we love Jimmy!
We are so glad that we chose Jimmy to be both our DJ and our officiant at our wedding. From the first time we spoke to Jimmy, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. His communication leading up to the event was always amazing (even while he was on a cruise!). He was perfect as our officiant — the ceremony was just what we wanted. We didn’t provide a ton of guidance or make any special requests and Jimmy really knocked it out of the park; it felt like he knew us and kind of matched the ceremony to our personalities just from the few conversations we had with him prior to the wedding. Jimmy was also an excellent DJ! Our guest list was pretty small and he did an awesome job getting people on the dance floor and keeping the vibes up! He played all the songs we requested and he was super accommodating to special requests, like working with my best friend who played violin for the ceremony. Everything was seamless. Everybody loved him and spoke highly of him at the wedding — I heard he even had a little heart to heart with my dad. :’)
10/10 would recommend Jimmy! -

Our DJ was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Communication was always clear and prompt, and he made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. We especially appreciated his expertise in helping us adjust our reception timeline so everything flowed more naturally. He was kind, professional, and did a fantastic job on our wedding day. We highly recommend him! -

September Wedding
We hired jimmy for our wedding back in September and he was great to work with from the start. Communication from booking up until the wedding was timely, professional, and responsive. He was able to provide music for our ceremony and and 2 locations during the reception. We had a family member who had a medical emergency during cocktail hour which delayed our timeline and all our vendors were accommodating for the changes. During the dance floor, he was able to make some personalized announcements, and the music fit the vibe of our group perfectly. I would definitely recommend jimmy for your event! -

Jimmy was very communicative and helpful from day one. We gave him a general idea of the kind of music we wanted for our wedding and trusted him to come up with a playlist, and he did not disappoint! The dance floor was packed all night! HIGHLY recommend DJ Jimmy for any event, but especially weddings. He knows how to have a great time, and he perfectly captured our vision for our big day! Also, would highly recommend up lighting and the Photo Booth - we loved having all the photos sent to us, and the lighting really set the mood and got people dancing. -

Jimmy was the most incredible DJ for our special day at Loon Mountain Resort! He truly went above & beyond what I could have asked for. He ran the Tech for our Wedding Ceremony at the top of the mountain, played cocktail hour music, was the MC for Intros/Speeches, had incredible uplighting for dinner with a fun kind for dancing & then played all of our reception music in an order that kept people on the dance floor going all night (to the point where people booed when the lights came up to keep partying lol) Above all, he is a true professional, a joy to work with & answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend Jimmys Ice Entertainment enough! You will not regret it. 🤍🖤🙌🏻✨ -

My husband and I highly recommend using Ice Entertainment and Events for your DJ'ing needs. Jimmy was professional, responsive, and was flexible with our needs. We checked in a couple of times via email or on the phone leading up to the big day to make sure we had our ducks in a row. He did an awesome job executing our song list and our guests were on the dance floor all night long. From pre-ceremony to the final dance of the evening, Jimmy made our wedding something we will never forget. -

We hired Jimmy for our wedding in October 2023. He was so helpful throughout the entire process, from initially booking all the way through our wedding day! He answered all of our questions we had and even offered suggestions on certain entertainment aspects of the wedding day that we were unsure of. We gave him a lot of flexibility to play what he felt the crowd wanted rather than us dictate what we wanted to be played, and he did not disappoint! He played a wide variety of music that kept the party going and I can honestly say I've never danced so hard in my life. -

Jimmy is an amazing professional. Super flexible - he provided the PA, ran karaoke for us on request, and crushed it on the music all night. DJ Jimmy Ice was my number one non-negotiable for our wedding, because he's THAT good. Before we even had a venue or date set I was 1000% sure that Jimmy was a priority, because music makes or breaks a wedding!! Not only does Jimmy have the ability to read the room and truly entertain the audience in front of him, he also is genuinely the nicest and most caring person ever. He will take the time to listen to your needs and make sure you have every type of setup you could possibly need. Also his hosting skills are TOP NOTCH! He did an amazing job announcing our wedding party and also gave such a great pump up speech to the group right before we all walked out. We are beyond lucky that we got to have Jimmy DJ our wedding, and we're just so lucky to know him as person all around!! -

I would 100% recommend Ice Entertainment to anyone who is looking for a DJ for their big day. We worked with Jimmy and he was absolutely incredible, very professional and helped walk us through the dances and announcements of the day. He brought fun party lights and we had many compliments from our guests on the music choices he played. We all danced the night away and Ice entertainment was the BEST addition to our big day!

The two major things we wanted for our wedding were 1. for people to love the food and 2. For everyone to have fun and DJ Jimmy went above and beyond with the fun! He kept people on the dance floor (including our 86 year old aunt!) the entire night with a mixture of older songs and more recent ones. We loved that he didn’t mix songs into each other, but the transitions were still seamless. When we met with him before the wedding we sent him some specific Irish songs we wanted to play at the reception as well as songs we wanted to walk out to, cut the cake to, etc. and he integrated them perfectly into the night. He also did uplighting for us which was 100% necessary in our warehouse space and worked perfectly. We cannot recommend him enough. -

DJ Jimmy Ice was amazing at our wedding 9/25/21. We could not have been happier with the job he did! He was very thorough in the process before our wedding helping us navigate what info we should give him. He did a great job figuring out the "vibe" we were going for. He also had many wise tips from his years of experience like positioning our guests around the DJ booth during our first dance so our photographer could take beautiful pictures that didn't just feature him. Several of my guests came up to me at the end of the night to tell me how much they loved the music and that this was the best wedding they'd ever been to. Everyone danced the entire time!!
DJ Jimmy is professional, his services are reasonably priced, and he is overall just a fun person to be around who we were happy to have there as we celebrated our love. I will recommend him to friends for years to come. The music can truly make or break your event. We're so glad we chose DJ Jimmy Ice! -

Jimmy provided the music, upligting and photo booth for our wedding at Willowdale Estate on 1.25.20. Jimmy was an absolute joy to work with. He was so nice and patient with us. He answered all of our questions and made the process easy. I had ended up adding the Photo Booth toward the end and I am so happy we did. It is amazing. Jimmy was so professional and listened to all our concerns and wants. He played the music we wanted and our dance floor was packed all night!! I would recommend Jimmy 100%. I could have danced all night with the music he was playing. We had no worries!! -

Jimmy was very responsive & professional throughout the entire process for our wedding. He worked with us to create a playlist during the cocktail hour and reception that our guests absolutely enjoyed. We had slightly special requests and specific songs we wanted played, and Jimmy followed through on them all.
We got many compliments after on the music and, considering how important music was to the bride, we were incredibly happy with Jimmy's services. We highly recommend DJ Jimmy Ice for any event you may be considering him for. -

Dependable and Fun for a Great Value!
When you're looking for the very best DJ for your wedding, look no further than Jimmy and Ice Entertainment. My wife and I recently hired Jimmy to DJ our wedding on 8/17/19, and the entire process was smooth, professional and painless (not something that can be said about every wedding vendor). Those of you who are planning your special day should know that Jimmy took the time to meet with us months before the wedding to go over logistics, and then again several weeks (and days) before to ensure that everything was exactly as we wanted it. He was amenable to small last-minute changes and was full of great suggestions (hint: go with the uplighting!). Throughout the planning, he made it easy and it really helped during that last stressful week of planning to know that there was one less thing to worry about. As for the day itself, we really could not have asked for more. The sound quality and volume during the ceremony were spot on, and everything sounded great during the speeches, dancing and partying. The music selection during the reception was just what we wanted and he never let the party hit any kind of "lull" (although he was prepared to get people on their feet and dancing should the need arise). With thoughtful consideration of your big day, excellent sound quality, professionalism, and the ability to keep the party going, you really can't do better than Jimmy and Ice Entertainment. -

DJ Jimmy surpassed our expectations! Who knew that getting into our uber that night we would be finding the DJ for our wedding. We planned a very non-traditional ceremony and reception but Jimmy rolled with all of it, and even played music before he was officially booked. My feet were sore the next day from all of the dancing, because it didn't stop! Amazing party, would highly recommend for anyones wedding!!! -

Amazing dj
When planning James was always prompt with emails and responses, and met with us several times to go over all the details. At the wedding he catered to our specifications and read the room perfectly for music selections. He had the whole room on the dance floor several times through out the night and always kept the fun going! James was friendly and communicated with us every step of the way! If you are looking for a great DJ I definitely recommend James at Ice Entertainment! -

Jimmy is absolutely awesome. We planned our RI wedding from CA and Jimmy made it a breeze. He was very responsive to emails and questions and incredible flexible with our budget and time zone difference. When the day came came everything was perfect. The sound, the lighting, the hosting, the music selection... all just perfect! I was able to sit back and enjoy knowing Jimmy had things under control.
