  Icon and our attendant Roxann were so professional and made our wedding extra special! The guests loved the props and glitter backdrop, and we have so many great photos in our guestbook! Roxann even went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were able to take photos alone, even though they had already started packing up! Highly recommend Icon Photo Booths!

  It was a pleasure working with ICON! They were very friendly, responsive, and fun to work with. In the planning process, they allowed me to customize the design of the photo booth prints and were so easy to work with. All of our wedding guests raved about the photo booth! The attendant also made sure that my husband and I didn't forget to go through the booth on our own because he knew we'd want photos of ourselves.

  Everyone had a great time with the photobooth! The attendant, Monica, was very sweet and did a great job making suggesting poses for fun shots. Everyone loved the props and we got some of the best photos from the booth!

  The photobooth was an amazing addition to our party! Our guests had so much fun!! Our attendant, Jennifer, was so helpful, patient and kind to all of our guests! Awesome company to work with for special events!!!

  We could not have asked for a better photo booth to have at our wedding on 12-10-16. Our attendant Jakub was fantastic and everyone at the wedding kept raving about how funny he was and how overall he was one of the best they had seen. The pictures came out great and the photo book was hilarious to look at with the pictures. Thank you for making this part of our wedding so memorable!!!

  They were very knowledgeable about our venue and knew all the questions we needed to ask in terms of space for the photobooth table, insurance, timing, etc. They followed up with confirmations so I knew what to expect. The attendant showed up on time and was great with the wedding guests (helped prompt poses etc). I have no complaints and would recommend to anyone!

  Don't look elsewhere...use ICON. They were awesome. Our attendant (Jessica) was amazing and the props, set-up, photo printouts were great.

  Had a great experience with Icon. We used their services for our wedding and they were fantastic. They were very professional and responsive. Execution of the photobooth was great and all my guests had a great time. Would recommend using this company.

  I got lucky enough to score a Groupon for Icon Photobooth. I was a little nervous to get one of my vendors from Groupon, but Icon was AMAZING! Mike and his staff were so great to work with throughout the entire planning process. Mike helped whenever I had a question and on the day of our wedding, Shannon was professional, kind, and fun to be around. The open air photobooth was probably the biggest hit at the wedding!

  Icon Video Photobooth Booth were hired for my wedding on 11.26.16. They had a quick set up and the worker who came was amazing, her name was Jessica and she did a fantastic job. All my guest were happy and they were a great time in the booth. I highly recommend them!

  The customer service was horrible. They are extremely unprofessional. They do not schedule calls with you; just keep calling you at times you've previously said do not work. When you do talk to them on the phone or through email their answers are short, unhelpful and at times rude. Whenever I asked a question I felt as if I was inconveniencing them and the responses were condescending. The photo booth attendant at my event was great, very friendly and professional, but the overall experience with management was just not worth it.

  I am appalled at the service I received from this company. After 100 emails and revisions, somehow our name and date on the photo strip was still not correct. Next, I had guests inform our hotel that a homeless man was in the bathroom, but it was one of their employees. He was completely unkept and drunk. He was asking our bartenders for drinks. This is completely inappropriate, unprofessional and flat out unacceptable. It is an understatement to say that we are furious with the service we received, and the company was in complete denial. Spend an extra $100 and go to someone else.
