  Lovely makeup service

  I highly recommend Houpette for their makeup services! Lizzie, of Houpette, did my bridal party makeup for my wedding in June 2021, which was in Chestertown, MD— an hour from their shop— I was so thankful she was able to travel for my big day!! Lizzie does beautiful natural makeup. She made me look and feel so pretty on the most important day of my life and I’m so thankful for her! I heard many recommendations for Lizzie and when I met her all of those recommendations were spot on. She is so wonderful, bubbly, beautiful and just fun to talk to!

  Perfect service

  Houppette is beyond amazing. Everyone there is nice and helpful. Both women did a great job on both me and my girls. They even offered to doll up my flower girl!

  I can't even begin to capture what a wonderful job Lizzie and Lydia did with our makeup for my wedding day. Lizzie was our main point of contact and an absolute joy to work with from the moment we began to discuss my vision and ideas. She was so thoughtful, patient, and really listened and understood what I wanted, making me feel natural but a more amazing version of me! She and Lydia also did my mom, sister, aunt and my husband's family beautifully, and did some great lashes on some of my bridesmaids. Everyone looked gorgeous and was very happy with the final look. Beyond how happy we were with our makeup, both ladies were so fun to have in our suite that day getting ready! They were so kind and helped us achieve a relaxed vibe in a room of 11 ladies, and made the first half of my wedding day so wonderful. I'd recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you both!!

  I had a great experience with Houpette. Lizzie, make-up artist and store manager, was so lovely to work with. She has a great energy and is super sweet; exactly what you need on your wedding day. Her style is natural and glam but not over done; I still looked like me but a better version. Houpette also carries a great, unique selection of perfume and cologne; I ended up gifting my husband Creed cologne as a wedding gift. Lizzie and all of Houpette were great to work with and I highly recommend them!

  We worked with Houppette for our wedding make-up for the bridal party. They fantastic to work with in every way. My primary contact was Lizzie, make-up artist and store manager. She was absolutely amazing to work with - her style is beautiful and natural, and not over done. I was worried about my make up as I have sensitive skin that irritates easily, and she put my worries at ease. I was able to go in outside of my trial to try different styles and colors. She was so patience, and truly lovely to work with. Excellent customer service and very professional. I would highly recommend Houppette to any bride it the Delaware region!

  Houppette did my makeup for my wedding. Lizzie did an outstanding job! She listened to my request for a natural look, and I felt like myself only better for the big day. The store has great products. I would recommend them to anyone! Couldn't be happier.

  Renee is amazing!

  Renee at houpette did an incredible job. I don't wear a lot of makeup, and wanted a very natural look. After hating my makeup after my first trial with someone else because it was too heavy handed, Renee talked me through everything she was doing, and gave me the option to start light and then add more makeup until I was happy with my look. She is so kind, funny, and fun to work with. She came to my venue, got there early, and made me feel completely in charge and comfortable. My makeup was amazing. Definitely book with Renee!
