  It was Magical !

  Sarah was professional, delightful, and her harp playing was elevating and so romantic. We are so happy we hired her. Sarah had a variety of music, and played one piece into the next for two hours. She was comfortable with photos and video, and her poise, persona complimented the harp style beautifully. We were fortunate that Sarah was available for our event.
  A hi-light I will hold in my heart was Sarah's magical harp playing! Thank you Sarah--We Highly recommend!

  More fabulous than I could have envisioned

  We hired Sarah to provide music at our wedding, partly because of her amazing song selection, and partly because of her support of the LGBT community. She far exceeded my expectations, and the next excuse I have to hire her, I'd love to! It was so easy to work with her. I cried after our first meeting, because I finally felt calm and supported. We both cried listening to a recording of a song she arranged/played for us. She provided clear communication, enthusiastically knew how to support our visions and make our day work the way we wanted, and made me feel at-ease about the capital-W Wedding Day. During our wedding, my guests LOVED her and we even had a sing-along during dinner. Not everything that day went 100% perfectly, and she so professionally rolled with it. (I actually had no idea at the time, I found out later) :D Five Stars, would shop again. Sarah- THANK YOU

  Excellent experience

  It was a wonderful experience having Sarah as our harpist for our December wedding. She has been very responsive and took the time to get to know us as well as the vibe and theme of our wedding. We are also very happy with the songs we requested, particularly adapting music originally performed with Spanish guitar - it was an amazing experience having custom requests done so well. I would highly recommend working with her for special events!

  It was an absolute joy to have Sarah be a part of our wedding experience. Her music was unparalleled; it was truly heavenly to hear. Additionally, she was a pleasure to work with.   Great experience!

  Sarah made the wedding ceremony so special. She spent so much time with us preparing for the event, and she did a beautiful job. Having a harpist is a beautiful way to be a little different from other weddings. She played some contemporary songs, as well as traditional music. She was a pleasure to work with!

We were so glad that she stayed past the ceremony because we loved so many of the songs on her list and wanted them at our wedding! The day of the wedding she was prompt, dressed for our black tie event, and our planner said she was the best harpist she had ever worked with!
  
  We were nervous when Sarah got COVID 11 days before our wedding, but she communicated with us extensively those last two weeks, including having back-up performers in case she wasn't able to make it. Her music was angelic and our guests are still raving about it! Thank you, Sarah!

  Working with Sarah for my wedding was an absolute delight. She played beautifully and two weeks later our wedding guests are still raving about how beautiful she played! From beginning to end, Sarah was extremely professional, patient, and understanding with us. She was always available to answer any questions that we may have had and her extensive song list was perfect with a great combination of various genres of music. She even learned a new song that I really loved and wanted played during the ceremony! We would highly recommend Sarah! and it was such an absolute pleasure working with her.   Wonderful accompaniment for our ceremony

  We loved the beautiful addition that Sarah's playing brought to our ceremony. Sarah had a huge list of songs that we could choose from. She was professional, responsive and (as the groom) I really appreciated that I didn't need to worry about the accompaniment at all, I knew she had it under control.

Having a live musician play definitely gave a touch of elegance to our ceremony that we cannot envision without now. She played like a real pro! No mistakes and got all the cues.

  Absolutely the most beautiful music! Plenty of music choices. It was so hard to choose because Sarah has an extensive list. The whole process from hiring to choosing the music to the actual event was so easy. The pricing is fair, too. Sarah is delightful and very talented. We are so fortunate to have found her.

  Sarah did an amazing job playing for our wedding ceremony. The music was absolutely beautiful and really added an element of elegance to the wedding. Sarah was easy to work with and provided a long list of songs along with helpful guidance for songs appropriate for the processional, recessional, etc. She even accommodated our special request for the groom's entrance.

  Wonderful to work with

  I had such a great experience working with Sarah! She is very helpful with song selection. Unfortunately we haven't used her quite yet since our wedding will be postponed but we did get as far as picking out song selections and she was nothing but professional,kind, and helpful during our time together. I will be giving her a call for sure whenever we do decide to reschedule

  Wedding to Remember

  Sarah was beyond professional and made our wedding one to remember. She answered all questions I had in a timely manner and also offered an array of song selections. She found the sheet music for one of my favorite songs, and you’d think she had been playing the song for years. I’d completely recommend her to anyone looking for a harpist in the area!!

She communicated with us in a very thoughtful, kind and professional manner, accommodated our requests for the songs we wanted to hear, was very clear in what to expect and her pricing, arrived on time for both locations (even though reception was 30 min away from the church where ceremony was held) and played like an angel.   Sarah Cavaiani with Hummingbird Harmonies by Sarah offered just the right musical touch to our Rehearsal Dinner. With the beautiful tones and familiar melodies Sarah played from her harp, she set the mood for a very relaxing, calm celebratory evening for our son, his bride, and dear family and friends.

  Sarah was awesome! She was very responsive before our event and even learned some special songs we requested. Sarah made our ceremony special and we received many compliments from our guests. I would definitely recommend her as she is super talented and very professional

  Disappointed that Sarah canceled week of

  I can't remark on Sarah's ability to provide beautiful harp music for your wedding ceremony because unfortunately Sarah canceled on us on Tuesday before our wedding on Saturday due to illness. Sarah did provide the names of two alternative harpists, one of which we booked and who was FABULOUS (check out Anita Burroughs-Price). I completely understand that illness is unavoidable at times, but the stress this caused three days before our wedding was unfortunate. Further, Sarah did not offer to return our $75 deposit despite the fact that we were having to re-book another harpist the week of the wedding for a higher total fee than Sarah's. Sarah did refund the deposit only when I asked about it, but also informed me that since I had signed her contract, she had revised the contract so that if she cancels dues to "unforeseen circumstances" within 14 days of the wedding the deposit is non-refundable. I personally would never sign an agreement that says that, and if I had signed that agreement with Sarah, I would have been out a deposit, plus an additional cost to replace her, plus the added stress of finding a replacement the week of the wedding. Save yourself the hassle.

  I was disappointed that I couldn't play at your wedding, but despite being vaxxed and boosted, I still got COVID. I would have felt awful had someone gotten sick because of me, so I could not in good conscience play at your wedding. If it had been more mild I would've checked with you about wearing a mask, but I did not want to risk spreading the virus to your loved ones.
  
  I'm so glad I was able to provide you with a stellar replacement. Anita is fabulous! I know it was stressful for you when I got sick 4 days before your wedding, but I was able to find two alternatives and you had one booked the very next day.
  
  I did refund you your deposit, as I felt it was the right thing to do. This was after there were many hours spent on your event, so while it was a loss for me, I didn't want you to lose out and cause even more stress. As always, the client is my top priority, and I'm sorry you didn't feel like you received top-notch service.
