The Gold Standard for Custom Printing and Design Support

Hyegraph truly saved the day for our wedding. After a disastrous, stressful experience trying to print through Minted and Truly Engaged, Jacques and Munnie stepped in and completely turned things around. Working with them was a powerful reminder of the massive difference between a faceless online website and a local physical store. The quality was far superior, the turnaround was just as fast, and the personal support was incomparable.

Munnie, in particular, is an absolute gem. She took our custom design and used her incredible knowledge of color science and printing to actually improve it, ensuring the final product was vibrant and professional. She even went above and beyond to design custom envelope liners that perfectly matched our aesthetic. I am blown away by how fast, competent, and high-quality this team is. I’ve learned my lesson: I will always go local for my printing needs from now on. I can’t recommend them enough—truly a 5-star experience!

Best invitations! Best place!

Working with Jacques has been the highlight of our event planning process! He was very hands on and attentive throughout the entire process from design to final product. He and his assistant, Munnie were always available to answer my many questions and were extremely patient with me as I made multiple changes to every aspect of the invitation and could not make up my mind. The entire time they NEVER became frustrated with me. This company is the exact kind of business that we should all support. Our invitations came out absolutely perfect and so elegant and formal. They used thick cardstock and raised print which made for a very fancy invitation that surpassed all my expectations. I will for sure use Hyegraph Invitations and Caligraphy again! Breathtaking Wedding Invitations!!

Right after we chose our wedding venue, the only people I wanted to make our wedding invitations was Hyegraph. Living in SF for many years, I've admired their beautiful work from afar. From our very first meeting, Munnie was patient and provided excellent suggestions to help us fine-tune exactly what we were looking for as we looked through and discussed almost every possible option. We chose gorgeous custom letterpress invitations and thank you cards and custom envelopes from Smitten on Paper. We are overjoyed with how stunning the final invitations looked. They really are works of art!

Additionally, Munnie and Jacques are both passionate about what they do and provided terrific advice and suggestions for minor tweaks and edits. They were also always available for us and very responsive and helpful over email. It made working with them such a pleasant experience.

Thank you a million times over for creating the most beautiful invitations for our wedding. They are more beautiful than we could've ever imagined. 💕

Beautiful Stationery, Easy to Work With

We ordered our save-the-dates, invitation suites, and thank-you notes from Hyegraph and were so pleased with how they came out! Munnie, our design consultant, was so knowledgeable in walking us through all the designs during our first meeting and also helping us narrow down options based on our feedback. She was prompt in answering our questions and sending over our proofs and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Hyegraph for your stationery needs!

Gorgeous wedding printed materials

We did all of our wedding printed materials with Hyegraph. Munnie helped bring our vision to life with Stephanie Fishwick invitations that we had picked out. She did an amazing job, and everything turned out perfect! We received so many compliments and we now have them framed at our home. Munnie was creative and so incredibly responsive. It was a pleasure working with her and Hyegraph.

Excellent Service, Wonderful Team, Beautiful Creations

I am so fortunate that I had a bad experience with Paper Source and couldn't use 200 invitations I had printed. I came to Hyegraph based on Tosca Clark's recommendation, and the new invitations they created were more gorgeous than I could have imagined! Munnie and Jacques were so wonderful to work with. The calligraphy on the envelopes was so pretty people kept telling me they didn't believe it was done on a machine! Jacques was super accommodating with my many emails of revised addresses. He kept extra envelopes for reprinting, which was so smart! The invitation paper was super thick and luxurious at a cost that didn't break the bank. With the coronavirus pandemic postponing my June 2020 wedding, Jacques was one of the first vendors to reach out to me offering full reprinting of everything at a reduced cost. Standup guy and a wonderful business! Highly recommended!

Beautiful Invitations and Quality Service!

When deciding on our wedding invitations, we knew we wanted to include both English and Armenian language invitations. We came across a few options, but Hyegraph seemed to have the best reviews, and rightfully so! We were initially hesitant, as we live in Los Angeles and their business is based out of San Francisco. However, after speaking with Jacques, it was clear he would patiently work with us via email and phone calls until we could find the perfect invitation that we envisioned within our budget. He gave us a list of options with notes regarding pricing, materials, and how each option reflected our ideas. He was knowledgeable, professional, always prompt in his responses, and flexible with our requests. The final product of our invitations and RSVP cards turned out beautifully - they were elegant, high quality, and just as we expected. Working with Jacques and Munnie was a breeze, and we will surely consider them again for any future invitation needs!

Great experience working with Hyegraph!

We worked with Hyegraph for our wedding invitations and wedding table place cards. We really enjoyed working with Munnie - she helped us to understand all of the different options we had for invitations and where we could make customizations to optimize cost. The fact that we could chat in person with their team in SF while also getting a reasonable price for our invitations was amazing. Munnie and Jacques were very responsive, helpful and flexible - we gave them multiple lists and had to make last minute changes and this never caused an issue. We were very happy with the finished product for both the invitations and place cards. We also got numerous compliments from our guests on the invitations!

Beautiful Product & Exceptional Service

I can't recommend Hyegraph enough for wedding invitations and day-of printed materials. I had the pleasure of working with Munnie, who is a true gem. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from start to end and was very prompt in answering any questions and her overall communication was exceptional.

After a couple of visits of searching through all the options (there were several binders!) I finally figured out what I wanted. I wanted something custom with a certain design that was going to brand my wedding. Munnie made it happen! I have to admit that after my first visit with Hyegraph I went to another stationary shop in the city to see more options. I ended up going back to Hyegraph because they were able to give me what I wanted for much cheaper without sacrificing quality. In addition to invitations, I also had menus, place cards, table numbers, escort card belly bands, and thank you cards made. Everything was beautiful.

There are so many options out there for wedding invitations with many of them being online, but it's much easier and you have a better peace of mind being able to work directly with someone to get exactly what you want. Hyegraph delivers fantastic product and customer service.

My experience truly was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I worked with Jacques on my wedding invitations and he made the experience so easy and effortless. Most importantly, the invitations turned out gorgeous!!! I am a busy physician who had 4 months to plan my wedding on top of moving to a new state at the same time, getting a new job, new license etc... needless to say things were hectic.
Jacques did all the work for me. He was professional, fast, and so fun to work with. He made choosing the invitations so simple and quick and with his expertise helped guide me in the direction of the most STUNNING invitations!!!
The wording of the invitations became a project I never knew existed. With Jacques' knowledge of how to do this, a daunting task was made into a breeze.
I couldn't be more pleased with this extraordinary company and especially how gorgeous the invitations turned out. Thank you so much for everything. SO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Jacques and Munnie were so great to work with! They were both very responsive and attentive. Munnie is AMAZING. She was such a joy to work with. She went above and beyond to help my wife and I design and execute our invitations. We had custom invitation designs that we came in with and she was really patient and pleasant as she helped us get them fix a ton of formatting issues and improve the design. She then helped us put together our menus, programs, and table cards and turned them around fast.

Munnie is super friendly, helpful, responsive, and patient. Really could not have been happier with our experience.

We used Hyegraph for our save the dates. They were beautiful. Munnie spent considerable time helping us find what was right for us. She was great helping us organize our guest list. We ended up going with another company for the invitations, but we had Hyegraph address the envelopes. They did an amazing job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this small business for your invitation needs. Munnie and her staff are easy to work with and very knowledgeable!

This is specific to the addressing/calligraphy service and I am so happy I decided to use Hyegraph for this! Jacques is definitely one of the nicest people I have ever met. Within minutes of me reaching out or sending files, he would respond. They stored the extra envelopes for me for additional printing and it didn't matter if it was 100 or 1 the team was always professional and pleasant to work with. Stumbled onto Jacques and Hyegraph via Yelp and couldn't be more pleased. He helped us for our wedding with envelope addressing, escort card design and printing, and program design and printing. He went the extra mile with some asks, and is a crystal clear communicator via email--a huge plus with anything related to event planning. Jacques did an AMAZING JOB on the calligraphy for my daughter's wedding. The envelopes and inside envelopes looked beautiful!
The prices were the most reasonable of anyone I found but the work was A plus! I sent my invites via mail and received them back in less than a week. Highly reccommend.

Jacques at Hyegraph really helped me in a cinch when I needed escort cards 3 days before the wedding. I did not have the time or the bandwidth to go over the details, so I just told Jacques if he could take care of it. And he did. He explained to me how escort cards and meal designations worked, and all I needed to give him was the spreadsheet of my guest list. I spent a total of maybe 15 minutes. And 2 days later, I received the cards in the mail. Really great customer service!

Hyegraph was one of the best wedding vendors we worked with! Munnie is awesome! She was very patient and thorough explaining all of the costs. She helped us quickly narrow down the invitation style (I still don't know how she knew exactly which of the huge invitation books to pull out for us!!) and was kind enough to price out multiple options that worked with our budget.

When it came down to the right wording for the invitations, Munnie had several options and provided recommendations based on the style we were looking for. We received emails as soon as the proofs came in and Munnie replied quickly to all of our emails.

Hyegraph (Jacques and Munnie) gave us an amazing experience for our wedding invitations, menus, place cards, and seating chart. On top of being extremely friendly, their goal to make it perfect for us was apparent from the beginning. They guided us through the many samples they had to find one that matched our taste, and were able to turn proofs around incredibly fast to make sure we hit our deadlines. The quality was absolutely top notch, and surprisingly, my husband said he never thought he'd care so much about stationary, until he saw how stunning Hyegraph could make invitations.

Amazing! Jacques and Munnie were wonderful. They made the entire process so easy. I told them what I was envisioning and they led directly to the perfect invitation for my wedding. They were very patient with me too. I made a few mistakes in my first, second, and third drafts....but they remained patient and helped me through the entire process. The prices were great and they even checked in with me a few times to make sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this vendor to all brides.

It was a real pleasure working with Hyegraph on our wedding invitations and reception placecards! We were very, very satisfied on how everything came out and many of our guests told us that our invitation looked very elegant!

We worked with both Munnie and Jacques and both of them were very helpful since the very beginning when we were still deciding on what design to choose. They gave us a a lot of great suggestions and were very responsive on emails. It also did not hurt the my office is right across the street from the shop which made it real easy to drop by when needed :)

I had the great pleasure of having our envelopes printed by Hyegraph. I must say that working with Jacques was quite easy and he was very helpful and responsive to my emails. The turn-around time was also quite remarkable, I dropped off our envelopes and emailed the list on a Thursday and had them back and ready to go Saturday. I would most definitely recommend Hyegraph for your calligraphy needs. And if their other services hold the same quality then I wish we had known about them before we had already done our invitations!! What can't I say to rave about Hyegraph Invitations and Calligraphy along with their extremely helpful team Jacques Oskanian and Munnie Tran?! I recently got married on October 5th and everything paper related Jacques and Munnie were constantly there for me via email, phone, or in person. After searching online websites and other stationery stores, for invitations, I was dismayed at the lack of quality or originality. Hyegraph was recommended to my by my wedding reception venue, Marine's Memorial Club and Hotel, and I couldn't be happier for the tip! After meeting with them, they introduced me to a beautiful, elegant, and festive wedding invitations by the designer Monique Lhullier herself! (Not to mention that the price was extremely reasonable!) I fell in love with them and purchased them. Not being a DIY, Pinterest kind of Bride, I was fearful about all the additional odds and ends any wedding reception entails (place cards, table cards, donation card etc) not to mention programs for my church ceremony. Jacques made me feel at ease and comfortable suggesting beautiful options he could make for me for a small price. I utilized them for my invitations, table card names, in memory announcement for our donation, church programs, and him and Munnie even suggested an elegant scroll to announce everyone's names and table numbers and lent me the golden holder for my big day. (Way better alternative than escort cards if you ask me). He also uses digital calligraphy so I had him address all components of my wedding invitation for I think it was a $1.50 apiece or some small price - VERY WORTH IT! This is not one of those operations where the owner has the only idea of what is going on. Munnie was a tremendous help with my scroll and programs and always filled in whenever needed even helping to ensure my UPS shipment arrived on time without an additional expedited fee! Hyegraph did an amazing job with my wedding invitations! I wanted to have my invitations in Armenian and English and Jacques did such a great job creating it! I live in New Jersey, so we did everything via email/phone and it came out perfectly. The digital calligraphy was also very pretty and he matched the font with the invitations. I couldn't be happier with the invitations and I highly recommend Hyegraph and Jacques!

The service was excellent. They printed the envelopes for my wedding invitations and the stickers to close the envelopes. They were able to match the ink color of the invitations. The product was ready in 2 days (faster than I was expecting!). The vendor was flexible in schedule to open the store when I needed (on a Saturday morning). Everything was great quality and I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Hyegraph does an amazing job! Jacques and Selina did the calligraphy for my invitation addresses and they did my escort cards. The quality was superb and both are a delight to work with. I gave them very little notice and they completed the work impeccably with a very short turn-around time. They created custom escort cards to match my color scheme and they were just perfect! Jacques, along with his staff at Hyegraph, consistently provided excellent service and unmatched expertise. Jacques is such a knowledgeable person and a pleasure to work with, he will tell you exactly what you need. He lets you know what is unneccesary depending on your needs, which is really appreciated when weddings and vendors seem to be constantly over the top. Hyegraph has an excellent selection of invitations, in all price ranges. Coming from a retail background, I really appreciate how Jacques shows you the top of the line, best quality products to start and lets you work your way down to a level you are comfortable with that fits your needs and budget. He really takes the time to educate you on what you're buying and where your money is going.

Overall, Hyegraph was super responsive, the invitations came much faster than quoted and they even held them until we were solid with our guest list and ready to print addresses/names! Such a pleasure, we are ordering our thank yous, programs and name cards from them as well. I am already planning on using them for all of my other stationary needs.

Jacques gave us personal attention and care throughout the process of selecting our invitations and having them addressed. Jacques gave great suggestions in order for us to select simple, yet elegant, invitations that were unique to our personalities. We received wonderful compliments from our guests once they received their invite and the digitally addressed envelopes were a nice feature that saves the couple a lot of time - well worth it!

We have nothing but positive comments on our experience at Hyegraph in San Francisco. We were getting married in Chicago, and they were one of our first vendors during the planning process.

Munnie (our rep) was absurdly responsive at all times (weekend and weekday, noon and night), and over a period of a month helped us come to the best invitation set, quantity, and options. This is not a cheap place, but neither is it absurd, and the value is evident - no sooner had we sent the invitations than the complements started to come in with the RSVPs. A+

I got my invitations from MyGatsby with pre-printed return addresses. I had Hyegraph print the mailing addresses of my guests on the red invitation envelopes. It was a little nervewracking dropping off all of the envelopes to be run through a printer, but they turned out great! At ~$1 per envelope it was so much more budget friendly than hiring a calligraphist to address them by hand. We were very pleased with the final product.

Great to work with and helpful

I loved working with the Hyegraph team. I had a unique scenario in that I was getting married on the east coast, but planning from the west. Munnie and her team made it very easy for me to get my invitations on the west coast and mail them from here, so I didn't have to deal with shipping to the east coast and cutting the timing too close. Also, I went into the shop with a full design, as opposed to creating one there, yet Munnie helped me to make sure everything would look perfectly and just how I had wanted our invitation suite to turn out. Hyegraph was the third printer we consulted for our wedding needs -- and we looked no further. The first two, very well-known bay area companies, were uninspiring and too costly. Hyegraph not only had a much better selection, their prices were lower and their service was exceptional. Munnie Tran helped us every step of the way, and was exceedingly understanding, patient, thoughtful, imaginative and gracious. Selection and printing moved smoothly and quickly without a glitch. Our invites and envelopes were unique and beautiful, and the rsvp's were elegant and witty. We also ordered cocktail napkins for the night-before BBQ and they were a big hit ("Eat, Drink and Be Married!"). We recommend Hyegraph unequivocally.

Even though we did not purchase our invitations from Hyegraph, they were willing and able to print our pictorial map to the venue on the reverse side of our already printed information cards. We dropped off our info cards along with a flash drive containing our digital file, and they printed them flawlessly on the reverse side. The printing was exactly to our specifications and everything came back to us "clean" and neat. I don't even think they damaged or lost one card. The turn around time was really fast as well.

I got some beautiful invitations from Umi through Jacques. We did a custom color and it turned out beautifully. Jacques also does printed calligraphy for envelops which is a great way to go if you don't want to take on the expense and time of hand calligraphy. I would definitely recommend Jacques and Hyegraph!

We used Hyegraph for our Save the Dates, wedding invitations and thank you notes and all products were beautifully done. They have a ton of options to choose from and Jacques was a pleasure to work with. They sat with us for over an hour to help us pick out our ideal wedding invitation and they came out perfect! I highly recommend Hyegraph for any of your invitation or stationary needs!

Great customer service. Was exceptionally quick on responding to emails which made it very easy to communicate and really made us feel like a priority. The only aspect that I am not 100% satisfied with was the cost of the invites and our programs. We did have to ship everything expedited, however the final total came out to a bit more than the original estimate. Overall great experience. The invites were beautiful, elegant and classy.

I had my invitations done here for my vow renewal/wedding celebration. The turn-around time was good. I Jacques is very professional and easy to work with.

After my first visit, I decided to change my RSVP date. I confirmed via email and in person that they had the new date and was told they did. When the invitations were printed, the response cards ended up having the wrong date anyway. This was my only gripe with them.

I would definitely work with them again. The selection is a bit on the pricey side but they do have more economical options as well.

We were really pleased with how our invitation suite turned out. The folks at Hyegraph (Jaques and Selina) are really great and easy to work with. They can do a lot of stuff over email which is nice so you don't have to go down to their shop all of the time. I love how they can print the addresses on your invitiaton envelopes ($1 charge per envelope) to match the text/font on your invitation.
The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the price. They sell everything for wholesale prices and when we first went in for a quote we thought it was really reasonable but by the time we got everything and had to pay we felt like we ended up spending way more than we thought. We actually went to Hyegraph hoping to save money. We had gotten quotes from Paper Source and Papyrus and the quote from Hyegraph was cheaper so we went with them. I think had we gone to Paper Source or Papyrus instead, it would have ended up about the same price. With that being said though, I still think we would have used Hyegraph. We loved the invitation suite we choose and Paper Source and Papyrus did not carry it and we loved the personal attention we got from Jacques and Selina. They were really great and very patient with our request for changes, etc.
Also, when I went to pick up the invitation order, Jacques gave us a few little treats on the house which was really sweet and thoughtful.

I was not terribly impressed with Hyegraph. When we went in to look at invitations, we got no service whatsoever. They also overcharged us and we had to argue about it afterwards. The invitations ended up being lovely but for the price, I would expect MUCH better service. I wouldn't recommend this place as you can get the same invitations elsewhere.
