I rented some decor from them because it was so much cheaper than buying and saved me from having so much extra things to try to get rid of after the wedding. They’re super affordable compared to other companies in the area and they were so helpful. They called to confirm a week before, what I had ordered and when we’d be picking up and when you have “bride brain” you’re so grateful for the extra reminder and care. -

Today was not my first time using Idaho Tents. Allways have been more than satisfied. But today they went one step further. They gave me Abby to work with. She not only new exactly what she was talking about, she did it so professionally, with an added dose of OMG SHE IS SO SWEET. I will so recommend Idaho Tents starring ABBY!!! -

We originally booked a tent and white dance floor from Idaho Tents & Events for our wedding. Later, we canceled the tent well in advance of their 7-day cutoff, per the contract, which should have avoided a restocking fee. However, they still charged us the fee. After reviewing the contract and calling to resolve it, the owner, Russ Jaynes, was resistant and extremely rude, even saying, "I'm not going to argue with you, I've already put enough time into this." While the fee was eventually refunded, the attitude left a bad impression, especially considering we were still renting a dance floor from them.
The second issue arose just two days before the wedding when they called to coordinate the dance floor setup. We had been told previously that setting up the dance floor was our responsibility. However, they suddenly informed us that their new white dance floor had to be set up by their staff to avoid damage. Despite this last-minute change, they couldn’t accommodate our required setup time and essentially told us we had to "bite the bullet" and use their gray dance floor instead. This was completely unreasonable, given that we paid extra for the white dance floor. In the end, we had to switch to the gray floor and were refunded the difference, but the unnecessary stress and lack of professionalism were unacceptable.
