Having Jeanne perform our wedding ceremony was a great decision. She knows how to convey two peoples’ love through written expression and scripture. Our ceremony went so smoothly without any hiccups. A lot of that is due to Jeanne. She was prepared, thoughtful, insightful, and went above and beyond to make the ceremony go as planned. She collaborated well with the DJ to ensure all music matched up with the pacing of the ceremony. We couldn’t have asked for a better ceremony. Thank you for your wonderful words and thought you put into our day.

Great Experience!

This company and Jeanne are very knowledgable and personable. Everything we asked for our wedding was done and our expectations were fulfilled and plus some! We were very pleased with all of the decorations and our wedding was absolutely beautiful. We could not say enough positive things about our experience. It was worth the money and everything we asked for was made no problem and decorated beautiful. If you want a reliable and beautiful wedding go with Jeanne!

Jeanne was amazing! We had an officiant change last minute and she truly saved the day. She was so amazing to work with, very professional, and really helped us navigate the ceremony process. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing an officiant for their wedding ceremony!

This wedding was planned last minute. Jeannie was great. She was very professional and friendly. She drove almost two hours to do a ceremony that was less than three minutes, and didn't mind doing it that way.

Jeanne was so amazing. She met and exceeded every expectation I had. She was a great guide through the whole wedding process and made sure that we were happy with everything. She was such a joy to work with. My husband and I are so thankful that we found her!

Jeanne did a wonderful job and was a joy to work with. We had a couple of technological snafus in communication, but ultimately everything was perfect. Multiple guests told us how beautiful the ceremony was. Thank you, Jeanne, for helping to make our special day amazing!

Our flowers were delivered the night prior, which I wouldn't do again. I'm not sure if lillies are delicate flowers, but they did not look healthy on our wedding day.

I hired Jeanne back in February 2018 for our September 2018 wedding. Initially,
she was very responsive and responded quickly. She emailed me last
week (one month before our wedding) stating she was having some
personal problems, but still "intended" to officiate our wedding. She
stated if we wanted to proceed with another officiant she understood
and to let her know what our wishes were. Since she was having some
personal issues and the wedding was approximately one month away, I
emailed her back and told her we would find another officiant. Saying
that she "intended" to officiate our wedding made us uncomfortable. I
didn't want to be stuck trying to find someone at the very last minute
so we decided to find someone else to officiate our wedding. I've
emailed her back (twice) and also called her to get our money back and
she initially did not respond to emails or calls for a couple of weeks. I am disappointed, to say
the least, in her (lack of) service. I understand people have personal
problems, but it's been over a week and I've not heard anything from
her. It only takes a few minutes to send an email or return a phone
call and I expect to get a refund since she is no longer officiating
our wedding."

Update: Once writing this review, Jeanne responded to my email and I did receive a refund.

I booked with this officiant months ago and gave my deposit. I had not heard from her and my wedding was 3 weeks away. I got an email from her and she stated that she had not been responsive due to some personal issues and that she would still do my wedding. I responded to the email with questions and confirming that she would officiate the wedding and it’s been over a week and no response. I’m being forced to go with another officiant and for fit my deposit I put down. Very disapppointed and this has cost me a lot of stress 2 weeks away from my wedding and has blown my budget.

We hired Jeanne to do my daughter's wedding on 5/27/18. When I first found her through wedding wire and contacted her she responded immediately and seemed very easy to work with. My daughter put down a $30 deposit to hold her date through pay pal and was instructed to go on Jeanne's website to schedule a consultation. On the day of the first phone consultation my daughter called at her scheduled time and Jeanne did not answer. Thinking it was an honest mix up , she scheduled a second consultation and again Jeanne did not answer. We then tried contacting her for two weeks straight. We called and left voice messages, we sent emails, we also sent facebook messages. All of which went completely ignored. At this point we decided that we could not count on her and we found someone else. My daughter emailed her yesterday to let her know of our decision and that is the only message that actually got a response.
