Dave is Amazing!

I got married in 2019 on NYE in Cincinnati. Dave drove all the way to Cincinnati for the initial meet and the ceremony. He talked us through the process and I really appreciate that. He is very kindhearted. If you’re looking for someone who is positive and listens to what you want to do, go for Dave.

Very personal and unique experience

Dave was great! He spent almost 2 hours with us about 6 weeks before the wedding getting to know us and our story so he could craft a wonderful story to share with our guests. He did such a fantastic job that MULTIPLE guests thought we knew him prior to our wedding! He was knowledgable on the small details that go into a wedding ceremony and helped us feel at ease, prepared, and most importantly comfortable so we could just enjoy the time with each other. He was flexible on rehearsal space and timing and even helped us navigate the Kentucky marriage license laws. We have such wonderful memories of his words about us, and we are so glad we chose him to officiate our big day!

Wedding officiant was really personable

He did an awesome job meeting with us beforehand and getting to know us as a couple. He saw the relationship qualities that we had a put them in the ceremony. He was a really nice person, down to earth and happy to help us. I'm si happy that we chose him!

We are an older bride & groom/second wedding.
We wanted an officiant that would "get us".
Dave was very accommodating in meeting times and wedding time. We wanted an 11am wedding.

Dave made a great first impression on the web meeting and exceeded any expectations we had. His personalized vows for us were amazing and unique. Dave was amazing!

Dave drove down from Dayton multiple times to meet with us in Cincy face to face and really get to know us. He also really took the time to get to personalize our ceremony and to make our day perfect. You can tell he's passionate and loves doing this!

Christmas Wedding Officiant

Dave was absolutely wonderful! He had such a great personality from the get so hiring him was an easy decision for us. On our big day, we had a poorly-timed winter storm, but Dave came through. He was there despite the conditions to deliver a beautiful homily that captured us well. Our friends and family commented on how much they enjoyed Dave and I highly recommend him to anyone.

An absolutely wonderful experience!

Dave was amazing and helped make our wedding ceremony so wonderful! Perfect fit!

David was a perfect officiant for my husband and I. We didn't really know of anyone that we wanted to marry us, and when we had a consultation with him, we instantly connected! He is so personable and easy to talk to, even if you're a stranger. He walked us through the whole process, gave us example ceremony timelines, and suggested readings based on what we wanted to highlight about our relationship. As the wedding got closer, we met with David and he really got to know us so he could personalize the ceremony. It was really special getting to know him and having him officiate our wedding. Absolutely awesome service!

We were lucky to have Dave, a great marriage officiant who was flexible with any last-minute adjustments and has been very cooperative with us. The script was so perfect that we watched our wedding video in a loop to hear that again and again.

Amazing!!!!

We couldn't have asked for anyone better! Dave was amazing and wrote the most perfect homily for us. No one else could have nailed our life as well as he did. Not even our family. I honestly can't describe how it made me feel. Out of everything that happened that day when I heard what he wrote for us it melted my heart. When we had met, he was attentive and interested in us and listened intently to our story. He then took our story and put it in a way that was exciting to listen to and explained our love to the T. He put effort into his work, and it showed. He was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend using his services.

Couldn't be more pleased

Dave Evans listened to us and what we wanted for our wedding. He was able to deliver just that. He kept it lighthearted, like we asked. He made sure to include some humor, which we absolutely loved. We wanted to show to our families that this marriage is based upon joy, laughter, love, trust, and simply the coming together to celebrate the love of family. Could not be better than this

We met Dave in person in Panera Bread one week before the weeding so he could get to know us. He included our personal stories that we had shared with him in his words. All the guests in the ceremony enjoyed a lot while he was performing . My husband and I were so emotional at that time. He is so calm, relax, kind, friendly, and professional. Without exaggeration, if I want to say the best thing about our wedding, I would say his work was the best.
We were so lucky to have him. I will miss him : ).

Perfect in every way

Our officiant was so friendly and professional. I felt so comfortable with him marrying us. He got to know us and personalized our service, so that despite the fact that we didn't write our own vows, it was still so beautiful. Hes very responsive and I believe very affordable.

Dave Evans was such a wonderful officiant at our wedding! We really weren't sure what an officiant for a non religious/non traditional wedding would be like, but after chatting with Dave we knew he would be perfect and he did not disappoint! Overall, fantastic!

With Dave as our officiant everything went very smoothly. Dave arrived promptly, was very very courteous and gave us exactly what we needed!

He worked with us on everything, timing, a great speech and told our story very succinctly.

He was so professional and I wish we could get married again to just have him be our officiant again.

A Beautiful Ceremony!

We were thrilled to have Dave as the officiant of our wedding! He took the time to get to know us along with what we wanted and made sure our ceremony was personalized and something we would enjoy. Look no further for a personalized ceremony

We couldn't have found a better officiant for our wedding. We met with Dave twice in the year leading up to the big day and he clearly had a vested interest in our relationship and our wedding.

He had a solid understanding of what type of ceremony we wanted for our special day. We were able to customize the readings and the unity ceremony and he handled everything else. The end result was a ceremony that was unique to my wife and I. We couldn't have been happier with how things went.

A wonderful Officiant for a wonderful wedding

We met with Dave shortly after our engagement and sat down in a Panera to go over the services and options he offered. After our meeting we immediately knew Dave was the officiant for us. He offers premarital counseling which is something all couples should look into when engaged to look at what married life will be like. Dave has a positive attitude and works with couples on discovering the topics that arrive during married life.

We wanted to do a hand fasting ceremony during our wedding and Dave was able to preform the ceremony perfectly. Dave is a great public speaker and was able to highlight experiences with in the wedding ceremony and everyone enjoyed it!

Above and beyond officiant!

We can’t say enough about our experience with Dave. We were connected with him through our Pop-Up Wedding Venue and couldn’t have been more pleased. Dave was extremely flexible as we were coming in from out of state, he met with us the day before the wedding and went above and beyond helping us get our marriage certificate from the county. Dave took the time to hear our story and make our wedding unique and perfect for us. Absolutely recommend for any future brides and grooms!

The best officiant there ever was

David Evans is WONDERFUL. He met with us before our wedding day to get to know us as a couple so he could put on a ceremony that was personalized and special to us. He came to the rehearsal and taught us, the wedding party, and parents on what to do during the ceremony. On our wedding day, he held a very touching ceremony for us. He was always polite, kind, patient, and very well dressed. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and are so happy we booked him! He is great and you should book him too!
