Great experience !
My husband and I had a great experience working with Clarence. He met all the deadlines, provided great video of our wedding and was easy to work with. We still cherish the video from that special day and would highly recommend working with him! -

Great Photographer
We were married on July 28, 2019, and used IDefine Progress. Clarence did such a fabulous job! I had looked for new photo ideas on Pinterest and they did a great job incorporating them into our photoshoot after the ceremony. He was extremely professional and very helpful. All the pictures he took came out so wonderful! We are so very happy and thankful for the job they did. We highly recommend Clarence and IDefine Progress! -

Amazing beyond compare
IDefine Progress is one of the best videographers/ cinematographers period. The way that he captured my wedding was so intuned and specific to the culture and the moment. People often wondered how he was able to capture the scenes he did because he was so unintrusive and stealth with his moments. He is kind and professional. I appreciate him and the care and attention to detail he used with the one of the most special day of my life. -

Videographer
Clarence was very easy to work with. My fiancé and I clicked with him instantly in our first meeting, and knew he would deliver. On the wedding day, he was on time and captured every moment of our day. He was always responsive throughout the process, and we have the best memories of our wedding day now in video form. We are grateful we had the chance to work with Clarence! -

Amazing is an understatement!
We booked him last minute and he was nothing short of amazing. Super fast turn around time on pic preview and took the all time best pictures we could have ever imagined with both our engagement shoot and wedding. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great photographer with an open mind to make your pictures the best memories ever!! -

Words can not express how wonderful our experience was with Clarence and how happy we were with him as our videographer. He was a joy to work with, funny and polite, he put my husband and I at ease during a time of high anxiety, our wedding day. He was prompt, professional and provided a very high quality service and a very fair price.
Our video was incredibly beautiful and will be a keepsake for us for the remainder of our lives. We received our video very quickly and we don't have even one complaint. I very strongly recommend I Define Progress as we are thrilled with every aspect of the service we were provided. -

Clarence is excellent at what he does. Not only is he talented but he is a great person and he is humble about his talents. He has very nice equipment and his overall demeanor is very professional. Clarence even attended our rehearsal to get a feel for our venue and what moments were most important to us to be captured. He is quiet at times but that is just because he is focused. Clarence edited hours of video into the perfect highlight reel of our wedding day. But seriously, why are you still reading this? Hire him already! -

Clarence takes amazing pictures!!! Our pictures are always natural with him (not staged or fake), which makes things easier and more comfortable. He is great with kids too! We have a great time, and it is never stressful. We plan on using him for our upcoming wedding this summer too! -

Clarence is very friendly and accommodating. Through the hustle and bustle we didn't get bride and groom photos at the church but that's not all his fault. Make sure you have a checklist so so you capture what you want -

Summer Wedding
Clarence did an AMAZING job at our wedding! He was funny, professional, thoughtful, and made sure he captured everything we wanted. He showed up earlier than I expected and included extra footage of us getting ready before the wedding. He also created a great video with highlights and a full video that feels like I am reliving the day all over again. We will cherish these videos forever. Thanks again Clarence!!! -

He never showed up to our wedding
I wish I could say I loved this company, but Clarence left me high and dry on my wedding day. We had checked the month befoire to make sure everything was all set and Clarence confirmed we were good for our big day.
As I was getting ready to start walking down the aisle I realized I hadn’t seen Clarence yet. I asked my maid of honor to look for him and she confirmed he was not there. We called and texted and heard nothing from him. I am so beyond disappointed and hurt. My fiancé’s grandfather has cancer and could not come to our wedding. We were counting on that video to make him feel included on our special day and it was taken away from us. I would never recommend Clarence, he cannot be trusted. I don’t know what happened that day to make him not show up, but I would never want a couple to go through what we did. I am happy that others have had exceptional experiences with him, but I would not hire him based on knowing that this is something he could do to you with not and ounce of remorse for abandoning his clients. Nothing excuses a business owner for this behavior. I am disgusted I ever put any trust in him for our special day. -

Clarence was very responsive and answered emails immediately until we paid him in full at the wedding on 12/30/17. Then there was no communication or response to emails or phone calls for over a month. We received web access to our wedding video finally after months of badgering Clarence for it. He said the DVD would be on the way. We were traveling for the summer and got busy and didn't follow up for awhile. My wife contacted him at the beginning of August, asking where is the DVD. He said he was so sorry, didn't know how this happened, and that it would be in the mail the next day. A month later, still no DVD. What is this guy's problem? Please note again that our wedding was December 30. DON'T PAY THIS GUY UNTIL YOU GET EVERYTHING HE OWES YOU! -
