    Outstanding

    I cannot say enough good things about Hyatt Ziva and their wedding planning process. Our coordinator, Erik was exceptional!! I had no worries regarding our day because I knew he had it under control. So simple, easy and stress free! The resort is beautiful, the food amazing and the staff truly exceptional. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding or vacation. We went twice and will probably return again. So many great memories and our guests truly enjoyed their stay. Many are making plans to return with their children. Great place!!

    The best experience!

    My wedding was just perfect!!! Once I got there and realized that the coordinator had noted and control of all my requests I was able to relax and enjoy my friends and family. Even though I went through 5 or 6 wedding coordinators ( which was stressful just to realize that that is so normal for destination wedding …, they take very good notes so everyone is on the same page)

    I want to do it all over again!! And would not change a thing! It was such a great venue.

    Exceptional service. Wedding was a dream. Staff was very attentive. Going back next year !

    Ruined my daughters wedding. She was in tears before her wedding

    She had arranged the salon to get ready with her bridesmaids. They crammed us into a small room then kicked us out afterwards. She had no place to get ready with her bridesmaids. The photographer did not take any getting ready photos.
    We had 70 people at the wedding. Half the guests ordered steak which was in edible. When I complained they said they were not responsible.
    This venue is very expensive and they do not care.
