My husband and I opted for an outside vendor from the resort because we thought the price of the photographer/videographer was a little excessive. I went and searched through wedding wire and found Iheart Studios.
First of, I really appreciated the timely responses of the company. My first experience was talking to James via whatsapp for about 30 minutes. He had a very welcoming vibe and presented me with very detailed information on what to expect.
The week after, I had a video chat with the actual photographer (Daniel) himself regarding expectations of the photos and videos. Daniel also did a great job explaining on what to expect the day of. The day of the wedding, I met the other 2 photographer/videographer (Sinue and Kenya). All three of them were so great to work with. They were very patient with us and went out of their way to make sure they captured every single special moment of our wedding. During our sessions, they also made sure that as the bride, I was comfortable during the event. For example, they held my shoes for me when my feet were hurting and when they found out my bouquet was missing, they attempted to help me try to look for it.
We received our videos last week that came with a 5 minute and 30 minute version. The videos were very high quality and well-made.
The photos came back beautiful and we were given over 1000 photos of that night.
Shoutout to Kenya as well for her positive energy and for hyping us up during the whole wedding.
Overall, I would highly recommend this company. The customer service was exceptional. The price was worth it for everything it came with.

One of the best wedding decisions I made.
Petr absolutely killed every single shot for the wedding. I am so in love with the pictures and the experience was outstanding all around. He was easy to communicate with, super sweet and fun, all the guests loved him, he gave great direction and respected our wishes and requests. Also, he sent our sneak peak pictures within I want to say 24 hours? It was incredible. -

Simply Amazing!
I am not even sure how to put into words how amazing iheart studio was for our wedding photo and video choice. They were simply outstanding! We opted for their largest package because we didn’t want to miss a moment of our big day and wanted as many memories from it (which I am so happy we did because it went by so fast and a lot of it was a blur!). I searched high and low online for someone with Peters eye (light and airy style without white washing or taking away from the natural beauty and vibrancy of the tropical environment) We wanted high quality while also being conscious to our budget and iheart studio delivered just that and beyond. I am honestly blow away by their work. We had 2 photographers and 2 videographers that included drone footage. This was our only off site vendor we chose because again at the end of it all you have is your photos and videos of the day to relive it again and again and my OCD just couldn’t trust the resort photographer to make that happen. They were on time, punctual, friendly, and everywhere capturing all of our special moments. So many guests commented on their professionalism and how they didn’t miss a thing the entire day. They delivered us a sneak peek which was more photos than I anticipated within 48 hours (literally over 75 images!). We got the rest about 10 weeks later and got 1300 photos (they would have had them to us sooner but asked if it was okay for a little of time to get us all of the images instead of trying to choose which ones we may like better than others which we were more than happy to give them) My biggest issue now is picking my favorites to share with people! We received our video right around the time of our photos. We got a short 5ish min video and a long 30ish min video. It was amazing to be able to relive the entire day and get to relive those moments that seemed to go by so fast! As a bride who was busy all day with lots of things and being pulled in every direction it was nice to be able to see the groom and guests perspectives of the day and things I may have missed or forgotten. We were able to pick songs that we liked so it was custom to us. We were also able to go back to them with any minor edits we wanted to change and they were more than willing to tweak and perfect it for us before finalizing it. I cannot say enough nice things about Peter, Daniel, and their team. From our first call I just knew we made the right choice. They were on top of all of our emails and were more than willing to have calls when we had questions we wanted answered. They were so quick and attentive honestly I felt like their only priority the entire process. I am so pleased we chose them as our photo and video vendor. If I had it all to do again I would hire them for sure! If I could give them a million stars I would, 11/10 recommend! BOOK THEM you will NOT regret it! -

GENUINE- that is what I look for when I want to hire a photographer. That is what iHeart provides. A genuine team of good-hearted, kind photographers. From the moment I emailed them until the end of my reception, I felt that iHeart genuinely cared about the importance of our wedding day. I researched several photographers when deciding on who to choose for our wedding. Many people choose photographers based on the lighting of the photos, so if you like light, clean, crisp aesthetic, then this is perfect for you! Not to mention their prices are unbeatable compared to some competitors in the area. Communication with the iHeart team was seamless and they were super patient with me as I tend to be a bit of a procrastinator! They were also flexible with me changing my package to a different option after signing my contract. MOST importantly- DANIEL- our photographer was absolutely incredible. He was so kind, so calm, and literally so attentive the entire day. We had service for 8 hours and I felt like he never stopped moving, trying to capture every opportune moment. Everyone loved him, my parents, guests, and groom were all so impressed with him! I would seriously recommend him to any bride just based on his work ethic and personality alone. I received a few sneak peaks and I love them! I can not wait until our file is delivered. Thank you iHeart for everything! -

We booked a destination wedding in Cancun and one of the most important parts to us was our photographer. We were worried about finding someone who we loved but as soon as we saw iHeart Studios work, we knew we found the one for us! We could not be happier with our photos. We are in awe and are so happy to be able to relive our wedding day through our photos. They did such an amazing job and captured every single bit of emotion with beauty. Peter and Lili were FANTASTIC to work with- so professional, kind, and fun! We are forever grateful. iHeart Studios made our dream come true! -

AMAZING photographer and photos
My husband and I got married at The Fives Beach Hotel on 12/17/21. Because there is an off-site vendor fee iHeart gave us a discount, making it super affordable. Liil was super responsive and helpful with planning our day. Our photographer was so amazing (Daniel) - he was basically a maid of honor or best man 2.0. He knew the resort so well and helped us with any and everything we needed. On top of everything, I got my sneak peeks back a day or so after the wedding and they are amazingly beautiful. My husband and I are not great at being photographed and tend to feel awkward in those types of situations but we felt at ease with Daniel and our photographs exceeded our expectations by a mile. Everyone who I've shared the photos with has raved about how great the photos turned out and how awesome our photographer was. Highly recommend!! -

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough about this company. We hired them for our destination wedding at Ocean Riviera Paradise in June of 2021. We had two photographers, Daniel and Viktor, who were awesome at organizing our sometimes distractible group. They were patient, courteous, and caring! They continuously asked us, the bride and groom, what additional pictures we would like and how we wanted the day to run. I was able to see some sneak peaks just a few days after our wedding, and my husband and I were in tears; they already captured our perfect day perfectly. Beyond their outstanding service, the price is definitely something to mention; for the amount of time we had the photographers on our wedding day and with the quality of pictures we have already seen, they have some of the best priced packages out there!! I would definitely recommend them for any upcoming bridal group!! Thank you iHeart Studio 🤍 -

Beyond amazing!
Iheart studios is beyond amazing! They photographed and provided video for my wedding along with a private cenote trash the dress shoot. Everyone was so professional and friendly! They were also very flexible as there were complications due to covid and my resort. My photos and videos are absolutely incredible! They captured our true joy and love in every photo. I highly recommend them to every bride out there. You will not be disappointed. -

Professional and Amazing!
Due to covid we were looking for a short notice photographer (less than 40 days out) for our wedding and came across iheart studio. We were deciding between them and a couple other photographers in the area and ultimately decided to go with iheart because of their quick response time, kindness, affordable rate, and the fact that we could have two photographers. Lili was very communicative via email and quickly and professionally responded to answer any questions we had. Daniel & Sergio were our photographers and were great to work with! They helped pose us, and make sure that we didn't miss any of the photos we had on our list. I couldn't have asked for more! Our photos turned out amazing, it was a super quick turn around time, and everyone was great to work with. Highly highly recommend!! -

Amazing Experience from start to finish
From the moment I spoke to Petar and his team I knew they would give me great service. Not only were they personable but the quality of their service was amazing. I’m literally obsessed with my highlight reel and cannot stop looking at my photos. I cannot recommend their company enough. Everyone was so sweet and considerate. Whatever I suggested they ran with and made it better. Any questions or concerns I had were always answered. I could not be happier with my video and photography. They captured so many beautiful moments with my family that I’ll keep close forever. Not only amazing work but also had a Super quick turn around time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND♥️ -

Passionate and phenomenal photographer!
My husband and I hired this team of photographer (2ppl) and videographer (2 ppl) for our wedding. We booked them for 10 hours and also did a Trash The Dress session in a cenote with them. We mainly worked with the owner of the company, Petar, who is personable, passionate about his art, professional, kind, and incredibly talented. I cannot say enough amazing things about Petar and his team. Petar went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while taking our photos. He was also open to suggestions and listened to my needs. I have no regrets choosing Peter and his team. They were incredibly friendly and it was evident that they love their profession; this showed through in our reception as they had a good time photographing our wedding. Even our guests were complimenting them on their mannerism and how fun and easy it was to work with them.
Whether it is for a wedding or another significant event, where you want to capture that perfect memory, I would choose to hire this team again and again. Anyone hiring Petar’s team will be lucky to have such an extremely skilled group of professionals. -

The most stunning and beautiful photos and video!
Iheart Studio has completely and forever touched our heart by making these memories for us that we get to enjoy forever! It's a little nerve wrecking booking a destination wedding photographer but do not hesitate with iheartstudio. They were so kind and made me feel so comfortable on our wedding day and not to mention beautiful! They truly know how to capture the beautiful and intimate moments between you and your spouse, and also show the fun parts of family and the reception. They were also so great at working with my unique family dynamic placing my family members in the appropriate places as I noted in an email. They kept me on time and were honestly SO fun to work with. The best part though was the stunning photos and video they made for us. I knew they were going to be good based on their samples but, wow, they exceeded my expectations. I can tell the effort, and thought, and time they took to create our video and capture our moments in photographs. Get the 2 photographers and definitely get the video, you will not regret it! Thank you so much again iheart studio for being amazing artists and truly blessing us with this beauty! -

Being from WA state we were nervous about booking a company that was so far from us but wow they smashed those fears quickly. They responded to emails within hours. They got us a sneak peak within a day of our wedding ceremony. They are true professionals and the product speaks for itself. They captured all the moments we wanted plus more. If you are torn between doing a videographer or not... DO it!! They are very talented and sweet people to have a part of your big day! -

Go with iheart!
IHEART is AMAZING!!! From our first contact with Petar, he was prompt, responsive and courteous. He responded to all of my questions immediately. I must have sent him a thousand questions before our wedding but he was so patient and reassuring. He helped me figure out my timeline and was flexible to let me dictate how the day went. On the actual wedding day, he was a dream to work with. He was so sweet and fun! He made sure we were all having a good time and relaxing and it shows in the pictures! He was so patient with my group too. I had 8 bridesmaids and my mom was taking pictures with her camera too! He would take his picture and then let my mom take hers!
As for the pictures themselves- OMG!!! They came out better than I could have imagined!! He has a great eye for lighting and backround. Every single picture is fabulous! He got pictures from the dance floor that I didn’t even know he was taking! They are all amazing! I like that they don’t do a lot of retouching and keep it natural looking.
I was nervous about using a photographer off the internet but trust me you are in great hands with him!! -
