Excellent services

Excellent service, very professional, they know what they are doing, everything I asked for at my wedding was done exactly as I requested. Raymond has a knack for fulfilling every bride's dreams like he did for me. The hotel manager was very friendly and attentive to every detail at the party, thank you for such an excellent service.

Very helpful and really professional! Priceless!!

Raymond and the hotel staff were really professionals , attentive and went above and beyond to make sure this once in a life time experience was unforgettable! Everything was perfect from the scheduled of the rehearsal and the wedding, to the coordinations of the food, cake, music, rooms and etc. Raymond was always available and flexible to attend our scheduled and needs. The decorations was on point and everything my daughter asked for. Couldn’t asked for anything better!!! Definitely 100 %recommended!!!

Great experience

Overall very good experience. The hotel coordinator who helped us, Marylin, was always available and able to answer all of our questions. All the setup on the hotel side was done on time. Hotel was flexible with options. All of our guests loved the food. The view from the ceremony and ballroom were amazing.

Nuestra boda fue un sueño, amamos cada detalle de este lugar desde la visita inicial para separar el venue. La comida fue exquisita, tienen varias alternativas a escoger y super variado. El staff fue sumamente atento con cada uno de nuestros invitados, la presentación de la comida y los servicios son un 100/100. El lugar es bello y la vista desde el casabi es hermosa. Amamos cada detalle, cada atención y no me arrepiento en lo absoluto haberlos elegido para ese día tan especial.

Amazing view and stunning scenery

First off, the views and scenery is absolutely breathtaking, the beach is wonder for photos but you can not swim in it.. the grounds are pretty and well kept. The new pool is really nice, we were there for its opening. The hotel it self has so much potential and i believe they are currently on the way of renovations. The rooms are nice and comfy. It’s kept clean and the service was nice.
If you plan on having a wedding here. Understand that the “event coordinators” do no hands on work nor physically help you the day of.
They take down what you want, what you pick out for food and that’s it.
Your decorations, offiant, cake, florals and anything else you want will be outside vendors.
They offer a dj, food, tables, chairs, bar with liquor or without. Everything eles you gotta contact on your own. I think I met our “event coordinator” once, as he passed me, while I was waiting to walk down the aisle and I Never saw him again.
I don’t really care. I paid for the scenic views, I did everything eles my self.

Breath taking views

The backdrop to where we had the ceremony was absolutely gorgeous. Our even planners decorated with just enough flowers to make it look extra special, but to be honest you really don't need anything to take away from the view. The staff was kind,courteous and professional. The food was delicious! We had the best wedding night!

Dream destination Wedding

Being from New York it was a little stressful having a destination wedding. We frequently the island yearly so we knew where we wanted to get married. We reached out to Hotel Guajataca in June. Of 22 with our needs for our wedding they immediately sent a contract for the venue with everything included. The price was perfect for our budget. We visited in Aug. to see the venue and the original area we wanted was smaller so they upgraded our contract for a bigger room with no issues. Marilyn our host was with us with every decision we made. We only had 5 months to plan but they're sure out dream wedding came true. Even with the last minute add on for my wife to be brought in with a horse and carriage she directed us to the right people for this to happen. Some of our guest stayed at the hotel for the night of the wedding and were happy with the stay and accommodations. If I would to do it again this would be our place for our dream wedding.

Our Wedding October 6,2022

Our experience in Hotel Guajataca was one of the best, If we have to do it over again I would not change a thing. Madelyn and Raymond are one off the best team ever, they make your wedding dreams come true. They go out off there way to make sure everything goes perfect for that day. We really want to say thank you to all the hard working people from the Hotel Guajataca for making our wedding so special. And making all are guess enjoy there time at the hotel. First off this place is beautiful. My spouse speaks primarily Spanish and I don’t speak it at all and they were extremely understanding and communicated as best they could. They allowed me to check in early to get ready for my special day (wedding) they also provided everything we needed the day before and basically waited on us hand and foot. Definitely would recommend to stay or have any event here !! Thank you to the team that made our special day memorable.

Fantastic from booking, access to activity coordinator, activity decorator , and great disposition to make and add changes into the event and menu
