Hunt Valley Country Club did an amazing job for our wedding! Julie was so helpful and very prompt at answering our emails! They were also very accommodating when we wanted to stop by occasionally to see how a decoration would look in the ballroom. We had a change of event coordinator a few weeks before our wedding but the HVCC team handled everything so well! The whole staff is so organized and made sure the day went smoothly! Janine and Madison were pivotal members of the team that helped us the day of. The food was amazing and the view at the country club is incredible -

HVCC was the best decision!
HVCC was an amazing venue to get married at, the views were beautiful and the atmosphere was so much fun! The staff was very supportive and the day of coordinator absolutely crushed it, she made our day so easy and stress free, we highly recommend this venue! -

Fabulous Wedding Venue
The team at Hunt Valley Country Club was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. My husband and I ended up going with a smaller wedding of 20 people and Julie and the team at HVCC still attended to our event as if it were a 200 person wedding. I highly recommend going with HVCC for your special day! -

We had an amazing experience with Hunt Valley CC. The event coordinator, Megan, was fantastic from the very beginning until my wedding day. She was communicative, attentive to details, organized, and made everything run completely smoothly. The food and bar service was great. Everything went wonderfully. -

Fall Wedding
Hunt Valley Country Club was stunning, amazing, cozy, flexible, and everything else you can imagine. They worked with us closely to bring our big day visions to life. They customized our entire wedding to fit us. They provided details we didn't even know we wanted or needed. The entire team was incredible and made you feel like family. The views, the ceremony area, and the reception area were stunning. Everyone is still bragging about the big day and I wish I could relive it all the time. I highly highly recommend Hunt Valley Country Club! -

Planning a wedding is an incredibly overwhelming and stressful process. But once my now husband, my parents and I found HVCC we knew it was the place for our wedding. Kelly and Julie were incredibly attentive to any.. and all.. of the questions we had. Such an accommodating and welcoming staff that helped make our wedding planning process smooth and our wedding day truly the best day ever imaginable. It exceeded every wild dream or expectation we could have had for our wedding. The food, drinks and event space were truly remarkable and our guests all agreed! And the backdrop… an added bonus to our day! Thank you for bringing our dreams to reality! -

We were so thrilled that we chose Hunt Valley Country Club for our wedding. It was an amazing day we'll never forget, and Kelly and her team were incredible - everything ran so smoothly. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, they were such a pleasure to work with. Kelly answered every question, big or small that we had, and make us feel at ease as we prepared for such an important day. We had so many compliments from guests about the beautiful views and the delicious food. Our photos on the golf course turned out beautiful as well. I honestly never envisioned myself getting married at a country club but I am BEYOND grateful that we found Hunt Valley and booked them as our wedding venue. I remember as soon as we walked into the ballroom for our venue tour, my husband immediately said "This is where we're getting married, cancel the other tours" The pictures truly do not do it justice for how beautiful the venue is in person.
The staff were also amazing and really made us feel so welcomed, comfortable, and truly put all of our wedding worries at ease. We felt like we were in great hands and they were always more than willing to help in any way they could when thinking through all of our options and making decisions. Julie was the staff member who we worked with towards the tail end of our planning and she is truly phenomenal! She was incredibly patient, detail oriented, gave great ideas, and was such a pleasure to be around and work with. Julie was able to help me bring my wedding vision to life and I cannot imagine doing it without her help and guidance.
And the food!! AMAZINGGG! Even to this day our wedding guest still bring it up! I've never attended a wedding that had great food options but the chef at Hunt Valley knows how to throw down and put love into every item on the menu. Let me just say I'm a pescatarian but never liked salmon, in fact I borderline hated it and during our tasting we sampled the salmon and I ATE THE ENTIRE THING! The food is that bomb!
All in all I HIGHLY recommend choosing Hunt Valley as a wedding venue. Every single staff member on their team is amazing, the food is delicious, and the wedding packages were very reasonable and honestly gave us the best bang for our buck. They are incredibly flexible with the wedding options/packages they offer and allow you to tweak/customize to your liking to help you have the wedding day you always dreamed of. If I had to go back and do it all over again I would 10000% choose Hunt Valley again without a doubt. -

I got married at Hunt Valley Country Club on 11/5/22 and it was AMAZING!!! Kelly, Julie and the staff at Hunt Valley are phenomenal to work with! Everyone is so responsive and pleasant and extremely helpful! Going into wedding planning I knew I wanted a beautiful venue so that I wouldn’t have to buy a million decorations and between the wall of windows overlooking the valley, the terrace (permanently tented so we didn’t need to worry about weather), and the neutral/modern feel in the ballroom it was PERFECT!! I really can’t thank Kelly enough for all she did to help us make our dream day a reality!! -

My wife and I had an amazing time at Hunt Valley Country Club! It is a gorgeous venue with luxurious ambience. Julie Fahey and Kelly Shearer helped us throughout the wedding planning process. Quality of the service is top notch, and we think they went above and beyond to make our wonderful wedding happen smoothly. They are very responsive via email (difficult to reach by phone). They are very professional. At the wedding, Kelly and Jenine, along with other HVCC staff, helped us so much with the event order to make sure everything happens perfectly. Jenine would give us the appetizers right after the ceremony so that newlywed couple and wedding party are not starving. She also helped with busheling the wedding dress, and checked on us often to make sure we are okay. Team worked together to make sure all the wedding decorations are ready on time and made it more impressive than what we expected. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get married in the area! -

The team at Hunt Valley Country Club hosted an amazing wedding reception for us in September. We had a wonderful time and it was truly a dream come true. Our whole vision came to life. The staff, food, drinks... everything was perfect! Julie helped us plan everything leading up to the event, and Kelly ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day itself. We even ordered our cake through them because they have a partnership with Sugar Bakers Cakes. This made that process easy and it helped that we want to use this bakery anyway since they are one of the few in the area that could make our wedding cake Smith Island Cake flavored! (Highly recommend using this perk. The cake was delicious!)
Janine kindly drove us around the course on a golf cart to take photos--my husband actually remembers meeting her when we first toured the venue last Fall and she was so welcoming and sweet. The views are spectacular and the space is very inviting and somehow cozy, even though it can host large weddings and events. We truly loved working with this venue and can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. We have received so many compliments about the reception from our friends and family. Wish we could do it all over again! -

Can't Get Any Better than HVCC!
From the moment we entered HVCC, we knew it would be the perfect place to host our ceremony and reception! Their professionalism and care were astounding, the food was DELICIOUS, and the views were incredible! HVCC staff were so accommodating with all of our requests and helped us create and execute our ideal day. We highly recommend this venue! -

We absolutely loved everything about our wedding at Hunt Valley Country Club! Julie was our event coordinator and she absolutely killed it! Every little detail was thought about and she asked all the right questions to make sure everything would go smoothly on the day of the wedding...from the wait staff to the bar staff we had such great care and service throughout the entire day! The food was soo delicious (we had over 20 guests compliment the chef because their meal was so tasty!!), we had a raw oyster bar, fruit & cheese displays, passed appetizers and the option of filet or French boned chicken for the main meal and OMG the best Parmesan risotto ever, like I asked for some to take home!!!! Overall, the staff was so attentive to us (bride and groom) and everyone left with a full a belly, smiling, and reminiscing on how beautiful of a day it was and I can't thank HVCC enough for all their hard work!
Julie was absolutely AMAZING! She was super attentive and paid attention to every little detail (I'm an all about the details kinda bride), responsive to all of my random questions along the planning process, asked so many good questions I didn't think of, and most of all made us feel completely comfortable letting her run one of the most special days of our lives!!! -

Hunt Valley Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding! The entire planning process was stress-free and our wedding day was AMAZING! The main ballroom is beautiful - you can't beat the view of the golf course. Guests raved about the food and the crush bar (many said it was the most fun wedding they've been to!)
I can't say enough great things about Julie, the events coordinator. She was super organized and full of great ideas to make our day special. It rained the entire day of our wedding, and Julie and the HVCC staff organized and executed the entire event indoors seamlessly.
We also got ready for our wedding with our bridal party at the venue and the whole day was tons of fun. The hair and make up crew loved the natural light in the ballroom, and the staff was attentive to all of our needs. I truly can't recommend HVCC enough!! -

Great experience!
HVCC was great before and during our wedding! They were able to accommodate our last minute changes and requests. Our day of coordinators were awesome and just so nice! I felt they were just as excited for our wedding as we were. They decorated everything beautifully! Our sweetheart table for the reception was decorated so uniquely and beautifully. The food was SO good, our guests raved about the food. We had the roasted chicken and salmon options, our guests couldn't believe they got a full chicken for their meal!

Wonderful place for a wedding!
We had such a wonderful experience here and Jillian really helped bring our dream wedding alive! Everything you could ever want!
My wedding day could not have been any better! The team at HVCC is everything you could ever want! Jillian is absolutely spectacular and Jeannine has an eye for detail! Everything I could ever want was taken care of, they moved all my details throughout the night to make sure they were always seen. The food was absolutely the best, and the ballroom was breath taking. Every guest in attendance was in awe of the view and the ballroom. If you are looking for the perfect wedding venue, equip with ceremony/ reception space , tables, chairs, table cloths, flatware, glass ware, etc. This is the place you need to be! Hunt Valley Country Club was an absolute dream to work with. They made planning our wedding so stress free and fun. My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the event coordinators, Jillian and Jennifer. They are a great team. Jillian and Jennifer helped make our day perfect. From start to finish, they made this whole experience absolutely perfect. The food at HVCC was amazing and the service was incredible. Ms. Jeanine was there helping me for most of the day and she was so helpful. She made me look stunning in every photograph. Ms. Paula was one of our bartenders and she was a joy to work with. The other bartender (I'm sorry to say I forgot his name!) was so helpful with everything. The Hunt Valley Country Club delivered the perfect wedding for us this past June. Exchanging vows on a beautiful summer day with the club's breathtaking backdrop was priceless.
We loved having the outdoor & indoor venues available to us. Outside ceremony and inside reception offered the best of both worlds. Even the outside sparkler send off to the limo was a nice finishing touch.
We are thankful for Allie, Cayla (day of coordinator), and the entire staff, for having gone above and beyond every step of the way. For all the detailed planning that's involved, I'm still amazed at how smoothly everything went.Hunt Valley Country Club's reply:

Hunt Valley Country Club was absolutely beautiful! Allie and her team really helped us to coordinate everything that we needed for our day. She was very responsive to all my questions, helped us to feel comfortable, and was so essential throughout the entire process. The food was absolutely amazing! The drinks were great (my crazy wedding party will attest to that!). The chief and Allie really worked within our budget to make sure we were able to have the best food and best service! The golf course and wonderful trees were beautiful for photos. The tent for the ceremony was intimate and spacious all at the same time. The reception area was lit with beautiful candles and wall to floor windows! HVCC allowed us to be at the venue from the early morning to be able to set up, decorate, and get dressed there. The food was in house (which is a BIG PLUS), the event was 4 hours long, and the wait staff were amazing! Besides working with great people at HVCC, the intimacy of the entire venue made you feel so close with your guests and able to celebrate with them throughout the busy day! Shana Sent on 07/17/2018Hunt Valley Country Club (HVCC) was the perfect venue for my wedding! Anna showed us all around the beautiful venue, which includes floor to ceiling glass windows encasing 3 of the 4 walls in the newly renovated reception hall overlooking the golf course and pond, a gorgeous wood bar area, updated carpeting and beautiful chandeliers, tasteful décor, a rather large bridal suite, and a huge tent/balcony overlooking the golf course. Anna walked us through all they were willing to offer, including discounts for a Friday wedding, all linens – and they have a huge array of color choices – silverware, tableware, and glassware, and they also provided us with many options for our dinner and cocktail spread. We loved having so many choices, and the fact that the pricing was extremely affordable gave us the ability to add more, such as an open bar for guests. Our tasting was amazing; everything was delectable, and HVCC even took care of the cake and centerpieces for us! HVCC is an elegant establishment. It is a one-stop shop, and HVCC also included a day-of-coordinator, Emily, as part of our contract. Emily was fantastic! She and Anna sat down with us and went through a huge checklist so they knew exactly what was needed and what we expected a month ahead of time (plus, they kept in constant email contact with use throughout our engagement—from August to June). Emily also put together the floor plan, double checked all linen colors and floor spacing, determined our timeline, ran us through our rehearsal, verified all our planned decorations, and had us bring all our decorations up two days in advance. Emily and her team then decorated the entire venue for us – making the decoration aspect of the wedding completely stress free for me (and then they packed it all back up for us and had our decorations waiting for my family to pick up the next day! I was so impressed! Emily even pinned all the boutonnieres and corsages on our wedding party! Emily & Anna made my wedding perfect!

We had Becca on the actual day and she took care of everything. Asked if we needed anything and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Nothing was a hassle for getting it there, or for picking it up. We were not rushed and they did anything they could to help. The food they provided was delicious and came out to be exactly as I pictured. Even the wait staff was great, they weren't in the way, and were just really happy people. Also the view is gorgeous and the champagne we were provided was so good. After what felt like weeks of rain we were blessed with the most wonderful, beautiful, sun shining day, at an amazing venue filled with some of the best employees I have come in contact with!! We originally signed our contract with Katie, but then Marissa took over when she left and continued right on with the same great service!! I always had my questions answered and felt confident going into my wedding day that everything would work out perfectly. When we arrived on the day of our wedding they were in the process of setting everything up, and let me tell you they made everything look PERFECT! I had images in my head and provided pictures to give them ideas but they turned it into a reality and then some! I received so many complements and was told our wedding was one of the most elegant and beautiful weddings people had been to, and that could not be done without the top of the line services and breath taking views of HVGC!! Absolutely loved my wedding day down to every detail!! Oh, and I almost forgot they helped advert a cake crisis, the cake stand I bought was entirely too small, and HVGC was ready with a back up the was even more beautiful then the one I had planned!! -

My family and friends cant stop talking about the place and on a personal note, I was pleased with the organization that they have going on there. I will recommend having your event here as they will work with you, are flexible and are just pleasant people to work with.
