Working with Jenn and the House of Bernal was a dream. She turned my crazy idea of no white flowers and not to look like a wedding into reality. I really felt like I was walking into my own secret garden walking down the aisle. My favorite flowers are peonies which are hard to use for wedding flowers because they are sensitive but my arrangements were full of peonies. The colors and the designs were just spot on. And then when they took the flowers from the ceremony and put them behind our head table just amazing. Thank you Jenn for everything. This was a dream come true. -

Wedding Review
I had Jenn for my wedding day, let me tell you it was one of the best experiences ever. Jenn is simple the sweetest and nicest person ever. I had already knew she was a germ since the first few minutes I talked to her; I instantly felt the connection and knew she was the one. Jenn was so understandable and patient with me; she let me had my childhood bestfriend/sister designed my own very bouquet and the others. She understood how special and important that was for me. I felt so understood, cared, and mostly supported by Jenn from the very first moment we met till the special day. She quickly understood what I wanted and was the best ears to my proposal. On my special day, let me tell you, I WAS SHOCKED. Jenn gave more than her 100% to make my dream comes true; it was beyond what I envisionned and could ever dreamed and imagined. I was so shocked and amazed that I couldn't talk for a moment during the room reveal. Jenn, you're truly a germ. I wish I could keep you for myself only lol!, but that would stop others to experience how magical, beyond and sweet you are. You were one of my favorite vendors. I recommend Jenn more than 100%, you people will retain the best florist ever. I already know all my parties will be in Jenn's care as I loved the experience I had with her; she's truly a germ and a keeper. I loved working with you and wish you nothing but the best. -

Great to work with!
It was absolutely great working with Eternal Bouquets. Jenn was so helpful throughout the entire process and was able to work with my budget. We had multiple meetings prior to our wedding to make sure we were on the same page. On the wedding day she was very prompt and made our flower piece and bouquets look stunning. She was also there right on time when the wedding ended to take down the flower piece as well. Overall, an amazing experience and I would highly recommend working with them! -

Spectacular
Jen is perceptive and creative. she understood our vibe right from the start and each meeting put us at ease in terms of expectations. she surpassed them. everything was beautiful. she even worked with our cake designer for florals and nailed it! Our cake designer also had nothing but praise for Jen. If you want beautiful florals, expertly arranged.... highly recommend Jen. -

So happy we chose Eternal Bouquets!
We loved having Jenn as our florist for our wedding! We were late to book floral services, as we were unsure if we wanted to go that route, but were so happy that we did! Jenn helped us create our vision and visited our venue prior for inspiration. She was always so helpful with advice and flexible with choices. Communication was great from the time we first reached out to the day of our wedding; her love for florals/design and her friendliness were so apparent! On the day of our wedding, Jenn arrived to our venue early, put together the florals beautifully and even decorated our venue with non-floral items that we had brought. We had nothing to stress about floral and decoration wise on the morning of! We got so many compliments on the unique florals that paired great with the table numbers and wooden arch my dad had built for us. We definitely recommend Eternal Bouquets! -

Jennifer is warm, professional and excellent at floral design. She is such a dedicated vendor. She took the time to visit the site of the ceremony to craft a breath taking deconstructed arch fit for the setting. Later transferring it to the reception site, for the guests and I to further enjoy.
My bridal bouquet was executed perfectly, and true to the design we discussed. I’ve never seen such premium garden roses! It seemed as if the roses were sourced from Eden itself and smelled heavenly.
My guests were blown away and elated to take home the table decor. I had the engaged couples asking for her contact. A one of a kind experience with pristine florals, beautiful colors and impactful designs. -

Jen went above and beyond to make my vision into reality! Long story short I was working with another florist and we weren’t seeing eye to eye on the look of the flowers. I decided to cancel them about one week from my wedding!! YES ONE WEEK FROM MY WEDDING!! I was so stressed!! I was recommended to Eternal Bouquets by JM by someone in a bride group on Facebook. I decided to reach out. I was thinking there is no way she would take me on being that it was such last minute. Jen called me that day I reached out to go over what I needed and while chatting with her she reassured me that she could bring my vision to life within a week! Let me tell you, Jen did just that and more. Her floral design was so beautiful. She did not disappoint!! Thank you so much Jen! -

They do such amazing work and really listen to everything you want/like. She made me exactly what I wanted and still within the budget I had. I received so many compliments on my bouquet and shadow box, definitely recommend them to anyone! -

to make my vision cone to life with a garden surrounding us. The quality of the flowers and the creative arrangements made the kick off to wonderful wedding weekend lovely!!

At every stage of the prep/design process, she went above and beyond to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered and that we felt good about the direction she was going, even if that meant multiple follow up phone calls, she was always so helpful. Friendly, Person-Centered Service
Pros: communication-checked in frequently to ensure satisfaction, very detail-orientated, was my most organized vendor, extremely impressive work for a small business (highly recommend to follow on instagram for pics/videos to inspire you), my bouquet was beautiful and arch was lush-received many compliments, Jenn worked in the rain tirelessly without one complaint, even offered to set up centerpieces even though they were not purchased through them which was appreciated
Cons: should always ask about flower girl petals and toss bouquet as part of proposal process-thought of on my own later and had to purchase separately last minute, substitutions were made without approval and I was not notified until the night before the wedding :( but luckily there was no upcharge, I ordered silk flowers for bridesmaids bouquets (@ $89 a piece)-they felt like cheap plastic and were very small (I had bought my bridesmaids nice pottery vases as a gift to keep their bouquets so this was a little embarrassing), I asked for a single white rose to be placed on my wedding cake (not sure if this was florist's or venue's fault but it was never put on the cake)
Overall, pretty satisfied with service but would like negative feedback to be taken into thoughtful consideration for future brides. -
