    The employees have always greeted us kindly, offered us a cold water and been patient while we were there. Their quality and service is outstanding.

    My gorgeous ring is a custom Kerry creation. It's absolutely perfect and unique. I worked Matthew who was very responsive and patient in helping me design my band. The whole team at HydePark go above and beyond to make your experience a great one.

    I love when I can walk into a place and been known by my first name. The whole staff at Hyde Park (Cherry Creek) has been wonderful. My husbands wedding band was not the one we ordered but they were able to send it back and without any questions asked took care of it no problem.

    Overall experience was awesome!!! Ask for Stephanie, she's the best! High quality jewelry with lots of sparkle. I've purchased several watches from them over the years. My fiance went in and picked out a ring for me at Hyde Park and they were a huge part of the process. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

    So happy that we chose to get our rings from Hyde Park Jewelers. The sales lady was so helpful and we got the perfect rings. We got my husband's ring on the spot and my ring came within 3 weeks. Once I got the rings I wanted to have them engraved to surprise my husband. It took less than a week and the rings were ready. Great staff, they even polished an old broach that I was borrowing from my grandmother for the wedding. I would recommend them to anyone, in particular couples looking for wedding rings.

    Hyde Park is another exceptional jeweler. The service, the professionalism, the quality is outstanding. From the moment I entered their store to buy my husband's wedding band to the moment I left I was taken care of. The staff was very helpful, answered all my questions, and made it easy to select and buy what I needed to. I look forward to shopping here again.

    INCREDIBLE COLLECTION!! We were exhausted looking at all the options. Got a beautiful pearl-and-diamond nekcklace and earring set for myself and pretty dainty little brooches for mom and mom-in-law. Nice.

    Hyde Park was the store we found my husbands ring. They had an excellent section, and were very helpful in helping us meet our budget. They followed up promptly and every time even clean/polish my ring (not from Hyde Park) each time we went in. I'd recommend Hyde Park to anyone for wedding jewelry, or otherwise.

    They are a great and are able to design anything to meet your setting. They were really great to work with and were able to accomidate my tiny ring size of a 4. They were reasonable as well compared to other store prices including larger stores like Bailey, Shane Company.

    I had designed my own wedding/engagement ring and had a different jeweler in Denver create it for me and was very upset at the result. I took it and my design ideas to various jewelers to see if anyone could recreate it for me and they were all hesitant to remove the stones from their current setting in case they cracked. Hyde Park was the only one willing to do this and they did an excellent job. They worked with the design that I originally wanted and the outcome is gorgeous! Gorgeous! I love it. Whenever I'm in their store, they clean my ring for me, for free, as well.

    I bought my husband's wedding gift - a Breitling watch - from them and they were most accommodating, arranging for engraving and wrapping the gift. They were so good, that I came back for his 40th birthday, 7 years later, to buy another Breitling! Really great prices for a retail store.

    Hyde park is big but that doesn't mean they are impersonal. I have been going there for years for jewelry, jewelry repair and just plain browsing and I am always treated like a queen. I would highly recommend this first class jeweler for any occasion.

    We worked with Stephanie at Hyde Park and she was fantastic. She helped us pick out my wedding band and she helped me get a gift for my husband. She was very easy to work with and sent us all the appropriate paper work, appraisals and everything in a very timely fashion.

    Shopped at several different jewelers all over the city one day and had some interesting experiences elsewhere, but felt completely comfortable and welcome at Hyde Park. Staff was professional and friendly, and their selection is awesome! Will be back for our wedding rings!

    We went to pick out a wedding band for my fiance. Price was not an issue. All we cared about was what looked and felt nice on his finger. We were immediately ushered towards the platinum and white gold bands. No problem. I suggested to the salesperson that my fiance just pick and choose what stood out to him. After trying on 10 rings of varying prices, he fell in love with a band not knowing the price. It was tungsten and $300. The salesperson was obviously unhappy that he skipped over the $2000 ring and chose the cheaper one. She continued to push the platinum, which i felt was rude. She wouldn't measure his finger bc it fit "just fine." I even had to request she clean it AFTER she bounced the ring off the floor. She seemed annoyed that we were obviously not going to be her big ticket item that day. Normally i would have walked out, but he truly loved the ring. I almost hate to go back to have it engraved. Piece of advice... I don't care if we bought a hunk of tinfoil, be appreciative that people are buying anything from you.

    Hyde park was recommended to me, I will not be returning. The service was fie but the follow through was horrible. My fiancee bought my wedding ring at a different jewelers before we moved to Scottsdale, so we just ordered our band through Hyde Park. When we ordered we were told we could pick our rings up the week before we left for our wedding. The day before we went to pick them up we were told that my husbands ring was not going to be in by the time we had to leave. We ended up having to go to several jewelers in the valley before we found someone that had the same style that we had ordered from him, thank goodness mine came in right?!? Yeah, when we went to pick up mine, already freaked about having to get his, it was wrong! The ring that the got in was different than what i ordered. I ended up keeping the ring and they are fixing it now but it was far from the experience i would recommend. In their defense the customer service rep Annie was very nice and had a perfect response to the catastrophe, the right amount of apology with professionalism. Thank You Annie!

    Bought a $5900 watch for my husband. Hyde Park didn't have the preferred style in stock, so they had it shipped directly from Breitling and required that I pre-pay. The digital portion of the watch was dim (hard to read), and the face was smallish on his wrist. I tried to return it the very next day and they refused!

    After multiple phone calls, visits in person, and speaking directly to the owner (Charene) they still refused to return the watch, stating it was a 'special order'. It wasn't a custom watch, not engraved, not unique at all. Charene said 'in these tough times we can't afford to take back an item we might have to sit on for a year before it sells'... but we are supposed to keep a $5900 watch we don't like?

    They are an authorized Breitling dealer with 3 locations, and carry high-end merchandise. I am appalled that they would treat customers this way!

    Buyers beware... !!!

    "Attention to ALL potential buyers: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They DO NOT HONOR THE PRODUCTS that they supply in their store and charge you for maintenance and repairs at a ridiculous price! My husband bought me a gorgeous ring valued at $1000. Over the first year I had it repaired twice for the POOR quality of the ring as I kept losing diamonds. The people at HP feel like they are doing me a "favor" by replacing the diamond and doing the repair for free ONCE WHILE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. A year later I had to have it repaired YET AGAIN now bringing my total chargers of repairs to over $100. Now, five years later from when I first put this ring on they want to charge me ANOTHER $300, a 1/3 of the value of the ring because the metal has worn down on the prongs. All they can repeat to me is that metal wears down TREATING ME LIKE AN IDIOT. I get metal wears down but now I am paying almost half of what the ring is valued out. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A COMPANY THAT HONORS THE PRODUCTS THEY BUY AND STANDS BY THEM? NO!!!!!!!!! HYDE PARK NEEDS TO REVAULATE THIER WARRANTY AND HOW THEY HONOR THIER CUSOMERS! I am so glad I did not spend the $7000 I did at Shane Co. for mine and my husbands wedding bands, who knows how much I would of had to pay in repairs and maintenance over that lifetime." Your associates are very unconcerned with what happens to their product and the quality of it once it leaves their store. You do not offer a warranty program which causes customers like me to pay money they shouldn't have to maintain their precious jewelry otherwise diamonds and such are lost causing more money to be repaired. They say diamonds are forever.. well it seems like in Hyde Park diamonds are only good for the first year
