Brandon was absolutely wonderful to work with. I sent e-mails out to several bakeries, asking that they bake a cake using a family recipe; Brandon was the only one to take on the challenge. He was incredibly responsive with both e-mail and phone calls. He delivered the cake in a timely fashion and everything looked beautiful. The cake was absolutely to die for! I can't even count the amount of people who raved about how good the cake was and many people had seconds. Definitely use Hudson Valley Cakery! -

Brandon created a gorgeous (and delicious!!) gluten free cake for my wedding last week. Not only was it presented so beautifully (he decorated it with fresh flowers based on a picture I provided), but it was DELICIOUS!!! The chocolate cake was so moist, and the cannoli filling was incredible (and I think there were little chocolate chips hidden in there- YUM!) All of our guests (many of whom are skeptical about eating food that is gluten free) raved that it was the best wedding cake they had EVER tasted- hands down- even compared to glutinous cakes! I have Celiac disease, so I was very concerned about working with a bakery that takes gluten free baking/food allergies very seriously. Brandon was a pleasure to work with and the cake was a HUGE hit. An extra bonus was that there was a ton left over, so its sitting in the freezer waiting to be enjoyed all over again! HIGHLY recommend!! -

We ordered a small wedding cake as well as three types of cupcakes for our wedding and everything was so delicious!! All of the guests commented on how much they loved the desserts. We ordered the coconut, carrot cake and Oreo chocolate and I would highly recommend all of them. Brandon was very helpful throughout the whole planning process, let us taste every flavor they offer and also made recommendations based on the size, weather and venue of our wedding. Overall, we had an amazing experience! -

My husband and I could not be happier with the cake and customer service provided by the staff at Hudson Valley Cakery. Brandon was wonderful from the start! He was receptive to our ideas and concerns at our initial consultation and very supportive throughout the entire process up to our big day. The cake was absolutely beautiful and the taste could not be beat! I would recommend Brandon and his team to anyone in need of a sweet. We had a black belt celebration party and I gave Brandon a picture of a cake I found online. He recreated it with a very tasty cake. It was a huge hit at our party. We plan to order from them again for our next party! -

Hudson Valley Cakery created a fantastic cake for my daughter's 10th birthday! She had very specific needs: it had to look Beamo, a character from Adventure Time and be rainbow cake inside. Also, she has celiac disease and needs gluten free. Hudson Valley Cakery delivered on all fronts. I'd absolutely recommend them for a specialty cake, cupcakes, pies, and any baked good, really. Delicious! -

HV Cakery provided a full sheet cake and cookies for our corporate event. Its hard to get a good balance of beautiful and delicious in bakery items and boy did these guys nail it!! The cake was beautiful and super detailed and the toffee inside was my favorite part of the deliciousness! -

Hudson Valley Cakery is the best!!! Brandon the owner was very professional and helpful with picking a cake that was suitable for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. All my guests enjoyed the beautiful 5 tiered chocolate fudge fondant cake. -

My event was my sons communion. The party was for about 55 people.
Brendan couldn't have been any more amazing!
I had called him a little short of 2 weeks, (time limit to make a cake) and he was
very flexible with me, even though it wasn't a lot of time.
The cake (chocolate, with cookies and cream filling and butter cream icing) was PHENOMENAL! The details were equally amazing.
Brendan also assured me that he would not mix/contaminate anything with peanuts. (Family member has a sever peanut allergy, who very much enjoyed the cake!)
The cake was worth every penny. Brendan was able to make an amazing cake for a reasonable budget.
I've been telling everyone to come here!

Brandon and his wife were amazing. I planned my wedding in 5 weeks and they were so accommodating. I went into their bakery in a panic needing a wedding cake asap and Brandon assured me that everything would be alright. I gave him magazine photos of 5 cakes I liked and he came up with an awesome wedding cake for us. Not only was my cake exactly what I wanted and beautiful too but it was DELICIOUS!!! I had sampled 6 cupcakes and icings to find the perfect flavors for my cake. Thank you guys for making my wedding day a little sweeter!!! -

Hudson Valley Cakery made gluten free cupcakes for my bridal shower, my mothers & sisters birthday, my husbands bachelor party, my brother in laws birthday & more! We stop in all the time for little treats like macaroons and gelato! Everything is absolutely amazing & the service is great.. They always accommodate us! My favorite bakery in Rockland! -
