  My fiance and I only worked with Casey from start to finish. She was phenomenal! She caught on to our style as individuals and as a couple. She was not pushy or overbearing at all! She truly wanted us to find the piece that suited us, no matter how long it took! Casey greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm every time she saw us, remembered our names from the very first day, and sent us thank you notes after we bought jewelery from her. I could not be happier with my engagement ring. One of the things we liked the most about Howes was that they contract with all the jewelry designers in the area and have them agree that once they design a piece, they only sell one and that is sold to Howes. So, essentially, you are getting a one of a kind piece! This was very important to me, as I didn't want a "cookie cutter" ring.

  Casey down at Howes is awesome to deal with. We dealt with Casey and the other girl that starts with an L. (Can't remember right now). They were both great, never pushed for anything. There is an older lady there that was really pushy so I refuse to deal with her. If you go down there talk to either Casey or the other younger lady, you will be more than satisfied. We will only be doing business down there from now on.
