Highly recommended mountain venue
If you're looking for beautiful scenery and a hospitable venue this is your destination.
Rey and Maria are top notch. They know how to help with your questions and concerns leading up to your special day. My son and daughter in law got married here and it was a wonderful experience. They helped guide us with all our questions about food, tables, chairs,canopies, and all the other things that come up planning a wedding. They made sure the day of the wedding every thing ran as smoothly as possible. The view, the staff, and the hospitality are all reasons to check them out. I highly recommend Idyllwild Wedding and Events. -

Where do I even begin? If you are on the fence about booking with Rey and Maria, take this as a sign to put your faith in them. From breathtaking views to the consistent communication and professionalism to the care and kindness that they’ve shown to us and our families was more than we could have hoped for. Our wedding day was a literal dream come true. This was the very first and only venue we toured. Our initial interaction with Rey had us thinking it was the “one” before we even got back home. Over the course of a year, they answered any questions we had and gave us really helpful opinions and guidance. They helped make this day special for us. If only there was a way to get married again, this is the place we would choose. -

We were so lucky to have our wedding held here! It was so beautiful! Rey made our day so much easier he was so helpful! Gave great advice when we needed it most! He is very kind and we couldn’t have picked a better spot to celebrate our special day! All my guest complimented on how amazing the venue was; this is a perfect place to have a wedding or celebrate a special event! So much space and plenty of great spots for photos! -

Idyllwild Wedding and Events is an absolutely stunning venue with breathtaking views. The hosts, Ray and Maria, are incredibly kind and welcoming, always there to help you every step of the way. When our DJ's system broke down, Ray swiftly saved the day with his own built-in system and mics, and within minutes, the music was up and running. This level of dedication and preparedness is truly unmatched. Idyllwild Wedding and Events is an amazing venue, and I can't wait to work there again in the future. I highly recommend it to any couple dreaming of a magical mountain wedding. -

The Perfect Day!
Our experience at Idyllwild Wedding and Events was nothing short of remarkable. From the very first moment we engaged with Rey and Maria, the owners, we felt a genuine commitment to making our day truly unforgettable. Their responsiveness to our questions and their openness to creative ideas made the planning process seamless and enjoyable.
The venue itself is stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop that perfectly complemented the essence of our celebration. Its inviting atmosphere and ample space allowed our guests and wedding party to relax and fully immerse themselves in the festivities.
Situated just a short ten-minute drive from Idyllwild Village Center, the venue boasts a fantastic location with easy access to a variety of delightful restaurants and charming shops, ensuring that our guests had plenty to explore during their stay.
We were especially impressed with the facilities, which included generous storage options and an industrial-sized refrigerator, perfect for keeping food, drinks, and flowers fresh overnight. This attention to detail truly enhanced our experience, allowing us to focus on enjoying our day without any logistical worries.
Overall, we felt incredibly welcomed and well-cared-for throughout our time at Idyllwild Wedding and Events. The easiest yes in wedding planning
From the moment we arrived to tour this venue to leaving at the end of our wedding on March 09, 2024, we were amazed and blessed to have found this hidden gem. Rey and Maria made us feel like family as they opened their space to us and helped make our day magical.
The day Leo and I went to tour the venue, we stayed for hours with how comfortable we felt there. It was the easiest yes in the whole wedding planning process. Since that yes, Rey was our form of communication and he made us feel at ease when answering all our questions. Both Rey and Maria go above and beyond with the care they have for their property, the couple getting married, and the guests.
Now the property. We fell in love with the view and couldn't imagine having our wedding elsewhere. There were a lot of amazing changes Rey had made to the property since we first toured it to the day of the wedding which added to the comfort and beauty of his venue.
Our early March wedding was more than we could have ever imagined. Our families kept gushing over the views and sharing how beautiful everything was. While our wedding night was cold, we embraced it and enjoyed it.
We are beyond blessed to have found this place. I'm sharing photos of our wedding that highlight this venue and the beauty of the nature surround. -

Venue review
Maria and Rey who own this venue were so kindhearted and accommodating. They allowed us to use the space for a ministry leadership meeting during a retreat weekend our church took in Idyllwild. We all appreciated their willingness to host us and would definitely go back to this beautiful venue! -

A Hidden Gem!
Rey is absolutely amazing. He is so accommodating and genuinely wants to see your event succeed and be everything you desire. We hosted my brother’s wedding at his property and it was absolutely beautiful. If you’re looking for a venue that provides flexibility, allows you to make the space your own, and have an on-site host who is attentive, look no further. For what Rey and his facility give to his clients, his pricing can’t be beat. You’ll also get the most picturesque mountain views. You won’t regret booking here! -

This Venue is simple, yet so beautiful. It had everything we needed to have our cousin’s wedding turn out amazing. The host/staff were so kind and helpful and really made sure everyone was well taken care of! Definitely will be recommending them in the future. -

Rey Reyes, our host was amazing! He was so attententive and made sure all of our needs were met. He was there every step of the way to make sure the wedding was perfect.
A stuningly beautiful area, wonderful grass lawn, shade to make it very comfortable, easy access to clean restrooms and many other outstanding amenities.
The views, that overlook the mountains down into the valley are wonderful. I can't imagine a more beautiful setting.
Located just outside of the town of Idyllwild, it provides easy access a short distance from town. A private location, for an ideal price, along with a wonderful host made this venue over the top in every way. I highly recommend Rey and his beautiful wedding venue.
