I ordered my wedding flowers from FlowersandFreshness.com, and I can honestly say they were beyond my expectations. The roses — especially the peony-type varieties — were absolutely stunning, oversized, and so fresh.
I had never seen flowers of such premium quality before. They arrived in perfect condition, and every guest kept asking me where I got them from.

I ordered the white chocolate roses and babies breath for our wedding a couple years ago. We were recommended to order from here by a friend who also used them for her wedding and we were very happy with the result! They flowers came in 3 days before the wedding and we arranged them the day before the wedding and they were still fresh/beautiful. I would order from here again.

I order 230 roses and other things only 5 days before the wedding. Everybody at flower and freshness help me to solve all the issues with the order for me to arrive on time.
The roses arrived perfectly wrapped and in excellent condition. I had no one thing to complain, all the roses were high quality big and strong. I highly recommend Flowerandfreshness they made a great job helping me to get the best presentation. I'm very satisfied and happy with the results. I will recommend and use their products again .

I was a DIY bride. The flowers were incredible. Fresh and not damaged at all. They email and text message you along the way to let you know where in the process your flowers are. I ordered a trial run from them, all roses and they lasted more than 2 weeks. I ordered roses, hypericum, garden roses and lisianthus from them, they were healthy and fresh. I would definitley recommend them if you are a DIY bride!

My only negative was with Fedex who left the flowers outside on a 100 degree without calling the recipient or even ringing the doorbell.
The flowers remained outside for hours while they waited inside for the delivery. They only found out they were there when I tracked the delivery after 2pm and found out they were droped off at 10 AM.

At first I was unsure about ordering roses from an internet site - but decided to "go for it". The roses arrived as schedule and once placed in water recovered quickly and looked great for the wedding. I could not have asked for anything more.

The roses we ordered came in great condition, and were probably some of the best purchases we made for the bouquets. We did all of our own arranging, and these really were beautiful. They opened up to be full, and fragrant, gorgeous, and SO CHEAP!!! Thank you so much!

I ordered Large white Calla Lilies for one daughter's wedding in 2010 and Vendela roses and white Asiatic Lilies for my second daughter's wedding this past May. Both times the flowers were nothing short of GORGEOUS!!!! Spectacular is closer to what they were. Both arrived exactly when expected, both times after following the watering and feeding directions they opened gloriously and were the talk of the weddings. The quality, size, freshness and staff follow through make these flowers an incredible value!! I won't go anywhere else for flowers and have recommended them to all my friends and wedding vendors. I may be starting an event planning business and this is where all my flowers will come from! Thank you!!!!!

I had trouble with FedEx express shipping that resulted in spoilage of some flowers. However the flowers and the customer service from Flowers and Freshness were wonderful. The surviving flowers rehydrated well and were gorgeous--for the ceremony and many days beyond. Customer service (especially Gabby) is highly supportive and accommodating. They called several times to notify changes/progress of the order, and afterwards to make sure the flowers had arrived. Thank you Flowers and Freshness.

I ordered roses to see the quality and how fresh they would be, I didnt want a surprise for my wedding and have flowers that were not of good quality. I wanted to see how the flowers would be in several days after and overall. I ordered 4 varieties of roses. One of the varities was not available and they called me right away to let me know and offered different options. They sent emails along the way to let me know what step they were on in regards to processing my order. The flowers arrived and they are beautiful. I have had them for 6 days now and they are still in amazing condition. The roses are huge, not what i am used to seeing when buying at the grocery store. Bigger than some roses i have received from florists too. My friend who is a florist helped me when the flowers came in. She said that they are some of the best quality roses she has seen. Overall, this was the best customer service i have received from an online vendor. I will be ordering my wedding flowers definitely from flowersandfreshness.com.

For all my Centerpieces I decided to go with DIY with the help of my wonderful wedding planner Kristin Jones. I have used 2 wholesale online companies and one of them was www.flowersandfreshness.com. Great prices and FREE Shipping to Hawaii, which is obviously extremely rare!

I have ordered Mini Calla Lilies, Alstromeria and Snapdragon from them. All arrived fresh and on time, 2 days before wedding!

I used Lemons and Clear Marbles for all my centerpieces. I think all of them came out really beautiful!

I ordered all my flowers online for the wedding and did them myself. I ordered 200 roses for $99 - the best deal across the internet. The roses were absolutely beautiful, arrived on time, were fresh and lasted. Great experience! Would absolutely order from them again!

I ordered 250 roses and 400 carnations for my wedding. I made all the arrangments myself with roses in the center and carnations of the same color tightly packed around them. The flowers cost 325, and with pretty bowls/vases from World Market everything came to 450 for 10 tables, 2 bar flowers (and these were huge) my bouquet and 2 bridesmaids, and all the boutineers and corsages.
The flowers came right on time. I ordered them on to come on Thursday for my Saturday wedding. I put them in water right away, and made the arrangments that night. They lasted for 2 weeks after the wedding! Everyone was amazed!

This is the 4th or 5th time we have used F&F to supply carnations which are given to all the ladies who come to Tubby's Ice Cream, in Wayne, ME. on Mother's Day. I used flowersandfreshness.com for roses only. They offered the specific type of rose I desired for my DIY bridal bouquet, Limbo green. The price was reasonable and I felt confident after reading other reviews. I received an email with the tracking information when my order shipped. They were shipped with a deliver by time of noon, which was very important to prevent them from sitting in a hot delivery truck all day. There were no major issues with my order, just a few broken roses but that was to be expected from the shipping and I ordered extra for that reason. I received a phone call later that afternoon from the company to verify delivery and satisfaction. Very good customer service, I would definitely order roses here again.

My floral order was actually for a dance recital, but the roses I ordered were delivered right on time and packaged very well. The flowers were fresh with no brown petals. I would recommend this company for any bulk floral needs.

I ordered 15 blue and white hydrangea on short notice for a bridal shower that I was hosting. The were unable to get the blue so they supplied me with 20 white ones (for the price of 15). The flowers arrived on time and were in great shape. Every stem was full and in perfect condition. They also called the day of the delivery to ensure that everything was delivered on time and in great condition. Everyone at the shower was raving about how beautiful the flowers were! I was extremely pleased with both the service and product.

Overall, this company was great work with, and they saved us a truckload of money. We ordered a variety of gerber daisies in an array of colors, and several bags of roses petals for the aisle at the ceremony and for the reception venue floor and tables. They did not have a color I requested, and it resulted in postponing my flower delivery by a day, which was a little nerve racking because it meant they were arriving the day before the wedding. But they got there on time, in perfect shape, and a few friends were able to make beautiful, colorful bouquets that look perfect with our color scheme, and the petals added the perfect touch. I strongly recommend going this route if you are flexible and want to save yourself alot of unnecessary expense.

We had to get the flowers on Tuesday because the wedding was on Friday and by friday they were still beautiful. We bought 100 roses and today is Monday and they are still hearty. the wedding bouquet I made on Fri. is still beautiful. It is just starting to go a little limp today very satisfied with the beautiful flowers.

I think that if you are a DIY bride looking for affordable flowers, FlowersAndFreshness.com is a great option. I was very nervous about ordering fresh flowers online, but am very satisfied with the flowers I received. I ordered 400 lime green, Limbo roses. The came exactly when they were supposed to, and were in great condition. I would say only 2 dozen were bruised, but not badly enough that I wouldn't have put them out if I had needed them (I had an intimate wedding of about 40 people so our decorating needs were small). Additionally, I had made two separate orders and the company called ahead, just to be sure that I hadn't made a mistake. I thought that was incredibly considerate and would have saved me a bunch of money if I had ordered the second batch by mistake. Also, they take PayPal- which was very convenient for me.

I was hesitant to order my own wedding flowers, but the price could not be beat. The flowers arrived on the promised day in long protective boxes. I was SO surprised to see how carefully they were wrapped in order to keep them preserved. The flowers were beautiful and lasted for one week after my wedding! As a matter of fact, I ordered too many and actually gave small bouquets my guests as they left. Just be prepared to arrange your flowers at least a day before and keep them in a cold room. I was married in June. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

The flowers were just as beautiful as pictured -- fresh, bright and the aroma was intoxicating. I only regret not seeing on your website that it would have cost me just about the same to have centerpieces all made up and ready to be placed in vases, as it cost me for my roses which I had to arrange on my own. In any event, the flowers were perfect and the centerpieces were a big hit. One recommendation I would have is that instructions be included with deliveries telling us when would be the best time to begin arranging the flowers. Once the flowers are opened and placed in the vases, they open very quickly and it is important to have them at their peak during the party.

The best value for roses even when compared to Costco and/or Sam's Club. I had ordered 600 roses per variety in bulk of 200's, and for the most part, 95% of them were in great condition. The other 5% were used for cake decor and other miscellaneous non-focused items. I ordered 200 white roses (4 different varieties, Mt. Everest, Polo, Amelia, and Vendela) and 400 Freedom red roses. I also ordered Israeli Ruscus (the BEST price by far compared to anywhere else!)

The customer service of this place isn't the best, however, hence the low score in Quality of Service, Responsiveness, and Professionalism. They have online chatting, but it's slow and often disconnects. The phone number is busy most of the time. I was so frustrated at one point because I was disconnected so often in one session on their online chatting that they compensated me by giving me a 5% discount. I don't believe it was their fault, per se. I think it's a lack of investing in a better computing/IT system.

Despite the little bumps in the road, I would DEFINITELY order from them again. The price is too good to pass up! They delivered on time and without any missing parts (free FedEx delivery). I ordered the roses in early December and 4 days before my wedding, thought they said to order 2-3 days before the event. I doubted them, but now I know they are right. Some species of roses opened too early (especially Mt. Everest and Amelia).

I should have ordered the hypericum berries here despite their description mentioning red and dark red berries. FiftyFlowers.com mentioned only red berries and I thought that that was what I was going to receive, but I ended up receiving both red and dark red berries from FiftyFlowers.com.

Value for Cost is HIGHLY recommended for the budget bride! By the way, our centerpieces consisted of roses, Israeli Ruscus, and hypericum berries only.

I ordered what I thought to be Peonies only to be sent Garden Roses. I took pictures of the flowers, along with a picture of peony and was told over again that the flowers they sent me were Peonies (just a different type)... despite the flowers thorns, smelling and looking like roses, and roses marked on the box. I even did an internet search which proved that they were a Garden Rose variety. Although they did give me 20% return on my purchase I was so upset as I know the difference between a rose and a peony. They would never admit to the flowers being a peony, only gave me a discount because I was "unhappy". Their website falsely advertises. Don't buy from them if you want a peony as you will not get what you are looking for. If you want a garden rose, buy from them.

i did not get the flowers untill a day after i was supposed to which almost didnt give them enough time to fully bloom and also 16 out of the 60 i ordered had broken stems at the flowere which made the unuseable other then that flowers were okay

Terrible!

Called me day before scheduled delivery and told me it would be 2 extra days which was day before wedding. That was pushing it for us since we are making own bouquets etc. Next day get my tracking information and they are not scheduled to be delivered until Monday, 2 days after wedding. Tried to call and they will not answer nor respond to me on Chat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTING! I am actually getting married on Saturday (5/26/12) and for the last 2 days have had nothing but grief from this company. I ordered months in advance and then 4 days before the wedding I get an e-mail/voice-mail stating that my 10 gerbera daisy centerpieces are not available in time for my wedding. When I call back I am told that they will arrive, just Friday instead of Thursday with all of the rest of the flowers. Ok, fine...not too big of a deal I guess...

Then I am contacted 3 days before and told that the centerpieces are not coming at all. I was offered a pretty pathetic replacement option of roses, in one color only, or a refund that could take up to 3 days to post (how does it take seconds for them to take a payment out of my bank account and 3 days to refund my money???). If I wanted roses, I would have ordered them to begin with and why would I want only one color?! Guess I'll make a last minute emergency trip to Kroger and pick something up since this place is not professional enough to get their own act together. I would not recommend doing business with this company AT ALL!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am convinced that their reviews listed here are fake and put up by their own employees. The flowers that arrived from this company the day before my wedding were DEAD. The company refused to help, and even argued the case with my credit card company. We had to rush out and by flowers the morning of the wedding. These people are criminals. They should be shut down.

BRIDES BEWARE!!!

My husband and I decided we would do our flowers ourselves to better fit our budget. We pre ordered our flowers 4 months before our wedding ( we paid in full at this time) . 4 days before our wedding , flowers and freshness called and told us they could not fulfill our order, and would not replace it with any other flowers! We were frantic to find flowers to decorate our ceramony and reception and for boquets!! On top of all of this , is was impossible to get in touch with a manager authorized to return our money!! we called the Miami police department on this business, before they finally returned our money!! DOnt let this company ruin your wedding day!
