Hiring Ibis Music Group for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour was the best decision from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!
For our wedding at Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyard, we worked with Patrick and booked the String Trio (two violins and a cello). Patrick is kind, professional, an excellent communicator, and his team of musicians are extremely talented!
I loved their song list which was filled with classics and modern hits recognized by all my wedding guests. Everyone was so impressed. It also meant so much to me that Ibis Music Group learned a song I had requested to walk down the aisle to. Everything sounded beautiful, and I would absolutely hire them again for all future events. They are fabulous in every way. -

Lovely ensemble for intimate wedding
We had a small wedding with 60 guests in the art gallery of a restored theatre. The musicians were in the back of the room, played prior to the ceremony, selections for the ceremony and during the reception. They were excellent. Patrick was so easy to work with and pointed out things we didn’t know. Guests are still talking about them! -

Patrick and his group were amazing! My dad found them on his search for a string quartet. Patrick was very responsive and patient as my family and I had many personal requests, custom arrangements, and other special things we wanted to incorporate on the day of. They sounded beautiful as they played for my ceremony and cocktail hour. Highly recommend! -

We booked the quartet from Ibis Music to play for our ceremony and cocktail hour and couldn't be more happy that we did! Patrick was very communicative and helpful through the whole process with selecting songs, planning the processional and recessional, and figuring out logistics of having live music at the wedding. They have a large variety of songs and types of music they can play. The music was beautiful and added such an extra something that guests are still commenting on to this day! I highly recommend booking Ibis Music group for your weddings or events! -

Absolutely beautiful music! We had envisioned a ceremony filled with songs we knew by heart and could remember forever, and Ibis Music Group delivered!! Ibis Music created a magical atmosphere for our May wedding in Virginia. They sounded amazing during the prelude, ceremony processional/recessional, and cocktail hour. Not only was the music wonderful and the perfect backdrop for the event, they were also wonderful to work with. Patrick was so kind and made wedding planning so easy. He was flexible, easy to reach, thoughtful, and an incredible musician. I couldn’t imagine our wedding day without them!! -

Patrick was amazing! his work ethic displayed from our first interaction. He responded to my inquiry within hours which was the quickest response I had gotten from any of the other vendors I reached out to. On my wedding day, our services were running late but Patrick and his team were understanding and flexible. They honestly made our small intimate event seem larger than life. Also, I had Patrick compose a special song for my wife. He blew our socks off with his musical talent. Every note played by the trio was beautifully done. He has a very diverse music catalog enough for everyone to enjoy a gem. He and his team were amazing! I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Patrick. -

Similarly, I'm writing this review ahead of my wedding date in September. Since first contacting Patrick about potentially playing at my wedding, he has been incredibly responsive, usually responding almost immediately or within a few hours. Additionally, he got creative in working with me to stay within a tight budget, while also trying to fulfill my vision for music for the evening. I'm planning my own wedding without a professional planner, and his communication has put me at ease the whole time. So very excited to have them play at our big day!Ibis Music Group's reply:

We'll be booking Patrick for our upcoming wedding on 10/10/21. I'm writing this review because I think he's been FANTASTIC to communicate with and has been incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. He had his group (in masks, no less!) record one of the songs on our requested set list so we could preview their sound. They were great! Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend him and really look forward to working with him at our upcoming wedding! (And will post another review after that as well.)
