We can’t thank Mira enough for coordinating our wedding. This is a longer review because her ability to overcome challenges, be flexible and have patience can only truly be appreciated when understanding what our day looked like.
Wedding morning was sunny and gorgeous to start off, but then the weather had other plans by afternoon. We were prepared for some showers and set up tents to keep my outside ceremony vision alive, but a couple of hours before our ceremony start, the tent legs snapped from the crazy wind. Plan B was to move everything to the barn where the reception will be held, create an aisle, and guests can sit at their seats. What a task, with maybe an hour or so to go. We are so grateful to Mira for her experience, and all of the hard work and flexibility that went into these last minute changes. She led the cool and collected charge and was on top of everything from placing boutonnières and corsages, adding final touches to the guest tables, resetting up the arch and sweetheart table, placing vendors, and ensuring an aisle was established once we regrouped. After all of that, she kept a positive attitude and pumped us all up before walking down, and ensured the rest of the reception ran smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for better support and at the end of the day I was married to my best friend and we threw a heck of a party to celebrate. Thank you for everything Humble Hostess! It was OUR perfect day❤️
Also, as a side note to brides, I highly recommend adding the rehearsal coordination, especially if you have a medium/larger wedding party or if it’s the first time many of your party will be in a wedding. Mira is a great coach and kept everyone on their cues, putting me at complete ease. She even brings a voice amplifier to ensure everyone can hear and a bridal bouquet to practice handoffs.Humble Hostess LLC's reply:
Oh my goodness! This is so sweet it made me cry happy tears!!! This is exactly the reason I love this job! Weddings are stressful by nature and the weather wasn't helping on this day, but Laura and Eduardo you are both so gracious and kind and your ability to roll with the punches made this one of my favorite weddings to date (and that's saying a lot because I'm in the triple digits now!). What may have lacked in weather was made up for everyone being so fun and awesome! The entire wedding party and all the guests were absolutely incredible and that rainbow that came out for your sunset photos was EPIC! Thank you both so much for being such incredible people. You guys deserve all the happiness in the world! Don't be a stranger- you guys are too awesome to let go! -

I hired Mira for day of coordination + clean up for my wedding in July of 2023. She is very affordable and passionate at what she does. On the day of the wedding, I appreciated her going out of her way to help make the day go as smoothly as possible. I also appreciated her honesty when there was miscommunication between vendors. My husband and I were only 3 months away from our wedding. We were having a difficult time on where to find food vendors for our wedding. That is when my husband decided to look online for an affordable help from an event planner. As soon as Mira, from Humble Hostess got in contact with us, we knew right away she was the one! She was friendly and nice. As soon as we told her yes, she asked for our budget and got to work. She got to the point and didn't waste time in looking and booking our vendors. Mira was always quick to reply to us. During our wedding reception her and her partner took such good care of us. Everyone was so excited they kept pulling us and taking pictures that if it wasn't for her and her partner we probably would not have ate. They were the ones that basically sat us down and gave us each a plate of food. For this I am extremely grateful and I will never forget. The food vendor we wanted to go with was taco style. And my oh my she hired the best taco service!! We had soooo many guests and friends ask who the food vendor was. Not 1 person left without saying how incredible the food was. So many left with card information and those that didn't get one were texting us after asking whom the taco people were. And to top off the night Mira also provided (for an additional fee) an ice scream bar service! When our DJ announced that the ice scream bar was now open, half of our guests (including adults) ran to it like if it were black Friday sales. Mira brought my hubby and I a cup with ice scream. Our wedding fell perfect thanks to Mira and her service. Keep in mind that half ways into her plans for our big day my hubby and I decided to add 20 more guests to the list, and she was very understanding (of course for an additional cost to pay for the expenses). They also cleaned up for us (which is an additional service she provides for a fee). It was neat how they both matched in their pink shirts with black. But my hubby and I could not have done this without their services. We are extremely happy with everything they did for us.Humble Hostess LLC's reply:

A must have for event planning
Humble Hostess is a godsend. While my son and daughter-in-law eloped, Humble Hostess helped me plan a little reception for them. Everything was beautifully decorated, and perfectly laid out. All we had to do show up. Humble Hostess is a must have for planning any event.Humble Hostess LLC's reply:
