They made our special day extra special.

Amazing experience! Saundra was an outstanding wedding officiate. We hired her with 3-weeks notice before our wedding which was a small intimate affair in our backyard with just the two of us, our children, one other couple and our dog. Through questionnaires and suggestions from her vast expertise, Saundra guided us to make the ceremony a very personal, meaningful and joyous event. We paid for the officiate plus photography package and are delighted by the results. Joe’s photographs are beautiful, taken with an artistic eye, and much better than you can get from attendees’ cell phone pictures. Plus, we wanted our attendees to enjoy the event, not photograph it. They were very well prepared and professional; so you do not need to worry. They are a great team and lovely people.

A pleasure to work with

Saundra is super knowledgeable, friendly and amazing to work with. She was very flexible and guided us through the entire process. She had a great questioner to help prepare what to expect on the day of the ceremony. We reached out to Saundra last minute to officiate our wedding, and she was the best at helping out from everything between deciding on location in SF, write the most lovely speech incorporating our personal stories and making the day feel special and personal. Experienced and Customized Vows

It was such a delight working with Saundra. She has so much experience and was able to provide much-needed advice. She also was such a reassuring presence to have around for wedding preparation. With her help, we were able to make a ceremony that matched the mood of our love story and commitment to each other which was sweet and sincere and a little funny. Warm & Outstanding Officiant with Personalized Ceremony Script

Saundra thoroughly impressed us and our families with the our wedding ceremony. She was in fact the perfect person to officiate our wedding. She took time to meet with us beforehand to get to know us. We chose her because we connected with her right from our first meeting and found that she could personalize our ceremony in a unique way that other officiants hadn't offered. She has questionnaire for the couple to fill out together, and another one to fill out individually which we couldn't show one another until after the ceremony. We loved it; it gave us both the chance to reflect on our relationship and write about one another individually. We didn't hear each other's responses until the day of, which made the ceremony more special and authentic. She also customized the wedding script to include a call & response for our families, which was an important part of our small micro wedding with just our parents and siblings. She also helped us add in a rose ceremony for our moms, and gave us instructions for doing our own candle ceremony during dinner, which was also a family favorite. Her kindness, jovial nature, professionalism and responsiveness was consistent all throughout. She is very knowledgeable of the courthouse system, and gave us the right advice to walk us through the legal part of the process. And she completed our marriage license in a timely fashion with tracking information as well. Saundra has a gift - please hire her!

Professional and a Complete Joy to Work With

Saundra was AMAZING! Many of our guests complimented Saundra's professionalism and no-nonsense attitude when it came to the guests turning off their cell phones for a cell-free ceremony.

Saundra worked with us before the wedding to build a script that would work for us. We chose to write our own vows and she kept us on track for submitting them to her before our wedding day. She printed the vows and provided them to us on our wedding day (which we now have framed and hanging up in our living room :) ). She also took care of sending out our marriage license to the county clerk (and ensured that they signed off on receiving it so there weren't any mix ups).

She helped us during our rehearsal for setting up timing to walk down the aisle. She also suggested positioning for photo opportunities! You can tell she has a lot of experience and expertise with officiating weddings.

Saundra was a joy to work with and we were really happy to have her officiate our wedding ceremony! :)

Professional, personal....perfect!

We couldn't ask for a better experience with Saundra. She effectively helped us plan two weddings...the one we planned pre-Covid, and the adjustments made for a smaller, personal ceremony during Covid. We loved every minute of the process, and the ceremony was more than we could have hoped for. Saundra not only planned our perfect day, but she also officiated the ceremony. We received so many compliments on how beautiful, how honest and sincere, how personal and how original the ceremony was. She captured our shared memories in the service and had us crying tears of joy! As a planner, all of the vendors she recommended were also really easy to work with and great value. We were so grateful we worked with Saundra, it made the experience fun, easy and beyond memorable!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Saundra was to my husband and I pre, during and post wedding. Saundra is your wedding Sherpa, logically and calmly guiding you through the logistical and emotional trek of wedding planning and execution. Saundra was the perfect officiant for us. Simply the best and you won't have any regrets!

Saundra officiated our wedding on October 2018 and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the very beginning she made my husband and I very comfortable and took the time, either in person or over email to answer any questions we had. The way she builds out the ceremony is so creative and so memorable. Everyone who attended our wedding raved about her, she was thoughtful in her word choices, brought humor and balanced the seriousness of the day with the lightheartedness that we were wanting.

And after the ceremony, she took care of submitting all paperwork for us so we could run off and enjoy our honeymoon. She is simply the best and you won’t have any regrets.

Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding officiant!!! :)

I cannot say enough good things about Saundra (IDoxTwo) and the wedding ceremony she officiated for us! Saundra is very professional and personable at the same time. She listened to what we wanted and didn’t want in our ceremony script, and made sure it was absolutely perfect. We both appreciated that our ceremony was personalized just for us and wasn’t just a generic speech that didn’t fit our personalities. Saundra added in some personal memories of ours in the ceremony, which was a nice surprise to us both! She also was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Our ceremony was absolutely perfect and went by so smoothly, all because of Saundra! We would definitely recommend Saundra to anyone in the Bay Area looking for a wedding officiant. Beyond Delighted and Cannot Recommend Higher

When looking for an officiant for our wedding, we came upon Saundra's listing on WeddingWire and she stood out for us from everyone else. We were looking for someone genuine and open, who would be able to put together and perform a ceremony that would be truly reflective of us as a couple. In addition, as wedding planning can (at times) be stressful, we were also looking for someone who would be easy to work with while also being just really good at what they did.

Let us tell you, if you are looking for an amazing officiant, who will add to your planning, your ceremony and ultimately your memories, Saundra is it.

She helped guide us through the overall process. She asked the right questions to learn about us both as individuals and as a couple. She put together a beautiful proposed ceremony and asked us for feedback. She helped guide us with creation of our own personally crafted wedding vows. And she met personally with us in advance, just to get a sense for us as people and to go over everything. In person, she is as genuine and wonderful as we thought she would be.

On the day of the wedding, everything ran incredibly well. Saundra delivered a beautiful ceremony. She is a good orator and we felt warm and comfortable with her at the alter. As she has a teacher's background, she also made sure to guide our guests and ensure everyone knew what to do and where to be.

We cannot recommend her any higher, so if you are looking for an officiant or related services, please reach out to her. You will be delighted.

Saundra is amazing! When my wife and I first met Saundra we instantly felt a connection with her. Saundra was warm and personable. Right away she created a vision for our wedding day which made us very excited! Saundra was well organized and knowledgeable when it came to fine details about our wedding. The day of our wedding was absolutely picture perfect!! Really! Saundra prepared a BEAUTIFUL ceremony which was personalized to our story/family. There was not a dry eye in the place. Our wedding reception was so well organized and flowed perfectly! We didn't have to worry about any of the little details of our wedding day. Saundra took care of EVERYTHING all the way down to returning our cake pedestal the next day. We got all of our deposits back thanks to Saundra's attention to detail! Saundra was fantastic! Without a doubt, hiring her to be our "day of the event" coordinator was the best decision we made of our whole wedding. She worked with us before the wedding, making suggestions about a photo guest book and having a banner for photo taking that we never would have thought of ourselves. Even more, she was calm, cool and collected on the wedding day and took care of all of the coordination for our venue - the Dunsmuir House - and smoothed over a lot of rough edges that I never even knew about. Her mantra was that on the wedding day, she didn't want us to worry about anything, and indeed we did not. She also handled the clean up and check out from the venue afterwards. I never would have had the energy to do what she did and enjoy this special day. Saundra is the greatest!

We searched for a while for the right wedding officiant, and after we reached out to Saundra, we knew she was the one for us! We jived right away with Saundra, and we knew we could trust her to deliver an outstanding wedding ceremony. She is extremely responsive by email and very professional, but also a very warm person and definitely cares about her clients. She took the time to get to know us and wanted to know all the details of our relationship so that she could craft the perfect ceremony script. She even shared the script with us so that we could review it. Saundra told us that every wedding she does is fully customized, and this is very true as our wedding was completely unique to our love story. My husband and I both wanted to write our own vows, so she gave helpful feedback and helped sharpen our vows so that they would work with the rest of the ceremony script. Saundra had our vows printed out on lovely stationery for the wedding ceremony, and mailed us our vow cards to keep afterwards. This is something we find really special, as these will be vows we can look back upon when we’re old and gray!

Saundra was also there to help us run through our rehearsal, and guided us and our bridal party throughout the whole process. Hearing her speak at our rehearsal, reaffirmed that we made the right choice in working with Saundra as our officiant for our wedding ceremony. We are so happy to have had her marry us!

We absolutely Loved Saundra! My husband and I got married at SF City Hall but live in Arizona. So we were pretty worried about hiring an officiant that lived out-of-state. However, Saundra was wonderful from the start. She was always prompt in answering any questions I had, whether they be over the phone or through email. She customized the ceremony how we wanted it. She even sent us an actual script of what was to be said in the ceremony, to make sure we were happy with the layout. When the wedding day came, she was there early and even helped calm our nerves before the ceremony. I must add that as a gay couple, we were worried about finding an officiant that wouldn't be judgmental or make us feel uncomfortable. With Saundra it was nothing but love and respect from her. She was sincerely happy for us. Saundra helped our wedding be as special and magical as we hoped for. Saundra was Excellent since the first meeting we had to the end of the ceremony. We were glad we hired her as our Officiant. This is the most important of the wedding. You want to make sure you choose the right Officiant or Minister. We recommend Saundra. She is professional, happy and flexibility. She gave us a great and memorable ceremony. Don't forget to book her for the rehearsal. We were mistakenly forgot and she was booked by another event. Then we realized how important it could be to book her for the rehearsal. Saundra followed up with us to see how was the rehearsal went without her. It was much appropriated!

We found her on Thumbtack. We chose her, because she was most detailed about herself on the site. When we scheduled an appointment with her, she was very early to meet us. (BIG PLUS) When we sat down with her, she was very detailed about all the services she provided. She was very open to knowing what question to answer, and she made sure we understood everything of what we needed to know before we were possibly going to hire her. She made us feel very comfortable and confident, that it was right to hire her as our wedding officiant. Finally, we decided to officially hire her, and that is when she emailed us all the paperwork to do. Over months, she made sure she kept in touch with us, just to make sure we were doing OK, and to see if we had further question for her. She was on time with rehearsal day, and she made sure everybody understood what to do, and again, I can't stress this enough, shes very professional. Day of the wedding, she kept the ceremony planned the way I wanted, and also kept it short, sweet, and again I say, PROFESSIONAL. Working with Reverend Saundra was a breeze. We connected on Thumbtack, and after our initial meeting with her, we knew we wanted her to be our officiant. The officiant seemed like the toughest role to fill, because you want someone who's going to give your ceremony meaning--Saundra did that and then some!

She made everything so easy, and our ceremony was beautiful. We received so many compliments on how lovely the ceremony was, especially how Saundra added her own personality without taking away from our love story.

We never had any problems getting in touch with Saundra, and she was available even on her "off" days. She even helped my husband and I write our vows separately, but made sure they were both complimentary in tone. My husband and I are so happy we decided to have Saundra marry us, and we are only sad that our moment with her is over!

Finding the perfect officiant is HARD! But thanks to Thumbtack, I was able to narrow down the candidates quickly to...just Reverend Saundra. I didn't tell the hubby that she was the only one I really liked for us, but as soon as the three of us met in person, we knew she was the one!

My family is non-religious and my hubby's is Christian. She put together a wonderful ceremony with just the right amount of prayers and seamlessly worked in a reading from my hubby's sister and suggested a beautiful rose ceremony for our moms. She was meticulously organized and really made the whole ceremony process easy for us. I have no idea how we would have had nearly as magical a ceremony without her knowledge and expertise. She made great suggestions on how to conduct the whole ceremony and we loved every minute of it.

One of the biggest achievements Saundra made was that she convinced my man that he could write vows with her help and she helped both of us perfect our vows. She made sure to keep them secret for us and printed them on lovely stationary for us to read on our wedding day. Needless to say, my hubby and I were both tearing up during our ceremony. We also both agree that thanks to Saundra, our ceremony was BY FAR our favorite part of our whole wedding evening.

I cannot say thank you enough to Saundra. Nor can I possibly recommend her highly enough to all of you.

My wedding couldn't have been any better. We loved every moment. For my husband and myself, it was Perfect!! Our officiate Saundra was Awesome! She looked great, loved what she wore; from head to toe. Her tone was perfect. (Which that was something important to me, that my officiate has a soft pleasant tone for my guests to listen too/ I didn't want anyone that sounded like a heavy smoker). Every word spoken soft and pleasant was heard through the room. Saundra was absolutely the right woman to perform our ceremony! Her up lifting spirit added so much to our ceremony. We were more than satisfied and in awe at how well everything came together. I would absolutely recommend Saundra to perform any ones wedding. You will not be disappointed. My family was impressed, especially my Dad!!! Who means everything to me. Thank you so much Saundra. Saundra is fantastic! She is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We loved that she took the time to really get to know us both through an in person meeting and through her questionnaire. It made for a more intimate ceremony, which is exactly what we were going for. We really appreciated being sent a full draft (minus the vows) a few weeks before the wedding, respecting our wishes for a non-religious ceremony. She had us on a non-stressful timeline, which had our final vows submitted to her a week before the wedding (TRUST US...you'll appreciate having it all done when you're down to the wire in those final weeks!). We're glad we opted to have her facilitate our rehearsal as well, which made the ceremony run a lot smoother when we ended up having to use our previously rehearsed "plan b" location due to rain. She went above and beyond to organize the chaos of our wedding day (due to rain) with the rental coordinator and get everyone in place. She handled it all like a true professional and we were so grateful!

Honestly, I could write a book about why it was such a pleasure to work with Saundra throughout our planning process. As the first vendor we sought out for help guiding us through this once-in-a-lifetime event that we had no experience with, Saundra stood out from the first conversation we had and we knew we had to work with her. We had met with a few other coordinators and they really didn't click. With Saundra, we felt comfortable and at ease IMMEDIATELY and didn't feel pressured into ANYTHING - packages, upping our budget, backing off on the crazy ideas, etc. - she let us be us which was really comforting in the world of weddings that you don't QUITE fit in to.

She worked with us from the beginning - stepped in when we asked her questions, made suggestions when we requested and didn't try to push anyone or anything on us during planning, kept us on track even when life threw a REALLY big kink into the planning process halfway through, helped us review all of our contracts, kept vendors up to date and accountable during the last two weeks so they'd all get off our back, and FLAWLESSLY executed the wedding day - including quickly resolving any issues that arose - with the help of her amazing assistants. She really went above and beyond and we honestly couldn't have had a more perfect day because of her. She was absolutely amazing! We would very highly recommend her to everyone.

Saundra was an excellent wedding officiant, and got us essentially everything we were looking for in a ceremony. She was accommodating of our requests, but also very helpful with suggestions on how to construct the parts we didn't have strong opinions about. She was super-prompt with following up on all communications, and her ceremony worksheet and text samples made it really easy to craft something semi-custom. We were on a pretty tight budget, and she was still able to work with us to get what we wanted within that framework. That being said, if you're wondering whether or not to have her at the rehearsal (extra fee involved), definitely go for it! Her participation there ensured that we got a well-choreographed and beautiful ceremony.

On a less business-y note, Saundra was very warm and friendly. We felt comfortable with her from the get-go, and she continued to be a steady presence throughout the process. Her delivery at the ceremony was clear, and well practiced; funny when it needed to be and solemn when that was called for. She's also a snappy dresser, by the way, and made sure to wear something that worked with our outfits.

All in all, five thumbs up.

We were looking for a secular ceremony that could be personalized to us, but we didn’t have a friend or family member who we wanted to do it. It seemed strange to pick a wedding officiant off the internet, but Saundra was great. She took the time to get to know us, answered all our questions, was easy to communicate with, and was open to our input and suggestions in revising the ceremony. The ceremony was perfect, and totally us. It literally made people laugh and cry, and we loved it. Thank you so much, Saundra!

Out of all our wedding vendors, Rev. Saundra was the one we enjoyed working with the most. She is so quick to respond to emails and was really helpful in getting our wedding license questions answered. We are not a religious couple and weren't sure of the rituals to include in our ceremony so Saundra provided us with a bunch of options. We decided on doing a rose ceremony for our mothers and she suggested to keep it a surprise until the actual ceremony. Words simply cannot describe the beautiful ceremony Rev. Saundra officiated on our wedding day. Her words were poetic and touching and she highlighted a lot of special details about our relationship which came from a questionnaire she sent us months before. The rose ceremony was one of our favorite parts -- our mothers were so deeply moved. Needless to say a lot of laughter and happy tears were shared during our ceremony. Our guests raved about the intimacy and meaning the ceremony brought to the table. Saundra was able to really make it unique and all about us.

Saundra is an absolute delight! When I met her for the first time, it was like talking to a friend! She is very warm, helpful, and energetic! Saundra helped my fiance (now husband) out a ton! We had so many questions regarding the marriage process, paperwork, and whatnot and Saundra tackled everything. I love how Saundra helped us out with our vows; she had us email her separately our vows and she would ensure that our vows were not too long or had a nice tone to them! She also printed them out for us on beautiful wedding paper! Saundra was so helpful every step of the way and I am so happy she was our officiant for my fairy tale wedding. Saundra truly knows her stuff and she is an absolute gem!

Reverend Saundra is a uniquely gifted officiant; she turned a few short meetings and our brief answers to her questionnaire into a beautiful ceremony that perfectly captured and expressed our love. She found a way to say everything we wanted to say without adding anything that didn’t feel real and authentic to us. Though Saundra works with couples on editing the ceremony drafts she produces, we barely changed a thing!
We received so many compliments from our guests on the beauty of our ceremony, the way it expressed our love and relationship, and how perfectly it suited us. Her passion and talent shows through in the ceremonies she crafts and leads. She is a wonderful officiant and we highly recommend her!

We found Rev Saundra from Thumbtack website and we couldn't be any happier when we found her. We scheduled a meeting in person. Rev Saundra was very responsive with email communications. She was very warm and personable. She laid out the process for marriage license application and also for ceremony officiating. She answered all our questions and eased our concerns all in one meeting. We didn't hesitate to book her right away. Throughout the months into our wedding planning, she kept in touch and gave gentle reminders regarding the marriage license, and also she provided a comprehensive questionnaire which she used to customize her ceremony. We knew early on that we wanted her to help us with our vows. She had her draft ready for us to review and we were blown away. She couldn't have said (or written) the vows and the sayings in the more beautiful way. We were truly touched with how well she knew us just from the questionnaire and talking to us. On the wedding day, she came early (even texted us to let us know there was traffic on 101 due to downed power lines. We immediately forwarded the information to our guests). She was very calm and led our ceremony with grace. Highly recommend Rev Saundra! We even told our friend to meet with Rev Saundra to find out in person how truly exceptional she is and they signed her on for their upcoming wedding immediately. That's how amazing Rev Saundra is.

Saundra officiated our wedding ceremony in November 2015 in San Francisco and we couldn’t be happier with it.   The process leading up to the ceremony was enjoyable for both my husband and I. Filling out Saundra’s questionnaire helped use reflect on our love for each other and made the process of writing our own vows easy and fun. Saundra had emailed us vow tips and reading suggestions that were extremely helpful. We were a bit overwhelmed at first with the whole process, but Saundra made this a truly fun and memorable process for us. She was readily available to help us with feedback on our vows and was very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls.

Everything was available on Google Docs -- from ceremony agendas to vows, so it was very fluid when making changes. Saundra is very organized and you can tell she puts much care into what she does. You are in great hands with Saundra!

  The day of the wedding, she showed up early and well prepared to lead our wedding ceremony. The ceremony was remarkable and heartwarming. Hands down, it was the most special moment of both of our lives. Numerous guests came up to us afterwards and said our ceremony was one the best that they have ever attended, filled with so much love.

 I would highly recommend Saundra to anyone looking for a wonderful officiant.

I wanted to write this much earlier but alas, the post-wedding duties seem to take longer than expected. Saundra, thanks for everything!!!

I found I do x Two on Weddingwire.com, the site I used to help me plan my wedding. My now husband and I were looking for someone who was nondenominational but still incorporated spirituality. We're not religious people and our venue was unconventional; we wanted someone to really capture our spirit.

We met with Saundra to get an initial vibe before booking her service. She was very accommodating to our busy work schedules by coming out the SF during the week. During that meeting, we almost immediately felt a connection. We talked and talked, and eventually were kicked out of the coffee shop because it was closing. She took the time to really get to know us (and for us to get to know her) which was so important!

Throughout the days leading up to our wedding, Saundra would check-in with us and keep us on our timeline. I really appreciated her help with ensuring our vows were complimentary and going through several iterations of our ceremony until it was perfect.

The day of our rehearsal was probably the most impressive expression of her abilities. We were a group of about 20--excited and slightly rowdy--and she just took charge of the situation completely. There were a handful of times she had to put the groomsmen in their place, and she did this while being respectful and firm.

And on the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly. Our families were moved to tears and shared with us our intimate and personal the ceremony was. They felt Saundra did an excellent job capturing our personalities and generally made everyone feel like they were involved in witnessing our union.

I can't say enough good things about Rev. Saundra!
She is amazing to work with and very professional. I only emailed 3 people and only interviewed Rev. Saundra in person. I knew as soon as we met and started talking that she would be the officiant for us. We are both Buddhist but wanted a nondenominational wedding and Rev. Saundra was not only familiar with all different cultural needs but was very accommodating to the few request that we had. She also had an abundance of materials for us to work with when it came to questionnaires and time to write our individual vows. My now husband, had a tough time putting his feelings into words and she did a phenomenal job putting him at ease and helping him with his own vows. We communicated mainly through email and met up a 2nd time closer to the date of our wedding for a final read through of our day of. She even provided a nice typed up our vows on cute stationary for us to keep at the end of the day.
The MOST important thing that I appreciated and have yet to witness at any other wedding is how she was kind enough to step aside after each section so we could get our pictures taken with just the bride and groom. (exchanging of vows, exchanging of rings, kissing the bride) etc.

She is friendly, bubbly, a dear to work with and of course very professional.

I would definitely recommend her for your wedding.

I am MORE than pleased with Reverand Saundra! She was so professional, and just as personable at the same time. Rev Saundra is AMAZING. I was surprising my husband to be with a 40th birthday surprise party that I decided to turn into surprise wedding for him and all guests! I have 3 kids and I was able to call /meet in person/ text or email with Saundra. Which was extremely important when so much is going on, things to do and you have questions. Reverend Saundra was a delight to work with! She is very professional, warm and accommodating. My fiancé and I both agreed from the moment we met her that she would be our officiant. Our wedding started 30 minutes late, yet Reverend Saundra was calm, cheerful and on point during the entire ceremony. We were specially happy and grateful about her level of organization and attention to details. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Rev Saundra was fantastic. She speaks well, presents herself well, is responsive, informative, and genuine. She provided us with samples of readings, helped with the vows, and explained the county requirements so we could understand them. I highly recommend her.

We loved working with Reverend Saundra; she takes her time to make sure the ceremony is tailored to the couple and works very hard to make sure it is everything you are looking for. She was also extremely helpful with providing input and advice when writing your vows. We loved the way are wedding ceremony turned out - it was a very memorable event for us and all of our guests. Reverend Saundra also provides you with all of the materials from your ceremony (vows, readings, etc.) so that you can save them for your wedding album or scrap book, which is a wonderful souvenir to have of your wedding day. She is also very flexible with her schedule making it very easy to plan times to meet with her to review what you desire for the ceremony, the ceremony itself, and running through a ceremony rehearsal.

My wife and I LOVED Saundra. She was exceptional in every step of the wedding process. She helped us decode some questions we had going in and basically walked us through each step individually. The wedding went off without a hitch and honestly we couldn't recommend her more!

Rev Saundra was great from the beginning all the way though to the wedding and afterwards. She took the time to get to knows us and made sure we were comfortable with our ceremony. She is very warm and professional. She was able to help us craft a ceremony to our liking that had some traditional aspects, but still had some of our personality and was short b/c neither my husband nor I wanted a long ceremony. Our ceremony was perfect for us and bonus she was kind enough to send us some pictures that she took after the wedding when we were taking group photos. I would highly recommend Rev Saundra to officiate someone else's wedding.

Reverend Saundra officiated my wedding this past October. My mom and I did a search for officiants in the area for my Sunday wedding and liked Saundra's reviews and thought she looked nice and friendly in the photos :) We immediately liked her when we met at a Starbucks and went home knowing we would end up choosing her. She was very sweet, easy going, and had a good presentation of options for me. I went into this not really knowing what I wanted (besides it being a casual, outdoorsy type of ceremony) or knowing all the different components that make up a wedding ceremony. Reverend Saundra was very helpful and layed out different options and provided us will clear choices and directions to go.

Throughout the process, up to the big day, she was always quick to respond to emails, texts, calls. She reminded me of what things needed to be done, and when they needed to be done by. She was very flexible and accomodating and changed up a reading for my ceremony, even after the final draft had been emailed for my approval.

Our ceremony and readings were beautiful and perfect and I was very happy with how everything turned out. Reverend Saundra is such a sweet person and I am very glad to have worked with her on this big day!

Rev Saundra officiated our wedding on Sept 27th in Menlo Park. If you are looking for an officiant, look no further. Rev Saundra was the first person we met and we instantly knew she would be perfect. She has a lot of experience officiating weddings and kept us on track to make sure our ceremony was stress-free. Rev Saundra's first draft of our ceremony was perfection and captured who we are as a couple. She is a kind and friendly person with a BIG heart and calming presence. We are honored that she was the one that married us. She is the best!

From the beginning Rev' Saundra gave us information about herself, a clear price and her availability, contact details and the various information we needed about the certificate and papers.

We didn't actually meet Saundra until the day of our ceremony however she was prompt and courteous with email replies, suggesting things to do during our ceremony and help with the paperwork both before and after the ceremony.

We scheduled a call to briefly familiarize ourselves with each other before the date and from that moment both myself and my wife realised we had found the prefect person for our ceremony. The ceremony on the day went extremely well with Saundra arriving with plenty of time to spare, she greeted all our guests before we began and faultlessly performed the ceremony. Our guests made comments after how well she conducted everything and how modern she made the ceremony, very relaxed and laid back. The exact vibe and atmosphere we wanted.

We cannot recommend Saundra highly enough!

Reverend Saundra was the BEST! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very personable and easy to talk to. She made us feel comfortable and put us at ease. Planning a wedding is not an easy task but Rev mad it fun and made sure everything was covered! When my husband I and met her for the first time we instantly knew that she was the one that we wanted to marry us. She has a kind heart and positive spirit. She made sure that we did not forget anything on our BIG DAY! She called and texted to remind me of things that I would have otherwise forgotten. My husband and I and ourfamily and friends HIGHLY recommend Reverend Saundra of I Do x 2 if you are looking for a fun, beautiful, awesome person to share in your Special Day! Rev Saundra was a life saver. She was the last thing on our list of things to do. We loved her since our very first time meeting. She came so prepared, had a portfolio ready, answered all and any questions we threw at her. She made our ceremony very touching and heartfelt. She even included our closet friends in our ceremony with a touching passage we choose for them to read. She made the process less stressful for us in the end. We loved Saundra from our very first meeting. She was sweet, friendly and easy to open up with and talk to. She did a great job in working with us to create the perfect ceremony script and following up with us throughout the planning. She was always early for our meetings and wedding day. Did a wonderful job during rehearsal and was so patient even while our wedding party was late to rehearsal. We're so grateful to have had Saundra as our officiant and for our new friendship. Rev. Saundra was the perfect officiant for our wedding ceremony. When meeting with her in person she was very easy to talk to, open to hearing what our desires for the ceremony included, and also had suggestions for us about things we had not thought of before. She was very organized and professional throughout the entire process. We especially liked that she was always very quick to respond anytime we had questions. When we prefered different wording, for example, she was more than happy to accomodate our needs. We were very happy working with Saundra. It was very reassuring having a professional in charge of the ceremony rather than a family member which we were originally considering.
We would highly suggest choosing Saundra as your officiant.

Reverend Saundra officiated my wedding but she did much more than that. I am six months pregnant and not completely on top of things but she kept me on schedule with things like getting my marriage license and taking care of last minute details. I felt very taken care of. She was always prompt in getting back to me and showed up exactly when I asked her to. Rev Saundra helped plan our ceremony and wrote our vows for us, which were quite touching. Her warm personality and kind words only enhanced our ceremony. On top of that her wonderful son took photos of us and our family in a very professional manner and they turned out looking great. I could not be happier with the services she provided, I would recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant. Thank you Reverend Saundra!

Rev. Saundra Helped us with are vows and with photography on top of marrying us. With the information provided by us she put together a very thoughtful vows printed on quality paper with a elegant border. The photographer provided was very professional and patient. We enjoyed Rev. Saundra officiating our wedding ceremony.
She had all the qualities we wanted for an officiant: very cheerful, personal, easy to relate with, reliable, and helpful. Rev. Saundra was very thorough and gave us helpful tips in preparation for the ceremony.
We especially enjoyed when Rev. Saundra helped us customize our vows and made them very personal. It was such a special moment.

Reverend Saundra provided exceptional services, tailored specifically to our vision for our wedding. She created a personal ceremony much beyond what we were expecting. She met with us on short notice and really try to get to know us and our love story. Also, her son took beautiful photos, free of charge, that mae it even more a special day.

The moment we met Saundra, we knew we had to use her, as our wedding officiant! She was professional, friendly, helpful, organized, punctual, and well-spoken. What stood out the most about Saundra, though, was her wonderful personality! Interacting with her was so natural! It almost felt like we were working with a member of our family!

Saundra literally went above and beyond for us! Before our big day, she met with us several times to make sure she had a clear understanding of what we wanted for our ceremony. She would also frequently check-in with us, via text and email, to see if we needed any help with our vows, offer advice, and give us helpful suggestions to help us personalize our ceremony and make it special.

On the day of our wedding, Saundra showed up early to make sure everything ran smoothly. Holding a ceremony in front of 200 people was quite intimidating, but Saundra was there to guide us (and the members of our wedding party) through every step of the way and really put us at ease. She made sure that everything went off with out a hitch and one week later, our guests are still telling us how much they loved our ceremony! It was literally everything we could have hoped for and we could not have done it without her!!!

Saundra is a very warm and inviting person, everyone said our ceremony was very beautiful. She is very easy to talk with and listens to what you are looking for. She provided a copy of our ceremony when she left and email the tracking information for our signed documents.
