    Amazing experience!

    Recently had the pleasure of riding in a Hudson valley limo vehicle and having Joe as the driver for a bachelorette! Joe was very accommodating and patient with our group of 11! The wine tour we went on was a lot of fun. I would recommend using Hudson Valley Limo for all your touring needs and requesting Joe. He was awesome!

    10/10 experience

    I used HVL over the weekend for a bachelorette/ bachelor party. From the second I called to inquire everyone I spoke to was super friendly, helpful & accommodating. They made the booking process so easy! I had to make some changes to our original plan and they accommodated the change so easily! On the day of the event, we were greeted by our driver Joey. I can’t even begin to say how happy we all were with him. He went above and beyond for our party. Stopped when we needed, let us play the music we wanted, let’s us sing at the top of our lungs & just really enjoy ourselves. He even laughed and joked with us! We had such an amazing time riding with him. He is a great guy and I highly highly recommend having him drive you to your next event!!

    What a great time!!

    I recommend highly for a bachelor/bachelorette party!!!
    What a great experience we had with our driver Joey! A few of us girls decided to get together to do a brewery tour so I reached out for a quote and was quickly given a response that was so reasonably priced! Joey arrived early to give us time to load up and he was so attentive during the trip. He helped us on and off the van and offered assistance with our bags. It meant a lot to us to have a laid back driver!

    Hudson Valley Limousine provided us with the nicest and funniest driver for our daughter's wedding in Rhinebeck. The company was flexible in their services and did not insist on the more expensive "wedding package". The driver was there for us the whole night, gladly chauffeuring guests back and forth. And best of all, everything was included in the price, no hassling with tip at the end of the night.

    Our driver was Nelson, He was so wonderful to us, red carpet service all the way. He took such care getting my long train and veil in and out of this limo all day, I'm so thankful for him! He was a gentleman, got us to where we needed, when we needed - dealt beautifully with our large group of rowdy people. The 14 passenger limo was clean and cool the whole way. We comfortably sat 12 people most of the guys being on the bigger side - So happy I used this company, stress-free and flexible to what we needed!

    Eric and his team at Hudson Valley Limo were great! They were responsive, professional and on time. The limo was clean and upscale, and we really enjoyed all of the bottles of water and champagne to help relax before the wedding ceremony. Thank you for everything - we would highly recommend your services to anyone else in the Hudson Valley looking for a great wedding limo company.

    Hudson Valley Limo made our wedding less stressful by providing transportation to the church then to our venue. The driver was very professional. The red carpet service and drinks made our drive the venue a celebration! Thank You!

    HV Limo was more than just a transportation provider on our wedding day. The limo driver kept me very calm and distracted while I waiting in the car very anxiously to enter the church before the ceremony. Both drivers we had that day were a true pleasure and helped add to the excitement and enjoyment of our special day. We couldn't have bee any happier.
    Also, they were more than accomodating when I needed an emergency car to pick up re-routed bridesmaids at the airport after their flights were cancelled. They helped my in a pinch! What a great company, I plan on using them again if I ever need another car for anything.

    The company was very warm and friendly from my first phone call to them to my wedding day. I wish I could remember our limo driver's name but he was fantastic. He helped us with everything, anticipated our needs, was very flexible, and even stayed with me in the bridal room before I walked down the aisle and helped me stay very calm. He even lent one of my groomsman his own sunglasses so the bridal party could all take some pictures outside in the sun! Great company! Everyone had a blast in the limo and it was fully stocked!I would highly recommend them!

    In asking questions and setting up our reservation, the customer service for the company was very easy to work with. The limo service was fantastic with one issue; the limo driver was half an hour late in moving the men to the women, which meant I got half an hour less in pictures. All of the other movements were on point and enjoyable, and the driver was professional and courteous. I'm very glad we went with this vendor for both our day-of-limo and end-of-night car service!

    Our Limo driver, Gary, was AWESOME! He managed to make me laugh when i was most nervous, asking me to picture my fiance wearing a cowboy hat and boots, holding my bouquet at the end of the aisle. He diffused my nervous tension, fluffed my dress for me before i went down the aisle, and popped the bottle of champagne on the way TO the ceremony for me, just because it was "my day". He even told my mom it was okay to have a sip before, because whatever i wanted that day, was how it was to be. Definitely worth the money, and request Gary, he was GREAT!

    Had a little hiccup

    Service was great getting the guys from the hotel and to the venue! When it was time to pick us girls up from my house to bring us over we had an issue. The driver assumed he was getting us from the hotel because he saw another bridal party there when getting the guys. So instead of double checking the paperwork he went back there. I called the company after realizing the limo was 20 min late (I was not given driver contact info) they got ahold of him and we were informed he would be 15 min more. That’s almost 40 min late picking up the bride and bridesmaids to bring us to the wedding! I understand mistakes happen, but the only thing we were offered as an apology for almost making me late to my own wedding (I was literally rushed into the bridal suite and rushed right back out down the aisle with basically no time to breathe in between) was champagne from the limo ..which that contract said was included anyway.
    Before the big day, responsiveness was great and they were extremely flexible when I needed to change pick up times. However the experience I had being so rushed to not even relax a little before I walked down the aisle, I probably would not hire again.

    How do I begin to express my horrible experience with this company..... Thw driver approached my husband and I as we were exiting the church to tell us we needed to hurry up as well as making comments to several of my guests... We never made it to the location we wanted to take picture... No red carpet was put out. The water bottles were open and half drank out of.. My mother's dress was ruined by the oil they used on the seats.. This is just some of the complaints I have with this company... When I called to make a complaint.. All the owner said was sorry can't do nothing about it now!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE RISK IN USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION!!! Wish I knew before hand..

    In response to this review after the client contacted us they first notified us that the driver had literally ran down the church aisle after them to notify them that they were running out of time. After several times of asking them "The Driver really ran down the aisle after you and did this." They finally admitted and said no the driver notified us outside the church. Not a nice accusation to make when it was false. The truth was, and was verified by the 2nd driver, as there were two driver that day, he merely let them know by the curb by the limo. They had inquired how much time was left. It was their choice at that point to continue and pay for the additional time as they were going over. They chose not to want to pay for the additional time but felt it was our fault for their poor planning and the photographer going over. It was THEIR choice not to continue and stop for additional photos. We would never rush anyone on their wedding day. We always go over the times with the clients. The limo was spotless and cleaned by the owner. When we asked several times about the dress we were never given a direct answer as to where the stain was and how bad. Our 5 star reviews speak for themselves.
