Finding a photographer for our wedding was not an easy task because the reality is the field is saturated with very good talent. With that being said, Michelle and Brandon really stood out from other photographers from the beginning and continued to impress us throughout the entire process. They were the only photographers who prior to booking truly spent time getting to know us and connect with us even if it was long distance. Throughout the process they were always available for questions and suggestions. On the day of our wedding, the two made us feel comfortable, confident and stress-free. Most importantly, they made the process fun. Our pictures and memories for both our engagement and wedding session are ones we will forever cherish. We even had guests from our wedding comment on how wonderful they were to them as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! -

Michelle & Brandon helped make our wedding weekend a perfect 10! From our introductory call with these two, they were an absolute delight to work with. We appreciated their professionalism in setting expectations, walking through options, and guiding us to ensure we selected the best package for what we were looking for.
Their thoughtful touches along the way set them apart - from our "date night in a box" surprise to our emergency kit day of, these two know what it takes to help make your wedding planning and day-of go off without a hitch. They are the best communicators in the business - consistent and thorough.
We had a clear plan going into the day and they knew which shots were most important to us and ensured we prioritized those. Following our wedding, they have continued to be awesome - level setting timelines on when we will receive final, edited shots as well as when the previews will be posted on various channels for us to get sneak peaks. From a quality of photography standpoint, I don't think there is anyone better out there.
These two made both Cody and I so comfortable and at ease - allowing us to have natural smiles and laughs that they captured flawlessly along the way.

Of all the vendors I worked with for our wedding, Brandon and Michelle were by far the friendliest, most helpful, and most professional one we worked with! They helped us every step of the way and were even super flexible when we had to change our date due to covid. We felt valued as people rather than just customers too, which we didnt feel with our other vendors. Our pictures turned out beautifully, and we coudnt be happier. This wonderful couple leaves me speechless! From the moment we started our consultation - we just knew this is who could capture all of the physical and nonphysical details of our special day. It rained on our engagement day - almost having to cancel last minute - but Brandon and Michelle quickly thought of another place that we might like, Tantrum Brewery - these turned out to be our favorite pictures since they completely capture US! The day of the wedding Michelle and Brandon showed up right on time - all was a whirlwind from there but no fear! Michelle is an extra hand, taking you from hair and make up, to photo time, and seamlessly hands you off to the wedding coordinator crew - even helped put my veil in! Brandon was "part of the guy group" as my husband says - helping with their boutonnieres and always making sure they had a drink in hand:) Another thing to point out - they made sure to get EVERY family member that was important to us - starting with everyone including cousins and then narrowing it down to just us. It's so easy (and believe me I did) to get lost in the flurry of emotions and all the things - these two take you by the hand and are with you through it all, ensuring no special second is missed.Horn Photography and Design's reply:

Michelle and Brandon Horn were incredible! They exceeded our expectations in every way. From the engagement shoot so that we could get to know each other before our wedding day, to the day-of emergency kit, to their humor and friendliness, they made the experience effortless and fun! They kept us organized, on schedule, and laughing throughout. We already know the wedding photos will be beautiful because our engagement photos were stunning! Brandon and Michelle are amazing photographers and people. From the moment we filled out their survey, I knew I wanted them to document our day. That feeling was solidified when we first met them--I just knew they were special. I'm not usually one to be comfortable in front of a camera, but Brandon and Michelle made our engagement session so fun and made us feel so cherished as a couple that my now husband actually paid for a second engagement session as a gift to me. We enjoyed every minute we spent with them, especially on our wedding day--that's important, to me, because you don't want just anyone sharing and documenting those intimate moments. We were happy and blessed to share those moments with Brandon and Michelle--these people are professional, personal, and...because obviously this is important, take BEAUTIFUL pictures. Everything turned out so well and our videos will be watched over and over for years to come. Can't recommend them enough!!! -

The Horns were the absolute BEST to work with. They put us at ease right from the start! I can't say enough positive things about them. Although my fiancé scheduled the meeting, my experience having them present for my proposal will forever be priceless. They took gorgeous photos and guided us every step of the way in order to capture the best angles. I have never worked with more experienced photographers such as these two. Very sweet and nice and the care for the craft really shows. I will definitely use Horn photography again in the future. An Awesome Duo! Still excited from our big Day!
When the pandemic hit and uprooted all our wedding plans for our Key West destination wedding, I prayed God would surround us with a team of people to make our day special and unforgettable. Boy did he deliver!!! Brandon and Michelle Horn were truly a God sent! From our first virtual meeting, to the wedding, to the BIG REVEAL, Brandon and Michelle literally put everything they had into making sure they understood our vision and we had all the photographs we could have hoped for from our special day.
It has been 3 months since Anthony and I got married, and the time has not mellowed our appreciation for the fabulous work these two do. You will not be disappointed if you choose them for your event as they were a pleasure to work with throughout and are very reliable. I would recommend them over and over again! The Horns were a key part throughout our wedding day. They kept us calm and ahead of the schedule as we moved from moment to moment, as well as made us feel very comfortable in-front of the camera. We love the Horns! But really, this is a long overdue review but after working with this husband and wife team on now three occasions, they have been absolutely amazing each time and deserve all the praise! We met the Horns at a wedding convention and then decided to use them for our photos and wedding video, as well as completing a recent anniversary shoot with our dog. They are true professionals and clearly love what they do. Not only do they take beautiful photographs, but they have such good honest souls and instantly put my husband and I at ease when we did our first shoot with them for our engagement. I am awkward and do not at all feel natural with a camera pointed at me but they were able to demonstrate poses for us to recreate, a HUGE advantage to working with a married team. Brandon is hysterical and keeps us laughing during the shoot and Michelle is just the sweetest and her creative angle leads to some really unique photos that I can’t believe she even thought of! Michelle is so detailed and organized and was a core factor for making me feel like we were totally covered from every angle, despite the craziness of wedding planning. Not a detail was missed and I am an absolute stickler for attention to detail. Working with them was by far the easiest part of our wedding planning and we recommend them to anyone, without a doubt! -

They are so good at making things less awkward and bringing out the genuine love and laughter in their photos! They did our engagement shoot, wedding, AND Michelle helped me with a boudoir shoot for my husbands wedding gift! All wonderful experiences and beautiful photos!
My husband HATES taking pictures, but they were able to stay true to us (most important), keep us laughing, and give instruction to make taking the photos fun for him.
I should also add that my husband LOVED the boudoir book! Michelle was fabulous for the boudoir shoot, she had a playlist ready and lots of ideas for posing. She made me feel very comfortable and kept it classy and beautiful! I better keep most of the boudoir photos to myself and my husband, but I’ll add a few from each shoot for the review =) -

Kathryn Sent on 03/28/2018I cannot express how much I loved having Horn Photography and Design for my wedding. From the beginning I knew that I was in great hands working with them. Our consultation was so comfortable and organic. They wanted to know about our love. We could tell that they were passionate about wedding photography, it wasn't just about the financial aspect. We also did our engagement shoot with them and we had a blast. They knew the perfect places and gave us plenty of options. Michelle stayed in contact with me the entire time. When it came to the wedding, they were phenomenal! They worked with our wedding coordinator so well! Everything went so smoothly. The entire team stayed on schedule and our wedding party loved them! They have the best vibe and are worth every penny! I am so thankful for the Horns, they were a huge part of making my wedding the best day ever!
