Amazing! Best Experience!

Ella was super nice and professional! She listened to all the things I liked/ disliked and made recommendations and thank god she did because the last recommendation she made is the dress I went with and couldn’t be happier! Such a fun experience!!

Pleasant shopping experience!

When I visited the “I do” store about 5 months out from my wedding date, I knew I was going to run into issues with availability and turn around times. But I was blowen away with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and just plain kindness Dianellie Alexander displayed when I came in for my first trial in March of 2022. She stayed after closing taking more than the allotted 1 hr. time to help me find the dress I love. She has this special way of connecting with people and she understood what I was looking for even though I felt like I was not being reasonable with what can be done with the time I had before the wedding. Looking back, and with the number of stores I visited, Dianellie is by far the most knowledgeable, resourceful, fast, and genuinely kind person I worked with. Especially in today’s service industry where the quality of service in most places is dropping significantly due to short staffing and other reasons, experiencing Dianellie’s service made me feel like there are still people out there that care about others. Besides to helping find my dream dress, she found me the perfect veil to match. So grateful that I found her and can’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for a pleasant bridal gown shopping experience.

Perfect doesn’t even begin to describe this!

From walking into the store to getting the measurements done, everyone was so helpful. The dress came in and alterations were done. The dress was breathtaking. It was a show stopper

Phenomenal Experience!

I had the best experience with I Do salon! Dina was my consultant and was super kind, proactive, and honest. They provided free alterations and shipped the additional fabric from my dress to use for bouquets. Surprisingly affordable prices - 10/10!

Wonderful botique

I had a great experience at I Do Wedding Dresses! The atmosphere was very relaxing, I wasn’t rushed and my consultant was a pleasure to work with. Their dresses were just so beautiful and loved that every dress I tried on looked beautiful and didn’t discourage me. It was almost hard to choose from! I was able to add my little touches to the dress and they were so easy to work with, very happy to take my requests. very happy with everything!! Highly recommend!!

Even though I did not buy my dress from I Do Weddings, Dina was so incredibly fun to work with and helped me to discover what I liked and didn't like. They have a great selection of beautiful dresses and I would definitely recommend people come here. I Do Weddings made my first wedding dress shopping experience unforgettable!

Great bridal shop!

My family and I had a great time at I Do Bridal. When we first walked in, I thought this shop might be a bit out of my price range. However, Dina (who was wonderful) understood my budget and suggested dresses within it. We tried on about 10 dresses, and Dina was very supportive throughout the process. The shop has it's own dresses that they design, and, if you buy one of those dresses, all the alterations will be included in the price. After the visit, Dina emailed me pictures of my favorite dresses, so I could keep them in mind. I really appreciated the extra time she spent to reach out. I would definitely recommend this shop to others (and already have). :)

Boston brides, don’t miss this shop! I appreciated that it was conveniently located in downtown Boston without being on Newbury Street. I knew what style I was looking for, and Dina helped suggest great options that fit my budget. I actually found my dress here on my first shopping trip to any bridal boutique! Dina also helped me style the gown with accessories like a belt and a veil, which I didn’t think I wanted, but with her help I saw how they transformed the look! They were also very kind and accommodating with the group of ladies I brought with me (mom, mother of the groom, grandmother of the groom). When my dress was ready months after, I had a great experience trying it on, and I Do recommended an excellent alterations service.

Fabulous experience!

The setup of this salon was amazing. Personalized attention without anyone else in the shop. You get to see yourself and then be “revealed” as the curtain is pulled back. It made the experience dramatic and fun. Dina was wonderful and pushed me to try styles that were a little out of my initial comfort zone. Great experience!

So happy I went here!

I searched for a wedding dress for a few months and went to about 5 shops. "I Do" was the last shop I went to and I'm so happy I did! I went to the appointment with my maid of honor and a bridesmaid. Dina was my bridal consultant and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and had great insight into styles and colors. The wedding dress I chose was one my bridesmaid suggested I try on and I fell in love with it right away. I decided to purchase the dress about 2 days later and the ordering process was so easy. I went in for custom measurements (which I would highly recommend) and they gave me a discount as well for placing the order so quickly. It was great. Once the dress arrived, Dina called me and set up an appointment to try it on. They also suggested a tailor to bring my dress to for any additional adjustments. I am so happy I bought my dress at I Do. I would recommend them to anyone! The entire process was great.

My dress from I do Weddings was exactly what I was looking for! Being petite and wanting an a line dress I had the challenge of finding a dress that was what I was looking for that didn't look like it was wearing me and the ladies at I do weddings really took the time to help me pick out a dress that felt amazing to wear!

If you are like me, looking for your dream dress that has more of an Asian flair, this is the place! Each dress is designed by a Hong Kong designer and shipped from there! The boutique is cute and very welcoming. The owner, Ivy, is great and very sweet. She works hard to make sure you are happy with the final results of your dress (from picking out the dress to final fitting)! Not only do they offer dresses, but they also provide makeup and styling services as well. Ivy has multiple make up artists that you can choose from. If you are looking for the perfect dress, I highly recommend I Do Wedding!!

Dianellie is wonderful

Dianellie at I Do Wedding is AMAZING. She is so understanding and accommodating and kind and friendly. She handled my guests and parents facetiming in so well. She listened/understood and was conscious of all of my very specific dress requirements. We went to two other places and once I found a style I loved I actually came back to I Do Weddings so that I could work with Dianellie on choosing my final dress. She was so understanding of how important this decision is and never tried to upsell or convince me to go out of my budget. I loved working with her! I'm in the process of actually getting the dress now but I'm excited about how it will turn out! I really felt like Dianellie had my best interests in mind, which made me want to come back to I Do Weddings. I will definitely recommend her to other brides.

Cold and unprofessional consultant

I Do weddings was one of the 3 Bridal places I visited last weekend, but I wish the reviews reflected the service received here. I didn’t receive so much as a hello or welcome when I came in the shop. My appointment started about 10 minutes late as we waited for another entourage to wrap up (totally fine on my end), so my entourage and I looked around for dresses I might like to pull. There were two consultants working the shop but both of them were cold and lacked warmth for the brides in the shop. The experience was impersonal and truly just made me feel anxious the whole time, I wish I called it quits early. As soon as I chose 3 dresses to try on, I was rushed to the dressing room where there were two mirrors, but each time I tried on a dress I had no more than 10 seconds to look at myself win the mirror before being told to turn around so my entourage could see. I truly think my entourage saw the dresses more than I did, I especially didn’t have the opportunity to see the backs of any of them. I want to make it clear that I have no problem wearing masks during the appointment, but when my bridesmaids asked Dianellie (consultant) if I could take my mask off briefly so they could get the whole picture, she rudely said she wouldn’t get near me if I did. I clearly understand the importance of COVID safety, but there are a million more kinder ways to say that I could but she would need to step away while I did. Ironically, she wore her mask below her nose the entire time and the other consultant/bridal party in the room were unmasked. After the dresses I chose to try on were done, my bridesmaid asked the consultant if I could try on a dress I might like, but she said “No. she won’t like that. The arms are restrictive”, even though my party knew I was looking for an off the shoulder dress. Instead I tried on about 4 more dresses that the consultant picked that I hated (I was looking for an A-line but she had me try on a fitted two-in-one dress without even asking me). The whole time I felt apathetic and just felt like a puppet trying on dresses. She asked me what my budget was (2500), so I assumed everything I was trying on was in budget. At the end of the appointment, I tried on a dress that I felt good about, tried the veil on, and when my bridesmaid asked for a bouquet, Dianellie said “ok but we’re out of time” even though it wasn’t our fault we started 10 minutes late, and the bridal party that was supposed to be seen after us came in to cancel their appointment because she said “they can’t be in here” and needed to wait outside. So there was nobody waiting for us necessarily. As I was teary eyed with the last dress, my friend asked me how much it was and Dianellie said it was $2990- almost $500 above my budget WITHOUT telling me! We were rushed out of the appointment, but everything happens for a reason because there was no way I could support I Do Weddings’ business after that experience. Brides - heads up, I Do Weddings has terrible customer service if Dianellie is your consultant, and although I can’t speak on another consultant, I would stay away from here. I’m glad I had another bridal appointment left for the day and that this wasn’t my only one, because I left the place in tears and it would have ruined the wedding dress experience entirely. If your budget is above $2000, I wouldn’t spend the money on a gown at I Do- Flair on NewBury was able to help me find my dream dress for $2500 with AMAZING service. Best of luck!

I Do weddings was one of the 3 Bridal places I visited last weekend, but I wish the reviews reflected the service received here. I didn’t receive so much as a hello or welcome when I came in the shop. My appointment started about 10 minutes late as we waited for another entourage to wrap up (totally fine on my end), so my entourage and I looked around for dresses I might like to pull. There were two consultants working the shop but both of them were cold and lacked warmth for the brides in the shop. The experience was impersonal and truly just made me feel anxious the whole time, I wish I called it quits early. As soon as I chose 3 dresses to try on, I was rushed to the dressing room where there were two mirrors, but each time I tried on a dress I had no more than 10 seconds to look at myself win the mirror before being told to turn around so my entourage could see. I truly think my entourage saw the dresses more than I did, I especially didn’t have the opportunity to see the backs of any of them. I want to make it clear that I have no problem wearing masks during the appointment, but when my bridesmaids asked Dianellie (consultant) if I could take my mask off briefly so they could get the whole picture, she rudely said she wouldn’t get near me if I did. I clearly understand the importance of COVID safety, but there are a million more kinder ways to say that I could but she would need to step away while I did. Ironically, she wore her mask below her nose the entire time and the other consultant/bridal party in the room were unmasked. After the dresses I chose to try on were done, my bridesmaid asked the consultant if I could try on a dress I might like, but she said “No. she won’t like that. The arms are restrictive”, even though my party knew I was looking for an off the shoulder dress. Instead I tried on about 4 more dresses that the consultant picked that I hated (I was looking for an A-line but she had me try on a fitted two-in-one dress without even asking me). The whole time I felt apathetic and just felt like a puppet trying on dresses. She asked me what my budget was (2500), so I assumed everything I was trying on was in budget. At the end of the appointment, I tried on a dress that I felt good about, tried the veil on, and when my bridesmaid asked for a bouquet, Dianellie said “ok but we’re out of time” even though it wasn’t our fault we started 10 minutes late, and the bridal party that was supposed to be seen after us came in to cancel their appointment because she said “they can’t be in here” and needed to wait outside. So there was nobody waiting for us necessarily. As I was teary eyed with the last dress, my friend asked me how much it was and Dianellie said it was $2990- almost $500 above my budget WITHOUT telling me! We were rushed out of the appointment, but everything happens for a reason because there was no way I could support I Do Weddings’ business after that experience.
