    Juliana did a lovely job. The flowers were beautiful and everyone commented on them. They were exactly what I wanted and more!

    After meeting with other florists, I know I chose the right one. Julianna was beyond wonderful! When we met her I told her what I was wanting and she pulled it together right then and there. I was very confident when we left that she understood and was going to make it happen. On our wedding day when I arrived and saw the flowers, I actually teared up because they were so perfect. I loved what they were able to do and I am forever grateful to her for helping me. (I didn't know the names of any of the flowers so it was a challenge)

    *My grandmother passed away a month before the wedding and I called Humphrey's to get a casket spray. They did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations. When I saw what they were able to pull off in a day, I knew they were going to do amazing things for my wedding.

    I have always been a fan of the arrangements at Humphrey's flowers so I knew that when I got married I wanted to use them for my wedding. They were great to work with and were flexible/helpful when I decided I wanted to use loose flowers for the reception arrangements in order to maximize my budget. There is no doubt that they know what they are doing and have a high quality of product. If you're getting married in Chattanooga then Humphrey's is the place to go!

    We had a destination wedding in Abingdon, VA and visited a couple florists in the area four months before the wedding. We chose Humphrey's. I wanted to use local, seasonal flowers--I wasn't picky about what kind--and Linda made beautiful, colorful bouquets and bouts. We did not use any flowers for decorations as it was an outdoor wedding, but we did request two plants to make an "entrance" for the aisle. I asked that the plants be something that we could take home and plant in our yard in Alabama. Linda found gardenia bushes, and now they are planted in our backyard and a daily reminder of our wedding.

    Helen and my daughter immediately made a connection, and Helen knew exactly what our daughters vision was for her wedding flowers. The flowers were beautiful they far exceeded our expectation.

    I actually did my flowers through The Daily Flower, which is owned by Humphrey's. Amy, the manager, was great to work with - very laid back. I loved my flowers that day!

    I am not a flower person and Humphrey's did a great job guiding me for my wedding. They were good about giving me what I wanted and not trying to sell me on more and more. I had a very special request for a sheath of wheat, and they made it so beautiful that I even had male guests notice it.

    I got my flowers through the Daily Flower which is owned by Humphreys. They were very helpful and easy to work with. They also were very well priced especially with some of the exotics that i wanted like orchids. The only bad thing i have to say is that the dahlias that we recieved were a lot smaller that what we were expecting and also they were in pretty poor shape so i was only able to use a few of the ones that we ordered. Luckily we hadnt ordered very many. Other than that the flowers were great and the service was great too.

    The flowers were absolutely beautiful at my wedding, exactly what I was looking for! They did our rehearsal dinner and then reused some of the flowers to make different arrangements for the wedding, which was wonderful. They also created a beautiful moss covered tree with some votive candles hanging on it for the wishing tree at our wedding. Everyone was commenting on how beautiful the flowers were!

    Everyone at Humphrey's helped make our wedding day perfect. From the few sit down meetings to discuss each flower and idea in detail to the day of, every meeting was so "easy". I really dreaded the flowers and picking them out because it can be so overwhelming, but Humphrey's made the process so exciting and produced the most perfect flowers!

    I was so excited to work with Humphrey's for my wedding flowers, however, when they came on my wedding day I was a little shocked because they weren't exactly what I was expecting. Don't get me wrong, they were still pretty, but nothing like the pictures I had shown the consultant. They were pretty pricey as well.

    The team at Humphrey's Flowers did an excellent job with our reception! The flowers were beyond beautiful, even with a pallet of cobalt, blue and silver. Our only hang up was on pricing. If they are listed under the package of a hotel, make sure you understand what you're receiving! Turned out that our 'vision' was actually another $400-500 IN ADDITION TO the hotel package. You're going to pay a pretty penny, but we smile every time we look at the photos. Gorgeous.

    Very disappointing! We took a picture of what we wanted and when they arrived the day of the wedding they were not even close to the picture I was heaetbroken!

    We were not one of the lucky ones to have received the great service others seem to have. My daughter showed pictures of exactly what she wanted and we did not get even close to what we asked for. Cheep flowers replaced the beautiful ones we asked for. When I called them the day of the wedding I was told we did what we could based on your budget which was not true. My daughter had NO Budget. My daughter cried on her wedding day with disappointment in her flowers. When we met with him 2 weeks later Rob was so rude to my daughter, she sat there with tears pouring down her face, We left with things unresolved and we will never go back.

    We ordered my daughter's wedding flowers from Humphreys and were very confident they would be just what we asked for. We had many pictures and met epithet them twice and they assured us we would be happy. They were more expensive than our other bid, but we really trusted them. We requested unusual flowers, ALL whites and creams, no roses and no colors, especially pink. It was in our contract. When they brought my daughter's bouquet to the hotel for her pictures, it consisted of 10 white roses with pink centers and a bunch of green accent flowers with bits of purple. I thought she was going to cry. Boutonnières had no burlap as requested and mothers wrist corsages were about the size of a quarter. The reception vases were full of the same roses we hate and specifically asked not to have in any arrangements. After contacting the owner,Rob and our designer, they have never responded or refunded any money. This was the most special occasion of her life and they literally took advantage of our trust and money!

    Humphreys Flowers's reply:

    We received an email shortly after the event expressing concern over the type of flowers used. We responded that we needed to review the quote internally before we could have an informed discussion. We have since tried to reach with no response. Typically, we do not address customer service issues in a public forum, but in this case, it seems the only option. It is our goal to interpret a client's vision from what is discussed in consultations & create that in our work. This process involves several steps including an initial consultation, which is proceeded by a detailed written quote specifying flower varieties, colors & other details. Once the client approves the quote, we obtain a signed agreement, which confirms the quote. We then use the quote as our guide to create formulas & order flowers for the event. Nowhere in our quote does it state that our customer dislikes roses. Had we known this, we would have recommended an alternate flower to the garden roses. As the name implies, a garden rose is still a rose, but bred to have a higher petal count & in some,unique structure or scent. In this case, our quote was for "bridal bouquet in shades of ivory & white using garden roses, ranunculus, white anemone w/ a dark center, & greenery accents". We used the following: 10 David Austin White OHara Garden roses, 7 white ranunculus & 8 white anemones with a dark center and greenery.None of the arrangements contained standard roses. White garden roses many times do open with a pale pink tint in the center. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this, but we have found that the OHara has been very popular for weddings requiring ivory/white garden roses. There are white garden roses that are "purewhite" but find the Ohara is superior in petal count and look. Our goal is that our customer be satisfied and this did not occur.We will do whatever we can to make the situation better and discuss further with our client at their convenience
