    Derek and his wife did a birthday party for my adult daughter. The party was a big hit. They were friendly, played everything we wanted, and just in general good people. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend to anyone needing a DJ.

    Derek and his sweet wife DJ’d my special day. I was so impressed that I booked them to play at my brothers birthday party in January.

    THIS WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE DEREK SHOULD BE PLAYING IN BIG PLACES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. PRICING WAS GREAT ALSO. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS

    One year later, and my Husband and I are still talking about how much fun Hughes Event Entertainment provided our reception on our Wedding Day. We met with the team to go over music song selection. We told them our ideas and I loved how well thought out the song selection was. They were Very Professional to our guest party and organized. I like their knowledge on how to keep the guest party alive and jiving. We priced two other DJ's prior to finding Hughes Event Entertainment and they are most affordable and most importantly wont "break the bank"!

    Awesome husband and wife team. Very knowledgeable. Newest and top of the line equipment. Very professional and best value for the money.

    We had a great experience working with the Hughes! They were friendly, they responded quickly and were available on short notice. Our first dj had to cancel a week before the wedding but the Hughes came in and saved the day! They listened to my musical preferences and played some great music to keep the party going. They were also very affordable. I definitely recommend them!

    My husband and I couldn't be more thrilled with their dj services. They really took the time to get to know exactly what we were looking for and stuck to our wishes. I would 100% recommend Hugh's Event Entertainment to dj your reception or any other event!

    I ran live sound for bands at a festival and hired Hughes Event Entertainment to spin tunes during band change overs. The interaction was spot on, the music choice was well thought out and planned to blend the genre from band to band. Hughes Event Entertainment is a great choice for all occasions. Top notch.

    Derek and Sherry were great to work with. Very accommodating with changes and getting music to them last minute that we wanted for the ceremony. Great personalities and just a good wholesome couple. I strongly recommend them for your event

    Cancled a week before wedding

    Booked Hughes Events months before my May wedding. 8 days before the ceremony my fiancée emailed him to ask if there was anything else we needed to do before the wedding. He replied by saying that he had spoken with someone in regards to canceling. This simply was not true. He said he spoke with my fiancée's father, but he said he got no such call. Additionally the only number to contact us was my fiancée's number so there's no possible way he could have spoken to anyone but her about it. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
