  Very professional, reliable, friendly, caring, and compassionate

  I can't even express how pleased I am with every aspect of Hudson Notarial Services. Charlene exceeded our expectations.   Perfect wedding

  Charlene is very professional and down to earth. Her officiants speech was perfect! Throughout the upcoming months til my wedding she kept in touch making sure the groom & I felt comfortable. Thank you Charlene. My wedding day felt magical!

  The One and Only!!!!

  Charlene was spectacular! We had a simple ceremony and she made it comfortable, and uncomplicated. We didn’t have a camera person and her husband jumped at the responsibility, allowing us to have quality photos without hiring additional staff! We highly recommend HNS!!!

  I needed quick, flexible and professional: she providéd all three and her rates were appropriate. Friendly yet professional she gave me all the help I needed with my own spur of the moment plàns. Loved her attitude and I could always hear smile.

  Charlene was amazing from the moment I first messaged her! She contacted me right away and was very accommodating. Every step was seamless and she gave us an absolutely beautiful private ceremony just including my husband and I. We were so grateful for her and impressed that we are having her do another ceremony for us with our families! If I could give her 10 stars I would!

  As good as it gets!

  Hudson Notarial Services is as good as it gets. She was punctual, initiated the ceremony effortlessly. She allowed us to wed in harmony and was supportive and encouraging while guiding us through the process. Great Job!

  Wedding day

  Coordination of setting up everything with charleen was great and smooth. The day of the wedding though she was a little late but all in all it was a great experience.

  Officiant services

  I contacted Charlene on 7/2/20 to officiate my wedding on July 24. She responded immediately to my request and said that her services would require a $50 deposit. She said that she would send the contract as soon as she received the payment. I sent her the $50 on 7/4/20 and did not hear from her for 6 days. She never sent me a contract and did not respond to my messages at all for six days. I then submitted a claim with PayPal on 7/10/20 to get my money back as Charlene did not hold up the end of the transaction and did not respond to my messages. Within a couple of hours of submitting my claim with PayPal, Charlene responds and states that she was “yesterday (7/9/20) was very busy”. She did not address ignoring my messages between 7/4-7/8. She then proceeded to inform me that my deposit was non refundable which I thought was ridiculous as she never informed me of this before I sent the deposit and she never sent over the contract to complete the transaction. I would not recommend her to anyone based off of my personal experience.
