for these. They need to either fix their software to ensure this doesn't happen, notify the consumer about the potential for the cut off, or have someone review the actual wheel (or let the consumer know they should check themselves) to ensure none of the text is being cut off.
  
  I would recommend as long as you learn from my mistake. Once it converts to an actual wheel, please view that wheel very closely to ensure perfection in your invites. Also, don't expect much from them if something does go wrong. They were happy to respond to my original email the same day, but did not respond to my response after that.
