I didn't use Illuminated Events for a wedding but would not hesitate to for a second. Brittany is a pleasure and is extremely thorough. My Company (TYR Sport) was planning on purchasing permanent lighting through Blue Haze, Illuminated Events parent company. But due to our very tight time restrictions and the inability to source the products we really wanted timely, we decided to rent. Brittany and her team came in with very little notice and took care of our lighting needs. Because of the structure of the rooms and the types of events we host; the rental lights we had to use were HUGE (but did exactly what we needed them to) and they ensured us that for a permanent solution the lights would be smaller and they'd build them up into our exposed wood ceiling and make it less obvious. They also let us use one of their control panels so we could manage the lighting on our own. Once the lights were up and they showed us how to adjust them, our team started setting up pipe and drape that was purchased through another vendor. Unfortunately, we were sent incorrect poles and drape for our space, but Illuminated jumped in and kindly offered theirs. Brittany, Shawn and the rest of their team went well above expectations in taking care of us. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they were quick, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend using them for any of your lighting needs.

I found Illuminated Events at a Bridal Show I went to with my mother and mother in law. I worked with Kaylyn and she helped me so much through the planning process. She was always quick to answer any questions I had. We rented a white dance floor, draping and an arch. The arch with drapery turned out so nicely and created a great focal point where our ceremony was taking place. The white dance floor was perfect and fit the design and look that my husband and I were trying to achieve for the wedding, and really added such a nice touch to our reception space. We are very pleased with the service and rentals provided to us!

Alissa at Illuminated Events did an excellent job for my wedding! She was extremely responsive and made it really easy to convey ceremony and reception ideas. My draping turned out fabulous for the ceremony and reception!! Their prices were very reasonable for draping and I would highly recommend them!

I worked closely with Alissa and I just wanted to say how pleased I was with her! From start to finish she was very involved. She knew the business and offered great suggestions. She listened to our needs and excutecuted the day perfectly! We are always pleased working with her and her team. Ciao Bella Wedding Planning has used their services for many weddings and we are always thrilled to give them business! This production company made absolute magic happen for my bride and groom, who had a mashup Supernatural / Harry Potter/ Walking Dead themed wedding! They created an enormous LED screen walls, and engineered the videos and audios for special moments like the ceremony (Harry Potter's Great Hall, wth floating candles and pretty lighting), Grand entrance, and Bouquet toss. Their team managed to adjust to the rainy weather we were having and we flipped the reception space into a ceremony space in under a half an hour, starting the wedding exactly on time and as planned.

They also engineered a projection mapped wedding cake, that looked like it was "bleeding" throughout the night, and had the Harry Potter flames from the Goblet of Fire dancing around it for the cake cutting.

The staff was a joy to work with. They were always on time, following up with questions via phone, text, or in person meetings, and I would recommend them to any couple who has creative and unusual visions for their wedding day!

Alissa was our rep and she was awesome! Throughout the entire planning process she was very responsive and easy to work with. We had very last minute venue change 3 days before our reception and she made it so easy for us to change up the lighting for the new venue. The team, on the day of the reception, putting everything up and breaking down was great..they were courteous and efficient.

Illuminated Events was absolutely amazing!!! They did all of my lighting and several decor pieces. I would say they put together my dream wedding and beyond. They made suggestions too which was great, as their goal was to make my day perfect. They sure did achieve that. The responsiveness from them was phenomenal...they were actually the most reponsive wedding vendor I had. I would definitely recommend them to other people without hesitation.

I found Alissa, and Illuminated Events on wedding wire for my client, and decided to schedule a meeting with them for my bride. The initial meeting was great, their show room is gorgeous, and Alissa made myself, and the bride and her family very comfortable. From there forward Alissa was great, she responded to my many emails quickly, and she was very patient with my bride on design decisions and payments. Illuminated Events provided draping and uplighting for the wedding, as well as a vinyl gobo, which EVERYONE loved! Everything was amazing, the bride and her family were extremely happy, and I was very impressed with the final product! 5 stars to Alissa and her team at Illuminated Events!

Alissa and her team did an amazing job for Crystal's wedding. They paid attention to every detail to the wedding production. We had roughly one hour to flip the ceremony to a reception and they did it with time to spare. I would definitely recommend Illuminated Events to anyone! It was a pleasure working with them!

We were absolutely stunned by the elegant and beautiful lighting arrangement that Jordan and the BHE team created for us. You have created an atmosphere that is charming and brilliant. Our friends have dubbed the Wedding of the Century. Everyone loved the lighting design, the patterns on the wall, and pin spots.

Jordan and her team at Illuminated Events were amazing to work with. They came in, and had everything put up in record time. The same with tear-down. Easy as pie!
One thing I really appreciated being the Wedding Coordinator of the Bride and Groom was that on the day of the Wedding when I had a question, Jordan immediately answered her phone and put me at ease. Peace of mind on Wedding Day is invaluable.
The lighting and draping they provided really pulled the decor together. I would recommend them to any of my Wedding Couples.

We had our wedding in Tarzana, CA on 10/18/14. Illuminated Events made our wedding reception look amazing! Their staff is responsive, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

They have a variety of equipment to make your venue really pop. Our package included LED uplighting around the room, white dance floor with monogram, moving lights for the dance floor and a variety of other effects for the bar. They arrived for setup on time and finished the room without any delays. When the sun set our reception was just gorgeous. There was light in all the right places and accent lights on the head table & cake. Our guests shared pictures from their phones and we couldn't believe some of the photos they took. I mean our room looked beautiful before the sun went down, but when it did...Lighting really makes a difference! Illuminated Events was awesome to work with and they will help you elevate your venue look to another level.

Illuminated Events helped my wife and I have the best first dance at our wedding. Even though it was last minute, they were very professional, flexible on everything from pick-up and drop-off to even payment and how to use their Chauvet Nimbus. My best friends wedding was a week away. They forgot about the lighting, so I called illuminated events and they were able to do everything needed. I didn't think such extensive lighting could be done in such short notice but it was amaizing. It was a very large venue that required LOTS OF LIGHTING. Full concert stage with bands, singers. DJS. Plus trussing for dance lighting, it looked like a concert. Very well done. Each table has light on it and the ceiling has stunning patters projected on it. They were even able to get a custom name gobo made to project the grooms x2 names. I am a pro lighting guy and I was truly impressed by how fast they were able to get such extensive work done so quickly. My contact was Jordan and she was amaizing, she had every detail taken care of with no issues at all.

Illuminated Events was so helpful during my whole wedding process. Alissa was the best - she communicated very regularly with me and was so patient with me, even though I was a horribly unorganized bride! But because of their professionalism and great track record, I knew that I could trust that the finished product would be amazing, and it was! Everyone complimented me on the beautiful bistro lights that they strung over my church gym, and it really MADE the ambience just the way I wanted it to be.

I would definitely recommend using Illuminated Events - in fact, I've already recommended them to a friend!

This was a charity event with 6000 Football Fans. The planning and implementation was superb. We found their people, flexibility and willingness to collaborate was extraordinary.

Illuminated Events did an amazing job for our wedding reception. They transformed a mundane banquet room into something spectucular! We had a very busy schedule and was unable to meet with them until a week prior to our wedding. However, even with short notice they were very accomodating and they were still able to accomplish everything we wanted done. With their assistance and design input, we were able to create the look and feel we wanted for our reception. Our guest were throughly impressed and we got many compliments on the work provided by Illuminated Events. The service you can expect from Illuminated Events is top notch and very professional. We highly recommend them for any special event.

They were very responsive and professional. We contacted them and hammered out pricing quickly and booked them the same day. On the day of, we arrived at our venue an hour and a half early and all the lighting was already set up and turned on. It was beautiful and made all of our centerpieces really pop. Will definitely use them again for any events we might have in the future.

I have been using Illuminated events or Blue Haze lighting for all our weddings decor addition into our wedding flowers service about 5 years. Their lightings made my flowercenter-pieces even more beautiful. Before I had used many lighting vendors, but none of them are even close to Illuminated or Blue Haze on quality and service. Recent events, I have been working with Alissa Hassan at Illuminated, and I am very happy with her. She is very responsive and helpful. Alissa and her team are professional and always all time for all my orders. That is really a big relief for my business as well as my reputation.
I will continue using Illuminated for all my future wedding decoration.

I had the privilege of working with Illuminated Events, specifically Alissa Hansen on a wedding reception my company, Sassafras Events was decorating. This wedding reception had to be planned and coordinated in less than two weeks! Alissa and team were fantastic and very responsive. She took the time to coordinate her teams setup and breakdown with the event venue and ensured that I was updated the entire time. They were diligent in following up and ensuring that they gave the best possible service every step of the way.

The lighting that she and her team setup was perfect, they completely transformed the room and were able to give the couple exactly what they envisioned.

I will definitely be recommending Illuminated Events to all of my brides and clients that are looking for lighting for their events.

Illuminated Events is amazing!!! They definitely went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. ...Spot lights, custom gobo's, graphics for the dance floor, dry ice so it looked like my husband and I were dancing on clouds for our first dance, and more. Best of all... they were very reasonably priced. My wedding was gorgeous. My dream was to have one of those weddings you would see in a magazine and Illuminated Events made it happen... My wedding was recently featured in a wedding magazine. :) I couldn't be happier.

I have recently worked with Illuminated Events during Los Angeles Fashion Week for an off schedule showing of our newest collection. My company and I decided to do a presentation that was a bit more intimate than the hustle and bustle of the usual fashion circus that goes on during fashion week. I contracted Illuminated Events for set, video and lighting design and they went above and beyond what was asked.

The runway lighting that they had designed was immaculate and featured the clothes in such a way where it made each garment even more breath taking than before. I had come to them only a couple weeks prior to the show date and they collaborated on a concept that was executed beautifully.

The set that was created with a mini stage and video wall had to be the cherry on top of the entire runway show. Guests were in awe of the amazing production value that Illuminated Events had produced. All the components that Illuminated Events created set the perfect mood for the runway presentation.

Foxton and Alissa of Illuminated events and their entire team were great to work with. They exceeded my expectations and were cooperative and flexible with the last minute chaos that usually is expected for a fashion show. They were on time, on point, and did everything within their reach to create a beautiful set for the show. I will definitely be working with Illuminated Events again very soon.

We used Illuminated Events for bistro lights on our reception room balcony for our wedding. The lights looked beautiful! I would definitely recommend Illuminated Events!

I chose Illuminated Events to create my personal monogram for my wedding last August 2014. They were very quick to contact me and always kept me informed during the process of choosing a design and font. On the day of the wedding, I was pleased with how the monogram brightened our outdoor ceremony and reception. They set up the monogram well before the wedding started and it was up and ready before I even noticed it. Everything turned out amazing and I would strongly recommend them to any future couples!

We had a vision for our wedding, and Illuminated Events helped make it happen. We brought things to the table, and our specialist Alissa gave us her honest feedback. We may have butted heads a little on a couple things, but it came together in the end. We are so happy we went with Illuminated Events. The lighting (which was the most important thing to my husband) was spot on. I loved the color coordinating candy bar and our names on the dance floor!

I contacted them over a month ago via their website, never got an email back or even a call. I reached out to the venue we booked because they were the ones to recommend them. The number doesn't have a voicemail set up, no answer for weeks. I finally got a direct number from the manager that referred me to them. The guy was friendly we went over the space, cost and I was excited to receive a proposal. Proposal never showed up. I text the guy the next week he left me on read. I understand people get busy and life happens but its extremely rude, unprofessional and embarrassing for the manager that referred them, to just straight up ignore anyone. Will be moving on and booking another company, disappointed because their instagram makes them seam amazing.
