Absolutely gorgeous venue! The space and decor are already beautiful as-is, with little to no need of set dressing to make it “your” wedding. We loved the graffiti wall because it gave an edgy/fun feel to our reception but they also will cover it if you wish to have a more classic feel. They also offer a wide ranging of table numbers and additional decor that you can choose to use at no extra charge. Since the shopping plaza it is in is right off of the lake there are tons of gorgeous spots for you to take photos as well as not being too far from other gorgeous Orlando photo spots. Our day of coordinator, Claire, was absolutely fantastic! She’s extremely professional, patient, and was a calming presence day of. I realized the pendant charm of my recently passed dad was not on my flowers right before I needed to walk down the aisle. Claire assured me we had time, and not only retrieved the charm from my dressing room, but attracted it to my bouquet for me; if you weren’t with me when this happened, you wouldn't have had any idea because Claire never showed an ounce of stress. We are still getting told by all of our guests, how beautiful the entire wedding was, and so much of that has to do with how amazing Trellis is! -

Trellis 925 Wedding Experience
Trellis 925 was the absolute best. The venue is simply stunning. Our day of coordinator, Claire, made the entire wedding planning such a smooth process and is great to work with. The preferred vendors we worked with, through Claire, did a fantastic job. The venue is pet friendly, which was the perfect touch to our ceremony with our dog being included. We also appreciated how LGBTQIA+ friendly the venue is. -

Amazing Staff
Claire and her team did an amazing job helping us get everything ready for our wedding and get all the vendors in place and on the same page. She was exceptional in assisting us with any details and the final touches that we had. Trellis 925 I would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing place to have an event! We did not live in the area and she was wonderful in helping us with our destination wedding. Our guests loved the experience and we all had an amazing time. -

By the time I found trellis I had almost given up on finding a good wedding venue that matched our vibe and was a good price. When I first met Kathryn their coordinator she put my mind at instant ease because she was so knowledgeable about this industry. Their package was perfect for our budget and they worked wonderful with our vendors. I couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect day. The next time we have a big event it will certainly be at trellis! -

First off, I'd like to say that our entire event was perfect. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and pleasant. The venue itself was beautiful as well. It's the perfect space for a smaller, more intimate wedding feel. Our day-of Wedding Coordinator was Claire, and she was amazing. She was definitely available to us as needed and helped us plan things in advance. She felt like much more than just someone to assist on the day of the event. We can't say enough nice things about Trellis 925 and the staff. -

Made our special day amazing!
Everything about Trellis 925 was amazing. From the second we toured, to asking questions about booking, making payments and meeting with our coordinator, everything was PERFECT!
Kathryn was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING! So friendly, so helpful, and just a delight to have around on our special day.
Our favorite thing about this venue is how they made EVERY. SINGLE. WANT. A. REALITY. No matter what the request was, they made it happen.
All of the staff was friendly, helpful and so kind to us. I would have my wedding all over again just to experience this team and venue again! Thank you thank you thank you! -

The perfect venue
We used Trellis as our wedding venue this past weekend and it was more than we could have ever hoped for. We purchased their all inclusive package which allowed us a wedding planner Claire, day of coordinator Kathryn, and booking of all of our vendors through the venue. Claire did such an amazing job with helping us choose our vendors, we were NEVER disappointed. They were quick to reply to emails and made sure everything went smoothly from the day we booked until the end of our wedding. Claire and Kathryn are absolutely phenomenal and brought our wedding to life in ways we would have never thought imaginable. We have received nothing but positive feedback from all of our guests. The best decision we made was hiring this venue & if you want an amazing stress free experience for your wedding, or any event for that matter, this is definitely the place for you! They deserve way more than just 5 stars. -

When I first saw this venue I was kind of thrown off that it was in a strip mall, albeit a pretty one! But once you’re inside the venue itself you are transported to a beautiful building full of character and charm. The moment my now husband and I walked in, we were greeted as if we were family. Claire, our day of coordinator was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! She took our vision and love of travel and turned an already charming building into something magical and even better than visioned. All of the employees were warm and friendly, but Claire went above and beyond to make sure my now husband and I were relaxed and happy, and when we needed a moment of peace, Claire made sure nobody bothered us! Claire even made sure the catering came down to us by the dock to give us some appetizers and drinks. I honestly couldn’t think of anybody better to have been our number one on our special, emotional day. Thank you to the whole Trellis family! 20/10! -

The moment I saw the photos of Trellis 925 online, I knew that was going to be the place I said I do. I am so glad that I made that decision because the staff at the venue made the entire process so easy. Our day of coordinator, Claire, made our big day perfect! She was available to answer any questions and made sure that everyone was taken care of the entire day. I would absolutely recommend Trellis 925 to anyone who is considering an stunning indoor venue for their Orlando wedding! -

I loved our venue, and I loved our coordinator!
I’m pretty low maintenance, but I was nervous and slightly scattered the morning of our wedding day. However, the minute we got to the venue and I met with Emily, she instantly calmed me down.
She got us anything we wanted all throughout the wedding. She helped me with anything I asked. She checked in plenty of times, (not enough to interrupt anything, but just enough to make sure we were happy). She was so flexible with any changes throughout the night — I could rave about her forever.
Get married at Trellis 925. Trust me. -

Where do I even begin?! We recently had our wedding with Trellis 925 and it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish the wedding planning process was smooth sailing thanks to our wedding coordinator Claire Underhill. Without her help I would have been a complete mess. She was super patient with my ever changing needs, super professional & very knowledgeable. The venue itself is beautiful as well as versatile & could make your dream wedding a reality. Amazing venue and team!
We were so happy with Claire and the Trellis 925 team. The venue is such a unique space that my husband and I really fell in love with it. We originally had a 2020 date that we decided to postpone until 2021 and the team was so great at working with us and putting us as ease. When it came time to finalize all the details Claire was great and so easy to work with! She offered her expertise and helped us develop the timeline and make sure all the details had been accounted for, there we’re definitely things I hadn’t thought of until that point. The day of she and the team really brought our vision to life. It was more than we could have imagined and we really could not be more happy with how the entire evening went. -

Trellis 925 is the perfect venue for a wedding. The layout and decor create a romantic atmosphere. My coordinator, Claire, is responsive, helpful, and reliable. She was phenomenal at setting up the decor, keeping us on time, supporting me when I needed it, and making sure our day was magical. I recommend this venue to anyone; you will be so happy that you chose Trellis 925. We loved every second and had the most fantastic day. Thank you so much, Claire and Trellis 925. (bonuses are that the coordinator, catering, bartender, tables, linens, dining ware, and some decor are included in the cost, which made it convenient and affordable. It was worth every penny, and I would do it all over again.) -

They were so responsive to all my questions during the planning process and especially leading up to the big day. The packages were so affordable and included a wide variety of options. Trellis 925 (formerly Hub 925) went above and beyond for my wife and I on our wedding day! Kathryn was a breath of fresh air and made sure everything went perfectly on our big day, and was always there when we needed her. Trellis let us help plan out our floor placements and tables, looked for our input openly, and worked with us throughout the whole process! They also have very affordable packages that includes different partner caterers and photographers to make your life a little bit easier. It is located in Dr. Phillips area, and right in the same plaza as Publix and Rocko's tacos. That may sounds odd, but I assure you this venue is beautiful and the location made it convenient for us to get Starbucks or restock things at Publix or whatever we needed during the day. This venue is awesome and Kathryn was amazing as our day of coordinator. We highly recommend booking your big day here or any event really! -

My husband and I had our wedding and everything went great! Despite having a wedding during a pandemic, Cathy and Claire made sure our special day was perfect! They had so many safety features around the venue to assure everyone felt comfortable. This place is definitely worth coming to see if you’re looking for a wedding venue, business space or even a party/Quincenera. The prices are fair after shopping around and the modern/industrial look is what won us over! They’re really good about emailing back so if you have any questions, they’re available to answer! We loved our wedding venue. The staff was friendly and made our day wedding night flow extremely well. The transformation of the ceremony space to the reception dinner was amazing. Our guests complimented the space all night. It was affordable, air conditioned, modern, and UNIQUE! Perfect for the anti-barn, anti-ballroom wanting couple. -

Hub 925 was a perfect venue for our wedding - it has so many amazing qualities!
It is modular AND attractive AND unique! Kathryn and the team really worked with us to find the best way to utilize the space for our needs. Our ceremony space was transformed into a dance floor (complete with a 6-member band) during the cocktail hour, the “bridal suite” turned into a buffet spread, and we were able to include a photo booth and beautiful cake spread. The styling of the venue meant that decorations were only needed to supplement the space as opposed to transform it. We received so many compliments regarding how “us” the wedding was!
It offers you the chance for amazing outdoor photos without having the stress of worrying about an outdoor wedding in Florida. I would have loved an outdoor wedding but I knew that the stress of worrying about what to expect from the Florida weather at any time of year would have been overwhelming. We loved Hub 925 when we toured it, and I was ready to give up on having any outdoor photos when we were walked back to see Little Sand Lake behind the venue! The setting made for stunning photos and really offered the best of both worlds regarding indoor versus outdoor space.
While they have many vendor suggestions, you are not locked into having to pick any specific vendors from a preset list. Additionally, you can bring your own alcohol. This allowed us to get everything we needed at Total Wine which was a HUGE cost savings, and we were able to return the leftovers!
It is dog friendly! This was one of our number one priorities when selecting a venue.
It is conveniently located. Because it is right in the middle of Restaurant Row we did an after dinner ceremony with hors d'oeuvres and let our guests eat whatever they wanted for dinner. We were able to grab some last minute fruits for the sangria from the Publix two doors over as well!
In summary, if you want to host a unique wedding with minimal stress involved in planning, I highly recommend Hub 925! -

Hub 925 was the perfect place to have our wedding. Not only is the venue beautiful in person (and in pictures), but the team really made the planning seamless. We chose the wedding package that included the ceremony and dinner catered by Cocktails Catering. We loved that we had to pay just one bill for the venue, tables, chairs, linens, most of the decorations, food, servers, bartender and the wedding coordinator. The tips were even included in the total cost which made it less stressful at the end.
Kathryn, our coordinator met with us several times to go over our vision for the wedding and to help with suggestions. She made herself available by text and phone for any last minute questions I had for the the big event. She really helped to make it less stressful for the bride and groom.
Brandon helped us with getting the slideshow projected at the venue. I worked so hard making a beautiful collection of photos of the guests attending the dinner and wanted it to play in the dinner hall. I had trouble figuring out how to do it and Brandon was very patient with me and made sure we were able to do it! That video was so important to me.
The venue itself has so many incredible qualities. It is the perfect place to host a party or wedding celebration. I love all the different textures on the walls from the wood paneling, beautiful red brick, grassy wall, graffiti wall feature and the awesome lounge in front of the bar area. Cathy did a great job designing this space with a party setting in mind!
We highly recommend this location as well. The parking was great for our guests. If you forgot anything, Publix is a short walk away. I got my cake from Publix and it was easily delivered there. I also got my flowers in the same plaza at Bay Hill Florist and it was easily delivered there at no cost. The venue is also so close to International drive so your out of town guests can say in a happening spot for the weekend and enjoy some of Orlando's attractions.

Cathy was a pleasure to work with. Every single person working at Hub925 and in conjunction with them--e.g. Cocktail Catering, Claire Underhill, and Priscilla Rose--had an unequivocal commitment to making our wedding special. My wife and I were so happy with the venue as our wedding site at the Urban Loft! We had booked the location as the ceremony and reception. We had ~60 at the wedding, and it was the perfect size for that amount of guests. It never felt cramped or congested at that size.
We went with the premium package which allowed us to go with any vendor of our choice (except for catering). The Trellis specifically has two catering companies that they go through. We went with Premier Catering. The food and service was fantastic! Would not have wanted to go with a different catering service. Premier Catering was also able to provide linens, plates, and utensils.
Included in this package, we had 10 hours of rental time. We had 2 hours before the wedding to set up (rented chairs, tables, do beams), 7 hours of ceremony, cocktail, and reception time, and 1 hour to breakdown. We did have to set things up ourselves and having only two ours to set up before getting ready was stressful to deal with. The tours that were booked before hand was a complication that we had to work out. We had found when touring other venues that setting up was able to take place even when there was a tour set up. Our recommendation for the venue would be to allow couples getting married to set up while tours are going on.
With the premium package, we also had a day-of- event coordinator in which Mariana did a prenominal job as a point-of-contact before the wedding and organizer during the event itself. She was flexible and on top of everything the day of the wedding. -

Trellis 925 is such a unique venue. As soon as we walked in we knew that was where we wanted to get married. It was a cool, loft vibe that matched our personalities perfectly. We got so many compliments on it. It is a smaller venue and I was a little worried it might be too small but with our 80 guests it was perfect. I’d say up to 100 would work well here. Everything went perfect the day of the wedding and was stunning. Kathryn, one of their coordinators, was so nice and easy to work with! -
