Villa Christina at Hyatt

Villa Christina was the perfect venue for our daughters wedding. The combination of lodging and the wedding venue was an excellent choice.

The staff at the Villa Christina were professional and attentive throughout our stay. It was our pleasure to work with Doug Blue, as he helped us to planned the details of the wedding. Doug was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the services available he was able to give varied suggestions to assist to capture the essence of our ideas thus making our wedding planning seamless.

Also the catering for the wedding was handled by the chefs at Villa Christina. The hors d’oeuvres and reception dinner was superb and the service spot on!

Thank you again Villa Christina for providing spectacular day for my daughter, family and guest!

It was Amazing- Ljerka helped to make my dreams come true

Everything was so beautiful. We had a garden wedding and the weather was so nice. The service was impeccable along with the delicious brunch food items. I can’t stop saying enough about our experience. Would highly recommend Villa Christina 😍

Villa Christina and Hyatt Soared Above Our Highest Expectations!!!!

Throughout our 6 months of planning, the incredible Ljerka Bilbija, Social Catering Mgr, made us feel like we were the only wedding in all of Atlanta! She helped us at every step, provided outstanding resources, managed each detail and even jumped in the Sunday of the wedding as interim sound controller during the ceremony. Unreal!. The venue was gorgeous, the service great and the food was outstanding...equivalent to any fine dining restaurant around. We can't say enough positive words about the entire experience and HIGHLY recommend the Hyatt Regency at Perimeter Villa Christina for your wedding or any other personal or business event.

An experience to remember!

Our wedding was everything we hoped for! Doug was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was kind, responsive, knowledgeable about Covid protocols, and kept us informed every step of the way. Communicating with him was very easy. All of the hotel staff was wonderful to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to hold another event with him!

This was a dream location. It was a pleasure working with the entire team. Even through the pandemic, they kept us up to date on when they would be available.We look forward to using them once the pandemic is over.

Awesome time here

We had a blast with villa Christina! We had the rehearsal dinner at the Hyatt and the reception in the Magnolia Ballroom. Doug, our coordinator was so flexible and responsive. We hadTHE BEST TIME EVER! We were able to have the kids use the room across the ballroom and we had full access to the gardens.

Amazing Experience...Again and Again!

Well, I'm a little delayed with my review here, but my husband and I got married at Villa Christina back in February 2018 and I can't express enough how amazing our experience there was. From the our very first visit with Julie, our planning meetings, our rehearsal dinner, to the day of our wedding, we were treated like royalty. Everyone was SO friendly and accommodating. The venue itself is beautiful. We got married in the larger garden and it was the perfect day. I could go on and on about our wonderful experience at Villa Christina and the Hyatt and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. Also, this past February (Feb 2019), we went back to Villa Christina and the Hyatt for our 1 year anniversary. Julie made sure that our stay was unforgettable! We had such a lovely weekend, including dinner at Villa Christina (the staff there is awesome!), champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room...every little detail was thought of. We plan to go back every year to celebrate our anniversary there. It truly is an unforgettable experience.

A very happy Bridw

This venue is truly all any one could imagine. We had our wedding there on April 20,2019, the staff was very accommodating to our guests, and to us. The venue is gorgeous, we were intially schedules to "Wed" in the Villa gardens, but due to rain we had to move inside. The transition was seemless and very efficient. Our guests are still raving about our wedding and the Hyatt. Julie, Sara and Janelle, we sincerely Thank you for walking us through every step of the way. We truly felt like we were at home. For that the Hyatt will forever be our family.

Spectacular

The people at the venue were the nicest, most accommodating people. They answered every request in a timely manner and always had someone on call to answer questions. Not only were they flexible in arrangements, contracts, etc., but very understanding of finances and getting you the best, most beautiful and perfect wedding of your dreams for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!! The food was OUTSTANDING. We got to even try the full menu prior to the wedding and make any requests or changes, so that everything was perfect on the wedding day. We loved everything about the venue!

So happy we chose this venue!!

My daughter and now son in law, got married in October 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter. I can not say enough good things about it -from start to finish. We booked the date about one year ahead and from the very beginning to the last check out and follow up to pick up odds and ends everything went so smoothly. They wanted a place to make a weekend out of the wedding not just a day. We have alot of out of town family on both sides and wanted them to be able to enjoy and not have to travel via shuttle to the event venue then back to the hotel. The planning, was so smooth, the tastings, the questions back and forth, final meetings, rehersal and actual ceremony and wedding reception went off without a hitch. We have received so many positive compliments and follow up emails and texts from all about what a great wedding it was. Could not have been happier. The service, food, drinks excellent, and venues are gorgeous. We had an outdoor ceremony in the garden that was something that would make you think you were in the country not in Perimeter! So pretty!! Ballroom was beautiful, with the bonus outdoor terraces were such a nice surprise addition. We worked with Julie Bilecky and she is personable, helpful and fun to coordinate with. We were in the villa suite and its large enough to entertain guests for your welcome reception after the rehearsal dinner comfortably. Don't hesitate book this venue if you are thinking about it, you wont regret it!

Villa Christina was an amazing wedding venue and hotel (Hyatt) for our 200 guest. We compared 7 venues before selecting Villa Christina. We agreed on a scoring system and individually scored each venue on location, hotel accommodations, indoor/outdoor options for the ceremony & reception, ease of doing business, and the best overall value (not the cheapest). We discussed our individual scores, aggregated them and Villa Christina had the highest overall score.
The criteria that we valued the most was the accommodations, accessibility, and overall cost for us and our guests. We highly considered the experience and cost of our out-of-town guest because both of our families are from other cities. Villa Christina scored high because it is accessible to public transportation, restaurants, shopping and freeways and, it provides free parking for our guest who stayed at the hotel and the day of our wedding. Villa Christina has a quality restaurant and bar onsite as well. Many of our local guest stayed at the Hyatt the night of the wedding. They loved being able to get ready at the hotel, go downstairs for the festivities, and then retire to their room afterwards. We met some of our guest who stayed in the hotel in the restaurant the morning after our wedding.
Villa Christina totally exceeded all our expectations. I would highly recommend this venue to those who care about the details. Villa Christiana responded perfectly to every unexpected moment. This day will forever be special to us because of a perfect venue, a perfect staff and a perfect experience. Thank you Villa Christina.

Hands down, Villa is the only place which offers everything the couple would want. It's beautiful both inside and outside! The garden, waterfall, bridge gives you plenty of backdrops for awesome pictures.

Villa Christina is a beautiful venue with such amazing and professional staff! After my former venue canceled my wedding 2 months prior to the date, My wedding planner Cereatha suggested we go back to Villa Christina and see what they could offer. (I had previously looked into them a year before) Cereatha called and spoke with Julie Bilecky and she welcomed us with open arms. She was so sweet and not only did they have our date she kept us in budget. She truly made me feel at ease. A few weeks later we were introduced to our wedding coordinator for the venue Jenelle Burney. From our first encounter, it was nothing but warm smiles and just such professionalism. Even when we made changes like every other day. She was still so patient with us. On my big day Jenelle was ever present ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The entire staff at both the Hyatt and Villa Christina was amazing. My guests had a ball and still talk about how beautiful everything was from the gardens to the ball room. The food was outstanding as well, the catering staff certainly did their thing. From the valet to the front desk to every staff member I encountered, thank you all so much for helping to make 9.23 so wonderful!

So happy we had our wedding here! They made the planning process so smooth. At first I didn't like the idea of having it in a hotel but the gardens are so beautiful and tucked away that you wouldn't know you are among high rise buildings. The food was awesome! Prices are also very affordable considering you don't have to pay venue rental if you meet a f&b minimum.

Planning a wedding at Hyatt Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina was a dream of mine since I was a little girl. I had grown up going to Villa Christina for different holiday events. They are the most amazing staff to help prepare you for your special day. Julie and Kelly are an absolute pleasure to work with and so much fun to be around. They will help walk you through everything you need to know to make your day special. The food was to die to for and one of the best things about our wedding. It also made everything so much easier by having everything in one place for our guests. The hotel was beautiful and they made it feel so special to us by making sure every detail was taken care of. The bridal salon they have for you to get ready in helps make things so relaxing for the wedding party and the bride by being able to have everyone in one space and having enough room to get ready in. I highly recommend this venue to any bride and groom that wants one of the most beautiful places in Atlanta to get married at.

I found this venue on Weddingwire.com about a year and a half ago when my husband and I first got engaged. It was perfect online, so we scheduled a viewing. We met Julie (the wedding planner) and fell in love with her and the venue! She was so much fun to work with and so informative about the venue! (At that time, the Hyatt was under construction, so all we had to make our decision were the floorplan sample boards and our imaginations). Julie did a wonderful job staying in touch with us over the course of our engagement and recommended vendors for us to use. The Hyatt turned out beautifully, our food and cake were fantastic, and our wedding was absolutely perfect! I can not thank Julie, the hotel staff, and all our vendors enough for making our wedding day so perfect. They Hyatt is absolutely breathtaking; it's the perfect venue for your wedding or special event!

The venue was so beautiful in the summer, especially with the flowers blossoming. The ceremony and reception wedding pictures turned out great, thanks to how beautiful Villa Christina looked. The staffs and servers were so tentative and responsive to our needs. Everything turned out better than we expected. Because of Villa Christina at Perimeter Summit, our wedding and reception will forever be a night to remember. We had a wonderful time from beginning to end. What a beautiful venue with excellent customer service! I had such a positive bridal experience with Villa Christina. From the day we toured, through the planning meetings, food tasting, and day of our wedding, I was extremely pleased with every detail. They know what they are doing! I was so impressed with the quality of the food and management. Delicious appetizers and entrees. Flexible and friendly management. I could not have asked for a better experience. Julie Bilecky was over and beyond awesome!! Her staff ran a flawless venue the day of our wedding! Julie made our planning so stress free and was always replying to my crazy emails.
The venue was beautiful with all the vibrant flowers. The chief and his staff wow is all I can say. Everyone that attended the wedding could not stop talking about the food and the cakes!
I wish I could get married all over again (just to be able to see Julie again and of course eat the food)!!
We hate you wasn't there to party with us!!
Thank you Julie for making sure Dee and I had the wedding we wanted sooo bad!

Everything that I wanted for my wedding, I got! Villa Chrisitna is an excellent venue that is very accomodating, professional, and a great value! Villa Christina's inclusive packages toke a lot of stress off me and omitted a lot of any additionaly running around and planning...I practically just had to show up with my dress, photographer, DJ, and groom and everything else was taken care of! I worked with Julie and she was such an absolute joy to work with!! All in all, our wedding day was perfect in my eyes! Thank you Villa Christina and Julie!! :-D

Julie and the staff at Villa Christina helped to make our wedding day AMAZING! Julie's warm and personable demeanor and her responsiveness made the planning process so very easy. There was never a moment during the planning process where I doubted if I had picked the right venue. Our guests continue to rave about the food and the venue.

Villa Christina was the best place for our daughter's wedding. All of our guest enjoyed it very much. The staff was very nice and accommodating to all of wishes. Thank you Villa Christina for a very nice evening! The wedding cake was beautiful and the cocktail party food and dinner was the best. My guest were also very happy with the venue.

Villa Christina made everything so easy for us. From the moment we met Julie at Villa Christina she was energetic, gave great insight and ideas, and was willing to listen to any concerns and visions we wanted to discuss. Villa Christina was also able to provide a great list of vendors, of which we used several. They were incredibly flexible with the timing of when the bridal party arrived. They had drinks and snacks waiting for us even though the cocktail hour wouldn't be starting for another hour and half. The venue is gorgeous inside and out...perfect for pictures, creating the right flow for guests, and providing a formal atmosphere. I would highly recommend checking out Villa Christina. Their prices couldn't be beat for the level of service and the beautiful venue!

We could not have a picked a better place to have our wedding. If you are looking for a location that can offer both beauty outside and inside--Villa Christina is the place for you. Everything was amazing. Having our ceremony outside, cocktail hour on the patio and our reception in the ballroom---allowed our guest to enjoy the venue and enjoy themselves never getting bored by being in one place the entire time. However, what made our experience exceptional is the precious jewel of Villa Christina--Julia. She is just wonderful!! She goes over and beyond to assure your experience with Villa Christina is like no other. I would highly recommend this venue for all in one opportunity to have the perfect wedding at the most perfect place. It is worth every penny.

This venue was the best choice I could have ever made! They made the wedding planning process so easy and do almost everything for you. I have a full-time job and go to grad school so I didn't have a lot of time for the wedding. All of our guests LOVED the wedding, the venue, food, and drinks. Everyone said it was the best wedding they have been to and I truly believe a lot of it had to do with Villa Christina. We got a great package and had our reception in the restaurant which is nice to have the patio for guests to go outside on. Now, I wish I could go to someone else's wedding there to enjoy it all over again!

Villa Christina is a great venue. I had my wedding July 2010 and the summer packages are outstanding. The restaurant is perfect for a wedding for 100 or less. There are ballrooms that can accommodate more guest; however the ambiance in the restaurant made our wedding really special. Our guest loved the outdoor wedding in the garden gazebo and the food was great. It's also great that Villa Christina provides the cake and linens and most everything you need for a beautiful wedding. The grounds alone are picture perfect. Love this venue and the quality and value of service received helped to make my wedding experience perfect.

This is a really beautiful venue that worked with our budget. We worked with Julie and she was absolutely fabulous! We have received compliments on how awesome the food was and the service was great! We had a few last minute changes that they were able to adjust to and everything turned out great!

I worked with Julie and she was wonderful. She helped us all the way through the process. When I felt overwelmed she would always make things better. She always had a great attitude everytime we met. I have kids so I was not able to meet her one time due to traffic, we were still able to figure out a way to get things done.
On the day of the wedding, I forgot flowers for my flowergirl and Julie to the rescue, she had some and problem solved. The place was so beautiful, we got so many compliments because everything went great, the place was pretty, the staff was wonderful. I am so glad my co-worker told me about Villa Christina. I would recomend anyone I know that is getting married to visit with them. (ask for Julie!!)

Everything about the venue is wonderful! We opted for an outdoor wedding and the grounds were so beautiful that I had to use minimal floral arrangements for decor. The restaurant provided a more intimate reception which was exactly what we wanted. The food was very tasty and the staff was very attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better reception site!

Villa Christina was awesome! The food was excellent, many of our guests commented on it and we loved it ourselves. They were very professional and provided a lot of advice and help when we were discussing our ideas with them. They had one or two funny rules ( no throwing rose petals), but honestly, they worked with us and we got to do everything that we wanted to do. They even suggested some great ideas that we were happy to include with our plans. The venue was gorgeous and perfect for the outdoor, elegant, but fun wedding that we wanted to have. They loved every crazy idea that we came up with, which was an enthusiasm that was greatly appreciated. They really know what they are doing and will work hard to make your event perfect.

I had my wedding at Villa Christina on 4/21/18 and it was perfect. The staff that day were amazing and I can say that they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My first point of contact was Julie, she showed me the space and talked about pricing with her. Once I booked it, Melanie helped me with all of the details, finalizing everything, and setting up the food tasting. Both Melanie and Julie were so easy to reach and answered all of my questions. At times I felt like some of the things they offered were a bit pricey and like they tried to make up for the ballroom being “free” since it was provided with a minimum amount of food and beverage. I would of saved so much money if I would have been allowed to provide my own drinks and alcohol but it is against their rules. Overall, it is a beautiful place, the staff is amazing and I’m sure their prices are good for the area of town they are in.

Hyatt Regency at Villa Christina was amazing. From the staff, to the food, including the excellent pastry chef, everything was praise-worthy. They literally cater to wedding needs. Having everything in one fantastic location was ideal. I would not have preferred a different location. It was wonderful.

90% of our guest traveled from out of town for my Daughter's wedding. I must say, the staff at the Hyatt was great! The rooms were spacious and clean. However I worked with Robin Boozer and she stood out the most! She made me feel like my daughter was her only bride. She always gave me her undivided attention and what ever I wanted to do to make my daughters wedding day a day she would not forget, Robin was happy to oblige. She made me feel like nothing was impossible and her willingness to assist was always on time. It was such a pleasant experience because she was a great listener.

Villa Christina was the perfect venue for our wedding! We wanted a venue that was beautiful, convenient, offered good food and a professional staff. We looked at a few different venues, but I fell in love with the gardens at Villa Christina. In addition to having beautiful gardens, they offered the convenience I desired. They are located directly off the Ashford Dunwoody exit, offer all-inclusive packages, and our guests received a discount rate to stay at the Hyatt Perimeter, which is attached to Villa Christina. I’m not a fan of their cakes (I’m a picky cake eater so we used Gabriel’s Desserts), but their other food is DELICIOUS!! The beef wellingtons, crab balls, salmon with mango salsa, and jerk chicken…amazing! Our guests gave many compliments on the food and staff. The staff the day of our wedding was attentive, courteous, and prompt. I couldn’t ask for anything more – no complaints! The banquet manager checked in with me and my husband multiple times to make certain we were satisfied. We were completely satisfied!

If you choose Villa Christina for your venue, I ONLY recommend using Carol Thurman with Ohccasions as your Coordinator. Carol has coordinated hundreds of weddings at Villa and knew their processes inside and out. Honestly, my high ratings are based on using Carol as a coordinator. She was attentive, responsive, and helped us communicate our wishes with Villa. I also recommend using her for your bouquets and decorations. Carol makes beautiful and creative bouquets and centerpieces. I wanted color and texture in my wedding, and I probably wasn’t the best at expressing my vision – but that didn’t matter! Somehow Carol was able to fulfill my vision and express my personality seamlessly. All is all - I highly recommend Villa Christina if you use Carol Thurman as your coordinator.

This venue for great for everything I needed & wanted. We were treated very well from December when we spoke to Julie on the phone to August 24, our very special day. All of the staff treated us like royalty. If you have a choice go with Villa Christina! Flexibiliy gets 4.0 because weddings & special events are their business so we would've preferred a little more flexibility for our rehearsal schedule to get all of our wedding party there but it still worked out PERFECTLY. (Our wedding party traveled from Germany, NY, TN, MD, and DC.)

Absolutely fabulous. We were married here a little over a year ago. I absolutely loved this place, and my husband and I actually went back there for lunch on our one year anniversary. Lauren is the best there. The food is great! And the garden is like a dream.

We needed a venue for a reception for 200 people. They have no facility fee but do have a food and beverage minimum. We ended up renting the whole facility and the minimum was about $12,000. The place is beautiful but not overdone and they provide table flowers at no cost from their gardens. We went with a seated dinner and an extra full bar so our reception was much more expensive than it would have to be. They are great in recommending other vendors to call (chair covers, dj, bands, etc...) and are extremely professional and nice! I recommend getting Lauren Mielcarz to be your coordinator and asking for Carol Thurman's contact info. She's a week of wedding planner so you do all the planning and she makes sure it comes together the way you want it. We only payed her 500 dollars and we would have paid her triple! She is completely worth it.

Beautiful venue. Especially the garden ceremony space. We got married this past weekend and all the staff was very professional and provided excellent service!! The Hyatt that is connected directly to Villa makes it super convenient for all our traveling guest and they will also give you a free honeymoon suite for your wedding night! Highly recommended. Also recommending all the vendors from their preferred vendor list!! Had an amazing time!

We were very impressed with this venue as it was our one stop shop to suit all of our wedding and reception needs. They ensured that we were part of the planning process of tasting our meal selections and wedding cake, chosing the area to host the wedding ceremony and reception, and ensuring if the weather doesn't cooporate that an alternative was already planned. I would definately host another event here.

We had a beautiful brunch reception and garden wedding ceremony at Villa Christina. It is a gorgeous location to have both events for a wedding. The only downside is that construction recently started next door to the venue so think about any issues you could have with this on your day. Once the hotel is completed, it will definitely be a one stop shop for weddings!!

This Venue was a perfect choice for a winter wedding. The seating was a close call for 180 people but the staff worked it out on the day of the wedding and it ending up perfect. Great staff and Ms. Julie is awesome to work with!

The ambience at Villa Chrisitina set the mood for our wedding. We opted to utlitize the restaurant space for our reception which proved to be the best option given the intimacy factor we wanted to keep during and after the ceremony. The Villa is a wonderful place and we have already referred coworkers and friends.

I found the staff at Villa Christina to be very responsive and professional. They gave me ample opportunity to review selections, options and choices and were willing to make exceptions to meet my needs. There were two weddings there the night of my wedding, and the staff assured me that there would be no overlap, no distractions and no issues with splitting staff, etc. All was well. We had NO IDEA there was another wedding. We booked early, so we were able to reserve the garden for cocktail hour and had the ball room upstairs for dinner. I am very pleased with the service provided by Villa Christina and its staff.

Villa Christina is the factory of weddings, and I say that in a good way. They know weddings and it shows. They do them every weekend in their beautiful gardens and have a menu that can work with any dietary needs and a wonderful chef to make it all happen. It really is a beautiful and easy place to have a wedding.

Only one warning: they book weddings back to back, so chances are, you're going to see another bride on your special day and I wasn't crazy about that.

Villa Christina is am amazing venue. we fell in love with the Garden.
Our consultant Lauren was fun, upbeat and quite happy doing her job. We did get a good deal but I must say a few aspects were quite pricey. We decided to get the cake from someone else because they couldn't make what I wanted and they were charging quite a bit for a poor imitation. Anyway, we did love the service on the day, very professional and our guests were happy. All in all, we had a great time.

This venue was extremely flexible with our special requests. They really know how to work weddings. We were planning on an outdoor ceremony, and unfortunately, with the rain that day, we ended up going with plan B, which was indoors, and much better than I had anticipated. Excellent venue for a couple that is looking for a beautiful location that provides everything you could need on your wedding day along with quality service. I was treated like a queen my entire wedding weekend and the planning process was soooo easy since they provide most services through the venue. A little pricey, but for a "non DIY-kinda girl" like myself, it was well worth it!

Villa Christina was a beautiful venue. The winter wedding package was a great deal including everything for 100 guests at one flat rate. The gardens were gorgeous and the staff was very nice.

The venue itself is great for big events, especially weddings, for many reasons. We loved that we never had to leave for anything on the big day… hotel, ceremony and reception all in one. The food was delicious, the Hyatt Gardens were beautiful for our ceremony and photos, and the Azalea Ballroom was great.

One of my favorite parts for having my wedding at the Hyatt was the bridal salon to get ready in. We had it for the entire day, and it was very spacious, comfortable, and relaxing.

Overall we were pleased with the service provided from the staff at the Hyatt. Our initial contact left in the middle of our engagement for another job, then Julie took over. She was very nice and helpful, however she went out of town the week before our wedding without notifying us. While this caused a bit of apprehension, in the end Robin Boozer was our last contact – she was great at finalizing the details for us, and everything on site was ready and in place for the wedding. Overall, communication could have been better, but even with the staff changes and moving parts, they did a great job at providing what we asked for and needed.

The food is GREAT! We weren’t able to eat very much that evening, but heard great feedback from our guests. The drink pricing is pretty high compared to many other Atlanta venues – it may be due to the lack of a “venue rental fee,” but just be prepared to see a high number depending on your drink package.

One thing I do suggest if you have your wedding here is that you speak up and say what you want to do at the venue. It seems they try to make the event very cookie-cutter and as easy as possible for the staff at the Hyatt/Villa Christina. I say this not as a knock to the venue, but if you have certain requests go ahead and ask up-front to work with them on it. We asked for and did some things they were not used to seeing, and they turned out great.

All in all - I highly recommend the Hyatt to have your wedding.

Villa Christina has great scenery for a wedding. Our guests loved the place and the food. The front line staff we encountered were all friendly and pleasant. The custom cakes they designed based on our pictures were perfect! If you can get Lauren as your sales/coordinator then you will be very pleased. If she had been there our final 30 days it probably would have made our review closer to 5/5. (maternity leave) It's not the cheapest place around, but its not the most expensive either. The biggest gap came in communication. Our welcome bags were not distributed on check in. Some of the wedding day details happened by magic rather than discussion or planning. We had to store stuff for the wedding in a guest's hotel room. Then after the wedding most of our stuff was placed in our hotel room. Things like our extra programs were lost. So overall great place if it fits your budget. Make sure u double check your communication and line up all your details with someone onsite.

I loved the venue! This is the only venue that my husband and I agreed on insistently. The cost of the wedding was within reason and my pictures were beautiful. However the only problem I had was with the wedding consultant Debra. She could have been more attentive. I was planning my wedding from out of state and she did not follow up very well and even tried to cancel our tasting after my husband and I were already arrived in town. After the wedding they sent us a bill for something that was clearly defined in our original contract  I filled out the venue’s survey and expressed areas for improvement and never received a response from them. I have and will recommend the venue but choose your consultant with caution.

Julia Bilecky was our wedding coordinator at the Villa, and she was fantastic! She did everything she could to make out day perfect. The cost is VERY expensive though!

My wedding day was everything I imagined. I would recommend Villa to host events. They were very willing to work with me despite weather issues.

Jenelle and Julie were a delight to work with. Jenelle went over and beyond on the day of our wedding, stepping in to comfort and hold my 3 year old grandson that had an absolute meltdown right before the ceremony, so that we could continue on time with our walk down the aisle. While it broke my heart to see and hear him crying and not have him in those pictures, it was comforting to us to know he was in good hands for that time.

Wedding coordinator at venue was not responsive. I had to actually go in person to track her down, even to make a payment! She completely forgot about one of the payment deadlines and I was not able to get in touch with her to make the payment until a few days after the deadline. Other than that, the venue is beautiful and the food is great!

If you are planning a wedding, PUT IT ALL on paper before you sign.
Beware: the sales/catering manager is very charming, however; her personality is sincere. My warning to you is don’t allow the charm to make you naive to the fact that it is a sales meeting in the end. Her main goal is to make a sale for the Hyatt. Also, the venue price is built into the cost. The meal/drink prices add up and the taxes are pretty heavy. Make sure you ask for what you want and you are clear on what you are getting. Once the sales person seals the deal, then you are at risk from there. If it did not get written in the documentation, then good luck getting it honored.
The wedding coordinator that we got after the closing of the sale decided to leave Hyatt a month before our wedding. She didn’t type up any of the details that were to be passed to the person assigned to us to complete the job. This created confusion and for us and also put us in a bad space with some things that were supposed to be a discount to our guest.
We got a lot of “I don’t know” from the staff. Otherwise, the facilities are nice and well keep. They do a great job with setup for the event.
Our wedding was June 16. I reached out to the wedding coordinator while traveling for our honeymoon. The emails were a bit negative, as well as the conversations with her. I reached out to cooperate and I was promised that someone would get back to me. So far that has not happened. This was 2 weeks ago.
Few other points I raised on google review. This space her is more limited, so I wrote what I could.

This venue has its pluses and minuses. We chose the venue for the very lovely outdoor space. The venue is a bit expensive for the area, but I think probably worth it for the outdoor space. Also, the office staff are very enthusiastic and nice and responsive. So, those are the pluses and now for the minues: First, the venue overcharges for everything and you are forced to haggle over each and every little thing or throw up your hands and acknowledge that once the word "wedding" is out there, you're going to be overcharged. Also, we were annoyed that the venue scheduled an event during our wedding rehearsal time and we got shoved out of the way by a band for the event who insisted that we were encroaching on their warm up time. When we mentioned it, we were rudely informed that the wedding rehearsal time was an "extra" that we were only given out of the goodness of their hearts -- yeah right, like that isn't built into the price...We were also upset that some of the food we arranged to be brought in as an appetizer (and paid for the pleasure of bringing it in from the outside) was not served because the kitchen staff didn't know what to do with it and never bothered to ask anyone (though the venue later claimed that the wedding planner was asked about and told the staff that she didn't know what to do with it).

I do not recommend this venue.

These positive reviews are from months and even years ago. I got married here September 14, 2019. Sara and Julie left the venue while my wedding was in the works. As you can see all the great reviews mostly involve them. WARNING: they are not there anymore. I would call multiple times and never get a response for days. I cried so many times. It was terrible and so unorganized. For instance: the replacement woman they hired called my husband the wrong name the day before the wedding./My guests would check in and the front desk would not give them the welcome bags I had put together./They accidentally sent me a bat mitzah final bill. There are so many more examples. If I hadn't have had my amazing wedding planner I don't know what I would have done. It is a beautiful place, but just make sure they aren't understaffed before booking here. I will also say that the food was really good thanks to the restaurant/catering department.

We dealt mostly with Julie before the actual event, though at the event the chairs weren't set up, and there were multiple things we had discussed that weren't communicated to the day of manager. Cash from the gift box went missing, and there was nobody who took any responsibility. Great value for the money, though I wouldn't recommend.

I honestly regret having my wedding at the Villa Christina. The venue was beautiful but the service was totally horrible. My cocktail hour and drinks was a hot mess. Reception was poorly organized and there was lack of support from the staff. The co-ordinator we worked with during the planning process ditched us on our special day and did not leave any proper instructions. We never even got to talk to whoever the banquet captain was before the wedding. If I could go back in time I will never have my wedding at Villa Christina. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will never recommend this venue to any one trying to have a wedding. Spend your money somewhere else.

I would warn and caution ANYONE who is looking to have their wedding and reception at Villa Christina or The Hyatt Perimeter at Villa Christina. I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Hyatt Perimeter at Villa Christina and I can't even list how unhappy we are. The staff was the most unprofessional group of people I have ever worked with. The wedding planner, Terri Harof, the Banquet manager, the hotel staff, the restaurant staff, and everyone in between was rude beyond belief. Everyone, especially our wedding planner, had a complete lack of attention to detail. There were SO MANY small things that were overlooked by the staff. No one treated us as if we were anything special, regardless of the ridiculous amount of money that was spent to make this a perfect wedding for my husband and I. For the past 8 months that I was planning this wedding, I had to continuously remind our wedding coordinator of details, and I had to stay on her to get ANY type of response. There was no initiative taken and it was so disappointing. It was to the point that if I hadn't already paid a down payment, I would've cancelled the event at the Hyatt. The banquet manager was also outside smoking when he should've been inside assisting the reception. We tried to stay open for another hour, but he was no where to be found. Once he came inside from smoking, he smelled of smoke and was so completely rude. In addition, we ordered a vailla cake that was made by the chef at Villa Christina and the cake was strawberry... Still a little confused by this.

I would highly caution ANYONE from booking your event here. Truly. This was the biggest disappointment and let down and you can't ever get this day back.

I absolutely regret having my wedding here. The venue was beautiful but the service was horrible. My cocktail hour and drinks was a hot mess. Reception was very poorly organized. We paid for way more than we got. Please stay away from this venue. Till date, I cannot forgive myself for having my wedding here. Brides to be, spend your money else where.
