Too bad there isn’t a negative option. This is by far the worst travel agent I have ever encountered. Masie is amazing personally but the rest of the company and it’s owner Kaseka Daley provide service less than appropriate and professional. If you ever decide to use a travel agent please please please don’t use Iconic Travel. Their service is ridiculous and they will ruin your wedding and/or vacation. I had a wedding planned well over a year and encountered nothing but problems once I signed the contract and paid my deposit for 21 rooms. I “the bride” had to arrange payment for all 21 rooms when I expressed huge concern when doing my consultation with Kaseka. She assured my husband (fiancé at the time) this would never happen. Well their system crashed after the deposit was made and then there were nothing but internet and email problems thereafter. Every single person booking I had to get involved because of no responses. That should have been a tell tale sign right there. Then when getting the payments in I was charged additional money because they didn’t want to absorb the bank fees. This was told to me and my guests paying by credit card after we agreed to pay one amount they would charge more and have no authority to do so. Long story short the whole process made me cry from frustration and stress then the days before my first guests were to check in they removed all the children off the reservation because I “the bride” never calculated them in the prices I had to work out because they didnt care as the whole 21 rooms were under my name which wasn’t what we agreed. So I “the bride” was left the beg the resort for some relief of children costs because the travel agent removed them off the reservation. My guests were left to pay hundreds of $$$ because they never checked the spreadsheet I compiled and sent with every payment to keep my records straight because their repsonse was “we don’t care whose room is paid because it’s one reservation”. Run the other way -
