Stunning Flowers

The flowers were absolutely stunning, we had some last minute changes that Ilonka made sure were all non-issues. She was amazing will recommend her going forward.

Anyone looking for beautiful flower arrangements should hire Ilonka for their event. She and Keely are very sweet and have an amazing eye for design. Even though I live out of town, they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They even gave me recommendations for other local vendors, as well. I had an idea of what the flowers for my wedding reception would look like, but Ilonka made everything even more gorgeous than I imagined! We absolutely loved them!

Ilonka was absolutely amazing to work with. She's creative and really knows what she's doing, and is so accommodating and works with your ideas and budget to make them something truly special. She works really hard to make sure everything is perfect, high quality, and exactly what you want. For our wedding, she went above and beyond to try and get the flowers we wanted, and when problems with flower sellers arose, she worked tirelessly to get enough of our King Protea flowers that our bouquets remained unchanged. For the centerpieces she then used Queen Proteas, a flower so similar no one knew the difference. She did all this and kept our contract the same, not charging more for different flowers or anything. Our wedding arrangements were stunning, and everyone I've talked to after the wedding complimented them as being beautiful and unusual. Ilonka is incredible sweet and hardworking, working with her was so easy and fun. You can't go wrong with her at all!!

It was a pleasure and truly an honor to work with Ilonka and Keely. Not only did they create the most stunning and unique floral arrangements I have ever seen for our wedding (lovely rosemary lavender boutonnieres, gorgeous peony and olive leaf bouquets and personal arrangements for our parents and grandparents, the sweetest flower crown for our flower girl, incredible eucalyptus and olive leaf garlands for the front door, staircase, and our VERY long reception tables, a fabulous peony and olive leaf arrangement on our arch, the most breathtaking hanging floral arrangements in the reception tent, and so much more...all on a day that was 90+ degrees and very humid) they were also helpful, patient, flexible and extremely kind throughout the entire planning process. What I love most about this mother daughter team is that they truly love what they do, which made the entire experience so much fun for me and my Mom. We felt as though Ilonka and Keely were with us every step of the way (even when we had to change our wedding venue several months before our date!) and I am so grateful for that. Their experience, skill set, knowledge and attention to detail is unparalleled. They completely transformed the venue space and when I arrived that day everything I saw surpassed the vision I had for how things would turn out...so much more exquisite than I ever could've imagined. We received endless compliments from our guests on the flowers, and are just blown away by the beautiful turn out - the arrangements they created truly made the wedding! I feel so much appreciation and gratitude for everything they did to bring our dream wedding to life. I will think of them every time I look back on the beautiful day and amazing experience that just wouldn't have been the same without their special touch!

Working with Ilonka and Keely was one of the highlights of my wedding planning!! Their work at our wedding was more than satisfactory; it was exquisite!. They created the most beautiful center pieces- just what I asked for. They crafted my dream bouquet from just a simple explanation. Additionally, these ladies took care of everything on the day of the wedding and were incredibly flexible throughout the planning.
I highly recommend using Ilonka. You will not be disappointed!!

I can't say enough great things about Ilonka and her daughter Keely. Ilonka's work is very unique and she definitely delivered exactly what we asked for. Ilonka is extremely organized and responded to messages in a timely manner. Ilonka and Keely met with us several times before the wedding and were open to our ideas--they created flower arrangements that were exactly what we were looking for! We had so many compliments on the flowers arrangements, bouquets, and one of Ilonka's staples--the hanging candelabra arrangements! Everything was so beautiful and we can't thank Ilonka and Keely enough! I would definitely recommend using them for your wedding or other event--they're amazing!

We used “Ilonka Floral Decorator” for our daughter’s wedding on September 19, 2015 at Appleford Estate and Ilonka and Keely did a phenomenal job. We highly recommend hiring them for your next big event. Their flower arrangements were stunning; just amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Many guests commented on the beautiful arrangements for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

Ilonka and her daughter Keely were very professional, a delight to work with and totally flexible to our needs. We gave ideas of what we wanted and their flower selections and recommendations were perfect. We purchased a series of vases for the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception so our guests could take flowers home and enjoy them for days to come. Ilonka made some of the most amazing arrangements we have ever seen.

Ilonka and Keely, thank you so much for making such beautiful arrangements; they were truly perfect!

I had such a great experience with Ilonka. She was amazing at working with me from the very beginning planning stages to put together floral arrangements that fit my theme and table decor. She had experience at both my church and reception venue so her knowledge of the spaces was priceless in helping me to plan my decor appropriately. Her assistance extended beyond just flowers and included her great sense of style and artistry in thinking of other details and colors to use as accents, lighting, etc. I cannot thank her enough for her help in making my vision become reality. She was also super flexible, was able to work with literally no guidance, and demonstrated her experience and skill on our wedding day when she placed all of the arrangements with no assistance needed form me. I would highly recommend Ilonka to anyone planning a wedding or event in the Philadelphia area and hope to have the opportunity to use her again some day on a future project.

When I started selecting flowers for my wedding, I didn't have a very clear idea of what I wanted. Ilonka worked with me to create beautiful centerpieces and bouquets! There were so many compliments from my guests- even my fiancé said he never knew flowers could be done so well! Ilonka really made me feel as if I had nothing to worry about! Ilonka and her daughter did an outstanding job on the flowers! As the mother of the groom, I wanted it to be perfect. It was so beautiful that when I arrived to the venue, it brought me to tears! It was better than I had even imagined! Ilonka was so easy to work with, from the initial meeting to keeping me updated along the way to setting up the decorations to taking them down afterwards. It was professional and a pleasure from start to finish! She is very creative, so Ilonka came up with ideas I never would have thought of, and I really appreciated that, too. Superb!!

I cannot give enough praise for Ilonka and the flowers she created for our June 2014 wedding! Ilonka worked with us over many months to create the styles for the bouquets and arrangements that fit into our vision for our outdoor tent wedding. She warmly welcomed us into her beautiful studio to discuss initial plans and arrangements and did an excellent job of balancing her professional opinion with my ideas too! We planned our wedding from long distance and even when I changed my mind about the style, Ilonka sent me details and photos to ensure we were both on the same page! The flowers for our wedding turned out perfectly and we received so many compliments about how every detail worked so well together much in part to the wonderful color schemes and arrangements that Ilonka created. I couldn't have been happier and I would recommend her work to anyone that asks!

I had the pleasure of hiring Ilonka to be our florist for our October 2012 wedding. With having our wedding out of town in Philadelphia, I really combed the area for a florist who had the expertise and artistic eye I needed. Upon meeting Ilonka for the first time, she was warm and welcoming and sitting with her to discuss my ideas felt like I had known her for years. She collaborated with my mother and me to really bring my vision to life.
With a tight budget throughout our planning, Ilonka was easy to work with and willing to tweak things to help us stay on budget, even up to the last few weeks before the wedding. When we had last minute needs for alter arrangements, I simply sent her a photo of the church and she took it from there, producing gorgeous arrangements for the price we could afford.
After showing Ilonka a photo of the bouquet I wanted, with the intricacies and detail, she designed it perfectly to match. The centerpieces were equal part breathtaking and dramatic, which really just made our reception room complete. She even surprised me with the gittery bands I really wanted on the tall vases, which was just perfect!
Ilonka exceeded all of my expectations and I really cannot say enough about how wonderful she is and thank her for making my day so special! Hire Ilonka for your wedding and you won’t be disappointed!

Ilonka is amazing . Her floral designs are works of art. Ilonka's reliable service gave me peace of mind. Seeing the Ilonka truck pull in was such an encouragement. Ilonka's personal attention to detail resulted in our absolutely lovely garden party to celebrate our wedding. I trusted she would deliver floral designs that were far beyond my expectations. She did not disappoint. Her flowers were all fresh and lasted days. Ilonka has vision and designed all our pieces to perfection. Our theme color was 'all white'. Ilonka used a wide variety of unique and gorgeous white flowers. Our party was outside under a long grape arbor. Ilonka delivered a perfectly appropriate assortment of flowers. The center pieces varied in height. Ilonka is attentive and listens well. She had heard that my husband wanted guests to clearly see across the tables. She took the time to make sure the center pieces were not too high and even did a practice visual. Ilonka has an easy-going disposition, and extremely creative. She knows what she is doing and gives you 100% of her attention. She makes you feel like you are her only client. What a joy to work with Ilonka!

I was thoroughly impressed with Ilonka! She was easy to work with every step of the way. I live 3 hours away and she couldn't have been more accommodating. She is very creative but has attentive listening skills. She understood my daughters vision and her professionalism was amazing! Ilonka was such a pleasure to work with! She was always very willing to meet and make changes as needed. I didn't really know what I wanted at first, but she was able to make great suggestions with little help from me! The day of, everything was delivered on time and was labeled so I didnt have to worry about whose flowers were whose and the centerpieces and other floral arrangements turned out even better than I had imagined! Simply put: Ilonka and her team exceeded all of my expectations.

Ilonka was the very first wedding vendor I met with. I thought I had a clear idea of what I wanted in terms of flowers so when she warned me that I would change my mind a bunch of times in the 10 months until my wedding, I thought she would be wrong. She wasn't. Over 3 in-person meetings and countless emails, I second guessed every selection I made. Throughout the entire process, Ilonka could not have been more kind, patient and accommodating. She was willing to work with me so I could get exactly what I wanted, offering ideas at a price I was comfortable with.

In the days leading up to my wedding, Ilonka was in constant contact with me. Given that my wedding was in March, we weren't sure we would be able to get all of the flowers I had requested. She notified me of any change, made sure all flowers met her expectations for high-quality, and even drove out of state to get the cherry blossoms I wanted. The day before my wedding, she had to let me know that the lily of the valley she had ordered for my bouquet had died. She scrambled to get my second choice flower, and even made two versions of my bouquet to be sure I was happy with it.

To me, flowers make the look and feel of an event. The day of the wedding, when I saw all of the arrangements that Ilonka had created, particularly the centerpieces, I was absolutely blown away. She made my day more beautiful than I ever could have imagined, and I cannot thank her enough!

All I can say is that Ilonka made my dreams come true! Our wedding was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and the flowers and decor blew us away.

From day one, Ilonka made sure to get to know us and understand who we were as a couple. She asked me about what I envisioned and the colors I was hoping to have in my wedding. I am not a knowledgable flower person, so I truly had to put my trust in the florist. When we came back for our second meeting, I knew Ilonka was the best choice - her ideas were incredible and exactly what I was looking for. Ilonka was wonderful at keeping in touch and basically became my mother's best friend - as Ilonka just really understands people.

Please please please - use Ilonka. She is a florist, decorator, and amazing 'friend' who creates the most magical experiences!

Ilonka is a very talented florist and is extremely dedicated to her work. She only does one wedding per day which allows her to focus entirely on making sure your event is perfect. Whether you have an idea of what you're looking for or not, she will work with you to design a look that will compliment your particular venue. Ilonka took everything I said to heart and made my wedding more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is getting married in the Philadelphia area!

was very nervous about the flowers I chose for my wedding, but Ilonka did a perfect job of making the flowers stunning. I didn't even meet with her once. All communication was done through email or phone calls since I live an hour away. She was went beyond my expectations with our flowers for the ceremony and the reception. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful the flowers were.

My husband and I use Ilonka as our floral decorator for all of our special events. She has transformed six ballrooms with her artistry and unique creativity. Ilonka is professional and loved by all her clients. I know this since I have referred her many:) I grew up in a family that always believed that flowers were the most important detail at a wedding, much more important than the dress and the music. If you share my view, do not delay, call the most fabulous floral decorator in the tri- state area. You will not be disappointed:)

I am so thrilled that I met Ilonka, and wonder where she has been all my life! My party was an event to remember, people are still talking about the phenomenal arrangements Ilonka provided, they truly enhanced the mood of the party. Ilonka was a joy to work with, I highly recommed her services for any party large or small. I recently asked her to decorate a local spa for my daughter's 21st birthday party and she once again outdid herself. Besides making the spa look incredible, she came up with the splendid idea of creating posy's for each young woman to take home as a memento. I cannot wait to work with Ilonka again!

Ilonka is a master of flowers and weddings. She provides expert knowledge and information about wedding flowers in her lovely studio in Malvern. Ilonka is fun, creative, and upbeat which makes the experience so enjoyable. The beautiful garden flowers at our church wedding complimented a more formal look of yellow roses at the country club reception. It was wonderful working with Ilonka and I highly recommend her.

Ilonka was amazing. Leading up to my wedding day I really had no idea what I wanted and the first meeting with Ilonka I was all over the place with things that I liked. I started to narrow in on some styles that I like and Ilonka was able to come up with a design that was beautiful.

As the wedding day approached and the flowers started to come into the shop Ilonka's very critical eye wasn't pleased with the quality of the flowers as it was the end of the season for the particular flower we were looking at. With very little time Ilonka came up with an altered design to meet my desires. All the while checking in with me to make sure everything was still going to meet my expectations.

Everything was just perfect...Ilonka dropped off flowers in the morning to all of the necessary places. But as the bridal party was arriving at the reception location our wedding planner was met by the location staff and told that the tall arrangements that Ilonka had dropped off earlier in the day were blowing over (the reception was in a tent and the day was a bit windy). Our wedding planner called Ilonka to ask for help or ideas as she didn't want to have some tables without flowers but she certainly didn't want to have guests be hit by flowers. Remember the wedding party and all the guests were starting to arrive at this time. Ilonka didn't have time to return to her shop to pick up different vases but she quickly raced over to the reception location (with her husband in toe as an extra hand) and used containers that the location had and rearranged the florals. No one even knew there was a problem and no one even knew Ilonka and her husband had even been there.

When I was told about all of this I was shocked but in absolute awe of not only how wonderful Ilonka (and her husband) were to help in such a pinch but also in the quality of the work she produced on the spot with little to no resources. This is a perfect example of why you want a florist who only does one event a day, had I chosen a different florist with several events and competing priorities I probably would have had no florals on several tables.

Ilonka (along with several of my other vendors) really made our day perfect. We couldn't have been more impressed and have recommended Ilonka to several friends and family since the wedding.

Ilonka was very easy to work with and helped me stay within my budget. I gave her a few inspiration pictures for the flowers and she came up with decor above and beyond what I'd hoped for. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were at my wedding and guests were even fighting over the centerpieces at the end of the night! When someone asked me where I wanted to put my bouquet down during the reception I had a hard time letting it go, and I don't even consider myself a flower person. She did an amazing job, is as sweet as can be and brings an incredible amount of knowledge and talent to her work.

Ilonka is an absolute delight to work with. She incorporated my ideas as well as her expertise in creating my flowers and decor. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is fun, professional, and an expert in her field. Her work is truly beautiful.

Ilonka did the most amazing job at my wedding. Everything from the centerpieces to the candles to the tablecloths was elegant, unique and chosen with care. Her taste is impeccable. In addition, working with her was super easy and fun.

Every guest I spoke with said that ours was the most beautiful wedding they ever attended. I think Ilonka's services were the single most important factor in making this happen.

Ilonka's clearly puts a lot of care into her flowers and has superb taste. I knew very little about flowers and she asked me questions about the wedding and put together a lovely package that fit my budget. She is very sweet and easy to work with. Thanks Ilonka!

Ilonka and Keely took the time to ask us what we envisioned for the wedding, offered different ideas for both arrangement design and the flower choices and colors, and listened to our feedback. They were sensitive to working within a budget. We never worried about how everything would turn out on the wedding day because they are so talented and real professionals. Everything for the wedding exceeded our expectations. They were a pleasure to work with and attentive to every detail.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ilonka. The flowers for my wedding were absolutely beautiful and the ideas were very creative. I really liked the fact that we could bounce ideas off of each other and I trusted her direction and decision-making. It made my life really easy!!

My daughter's wedding ceremony was planned for the lawn however the heavy rain forced us indoors. Ilonka and Keely were a complete pleasure work with. They tweaked things beautifully at the last minute to account for the change in venue (indoor ceremony). Not only was their product top notch and beautiful but they guided us through the whole process and creatively worked within our budget. I would highly recommend Ilonka Floral Decorators for any event...especially weddings.

I have used this vendor for our floral decor for the wedding! She was very nice, professional and offered ideas/suggestions when needed! I wish there was a few more blue orchids in my bouquet and I didn't like she told me to come anytime on a certain day and when I told her I would be there at 6 she was leaving somewhere for 6. I traveled an hr and half and for the amount if money we've spent I would have appreciated her time and to go over everything one last time and just a brief moment with her. Also they are definitely not the cheapest however she is good at what she does and the product was very nice. Again only complaint would be my bouquet and probably pricing. Would absolutely recommend her though to people that can afford it!
